Pls help as the photographers of future9 events they took .one from me n did photo shoot as well but are not providing me with the album and a video;and are also not interested in refunding my money back..this guy's they took all the money in advance itself, I dint argued thinking k that's fine as I just want a good work from them..but this guy's they cheated..

I am writing this email to complain about your service..

We are paid customer at justdial since 25th August 2018..

At first we are getting very unnecessary leads, we have complained for many times, but we didn’t get any positive response from your side,
We have also tried to communicate with your BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE Mr.HUSAIN RATLAMWALA but he never helped us out.. he was always makes promises for solved our problems, but he never ever done that..

After that We also talked with your other executives Mr. CHIRAG, Mr. NIMESH and many other people, but no one had taken our problem seriously..

And now we are not getting inquiries from your side from last 1month..

And last we have received a reply from [protected]@justdial.com on date april 6, 2019. and he told us that our contract is expired now, what they have told us that our service is just for 6 month..

But your BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE Mr.HUSAIN RATLAMWALA told us that this service is for 4 years and in mail on dated[protected] you have also mentioned(I have attached this mail above) that our service is for 4 years according to that mail our service will expire in 25th august 2022..

We have always waste our time to following up on you..

This is purely unethical as we have gained your service for 4 years with your BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE Mr.HUSAIN RATLAMWALA..
And now he is out of communication.. please this is unacceptable as he don’t receive the calls nor he replying ..

We are regret to inform you that is your after sales service is very pathetic and non co-operative attitude towards your customer .
so plz check & correct our account and please refund our money..
We are requesting you to solve our problems, otherwise we have to take legal action against your service..

We have taken justdial account from Amit Raj - on 23 April and made the Payment thru Online/NEFT. Payment Id is "JDPY-MACC5014714"

Now looking to discontinue the contract with immediate effect. Issues are mentioned below.

1) Customer Service team is rediculess and harash the customer like anything and not been able to connect with person who sold the contract.

2) Made the payment online with GST - Followed multiple time for bill but still not received the updated bill for GST benefits.

3) Committed the 5-7 searches/query/enquiry on daily basis. but fact is not even a single.

Note : ECS should not been deducted from my account. please cancel my contract and reversed the remaining balance amount.

Please note the address provided for cavestono is illegal. The entire building bearing that address is only used for domestic purpose.

I always thought just dial was a very professional organisation which will use its due diligence and find out whether it is commercial or domestic before listing it in the directory.

May i request a professional action on this removing the commercial address, when there is domestic dwelling

Firr maine customer care[protected] se baat ki safia kehte hain ki aapka package band nahi hoga minimum 3 mahine aap ko chalana hoga market main justdial ka naam kharab kar rahe hain aur customer bhi kharab ho raha hai customer se miscommunication karte hain aur bade main miss behave karahe hain to mera paisa jald se jald wapas kiya jaaye ecs ko stop kiya jaye torrent.

I have taken the services from Justdial.com first they activated our account after 2 weeks then we asked for leads, for now, it has been 2 weeks and we got 0 leads. We are tired of calling, again and again, no solution. they charged 17700 there are no benefits I in the loss. justdial.com is not listening at all. I am frustrated and going to kill myself.

Please delete my comment which i gave as a feedback for one doctor as i tried to delete my comments but it is not getting deleted. Please do this. It is looking very odd as same comments and same name is repeating twice to thrice time. Please look into this issue as a high priority. As i faced so much problem in uploading my comments, it is not getting uploaded also, but when i check after 1 week my name and my comment is repeated three to to four times which is looking very odd, so i tried to delete my comments but it is not getting deleted.

Sir. I had been running a spoken hindi coaching class in kanchipuram. My institute name is way to smart brain. Because of false promises of justdial advertisers, i had been brain washed and made a advertisement contract with just dial. After that, every month, my contract amount of ₹699 is being debited from my account.
My first complaint is i didn't receive any calls from public through just dial as promised by just dial. My second complaint is the person who marketted never supported and responded me for any of my quries after my first payment is done.
My third complaint is although i make a call to just dial customer care number and ask them to stop my contract with justdial. No one responded yet. They say, "once the contract is signed, full year i have to pay the ecs". I told them that i am not running my spoken hindi centre, then why should i pay the ecs? In reply to that they say a local justdial officer will come and verify that whether the centre is running or not. But no one came yet. I again made a compalint. But they say tue same responses.
I am so much suffering due to insufficient money in my bank account.in this situation, if the just dial loots money from my account, i have to suffer more and more.
Therefore i request you please make a neccessary step to break off the contract with justdial and save my money.
Just dial really provides poor service. No use by joining with justdial.
Please save me who suffer due to poverty sticken condition.

I started my service on just dial i was told that the services would be disabled whenever you want but whenever i called the just dial executive first of fall they don't know how to talk to consumer and after that whenever i told them to stop the services their reaction used to changed and they started giving complications regarding discontinuation of services i need that my services should be stopped from just dial.

I want to refund my Money because there is no any benefits to join you and your staff is very bad to talk with customer and they just do fraud to me and they are not pic my call I am very freusted

Myself ranjan kumar, director of rkvity classes pvt ltd, have registered my company profile with just dial.in the month of april 2019, my ecs got bounced due to some reason. Because of which i received very very less no of leads, instead of getting really nice flow of leads in previous months. I thought next month flow of leads be okey if i pay next ecs. But,
Today i got a call from account department (Farhan akhtar, introduced herself as account head) and told
1. I told because of april ecs bounce, i got very very low no. Of leads. Which was loss for me because of not paying ecs.
2. Now after 1 month, she is asking me to pay previous month due. I asked if i pay pending ecs amount, what about loss in no of leads i faced in last month. If i compensate my monthy ecs amount, will you compensate lost number of leads of previous month. Why not you informed me that time only pay the bounced ecs amount, i might have paid that time only, to receive all april leads. But now after loosing april leads she is calling me in month of may to clear the april due.
Along with this she is talking very rude and using unprofessional words/statement which are as follows:
1. Aap 3500 k liye itna kyun bahas kr rahe ho
2. Apko samjh kyun nahi aa raha, tabse samjha rahi hoon
3. Ap 3500 de doge to kya ho jayega
4. Hum terms n condition me sab kuch kyun likhe, itna to common sense hona chahiye
5. Terms and condition me har baat thodi likhi jati hai
6. Aap terms n condition me kyun likhne bol rahe ho, 3500 k liye itni der se bahas kr rahe ho?

Now my concern to you is:
1. Why should i pay, and incure of loss of 3500 if i have already lost april leads because of late call (After completion of month) from your side.
2. Why the staffs of branded company like jd are talkiing like this with their clients.

For giving package they used to call me day and night. After so much irritation i finally asked them to come and paid them 6000 for desired package. Their consultants (Who came to sell package) stopped taking my calls after that, and i compaint that on their coustomer carr no but their response was no satisfactory at all. After few days consultant called me saying your package will be activated shortly and i recieved an email of reciept sateting my paid amount for the package that i chose. But in that reciept my desired plan was changed to lower plan and money paid show their was 3000. Their cheater consultant conned me took my hard earned money. I am from allahabad i would suggest you not to take any services from them

I have request just dail to advertising my farm house for rent. Just dail dail employee came to my farm and.
Sale the monthly package and changed
11800rs yearly.
I issue post dated cheque date is[protected] and just dail employee call me[protected] and i request to cancel this advertising but forcefully he is submitted my cheque twice time. One time i faceing cheque bounceing charged and 2edly cheque is clear.
This is cheet and of just dail pls refunding my money.

I have registered for psychologist profile and apart from paying monthly, the calls i receive is all abusive calls, and a random transferred calls for any services.

I am been 10 times constantly transferred by a just dial agent the same call back to back, number of a person is: [protected]
He spoke in a abusive way, i have wrote to the just dial team to discontinue my service. Still haven't heard yet.

Dear sir/mam,
we have experienced the worst service from just dial not only from our account manager mr rohan somaiya but also from the just dial back hand team.
Even our owner mr zahid shera have also call for the same issue to mr zubin shah the manager of rohan somaiya but he also doing the same just wasting our time by doing fake promises for meeting.

I have raised complain against my service the fraud done by just dial but no solution were provided by jd as well as our account manager is also not interested to solve the issue on today itself we have call him to have a meeting for issues getting from jd around 12:30 his answer is he was in the meeting now on the way for our office. Still he did not came.

Its seems like we have wasted our money successfully.

I am lavika and i registered my business on just dial. As per the executive that visited me (Named divyanshu sharma), i can avail the facility (Get leads) in benefit of life time package registration in just dial on a payment of 12000 plus gst. I took the risk as i was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account and after 9 months and still 1750rs amount is keep on deducting from my bank account. I called just dial customer care and they said it is ecs payment and that i will be charged this amount every month. I informed that i was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ecs service, to which they denied and said that it will continue as per the contract i signed.

I went to my bank to stop the ecs service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ecs form.

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ecs cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ecs charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ecs service provided by just dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

Very unprofessional rude behaviour executive name is faiz very bad attitutude he is wrong present just dail take action against faiz i will also mail for jd higher athourity attach call recording check nd resolve. Our paid services runing for last two years now he is stoped our all services nd deleted paid account kindly check nd resolve regards fair deal tour & travels regd mob nos. [protected].

I had done a bus seat booking by getting the contact details of manmandir travels aurangabad from just dial. The person having contact number [protected] had given me a make my trip link for completing the payment. For completing the payment i had entered my card details and provided the otp to the concerned person. Payment of rs.2000 has been debited to my account but there has been no booking of ticket either at make my trip or through the ultimate bus operator manmandir travels. My account statement shows debit of rs.2000 and description mentioned is prcr/payu pa*payu payments/gurgaon.
I have already raised a complaint with just dial for this matter and the only response that i am getting is that the concerned team will get back within 24 hours. These transactions have happened on sunday 05.05.2019 but till date no concrete action has been taken by just dial. I had also forwarded the screen shot of the message i received from just dial with the concerned number but again only a standard reply from your end has been received.
It is shameful that a person has lost money due to wrong information being provided from your end and still there has been no urgency shown on this matter from your end. You claim to be india's no.1 local search engine but due to your fault i have lost my money. Who is taking responsibility for this?
When i contacted the said person through another number he said and admitted that he is into deceiving people and frauding people of their money.
You want us to provide us with ratings for the services provided by you but for this matter what ratings should be given as even negative rating would be insufficient for this matter.
I have again attached a screen shot of the message i received from just dial.
Resolve this matter at the earliest and refund my money as i blindly relied on the contact detail i received from just dial.

I had got a subscription of paid ad services so whoever enquired for that particular service i get a message and i convert them to leads, as accepted i paid an amount of rs.25, 000/- to just dial for one year of service once i paid amount they took 1 month to activate and after activating i am unable to receive matched leads totally unrelated leads none o[censored]se i changed keywords and all but its not working called to the person from whome i got subscription he also not responding name sandeep and his manager put my number on the blacklist not even responding the calls and all stuff. Such a bad service i want the amount to be refunded or give me 100% service.
