This company is completely untrustworthy — it’s a scam. The leads they provide are of no use and have nothing to do with your actual field.
I’m an architect, and they deliberately added the keyword “builder” to my profile just to increase the number of leads. Once I removed that misleading tag, the leads dropped from 20/day to just 4/day — proving how irrelevant they were.
They took two months’ payment in advance, plus charged for two more months — all for useless, non-genuine leads. The person who sold me the service, Manoj Sharma, stopped answering calls right after we signed the contract.
Customer care was rude and dismissive. When I asked about canceling the service, they blamed me for not following up on the leads (which were worthless anyway). They gaslight and speak to you in the most unprofessional way — even questioning my partner's efforts in calling back leads and telling me to "check with him."
