Hello! My name is mustafa shaikh i call just dial & take query about personal loan they gave me number of sahara finance pvt ltd which is fraud company so my brother rafik mukaram daud want 3 lakh personal loan I call them and tell that my brother want 3 lakh personal loan for their daughter wedding & they accept it and they say we have to first pay file charge which is 2250 & also emi pay in advance we pay them which is 6227 about 2 to 3 weeks ago they didn't receive our call so I visit to their office but there is no office at particular place which they given and also I contact them with another mobile number they pick up and say the processing of loan is going on when I tell them we dnt want to apply for loan and give them a money return they cut my call and not receive it..If they don't give my money back I do FIR on just dial...i use every service for calling of just dial & they having fraud company attach with them so take action about them..

I ordered ayurvadic medicine on web link jmtmarketindia.com but that order didn't received to me yet. Payment through jd pay was paid. Pay mode paytm . Order id -JDO[protected]_PAY534D14112B and transaction id -

I ask on jmt's number about that but they told me that there's not responsible for payment with jd pay or just dial

I am Nehru from Kanchipuram. I was running an institute named as Way to Smart Brain. The institute had been closed two months ago. After i had closed it i had informed to justdial and requested to close my contract with them. But nobody taken any kinds of steps . Rather the justdial officers in Chennai zone extenting my contract and making me loose my money. I am so much distressed in this situation. Please help me to get saved from justdial's exploitation

I have registered my business with Just Dial, They have promised that i will get average monthly 25 Leads. I have made down payment of Rs 4750. and remaining by ECS Rs 1180. First month i got only 4 leads that is also bogus inquiry. Then immediately I have requested to cancel my plan and to stop ECS payment immediately. They told once request received it will take minimum 2 months to cancel., But this condition their local executive didn't inform me. Even i have waited till 2 Months but still not stopped. Again called customer care service they are also not providing proper response. This company one of the Big Fraud company. If they have real lead why they cant charge commission or they can sell their lead to others. They are not getting any leads, they will create dummy enquiry and they will send us to make fool us.

Shree samarth krupa tours and travels Vasai east is a cheater. he'll book a wrong ticket and keep all the balance money. Upon asking for balance money he will give excuse. Please i want my money back. They have kept mine 3500/- rs and are not returning it back. They have now begin to ignore my calls. I hope you will do something about it. Thankyou.

Due to the information given about my mobile number & email many calls a rising to me so, please unsubscribe me in just dial. So please cancel my subscription to justdial i should not get any calls from justdial and i have got all the informations in the justdial i tried many ways to unsubscribe but not able to do so please unsubscribe me or delete my account from just dial....

I ordered a vertical blinds for my office. He sent one person called ramesh and he took the measurements and shared the quote. Pfa the photo. After making 100% payment he didn't even execute the work and ran away. After follow up to one month, now he casually msging for the past 4 days to complete the work. Till now no update. He is a fraud. Don't go with this vendor. We checked with his office but it's shut down. Justdial team pls check and verify and pls support if you can.

I am swapnil bawiskar, i took just dail contract in may month. They provide me contact no which can be by visitors and visitors can call me. But problem is that company has already provided to other (Dr op chaudhary) same contact no. So customer call me anytime for inquiry about dr chaudhary. I called to justdial company but they not help me. Before that one of the excutive of justdial came my clinic and explain me its plan and i took that plan but which was another plan that he gave me, means he explain me another feature which was not included in purchased plan. So pls help me and give me justice.

Have written mail after detail discussion with your representative shina from mumbai andheri branch on dated 28/05/19 on [protected]@justdial.com.

She promised that within 3-4 working days i will get my refund in my account from which transactions done.

Till date neither i got refund or any reply by mail or phone.

In such conditions please suggest where i can log my complaint.

yet these 5 persons always gives a message that there will be a call arranged for me with in 2 min and yet no phone call is arranged till today..
my all day schedule is to call in just dial as many times as I can just to increase your phone traffic to show to the damn world saying the biggest company of India..
kindly people do something regarding this nonsense running or I shall go to customer forum department with the same issue.

Till now avoiding every call by assuring he will call soon. This reflect very poor service management and fraudulent.

I have searched for a adress of a cycle repair shop (Aerobatic cycle repair shop) which is 5km away from my house so we went there and searched for it but it's not there so we complained to the customer care so she didn't answer any of our questions so i think this app is waste it wasted our time i rated it 1 in the play store and can give 0rating this is completely a waste app and don't show these type of adress again i never prefer this app again thank you

My name is deepak singh. I have signed a contract with just dial for paying around 7000/- through ecs to get leads and it worked fine. But from last 5 months i'm keep contacting just dial and asking them to stop my ecs as i closed my business down so don't need their services again and everytime they say you'll get a call in 10 min. To process your request but never got a call back and they keep deducting amount from my bank. They also told me that from next month it would not be deducted but still they process the ecs and deduct the amount from my bank. I want all my money get refunded from the time i filed the complaint to stop my ecs to justdial. I would not suggest anyone to use their services.

On 20-05-19 i had searched for lg fully automatic washing machine mechanic in patna on just dial and on the same day i received a call from h4 service from patna who then send a service engineer to repair my washing machine and took rs. 1200 /-, but the machine was not working then on next day i again called and after 2-3 days they again send a another mechanic to repair and again he took rs.700/- from me but still the machine is not working. Now almost 10 days has lapsed and i have spent almost rs.2000/- but neither my machine has been repaired nor the person from h4service is entertaining my complaint.

It seems i have been cheated jointly by both h4service & just dial, who have provided pathetic and worst service in addition to loss of my money.

If there is anybody, who is listening and monitoring these vendors, registered with just dial, then request to look into my complaint, else i have to serach for some other option (Legal) for the fraudulent activity, which has been committed with me.

All inform you that justdial its a no 1 search engine but company chiting with clint like (Paid clint) i have business and m add with just dial for business lead per pus. Illegally from my account detect balance. And m got getting proper lead. All lead are fake. Some parson number switch off no number no email id like that. When my ecs get bounce i get a call from justdial and mss juhi (Justdial bangalore account depatment) send one justdial link and m paid ecs balance. Next dat from my account again auto debit ecs balance. When i call to juhi shes trying to convene.. Justdial a fake/fraud company. Bee carefully friends. Inext stap m going to police stastion and gave a complan for this and same fir copy m sending justdial and same leagle team and department of ministry. & useless. I asked him before the date of payment is there is any need of
Ssl id. He replyed me that there is no any need of ssl id but, after few

Replyed me that you have to buy ssl id of price rs 2590. I told him earlier
That if there is any need of payment for ssl id then, i am not ready to

Then, why should i choose your costly service. Your response towards your

He immediately call from [protected] & when i asked already told no why he called up again? To which he replied that you just said no no no & kept phone. So i told him no mean no & why did he call back i would complain regarding this unsolicited call, to which he said jo karna hai so kar lo!!!

A sales person names Nilesh Singh, came to visit our office on behalf of Denish, in surat and asked to register for paid service, its been a week since our Cheque got cleared and services has not yet been started. This is really unprofessional from. Justdial.com there is no complain email or number where we can file complaint.

They have credited from my account and have note yet uploaded document since a week.

I have tried to make complaint but there is no one to response to our complaint.

I would like to relate this not to take any services from Justdail and its just a trap.
