We took 'paid just dial' account on 30th March'2019. Since then we have hardly received 20 enquiries which are significantly less than what was told at the time of demo.Out of 20 queries 15 were from areas far way from our location and thus of no use.We have been trying to get in touch with the support team and have asked them to schedule an executive visit but no response for anything.Really feeling cheated as after taking payment no one is responding to any queries.Highly disappointed !

I have my paid listing on just dial. Since last 15 days I am not getting any single lead. I am trying to call to sale person ( Neha Tripathi and Shivam Gupta). Both are ignoring and manipulating. Even now not picking call.

I called on customer care. Executive transfer my call to responsible team. Really this team was unprofessional and don't know how to talk to a customer who is paying for their salary. She told "Yha to esi hi Hota hai Sir." When I asked to transfer my call to next level then she told " Yha pe main hi hoon. Koi escalation team nhi hoti." After that she disconnected my call.

Now I am in contact to my bank to cancel ECS after 1 month service. And looking my money back for advance month.

Just dial is cheater company thats why they blok you for 1 year and will ask for 3 month or 6 month money in advance. That is because they know that they will not be able to give you service for which you are paying.

I paid amount for my company to activate in altutech corporation which is runing business in market since 2015 and listed in justdial 3 times per year.4th time i paid to continue my listing on 1/6/2019 for one year contract extension. But miss monica and mr jabbir asked opt and created new duplicate Alutech corporaton and activated to duplicate company. Please remove duplicate and reactivate my original one.

I have booked a Hotel room A/c on 10th of June 2019 in their hotel website @
www.gayathrilodge.com at Thirukadaiyur (Nagapattianam). A sum of Rs.1200 paid through online and acknowledgement has came to my mobile no [protected] which was as follows:
"Thank you, your payment of Rs.1200.00 is processed successfully at Gayathri Lodge. Transaction ID #CP[protected]OMV3N (Time 4.15 pm)
While I was trying to confirm the booking from the in charge of hotel (Mob No:[protected])and he says he has not received the money and he told that without money receipt he won't book the room.
Later while searching my bank statement through online, it was highlighted that a reference no: OTHPG526133 justdial.com was there against my payment of Rs.1200.

Payment was configured by Just Dial in their website, My question why my money was not transferred to M/s Gayathrilodge account. To confirm the same contacted Just dial on 12th evening at 17.30 hrs, they asked me to send a mail to [protected]@justdial.com.

Requesting you to arrange a A/C ROOM against the marked date in the application form at M/s Gayathrilodge, as the payment was received by you.

I am a business user (Sakthi Systems (Perungalathur)) in just dial Chennai for the past 2 years and make all my customers to registered in Just Dial to improve business. But when I am cancelling my business for some reason. The just dial just playing with me and very slowly respond to each and everything. I have allotted an executive to cancel my business (verification) after 15 days till no response (I have announced my business close request in may 11 2019). After a month I am getting a same response we will get back to you shortly... Now I feel very bad to be a business partner in just dial and I feel very bad to be a part of them. I want my ecs to be cancelled immediately...

I had contacted just dial for Hitachi AC repair customer care number, But they provided the local fraud mechanic number. When I contacted No [protected] they told over the phone that they were from Hitachi. They visited and did not repair the AC properly instead they charged nearly Rs. 5500/- and they never turned up inspite of contacting daily hundred times. When I ring up it shows CROWN REFRIGERATION AC REPAIR NAME IS SAM. Just dial is fraud company they provide only cheaters. Be careful before contacting just dial

We raised a service request to JD to get some electrician, so they send my no to one person, and came to picked my TV to repair. He gave my TV back same day in Evening but one we got the TV just after 30 min we faced the same issue and informed to that person. He told next day he will come and check it. Now it 1 week that guy is not coming and picking my call.

I send multiple messages to him but still he is not responding.

Even though he gave 1 Year warranty on the parts that he changed, yesterday he has told if you need faster service then go to other person to fix the issue.

I have called more then 20 times to JD customer care to register my complaint but from there also I get response like, we will call you in 24 hours.

Now I am putting this complaint to Consumer fouram and in other platform too.

I contacted just dial for ticketing agent he has text me the numbers and have given my number to local vendor for ticketing without my knowledge and then thay contacted me he says that he can issue the tickets in 5000 for 24th may then they issues the tickets for 25th may without my knowledge local vender has told you will receive the amount in 7 days now 16 days has gone not answering my call and not refunding my money

Confiait solutions, coimbatore...listed in ur free listing, im been complaining from the past 1 month to customer care to remove the photos of my office but not removing. Very worst customer service. If you not going to remove the photos. Im going to legally file a case against you to post my office photos without my permission and knowledge. Take immediate action.

I have contacted via email/phone to Justdial representatives for stopping my EMI with justdial but they don't do anything for last 2-3 months and the customer care guys assured me that they will stop the EMI. My name is mustafa shaikh i call just dial & take query about personal loan they gave me number of sahara finance pvt ltd which is fraud company so my brother rafik mukaram daud want 3 lakh personal loan I call them and tell that my brother want 3 lakh personal loan for their daughter wedding & they accept it and they say we have to first pay file charge which is 2250 & also emi pay in advance we pay them which is 6227 about 2 to 3 weeks ago they didn't receive our call so I visit to their office but there is no office at particular place which they given and also I contact them with another mobile number they pick up and say the processing of loan is going on when I tell them we dnt want to apply for loan and give them a money return they cut my call and not receive it..If they don't give my money back I do FIR on just dial...i use every service for calling of just dial & they having fraud company attach with them so take action about them..

I am Nehru from Kanchipuram. I was running an institute named as Way to Smart Brain. The institute had been closed two months ago. After i had closed it i had informed to justdial and requested to close my contract with them. But nobody taken any kinds of steps . Rather the justdial officers in Chennai zone extenting my contract and making me loose my money. I am so much distressed in this situation. Please help me to get saved from justdial's exploitation

I have registered my business with Just Dial, They have promised that i will get average monthly 25 Leads. I have made down payment of Rs 4750. and remaining by ECS Rs 1180. First month i got only 4 leads that is also bogus inquiry. Then immediately I have requested to cancel my plan and to stop ECS payment immediately. They told once request received it will take minimum 2 months to cancel., But this condition their local executive didn't inform me. Even i have waited till 2 Months but still not stopped. Again called customer care service they are also not providing proper response. This company one of the Big Fraud company. If they have real lead why they cant charge commission or they can sell their lead to others. They are not getting any leads, they will create dummy enquiry and they will send us to make fool us.

Shree samarth krupa tours and travels Vasai east is a cheater. he'll book a wrong ticket and keep all the balance money. Upon asking for balance money he will give excuse. Please i want my money back. They have kept mine 3500/- rs and are not returning it back. They have now begin to ignore my calls. I hope you will do something about it. Thankyou.

Due to the information given about my mobile number & email many calls a rising to me so, please unsubscribe me in just dial. So please cancel my subscription to justdial i should not get any calls from justdial and i have got all the informations in the justdial i tried many ways to unsubscribe but not able to do so please unsubscribe me or delete my account from just dial....

I ordered a vertical blinds for my office. He sent one person called ramesh and he took the measurements and shared the quote. Pfa the photo. After making 100% payment he didn't even execute the work and ran away. After follow up to one month, now he casually msging for the past 4 days to complete the work. Till now no update. He is a fraud. Don't go with this vendor. We checked with his office but it's shut down. Justdial team pls check and verify and pls support if you can.

I am swapnil bawiskar, i took just dail contract in may month. They provide me contact no which can be by visitors and visitors can call me. But problem is that company has already provided to other (Dr op chaudhary) same contact no. So customer call me anytime for inquiry about dr chaudhary. I called to justdial company but they not help me. Before that one of the excutive of justdial came my clinic and explain me its plan and i took that plan but which was another plan that he gave me, means he explain me another feature which was not included in purchased plan. So pls help me and give me justice.

Have written mail after detail discussion with your representative shina from mumbai andheri branch on dated 28/05/19 on [protected]@justdial.com.

She promised that within 3-4 working days i will get my refund in my account from which transactions done.

Till date neither i got refund or any reply by mail or phone.

In such conditions please suggest where i can log my complaint.
