It has been quite annoying since 2nd June 2019.

We have received a massage that our contract has expired, where as we have subscription for 10 years life time plan.

We are not receiving any leads massage or notification since 2nd June 2019. Since than I am calling your support team everyday but they are good for nothing. Every-time i get the same reply that we will get back to you but when????

I would request you to treat this request as priority.

I started using Just dial service 3 year ago. Now that I am not satisfied with the service I want to cancle ECS. I have been calliong Just Dial to cancle ECS from April, they are saying that I need to give them 3 month Intimation which I gave in April. Till date they are not stopping or working on my request.
When I called then again last month Just Dial executive said there is not manager available but they will call back in 6 hours. But no one called.
Kindly help me to stop Just Dial ECS

This a agarwal international packers and movers people is doing fraud, i got detail about them by just dial, i have given my bike to get parcel by them and they ask me for 3000 which include everything they made me sign the document in order to conduct service, after picking up my bike now they are demanding 300% higher than the actual price rs 9500, they said name of the company is agarwal international packers and movers.i ask that i dont want to have their services then now they are not giving me the bike back when i ask them to cancle the delivery and asking more i have paid 3000 before now tgey need 2000 more in order to return my bike and i have to collect it from his place and i have done research on him and found they are doing this fraud from years similarly. you should be taking care of it.. else it would impact your reputation.you didn't mention any such thing in your site now they are blackmailing me and harnessing me.i am really dispress i want my bike back as i left it at place it was picked up.
They are threatening me in order that they will use the bike as long as they want and if i want ny bike immediately than i have to offer money for getthing my own bike.if any crime is conducted by them who will be responsible.

I have to aganist your team for providing such fraud people information at your site... and have to do fir for getting my own bike.please help me if you can

They asked me for 3000 for door to door service charged me extra for petrol and deal was coinfirmed.after few hour of taking bike from my place they stop responding and monu goal demanded 9500 do deliver the bike.when i said 3000 price was fixed than he refused it, now he didn't delivering my bike back even it is with him and he is asking me for more money if i want and blackmailing me and mentally harnessing me and my family.
As i got the detail about him by just dial therefore i want you to get immediate solution.i am going to file fir on him and in in your comapny in order to provide frauds.
As when i look to the complains he has committed several this kind of fraud in past but none of them is mention in your site.

Just dial is a engine to rob public money rather any search engine. They cleverly trap a prey and make an yearly agreement and than never cares.

Truly there should be some law to take these people to task.

I am looking forward to suit file this company. People should know the facts before being trapped.

I am writing on behalf of ATDC Okhla. Just dial sold us a package. We received the proforma invoice of Rs 11800/- for a lifetime package on 22nd May for which payment was made on 7th June and the details of the payment were forwarded to the concerned person on the same day but the package is yet not activated after chasing so many times I received the answer that the package was valid till May only. If so is just dial just grab the money & sit ideal??? but there was no validity mentioned on the PI. How can Just dial waste time & effort time? just dial not even responding after taking the payment? I am completely fed up chasing them &planning to go to consumer forum. Need an answer.

It's been a week I have dropped multiple emails to justdial ahmedabad asking for support regarding my listing (Paid Listing). But no reply is been made. Before the contract I get daily calls but after paying for it no support is provided.

JUST DIAL IS A FRAUD COMPANY. Do not trust them to promote your business. Their telemarketing, Sales and ECS department staff are well trained to misuse poor business people's ignorance to sign the ECS.
Then whatever you try, they will not cancel the ECS and every month the ECS will hit your bank. Irrespective of your email, sms and customer service call to stop the service, you will get a standard reply stating
" Dear Customer,

As per our recent discussion & agreement terms, your ECS stands continued. We look forward to having a strong business relationship in days to come.

I wonder why our government and RBI are not taking any legal actions against this fraud company so far. I see many people fall into prey to this cheater on daily basis. This should be stopped. We should spread awareness among our country people. Please spread this message as much as possible.

Dear Sir,
I m from Vadodara. I was taken a vendor from just dial for TV repair. As discuss with vendor he will give after 2 days.
Yet still after 17 days he is not revert my TV. After calling he is not receiving call and if received he told another problem.
I miss TV from 17 days and other people from home also bored.
The TV repair center is Shreeji electronics and service station karelibaug Vadodara
Based on believing on just dial I was given TV, so resolve my quiry on urgent basis.

I'm Richard F Saldanha' owner of RAMBO BLOCKS MANGLORE local. We have registered for the JD services. We are not getting any enquires from the past 4 days. But getting re-enquires from the attended enquiring customers. Why is this so. U'all said that we will get new enquires, so we had implemented a new JD scheme but it's not helping. It is really useless. To discuss regarding this matter, MANGLORE executive Mr. Nitesh and Mr. Abhishek are not responding to our calls and we are also trying through the customer care services, they are receiving the calls. I'm telling them the same story again and again, they in return transfer my calls to the supervisor but I'm kept on hold for a number of times but cannot speak to them. So what is the use of the customer care services and the local executives in MANGLORE. Please give us a solution and someone responsible to talk with. I hope you would get back as soon as possible. We took 'paid just dial' account on 30th March'2019. Since then we have hardly received 20 enquiries which are significantly less than what was told at the time of demo.Out of 20 queries 15 were from areas far way from our location and thus of no use.We have been trying to get in touch with the support team and have asked them to schedule an executive visit but no response for anything.Really feeling cheated as after taking payment no one is responding to any queries.Highly disappointed !

I have my paid listing on just dial. Since last 15 days I am not getting any single lead. I am trying to call to sale person ( Neha Tripathi and Shivam Gupta). Both are ignoring and manipulating. Even now not picking call.

I called on customer care. Executive transfer my call to responsible team. Really this team was unprofessional and don't know how to talk to a customer who is paying for their salary. She told "Yha to esi hi Hota hai Sir." When I asked to transfer my call to next level then she told " Yha pe main hi hoon. Koi escalation team nhi hoti." After that she disconnected my call.

Now I am in contact to my bank to cancel ECS after 1 month service. And looking my money back for advance month.

Just dial is cheater company thats why they blok you for 1 year and will ask for 3 month or 6 month money in advance. That is because they know that they will not be able to give you service for which you are paying.

But miss monica and mr jabbir asked opt and created new duplicate Alutech corporaton and activated to duplicate company. Please remove duplicate and reactivate my original one.

I have booked a Hotel room A/c on 10th of June 2019 in their hotel website @
www.gayathrilodge.com at Thirukadaiyur (Nagapattianam). A sum of Rs.1200 paid through online and acknowledgement has came to my mobile no [protected] which was as follows:
"Thank you, your payment of Rs.1200.00 is processed successfully at Gayathri Lodge. Transaction ID #CP[protected]OMV3N (Time 4.15 pm)
While I was trying to confirm the booking from the in charge of hotel (Mob No:[protected])and he says he has not received the money and he told that without money receipt he won't book the room.
Later while searching my bank statement through online, it was highlighted that a reference no: OTHPG526133 justdial.com was there against my payment of Rs.1200.

Payment was configured by Just Dial in their website, My question why my money was not transferred to M/s Gayathrilodge account. To confirm the same contacted Just dial on 12th evening at 17.30 hrs, they asked me to send a mail to [protected]@justdial.com.

Requesting you to arrange a A/C ROOM against the marked date in the application form at M/s Gayathrilodge, as the payment was received by you.

I am a business user (Sakthi Systems (Perungalathur)) in just dial Chennai for the past 2 years and make all my customers to registered in Just Dial to improve business. But when I am cancelling my business for some reason. The just dial just playing with me and very slowly respond to each and everything. I have allotted an executive to cancel my business (verification) after 15 days till no response (I have announced my business close request in may 11 2019). After a month I am getting a same response we will get back to you shortly... Now I feel very bad to be a business partner in just dial and I feel very bad to be a part of them. I want my ecs to be cancelled immediately...

I had contacted just dial for Hitachi AC repair customer care number, But they provided the local fraud mechanic number. When I contacted No [protected] they told over the phone that they were from Hitachi. They visited and did not repair the AC properly instead they charged nearly Rs. 5500/- and they never turned up inspite of contacting daily hundred times. When I ring up it shows CROWN REFRIGERATION AC REPAIR NAME IS SAM. Just dial is fraud company they provide only cheaters. Be careful before contacting just dial

We raised a service request to JD to get some electrician, so they send my no to one person, and came to picked my TV to repair. He gave my TV back same day in Evening but one we got the TV just after 30 min we faced the same issue and informed to that person. He told next day he will come and check it. Now it 1 week that guy is not coming and picking my call.

I send multiple messages to him but still he is not responding.

Even though he gave 1 Year warranty on the parts that he changed, yesterday he has told if you need faster service then go to other person to fix the issue.

I have called more then 20 times to JD customer care to register my complaint but from there also I get response like, we will call you in 24 hours.

I contacted just dial for ticketing agent he has text me the numbers and have given my number to local vendor for ticketing without my knowledge and then thay contacted me he says that he can issue the tickets in 5000 for 24th may then they issues the tickets for 25th may without my knowledge local vender has told you will receive the amount in 7 days now 16 days has gone not answering my call and not refunding my money
