While opting for your membership i wanted to save changes in my running contract your sales man for ful filling his sales target gave a new membership. And it is being a problem because with the same name 2 business are listed on justdail in which one of them has wrong mobile number. Which is hampering my business.

Respected i have paid double emi in the month of march and i had also talk with your agent and she told me that she will adjust my emi in the next month. Then why again in the month of april ecs is getting deducted from my account. I had also complain about this but that was of no use.

We had heard a lot of just dial being india's no 1 online promotion portal. However, we are really sorry, but your service is pathetic. Your agents are just behind closing the deal but do not believe in any kind of service provision whatsoever. Also your customer support seem helpless all the time we call. I bought a trial package of 3000 and gave a cancel check for ecs and told the executive that if i like the leads i will continue or else i will quit.. All leads were irrelevant so i told the executive to stop the service but they now say that i am in a contract of one year and i have to continue but why should i if i am not liking the service... They are always calling after known that this business is closed.

We had entered in just dial's premium advertisement banner and website package offered by mr. Faisal for rs.49507.
Anyhow, after receiving the payment, there has been no progress.
We requested just dial to stop our advertisement and revert our money at the earliest, failing which we will be forced for proceedings.
Still there was no response.
We have already registered this complaint 35 days ago, but it has not...

In spite repeated request to terminate the agreement justdial is still carrying on and presenting the ecs, i have enclosed the current month receipt for your reference, every time we send a mail on this subject some from justdial end calls us immediately but the issue isn't resolved, we have lost huge amount to justdial through this ecs debit. Now we have engaged a senior high court lawyer to sue the justdial for their unethical practise....

I had posted review on Justdial about Krupa Constructions. But Justdial has deleted my posting and posted as per Raghu Huchappa D, Krupa Construction requirement. I had commented for that review and to view that comment justdial has made to enter name, mobile number followed by OTP. Justdial executive asked me to send the document by email and to repost the review. I had emailed the document and reposted the review on 28th Apr'19, 29th Apr'19...

I had posted review on Krupa Constructions it was live for just a day and later it was deleted. I called just dial and the executive asked me to email documents and repost review and advise informed by the executive I had sent email and reposted the review on Saturday. But till date the review is not live. Infact, the review which was live for a day, to that either just dial or Krupa posted review Olin their favour and for that I commented....

I was offered a second. Position in my area by mr rohit amd mrvipul his senior.
They said that since we r celebrateimg 25 years of just dial we we will give u a hefty discount i immediately was lured into paying rs 25000 cash
After that most of the calls that came had already been attended by some other clinic
So their claim that i wud get the first or second call on lead proved totally false.
