Complaint against Just dial

It is very strange and regretful to notice that your people dial my number but nobody speaks from that and and then the they disconnect the line.

Most probably these are you people sales people who are trying to register me for my business which I had denied many times as we do not want to register as on now.

The last number we received such call was from [protected].

Such practice amounts to harassment to make a call and when I say hello, they immediately disconnect it. Shall I have to report the issue to the concerned police department for such persistent harassment.
