Is a complete fraud.
I am also a recent victim of their fraud.
The modus operandi is simple. Once any person inquire about availability and request quote for a vehicle/tempo traveller, this guy rahul verma immediately calls an quotes a very less price for the tempo traveller. Further, he immediately insist to deposit a advance in his account for booking.
Once the advance booking payment is transfer, this guy will stop responding and will not pick your phone.
I don't know how many people got duped by this fraud.

This might not be a complaint be this is for sure for those who are booking with Tempo Traveller India or trusting them easily.
Here is our complete experience of travelling with Tempo Traveller India from Delhi to Manali and back to some unknown highway.
We Travelled 9 people from Indore. Our trip was starting on 2nd April from Indore Airport and planned to reach back to Indore on 10th April.
Day 1:
We started travelling on 3rd April 2021. We booked the traveller a month before travelling. At the time of booking owner, Mr Rahul Verma told me to pay in advance and he will share a booking confirmation via email. I don’t know why, but he sent me confirmation after 15 days of follow-ups. In between 15 days we thought it to a fraud company as he is always giving excuses(Completely unprofessional). As soon as he sent confirmation we thought it to be the correct person who can host us. As soon we reached Airport in Delhi the Driver pick us and our journey started at @1 AM. We reached Manali on next day and as the day was very exhaustive we took a rest.
Day 2:
We planned to go to the Atal tunnel. But the driver refuses to go there. He told us that tempo traveller is not allowed to go there. After several sorts of discussions, he agrees to go there. Thanks to Mr Bharat from cottage heritage(Here we stayed) who convinced the driver to go as he knows well about the place is a local person.
Day 3:
We left Manali at @3 pm after visiting the Hidimba temple. We had a plan to trek Kheerganga and we have booked the Camps in Kasol. When on the way to Kasol, we met an accident. Driver stopped the traveller without pushing break and our traveller’s Right wheel was in Ditch. That was the day when God saved us else We surely met with a very severe accident. We might lose our lives from that. That was very horrible for us to experience. We didn’t tell to Rahul as we don’t want the driver to lose his job.
Day 4:
We started the trek and the plan was to go to Kheerganga Stay for a night and then we down trek on next day. We started the up trek.
Day 5:
We came back for a down trek. The driver was again not adjusting to the situations we had. We have to walk 1 km extra after 15 km of the trek just to reach the traveller. We had really a bad experience with this driver. We asked the driver to make a complete check on the traveller till the time we come back from kheerganga but still, our driver didn’t do this.
Day 6:
We went to Shimla and we didn’t use traveller much here so skipping Day 7
Day 8:
On the way to Delhi Airport, Our traveller shuts down at Highway. Now it's the company’s responsibility to send us back to our homes. We are getting delayed for our flights. After 3 hours of stay at a Dhaba, we came to know that traveller’s engine is gone and the traveller can’t move a single inch from that place. Now we asked to arrange backup from Rahul but he asked us for full payment. This was not possible from our end as we are not secure enough (Letting you guys know that I have written proof of the same saying that the company will arrange the backup and whole responsibly is of the company). But the experience with the tempo traveller was horrible. We missed our flights because of this company and lost around 50, 000 Rs.
I truly recommend you guys not to book with this company. This is completely FRAUD. They in starting treat you very well. Once you send booking about they will show you their true colours.
