[Resolved] JustDial.com — not letting me withdraw my ecs mandate. taking payment despite my "no" | |||||
I have made a contract for advertising with justdial on 11th november for fledgling coaching institute named, "success radiance", which is being run and managed by the pvt. Ltd company called "jrkb knowledge bucket pvt. Limited. On this day, 29th november 2018, i duly informed the company (Justdial pvt. Ltd) that i do not wish to continue with the contract and don't want to take further services and hence i withdraw my ecs mandate. On 14th november 2018, my account [protected] (In vijaya bank) was debited with rs 6151 for advertising on justdial. The amount being given was for the period of 1 month of service. As i have clearly stated to justdial salesman mr parvinder (Mob. [protected]) that since i am skeptical about the services, thus i will take monthly package and will pay on monthly basis. So the package was to be designed in such a way that if the user wants, he can discontinue the package if not satisfied or not wanting to continue due to any reasons best known to him. He agree to all this. My account was debited on 14th november 2018 and i have got the tax invoice dated 15th november 2018 on my registered email (Success. [protected]@gmail.com). The invoice no. Is dl1118se01606469. Based on this transaction, the service month is from 15th nov 2018 to 15 dec 2018. And second service month should begin from 15th dec 2018. By the end of nov 2018 i got an ecs request demanding the next payment, though i do not wish to avail any further services. But still the amount was withdrawn and then i got another call regarding ecs telling me that next withdrawal will be on 15th december. Withdrawing ecs is my legal right and denying it to me and taking the money without my consent is surely cheating on me. I dont wish to take the services, then why forcefully taking payments from me. This is purely loot my abusing the banking system and defrauding the customer too. Secondly the company has first taken the cheque from my, then debited my account and then gave me some link to a contract. I have not been provided with any copy be it a paper print or a pdf of any such contract you are talking about. All i have got is the pdf of the invoice. Thirdly, i have made first payment on 11th of november then again the money is withdrawn from my account via first ecs on 30th nov and as informed to me by your customer care representative, that again on 15th dec 2018 the amount will be withdrawn. So the withdrawals are much more frequent taking advance of 3 month payments by the end of first month of service only. Fourthly, i have been told by your customer care personnel that whatever my plan is, i can stop taking the services from the company from the month i want to. But you company is taking 3 months of payment in advance and not even letting me withdraw my ecs mandate. Fifth, withdrawing my ecs mandate is my own legal right, which i wish to withdraw. As i have communicated in my earlier mails. If the company is still ignoring my"esc mandate withdrawal", then you are taking the money without my approval. Sixth, its my own wish to not to take service. Plus, payments are in advance. I do not want to take the service and please don't push them down my throat. My business is active or not, is none of your business incase, i don't wish to take your services and don't want to continue. Forcing me to take service for the advance payments taken and that too after principally withdrawal of my ecs mandate, is simply looting my money and cheating me. Seventh, at the time of writing this email, i still have not got any physical copy or soft copy of contract. Plus you took payment from me even before handling me any contract. Plus i have never given any automatic consent to your terms and conditions. Eight, i do not wish to take services which i don't need. So don't deliberately push your services and take money from me that too without my consent. Ninth, i thus wish to have the money refunded rather than taking the services (Which are no use to me) against it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
