I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a deeply disappointing and unprofessional interaction I had with one of your call center representatives, Mr. Sourave. His tone and manner of speaking were extremely disrespectful, and I felt insulted by the way he handled the conversation.

While I understand that misunderstandings can happen, the behavior displayed by Mr. Sourave was far from acceptable and not in line with the standards I have known your company to uphold. Please note that I am a former employee of Just Dial, and during my tenure, I had never witnessed or tolerated such unprofessional conduct.

After this unpleasant call, I made another attempt to contact your team, and fortunately, the second executive who assisted me was very polite and helpful. This only highlights how inappropriate Mr. Sourave’s behavior was in comparison.

Though I am not sure which branch he was calling from, I am planning to escalate this matter to Mr. Prashant Nager from the Noida Branch. If I do not receive a proper explanation and corrective action, I will have no choice but to raise this issue further by contacting the CEO of the company at the Mumbai Head Office.

I am ready to visit any branch for a discussion if required, but I strongly request that Mr. Sourave be held accountable, and appropriate disciplinary action be taken, up to termination if necessary, to maintain the integrity of your customer service.

I expect a written response or call back regarding this matter at your earliest convenience.
