Hi,

I booked the room in radhika reort kota on 20.04.2019.

Room is not booked by hotel staff and they informed me that it is justdial number and they can not booked the hotel.

We reached at 3:00 am in kota and after that we got the room in other hotel at 5:00 am.

I am totally disappointed for the same.

As per hotel team you can not booked the hotel so how i got the confirmation from your guy for the same.

I want to go for strict action for the same.

I made 113000INR payment on[protected] to Just Dial search engine inorder to develop my business whereas the details of the contract are SUPREMEPACK, PLATINUM/DIAMOND which means 5th position in the display site of Just dial search engine for a tenure of 12 months for 3 categories within 10kms radius of RajaannamalaiPuram of Chennai i.e., 71 pincodes .
Surprisingly after 3 months i.e., November 2018 I started recieving continous mails that my contract is ready to expire, I made a call to Relationship Manager Pradeep M for clarification regarding the mail for which he answered that problem will resolved soon.
On[protected] a mail has been recieved stating that contract continues for which I felt happy but after checking the mail and my position in the website of JUSTDIAL.COM I made a return call to same Relationship manager Pradeep and informed him that my company is not in 5th position and there are no premium services reply to it was asusual I will solve the issue as early as possible.
After waiting and hearing same answer issue will be resolved soon for another 5 months I reached JUSTDIAL office in LittleMount, Chennai and enquired about the same issue with the Manager Mr.Saravanan for which I recieved same reply ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED SOON but after few days management confirmed that nothing can be changed they provided non premium services for just 7 pincodes for 1st category and 64 pincodes for 2nd, 3rd category which is nothing but cheating cleverly .I am shocked with the response of the JustDial management and I am proceeding to file a complaint inorder recieve my rights regarding the contract.

I have taken services many times through just dial but I have faced huge problem now a days.I have submitted my requirement of labour.Many calls have been received by me through your site. For it, I have deposited the amount of fifteen thousand and eight thousand to their companies bank account but they have not sent any labour and they are not receiving my calls
Please help me.

We had a contract for only 1 year which has already expired in feb 2019. Kindly reimburse my 2 ecs which have been wrongly deducted by you.

Please stop the ecs with immediate effect else we will be forced to go in the consumer court.

Also your representative in nashik does not lift the phone.

Please confirm.

There is fake fraud person (Rahul verma) who runs his fake travel agency (Paradise travellers rohini sector 3 delhi) nd he advertise it on ur website justidial... He doesnt hve his office.. He just takes the advance of customer nd never answers the call after that.. He does not have his office on the given address mm kindly report him nd remove him from ur website so that in future peoole are not get fraud from him

I have just registered my business with just dial. I have already made payment for paid service on 16-04-19. After that just dial relationship manager did not pickup my call or even call back once. I need update about my service when it going to start and why its still not started? I am not satisfied with your service.
Your company call us everyday for paid membership but when we once paid, no one bother to respond us. If this is your service than i have to go legal to get my money back. I did not received service like your representative commit.

Team, last month i have freely-listed on justdial to get business. After listing i was getting various calls on paid membership. On 2nd april 2019, i was offered plan named vfl.

See the mis-selling -
1. Product is verified lifetime listing, i got contract listing for 10 years.

2. Product offered was 10, 000 + gst18% total is 11, 800 - i was not convinced so they gave me emi option in which interest will be beared by justdial. So, i assumed i have to repay 11, 800 and interest on such cost is paid by justdail. I was assured i am paying only capital and not interest. Now, the wonder is the interest @ 15% component, they included in the amount. So, on invoice the net value of product is 8, 593 and not 10, 000. Interest amount and gst amount is deducted from 11, 800. On 5th april i recd. A copy of contract and invoice.

3. On 5th april, rm asked me to activate the contract. I asked him i am out of town for 2 days make it on 8th april.

4. Even after confirming me they will activate on 8th april, they activated on 5th april itself.

5. On 8th i raised the issues, i asked what is capital payback to rm akshay, he said i dont understand that. The contract is an arrangement where we are reducing price what is in it for you, why you are having issue if we have lowered the price to show in accounts. The concern is they only sell the product dont know the working of product. They were saying i am not getting their point. I asked to cancel the contract. Whats their reply "contract cannot be cancelled" i asked them have they stated at first that contract cannot be cancelled. The operations team said they will get back to me.

6. On 9th april, i again contacted, no one to answer and same reply contract cannot be cancelled, we can only solve the issue what i was facing. They said concerned team will get back to me. 7. On 10th april, i again raised the call, still the same answer. I called up sales person jabbir shaikh and relationship person akshay panchal who convinced me to execute the contract - didn't picked up mobiles and responded via sms they will call back.

At the start of contract, i am facing issues. I wanted to cancel the contract and request for moneyback 10, 140 which i have paid via credit card against an emi option. All my details are their on the copy of bill enclosed herewith.

Business and profile details have to be corrected from the day it is published. Everyday i am making the same correction (Editing online) and many times i have called customer care to help with the correction. Around 10 days, i am doing this several times and the profile still remains the same. I have made screenshots attached here for your review. If justdial couldn't address this, the full amount paid should be refunded. Poor response or inability to handle the customer requests by justdial is affecting our business.

I am writing this to tell you how your company is making a client and how you are delivering services.
At the time of making customer you are so polite humble customer oriented company but once the deal is done payment is done. You come at your actual picture and real face.

I contacted your executive it's very disappointing answer.
It just a contract of making fool others
No good response for paid package.

How can a person rely on you.?
You make contract for 1year so at least no one can breach you.
But what if you make fool others.

Totally disappointed with your service.

Why i am getting following email???
I am not going to pay a single money to justdial. You people are fraud. You always hide all hidden cost and generate cost after cancellation of contract.
I am not going to make all this suelss tds from jd.

Just dial has posted the picture, contact no. And charging fees from patient in the name of dr annika gupta "s ladies clinic at shop no.37, j&k block, laxmi nagar, delhi, without taking any permission in illegal way.
Just dial is giving false information to the patients about doctor.
Even the owner dr annika gupta, has not contacted just dial for any such type of thing.
Looking like just dial company make fool of the general company and harasses the bonafide business owner.
So, i request that kindly remove the portal of dr annika gupta from just dial.

On 4th april i called on just dial at 11.25 am for marriage certificate agents... A person named ashish con no. [protected] called me from star consultant mulund mumbai 400078 [protected]@cyberservices.com and after a series of talk and msgs on watsapp he came to my address and took all documents and took 2500 rs also for the work... And gave me a rcpt also... After that he insured me that he will confirm the time (For verification at office) on same day within half an hour... But didn't contact me on se day... After that day i am trying to get in contact with him but not getting any reply... Please help me in this matter as i thought he was authentic because he called me after i contacted just dial... I can give you all call details ; msg details and receipt as well if required...

Can you please help me resolve this issue with just dial. I registered with them by paying around Rs.7000 . I was told that if people search for interior designers in Andheri West, I will get leads. However, this isn't the case and I have not been getting any genuine leads. Only when people search for amazing interiors which is my entity name, I get leads. This is complain regarding the account closure we have taken your services for our business kidzee mahavir enclave new delhi & kidoos day care mahavir enclave new delhi from last 1 year so know we sold out business to third party.

So we have requested you team to closed the account by mailing to delhi justdial team & sales manager, executive sashank but no one is responding and again they have deduct the ecs for the current month after there confirmation for not hitting the ecs.

So request you kindly look into this and closed the account & refund the ecs amount.

Hello Just Dial. I am sethi. I paid JD for mg Sethi Coaching Institute, Bharatgarh Ropar punjab. Affter payment the didnot activate my account. I called their representative and Chd Manager Vikas. But my account was not activate. I wrote many times to their official website. I wrote about payment refund but JD team not replying. When i call [protected] no. they put my call on hold every time for aprox 20-30 minute. When i call Chd ofc Vikas he talk with me rudely and said we will no provide you any service and not refund you any money do whatever you want. Then i told him about consumer court. He said We will not provide JD service and not provide Refund we are not afraid of Legal action. I dont understand what i will do now. I am mentally harrashed by JD. Please Resolve my Issue.
