I have opted for one year subcription with Just dial for my cafe and paid the three months ECS amount though cheque. As per the JD business representative i paid for three month because it he told if in three months we dont get satisfied withe service then we can withdraw after three months and this amount will be adjusted for first three months.

Now I fot a call from JD stating that my first ecs wil be deducted tomorrow only when my service got activated this month only and this advance amount would be adjusted in last three months.

But now when i wanted to deactivate the subcription and sent mail for that and spoken to customer care they are saying the subcription cannot be withdrawn before one year.

Few minutes ago, I searched lawyers in pathanamthitta and selected lady lawyers and filled a form provided by just dial and shared my contact details . But after that I am getting random calls from various advocates both male and female which I am not comfortable . I want to stop receiving the calls. Kindly take necessary action ASAP
We have paid customer since last 3 years we paid amount for nursery contract and the end is November but the marketing staff said the contract ending date is August so I want forms which I fill at paid time so kindly send details with proofs with your executives.

    I took their just dial service one n half month ago but after paying even 6000 rupees I didn't get work for a single rupee. I mailed them that I don't want to continue the services going on so please stop them before its monthly ECS installment. They revert me back with a mail that someone from the team will get in contact with you within 24-48 hours but it's been 2weeks I didn't received any call from them and now they sent me a msg tht your ECS will be deducted on 15th july.

      I am a regular useŕ of just dial i have enquired abt baseera dental. Hospital for my treatment but got a call. From the dental room dental. Clinic asking us to come to tht clinic this is completely un professional and unethical practice from the dental room clinic. They should not divert the patient who r opting for other clinic they are convincing us with free consultation if we tell them. Tht we r coming from just dial.com. I think this is vry unethical

        Just dial just refuses to accept any bad reviews for any company. I guess they are losing business because business shut their accounts.

        I have tried for two months to write a review for a taxi service in delhi but they just refuse to post it. They also refuse to connect me to the review team and never call back despite promising to do so.

        They are just doing everything they can to avoid having to post a bad review.

        Everyone should stop using just dial and use google. At least they are a company with integrity.

        I have a website created by JD Omni . and it is hosted on it's own server but my complaint is that i have created a sitemap.xml file(Customized ) So i want to upload it in the server and want to submit it in the google search console.

        But i don't find any options about that .

          Hi,

          This i the listing position.

          While registering to the service i was promised a 1st and 2nd position, instead i was delivered 2nd and 3rd position in the business listing of justdial s. I hav the proposal sent to me while getting my business on board with justdial.

          I have raised the same concern immediately as soon as the listing went live, to rajkumar and arshad who were the marketing agents of justdial and dealt with me on the same through the proposal negotiation and my requirements. Both
          Of then told me that it will be fixed is just couple of hours as its just some minor glitch in the system but instead it has already been 2 months or so and yet the issue is not resolved, though i have been trying to reach them and aldo raised a compliment on the justdial email address " hyderabad @justdial.com but still the same. I believe a good relation between two businesses (Justdial) and client (Ouch) can only be achieved if the moral and ethics are right, which is clearly evident that justdial is missing or rather marketing employees of justdial. I feel bad that i have been mislead or rather cheated by justdial employees.

          Please help me!!!

            Dear sir / madam,
            This is with regards to our paid subscription listing in the permanent 1st slot position with 100% inquiry guarantee with your portal by the name of dr. Jyoti gupta, acupressure therapist, kolkata (W. B.) it gives me a deep sense of pain to write to inform you that we have been cheated by your sales team, pls note that in the month of may 2019 we were approached by your sales team for renewal of our subscription 2 months before expiry of our existing contract, your sales representative mr. Himadri choudhury sent by ms. Moumita paul showed us a presentation at our residence and made a discounted offer of rs. 21833/- towards renewal charges, it is important to mention here that they had specifically assured and promised to give us an apple to apple renewal offer which meant that there will not be even a single deviation from the existing nature of listing and also mentioned that all conversations are being recorded within the system so there is no scope of falsification or going back on words, believing in their representation we agreed and paid an amount of rs. 21833/- through an account payee cheque, subsequently we received a copy of the invoice in which to our shock there was mismatch between both the proposals, according to the new proposal we were allotted permanent 3rd position instead of 1st, hence we immediately wrote a mail and asked them informed them to do the necessary changes and also not to deposit the cheque before such changes are made which they acknowledged and agreed upon, a copy of the said mail is attached herewith for your perusal, but to our dismay no changes were made and the said cheque got cleared form our bank, on inquiry we were again assured that the changes will surely be made before commencement of the new subscription and that an approval is being awaited from a senior officer which is just a formality, after few days we received a sms that the new subscription has started, when we checked with the portal we found that no changes were made and that our listing was appearing in the 3rd slot in all categories. After that we made several phone calls to ms. Moumita and mr. Himadri, but no resolution was given, subsequent to this we were made to speak to their team leader ms. Nargis khatoon but that was also fruitless and presently she is not even speaking to us or responding to our phone calls.

            We request you to pls look into the matter and give us justice so that our trust and faith in your company is restored and also check that your representatives don’t mislead and cheat people like us for achieving their personal sales targets in future.

            Looking for a healthy business relationship beneficial to both.

                I have heard about justdial via friends and subscribed for their services on april, 2018 for my company kudometrics technologies private limited. But within six months, i have found that the leads i am getting from justdial are worthless.

                So, i have called their ecs department and asked them to cancel my contract. Although the initial custom care executive who have contacted me told "you can cancel your contract anytime and stop payments", the ecs department people told that it would be impossible to cancel it within 1 year. When i countered them with what told by lenin (The guy who came to my office and explained about their services), they told me to read the agreement as it was for 1 year.

                So i have waited for one year i. E., until march, 2019 and contacted them to cancel the ecs. Eventhough my contract has been expired, they told me that you would have to wait another 30 days to cancel the ecs. I have waited for another 1 month and then again they were giving excuses. Its been 4 full months since my contract has been expired but still the ecs is being processed by just dial.

                Even today i have called them 10 times but their response is one of the following:

                1) ecs department team members are busy or unavailable and they will call back (But they have never called me back)

                2) we have taken your request and we will stop the ecs within 15 days (I have got this message 4 times from justdial ecs department team in the last 4 months but the money has been deducted from my account continuously)

                3) we have placed a 7 days notice period on your account for ecs cancellation and it will happen automatically (Got this message another 3 times but the money is still being deducted from my account).

                These days, if i call their customer support, they are not at all picking my calls or they will just pick it up, ask my name and company name and then hang up.

                Although i don't have proofs of previous calls, in the last two days, i have recorded everything i have spoken to them. I feel that i need this proof to file a police complaint and consumer court complaint, if i don't get any response from just dial for this complaint.

                I hope that they will stop my ecs after reading this complaint and cancel my contract once and for all.

                I got this email from Just Dial team.

                "Dear Mr.Sathishkumar Varatharajan,

                Greetings from Just Dial Limited.

                With reference to your request for ECS cancellation of your contract, we would like to inform that we have forwarded your request to our department concerned and one of our executives will speak to you within 7(Seven ) working days.

                So far as our services are concerned, we confirm that the services has been activated as per the agreed terms. Since the minimum tenure of services as agreed is for period of 1 (One) Year hence completing the services for a minimum tenure would be in the interest of both the parties. You have the option of terminating the contract - by giving prior 3 (Three) months written notice expressing your intention to discontinue the services. Hence, as per the terms, we request you to serve us with 3 (Three) months prior written notice as agreed for terminating the services on the completion of minimum tenure of 9 ( Nine) months.

                We hope this answers your query regarding ECS cancellation process."

                Another vague response from your team.

                My contract was signed on April 12, 2018 and as per your terms, I have already fulfilled the one year commitment i.e., my contract period has already expired on April 11, 2019. Since the contract has been expired already, why should I give a 3 months notice period because today is July 10, 2019 which is three months more than the contract period (you have never stopped taking money out of my bank account during these three months).

                My ECS should have been stopped as soon as my contract has expired but your company kept taking the amount from my bank account without my permission nor consent. Consider this email as a "Stop request" for my ECS and terminate my ECS mandate effective immediately.

                Talk to your team and cancel my ECS.

                Still the issue hasn't been resolved. Also, today got an email stating that the ECS stand continued as per my instructions (I don't know what to say here). I am telling JustDial team to stop the ECS mandate but they are saying that the mandate stand continued as per my instructions.

                Kindly stop the ECS mandate ASAP.

                  Dear team,

                  As i am using just dial services almost since last 16-17 years. I have received some mobile repair company numbers from you and one of them is fix screen pro. And the representative name is randheer and deepak.

                  I would like to do a complaining about a mobile repair company name : fix screen pro based on gaziabad (Up). This company claim to give their mobile repair services at your doorstep. I have called them to repair my mobile phone. The team come to my home and repaired my mobile and once it not done they took my mobile to their service centre. And handed me mobile. I have been told that i am getting one-year warranty from the date 12th june 2019. They have changed my phone screen and battery.

                  In a week my phone started overheating. Screw was not fixed properly in my handset screen started coming out.

                  I have started calling fix screen pro company to fix my phone since 4th of july and did not get proper response they started avoiding my calls. Initially they told my we will visit you on 5th later on they said me sir we will definitely visit and fix your phone on 6th july at 11 am.
                  When on july 6th i did not received any call from them. I called them and they started avoiding me. I told them it’s very urgent now and you are keep changing your scheduled call every time. After some time, they just stared avoiding my calls and not turn around.

                  1. They stop attending my call and it’s like harassment.
                  2. I had asked them to give me address of their company and they refuge me to give their company address.
                  3. I have asked them to return my changed part, that is also they did not return, and they gave me some other phones battery for some other phone. When i pointed out this mistake they said sorry we will send you the original one.
                  4. They are tried to avoid giving me services as they have received the money.

                    Justdial continues their fraudulent practice of not posting negative reviews submitted by genuine customers. I have been trying for 2 months to post a negative review about a local cab company (Which a company like justdial should have the integrity not to work with in the first place).                       I faced an issue as taxi service person talk too rudely and misbehaved on call and too badly. I accept i placed request multiple times as not found rangeable taxi person.

                      Taxi service : 24 hour taxi service.

                      I've reported against this user and haven't received any response yet.

                        I had registered with justdial in april 2015 for a trial period for my business. Their sales person collected a blank cheque subsequently. A deduction of rs.700 per month kept happening in my bank account without any notice from justdial after trial. I informed that i was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ecs service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract i signed. They called me after a year & i strongly stated i wanted to terminate services which they never did.

                        After my business closed towards the end of 2017, i persistently requested justdial to terminate my account & all billing. I moved abroad immediately & was unable to check bank statements. Not only did they not cancel my account, they have continuously billed me rs700 every month for the past 4 years. (More than rs.35000 unnotified billing). I realised this only recently when i checked my bank statements after coming home. The bank refuses to terminate this arrangement as they cannot interfere.

                        This is the most ruthless form of hustling. I request you to be careful of these forms of ecs swindlers. Please sign petition if you think this matters.

                        We searched for kpn Bangalore got a link in just just dial and got this number [protected] this guy told to book seat for 200 so we have all card information believeing but he took 9500 and didn't not return it you just dail aren't taking any complaint thought you were trusted web no you are not

                          Three month back your representative come to my office for selling the
                          Just dial package. I understood the package and give him a cheque.
                          But due to some reason i have not sufficient balance and my cheque was

                          He told me its ok. But after closing of my business after two month

                          This was the duty of representative to cancel the transaction . But he did not intersted in it.

                            I didn't ask anything about transportation... And i get calls from jd everyday... I didn't do anything.. I was just search about job purposes... And now everyday jd calls me that i had an enquiry regarding transportation... I just want to get rid of this... Do something.. And please don't call me back regarding this issue... I don't have any idea what's going on even... Solve this asap...

                              I inquired for bus transport agents and received call from fraud agent, he ask me to do online payment, i agreed, he sent me link for payment, i opened the link and followed the instruction from agents. i select credit card payment option, i put credit card details after that need to put amount, said amount Rs Rs 50/-, i entered amount and entered proceed, OTP came on my registered mobile number with amount 39900/-.
                              this is clear fraud.

                                When we started using this service we were informed as one year and without our knowledge justdial people renewed and took over the money from our account. When we asked to stop again they are telling that ecs continued.

                                For the past three months we are struggling with that team and totally upset as they are not at all replying us.

                                We dont want our money to be deducted unwantedly.

                                Please help us to get rid of that company and save our money.

                                  Before 3 months i paid cheque for paid service my register mobile num is [protected]. Business name is sublime hair and beauty.

                                  As having some finanacial issue i change my location of business so not possible to pay any amt. From last 3 months i told team do stop my ecs when i get money ill give paid service.. But this is not happening and near about 4000 amt deduct from account. Suchitra thorat from ecs team speak arogantly and ask me to pay 12000 rs. But my contract amt is 4520. She said i am not going to stop ur ecs as i requested her stop ecs mode within 1-2 month when i get money i can purchse package.. Team coordinate with me because of deduction my credit score will be affected. Need to sort out this thing as early as possible

                                    I had purchased a plan for advertisement of my academy name as vikramanta academy in shakarpur delhi on 14 april. On that time mr ankush kalra sales representative of just dial told me that your academy's position will rotate from 1 to 10th or 12th position. But after 3 days it appears on 15 or 16 position. I had called the customer care and complained about it then they had promised me that our team will talk in 24 to 48 hrs but any call had not come again i had called on 2nd june then they called me on 3rd june and ask the matter. Ms bhanupriya talked with me and told for wait to next 2 days after 5 or 7 days she called me and told that process is going on then i told her that whatever is answer plz give me in written. Again she called me on 13 june and told that you take your money but the company made me i have not agreed telling that you are making the customer fool so plz arrange a meeting at my academy so we will discuss it and i requested that any decisions is taken plz give me in written form but that day she did not reply and on 18 june she called me and told that any missrepresentation has not made and my complain has closed. Now i want to stop my services till the consumer court decision

                                      I am Vikas Purohit 1 year back in march i signed contract to develop my website and listing contract from Just dial. The Just Dial Executive Said me that You are taking website from us so every year on renewal of Normal listing contract your website will automatically renew every year. This Year when Executive visit my office for renewal of Contract. I discuss same with that executive. He said yes both thing will renew as listing you renew so i paid renewal money. After that my website not automatic renew and when i call JD omni they replied my you have to pay to renew website 3000+ gst first time and 599+gst every month. I am approachingn since many time and done lots of mail but there is no responsible person to solve my problem. My listing registered with my firm name Vikas Purohit & asssociates mobile [protected]. I expect my website money & renewal money back from such frauds.

                                      We have Paid listing in The Name of .Rajendra Nagar Hospital & IVF Center, Lucknow. In our listing all of a sudden no Patient reviews can be seen and deleted, pls resolve this problem AEAP as Patient Reviews are very important to us and We are really very Dissatisfied with it.
