Why i am getting following email???
I am not going to pay a single money to justdial. You people are fraud. You always hide all hidden cost and generate cost after cancellation of contract.
I am not going to make all this suelss tds from jd.

This is a gentle reminder to deposit tax deducted at source ('tds') on payment/ (S) made for contract/ (S) entered with just dial limited during financial year 2018-19 relevant to assessment year 2019-20.
For your information please see below table showing threshold limit for tds. If payments are made below this limits, then liability to deduct and pay tds would not be applicable.

Single payment or credit rs. 30, 000/-
Aggregate amount paid or credited or likely to paid during the financial year 2018-19 rs. 1, 00, 000/-
The due date for depositing tds for the month of march 2019 is 30th april 2019 and filing of tds return for q4 of fy 2018-19 is 31st may 2019.
Your immediate attention towards above compliance is requested. Ignore if already done.
Further, we request you to send us the hard copy of tds certificates at the below address;

Just dial has posted the picture, contact no. And charging fees from patient in the name of dr annika gupta "s ladies clinic at shop no.37, j&k block, laxmi nagar, delhi, without taking any permission in illegal way.
Just dial is giving false information to the patients about doctor.
Even the owner dr annika gupta, has not contacted just dial for any such type of thing.
Looking like just dial company make fool of the general company and harasses the bonafide business owner.
So, i request that kindly remove the portal of dr annika gupta from just dial.

On 4th april i called on just dial at 11.25 am for marriage certificate agents... A person named ashish con no. [protected] called me from star consultant mulund mumbai 400078 [protected]@cyberservices.com and after a series of talk and msgs on watsapp he came to my address and took all documents and took 2500 rs also for the work... And gave me a rcpt also... After that he insured me that he will confirm the time (For verification at office) on same day within half an hour... But didn't contact me on se day... After that day i am trying to get in contact with him but not getting any reply... Please help me in this matter as i thought he was authentic because he called me after i contacted just dial... I can give you all call details ; msg details and receipt as well if required...

Can you please help me resolve this issue with just dial. I registered with them by paying around Rs.7000 . I was told that if people search for interior designers in Andheri West, I will get leads. This is complain regarding the account closure we have taken your services for our business kidzee mahavir enclave new delhi & kidoos day care mahavir enclave new delhi from last 1 year so know we sold out business to third party.

So we have requested you team to closed the account by mailing to delhi justdial team & sales manager, executive sashank but no one is responding and again they have deduct the ecs for the current month after there confirmation for not hitting the ecs.

So request you kindly look into this and closed the account & refund the ecs amount.

Hello Just Dial. I am sethi. I paid JD for mg Sethi Coaching Institute, Bharatgarh Ropar punjab. Affter payment the didnot activate my account. I called their representative and Chd Manager Vikas. But my account was not activate. I wrote many times to their official website. I wrote about payment refund but JD team not replying. When i call [protected] no. they put my call on hold every time for aprox 20-30 minute. When i call Chd ofc Vikas he talk with me rudely and said we will no provide you any service and not refund you any money do whatever you want. Then i told him about consumer court. He said We will not provide JD service and not provide Refund we are not afraid of Legal action. I dont understand what i will do now. I am mentally harrashed by JD. Please Resolve my Issue.

Fake company just dial don't believe on them all r fraud making money n trapping customer

I would like to complain about justdial in Mumbai head office who can take decision on the spot I don't want to talk to the customer care now please connect me to the head office and please check the recordings of my call several times I told you that I am having my financial issues but still they don't listen to me and my ECS is still running and I am having issues so show my ECS is getting bounce and am getting the charges bouncing charges I want all the refund now I am not going to paysingle penny but now I want to stop my service today itself if it is not stop I am going to do the complain to the police station because of such behaviour of yours in January only I told you to stop my ECS as well as my services but they r not stopping and requested to renew

I have signed a contract with justdial for my preschool. I had tried to deactivate the contract since january and the company asked for 3 months to stop ecs deduction upto march, but still justdial is deducting ecs from my account for current april month still after complaining so many times. The customer care executive just keep giving excuses and asking for more time. This is the worst company i had ever seen

After reviewing the company in just dial. Instantly justdial sold my personal details to third-party companies.

Third-party companies calling me for unwanted services.

Please don't use justdial because it is one of india's largest data selling company.

Indian govt should ban this company for selling data to indian and international companies.

I ordered the 3 shirts in bigfashion hub but the product delivered to me is the poor quality and the ordered colours and the delivered product colors are fully different .for this I send message to bigfashion hub through email but there is no response from the company .I sent message from 2 days but there is no replay I really sad about this company so I want to take this product back and refund my amount

Hi Team, Last month I have freely-listed on justdial to get business. After listing I was getting various calls on paid membership. On 2nd April 2019, I was offered plan named VFL.

See the Mis-selling -
1.Product is Verified lifetime listing, I got contract listing for 10 years.

2. Product offered was 10, 000 + gst18% total is 11, 800 - I was not convinced so they gave me EMI option in which interest will be beared by JustDial. So, I assumed I have to repay 11, 800 and interest on such cost is paid by JustDail. I was assured I am paying only Capital and not interest. Now, the wonder is the Interest @ 15% component, they included in the amount. So, on invoice the net Value of product is 8, 593 and not 10, 000. Interest amount and GST amount is deducted from 11, 800. On 5th April I recd. a copy of contract and invoice.

3. On 5th April, RM asked me to activate the contract. I asked him I am out of town for 2 days make it on 8th April.

4. Even after confirming me they will activate on 8th April, they activated on 5th April Itself.

5. On 8th I raised the issues, I asked what is Capital payback to RM Akshay, he said I dont understand that. The contract is an arrangement where we are reducing price what is in it for you, why you are having issue if we have lowered the Price to show in accounts.The concern is they only sell the product dont know the working of product. They were saying I am not getting their point. I asked to cancel the contract. whats their reply "contract cannot be cancelled" I asked them have they stated at first that contract cannot be cancelled. The Operations team said they will get back to me.

6. On 9th April, I again contacted, no one to answer and same reply contract cannot be cancelled, we can only solve the issue what I was facing. They said concerned team will get back to me. 7. On 10th April, I again raised the call, still the same answer. I called up Sales person Jabbir Shaikh and Relationship person Akshay Panchal who convinced me to execute the contract - didn't picked up mobiles and responded via SMS They will call back.

At the start of contract, I am facing issues. I wanted to cancel the contract and request for moneyback 10, 140 which I have paid via Credit card against an EMI option. All my details are their on the copy of bill enclosed herewith.

Just dial sending sms of some ex user yogi fabrication. Now number changed and I reported just dial but yet they are sending me messages. Justdial remove my number. It’s [protected]. Myself Anish Mirza. I am not any yogi fabrication. So do it. Every day I am getting messages of just dial and yogi fabrication. Cause of this wrong numbers are calling. Solve my issue.

Been your customer since march 2018. I have been ripped off by you. I have made a complaint before #2306250 now it’s shows resolved on the portal. Before few days i decided to register my business on just dial so i asked about the registration n the adviser meeted me n i just have him my check that time to register my business on just dial. After that bcz of my personal issue so i called that adviser that don't put my check in bank i want that back, then everything is all right. Now i just received a call from just dial account depermant n that adviser told me i[censored] don't want registered so why u call us why u r created this all is this kind of talk o[censored] r talking with your customers??? Woh if i have authority that i will fire like these people. Whose name is krishna n cell number is[protected] what kind of joke this is this type of employme put just dial in work then definitely just dial will close...

I have renewed for the banner for my business for life time contract.. My banner contract is active from 31/06/2018 in your system but my banner is not displayed anywhere.. I already called in customer care many times and talk to mr sachin panchal, just dial ahmedabad.. He is telling i have already transferred a email to concern department and get back to me.. After 15 days of his mail.. Still there is no response for my complaint.. So lastly i am writing to just dial about this matter and requested to solve my complaints within 7days or else i need to take a legal action against the just dail after 7days
