I got a call from just dial, mam whatsapp me to get school details from me. She done some mistakes and i texted back late when i got free.
She replied see your time of text and all rude. Now i request to just dial, i don't want anymore business with you, and please tell your employees never call me again and share their whatsapp number. You are careless people with rude and rubbish language.

I have made a payment a payment of rs.9980/-through just dial. This is not genuine company. No such services are present. Their health card not valid and don’t accepted in any commercial establishments. The amount should br reverted back to my citi bank card account. The details of payment made by me is enclosed. They sells website by saying it is for life time, but actually it is for one year, and also their payment gateways which they made. Don't believe on that you will not get your money from client. Support team is too bad. If you are paying them they will not treat you as a client, after paying them they will behave as if they are your client and you need to chase them very worse company

Weeks back have took the service from one of the vendor who came from justdial, the service was worst and have not rectified the problem.

Since a week was trying to reach him and was not available to answer my calls.
He took the amount by cash 21000 and still facing the same issue without any solution. Currently there is full of water leakage and he is not at all answering the calls

I called just dial for packers and movers and they provided me the number for "indra packers and movers - dwarka, [protected]"
They packed my stuff on 24th jan and today is 5th feb i haven't received my belongings yet.

Every time i call justdial they say, we verify our vendors and we are transferring your call to complaints team but no one calls me back.
This is happening since 1st feb and i haven't received any call back from justdial team to address the issue.

Justdial had allowed users to use mail id without validating the access. This is a very abusing functionality. And I am experiencing that bad affect. Justdial had allowed a user to use my email id without my permission and Justdial continuously sending fake emails in huge numbers everyday. This is nothing but spamming my email account.
I already lodge complaint directly to justdial but they haven't unregistered my mail id and even didn't reply. It proves their CUSTOMER CARE section is the worst.

Last month i had listed my business in just dial on trail besses. Your exicative pratik has visit my home and explain the benefits. He has suggested me to do 3 month package. But i told him, i will not interested for 3 month. Then he has suggest me 1 month package. ₹.2369/- now 2nd month also ₹.2369/- auto debitted from my account.

This is fraud with me. Your exicative did chet with me. He doesn't inform me it is 11 month contract. He had clearly said you can discontinue our service if you don't lime. I also dam sure. If he tell me that time it is 11 month contract. Then i would not list my business with just dail.
From last 10 day's i am trying to call pratik but he is not responding to my call. He has blacklist my no. And not responding to whatsapp call, whatsapp massage, text massage.

I registered on justdial 10 days ago and took a package of 28440rs. My company name is "chinese language translator and classes-cool panda".
When you search this in search box it shows i have a rating of 3.5 stars and when you open my up profile it shows i have a rating of 4.9 stars. This error hasn't been solved which makes customer think i have a rating of 3.5 stars.in total i have 19 reviews but in the review and rating section i am just able to see 9 reviews. Many of my students posted their reviews in front of me, still it hasn't been updated. This in turn again is taking me down and hindering my progress flow. I mailed them 2 days ago. On calling them they are like our team will get back to you, but till date no reply. I called them again, they put me on hold for 10 minutes. A bit disappointed in their service. They can clear this up as soon as possible.

Sagar contacted me for my query given in Just Dial enquiry. I placed an Order for Rs 11, 600 and transferred money to him on 2nd Nov'2018. Sagar not send the goods for the order placed and not reachable.

It has recently been brought to our notice that justdial have uploaded our company details on their portals.

They have done so without our prior permission, further they have uploaded wrong information regarding our area of operations, which is misleading to our customers also they have mentioned some contact numbers which do not belong to us.

We have complained regarding the above vide complaint no. 950053. We have received a call from somebody of the data center of justdial who has informed us that we need to write an email to them at [protected]@justdial.com to get our information removed from their site, which is surprising as they did not have our permission in the first place to upload the information.

However, we have written an a mail which has bounced back.

I guess it was my mistake to choose justdial over others to promote my business in kolkata. I am now frustrated, irritated, baffled & disappointed with the brand and their after sales service.

I have been using just dial services since 2014 & trust me i have never felt so cheated but with the kind of services & commitments just dial executives are providing are down below to the fraud & cheaters.

So far it was only the executives who were making fake commitments & excuses but now the managers are also on the list and following the same trend.

27th december 2018 - the first time when i have narrated the problem i was facing and how the justdial sales team have segregated my funds and converted it into lower value package.

Proposal for fixed position (6 months tenure) - 1, 16, 825 inr
Monthly payment details - 19, 742 inr
I have also attached the proposal file in this email for proper reference.

When i have converted my pdg to rotational package i have used the pdg services for only 1 month & 16 days prior to it and mrs. Nargis updated me that my converted amount is only 22, 000 - 23, 000 inr for the rest of my tenure. Which is actually 23000 inr divided into 4 months & 14 days (Duration left for my tenure).

After my first email, i have received a call from mr. Prosenjit paul and he said that the manager is on the line and wants to discuss the same with me. I don't remember the name of the manager but it was i guess mr. Kunal from the kolkata office.

The gentleman said - sir i am really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and i know there was a problem from our end. I assure you that on saturday i. E. (29.12.2018) you will receive an email that the problem is resolved and the amount that has been deducted unnecessarily is added to your account and proper distribution of funds will be done for your existing tenure.

Since that day till now i. E 28.01.2019 i am still waiting for the email and continuously following up with mr. Prosenjit paul on the same. Every time i call him, he always comes up with an excuse (Sir the overdraft has been released to your account and now we are just waiting for the support team to activate it; sir it is taking a bit time just give me 48 hrs; i was not available sir please give me 1 week time etc. Etc.) and each time he commits me with a new date. It's been a month now & the problem has not been resolved yet.in between, i have received a call from the support team of just dial and they asked the same questions and once again the same commitment (The fake commitment).

I don't know how to handle this problem, do i have to keep a calendar for you all or should i recruit manpower whose job role will be calling up the support team and keep on asking the status?

Why is it taking so long time?

Why just dial people can't meet their commitments?

Is there really a quality check in the organization or whatever email we as a user write is just a waste of our time?

I said in the earlier email very clearly (I would request to the person who is capable enough to resolve the problem to kindly resolve it on an urgent note. Either you end the service and refund back the amount or i need a proper distribution & allocation of my funds to the remaining tenure.) but i don't think our email even bothers you.

I would request you to please stop my services and refund back the amount as i don't want to work with this unethical organization. I don't have any more patience & time to waste over these emails and follow-ups.
