Incident date[protected] my no - [protected] incident details, i had booked a ticket through just dial which i did not go through full process yet still money from my account was deducted the train no - 06041 train timing - 16:30 i had booked 3 ticked for persons, MANOJ.K AGE 40 DEEPA MANOJ AGE 30 INDRAJITH.M AGE 10 plz let me know what can be done for the money which was deducted with out no reservation that is made, i went throw all process correctly but did not type the irctc id and password which had a expiry time of 4 mins and i did not notice that and it showed ur transaction has been cancelled and money was not refunded Was this information helpful? | |||||
