I am the owner of "TEJAS TUTORIAL" and I am getting paid membership from the JustDial company and my contract is running now. The concern is that from 4th April, 2023 my contract was suspended as per confirmation received from concerned company customer care number "[protected]" . They are without my concern/intimation suspended from my account. Now still I am not getting any further leads. I need to activate my account "TEJAS TUTORIAL" on an urgent basis.

Even after 6 months of regular calling, Justdial is not stopping the ECS service of Anksh ENT Institute. The company services were not at all useful. Used to send irrelevant leads.

I think it's one of the biggest fraud complany operating in India.

My company name is CCTV zoom in zone, moolapalayam, erode i register my company for listing after that i take paid plan ecs you company staff arun from erode came and visited me and said we attach through nach on march month 2022 (axis bank)i asked him if leads is not proper will cancel he not inform me about contract he said i will cancel and give you sir after that a month passed am not satisfied about service you can see my profile for reference i asked him to cancel but he did canceled after that i complaint to customer care number more than 10 time this also you can check for record. after that i contact ms. mahe i think so she is in coimbatore i talk her more than 20 times but not cancled please check out about this am not satisfied so i asked them more time now my ecs/nach return charges is in my bank account so please review it and cancel those charges i aske to them for not month it self april 2022 but the not processed thhat i had some doubt so please cancle my ecs /nach return fees its not my mistake. please take action and reply me as soon as posible. mail id : [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com

Dear Sir,

I have paid for activation of just dial services on 9th March, 2023 by paying 35, 999 for a 2 yr service agreement.I converted my account “Mystique Hair” to “ Apra Makeovers”.

It has been a month, after getting payment Mr Kishan(+[protected] has stopped answering my calls, kindly change my account manager.

Secondly, my services are not yet active.I have not received a single call from any random client and nor is my account active.I have called the customer care centre numerous times but they always promise to call back and get the issue resolved, but neither did i get any call back nor was my issue resolved.Just dial keeps me waiting for 60-90mnts on hold and their server is always down.

Please explain to me as to why i should not consider this a JUST DIAL scam ? where you guys simply mint money on promising business to clients and in return you give poor customer service and dont even care to reply back to me.

There are three profile under our business name ukkash curtains, except one other two are duplicates, which need to be removed from just dial.com, already sent an eamil regarding thisto just dial representative on[protected], but no response till date. kindly delete the duplicate profile AEAP, as these profiles creating confusion to our customers and effecting our business.

I have started my online business on justdial.com. after some time the company started provoking me calling again and again that please subscribe my plan of 4000. but i have refused them. after some days a Justdial's agent has come on my shop and activated the plan by mistake by my mobile phone. after some days, when the money was deducted from my account i called on customer service number for deactivate my account but no one has replied me. the money is deducting again and again but no one is helping me.

I have applied cancellation from mobile too many times.
But the ECS was not stopped.

Please stop my 2 ECS service.

Justdial helping to market our product. It is very good. But it is very difficult to get resolve the small issue from customer service. Many things are not transparent here. We won't get any proper information from customer care. Simply they will tell I will forward call or I will arrange call back. But they won't do any thing.

I have taken service from them on august last year. In that month they have auto deducted ecs amount 2 times along with 2 months advance. They supposed to take only one month ecs. For this I have communicated multiple times with them but no proper answer. If I mail them I am not understanding what they responding.

This month starting I have paid ecs .Even after that since last week they have stopped service. Since one week I am trying to communicate with them but no use.

Every thing go smooth then fine here . If any small issue, we don't get any information. I don't know reason why customer service is there.

I made Tata Play bill payment of 100 rupees on 22 February 2023 through the JustDial app. But I didn't receive the services I paid for. My money got deducted for the mentioned recharge but was unsuccessful. I contacted JustDial customer service for a number of times but I didn't receive any response from you. So please refund my money for the mentioned recharge or process the bill payment and recharge my DTH . Either way is okay...

I have my business listed in JustDial as a business. I have been on a monthly ECS Plan since Dec 2022. I have finished 4 months in the service and I wrote to them repeatdly to cancel my services. However they said they cannot stop ECS and I will have to pay irrespective of wether I am using their service or even if my business is runnings.

This is a scam and I was told I would end my services whenever I wanted. I have written to justdial and [protected]@justdial and also spoke to numerous people on phone havent' heard any resolution yet.

I’ve recently purchased ‘Just dial’s’ package to post ads. They charged me a little more than 5200 with promise that they’ll help me setup my business account with details and everything and teach me how to use account and other functionalities.

I purchased the package based on above promises and it’s been more than week but they don’t help us in any way. The sales representative with whom I purchased the package is not picking up the call and give false promised then he’ll visit and give demo. They have not given any proper demo as of now. They just ran away with my money. Even the customer care representative does not seem to have answers of my query. I want to refund back for this harrasment. I did not got any value in buying this.

I purchased the package from just dial Ahmedabad branch.

Please help me get my refund as I am mentally disturbed with this service from them.

I have suffered a loss in business

My money got deducted twice for the mentioned recharge but was unsuccessful. I contacted JustDial customer service for a number of times but I didn't receive any response from you. So please refund my money for the mentioned recharge or process the bill payment and recharge my DTH . Either way is okay with me. I attached the mentioned successful transactions made to JustDial for the DTH RECHARGE. It's successful from me so please look into it.

Hai sir. mene justdial ka membership liya tha 1 year ka. mujhe bola gaya tha ki aap kabhi bhi band kara sakte ho. but 1 year hone ke bavjud mera membership band nahi kar rahe he. eske liye mene customer care me cumplent bhi kiya tha but o bolte he 3 months ka notice dena padega. but mujhe pahale aisa kuch nahi bola tha. please help.

We have been cheated by Just Dial marketing representative ( Mr. Vikas Thakkar) by not giving proper information about lock-in period. He mentioned that customer has to pay for min 5 month and if not satisfied, they can quit.
As we did not get a single customer in 4 months, we asked JD to allow us to quit but now they replied that the contract is for 1 year and can not be terminated in between.
This information was not conveyed to us by JD representative and he accepting his mistake now but not able to help me to stop monthly payment.
Hiding information with customer before agreement is a clear case of cheating and fraud.
We want JD to stop our subsequent deduction of payment from 1st April'23 onward at least.
