JustDial.com — Unauthorized limitation of contract scope to Chennai instead of agreed Pan-India

Dear Justdial Support Team,

I am writing to register a formal complaint regarding my business listing contract.

I had explicitly requested and agreed to a Pan-India contract for my business listing. However, without prior notice, explanation, or mutual consent, my contract coverage was unilaterally restricted to Chennai only. To make matters worse, your representatives are now insisting that I continue with this limited Chennai-only contract instead of honoring the original agreement.

This is a significant breach of our agreed terms and directly affects my business operations across other target markets.

I request you to immediately address this issue and take one of the following actions:
1. Restore my contract to the originally agreed Pan-India coverage with immediate effect.
2. If Justdial is unable to fulfill the Pan-India contract, immediately cancel the service and issue a full refund for the amount paid.

Please look into this urgently and provide an official response with a resolution timeline.
