Tried call from just dial then received call from different number
After that he sent app for that
Installed that app
And then got scammed with 56900/- Rs
Dont know what to do.

My self vashpi kumari and I am registered as divine relax spa my reg mob no [protected] also [protected] my account has not been activated yet and ur executive is not responding my call executive name keshav thakur once he abused me on phone regarding my activation if it is getting resolved then I will proceed with legal action do it asap

HI, I am getting 5 to 6 calls on daily basis from justdial.com. The tele callers first calls from landline Justdial number which is on recording. The number is [protected]. When we say no to him or hung up he then again calls off recording from private number that is [protected] & [protected]. He then start giving bad words use abusive language. He the start speaking in profane language on behalf of just dial.
I tried saying him not to call but does the same practice on daily basis.

I am tenant and my rent agreement was getting over so I searched for agent in mira road who made rental agreement and even searched on Just Dial as well on 13th Feb 2023.

After some time I got call from Mr. Vinit Mishra ([protected]), mentioning that he has got my number from Just Dial (Just Dial passed lead to him) and he conveyed that he is agent to make rent agreement and we mutually decided amount Rs. 3200 for processing registered rent agreement while coming at our rental flat location.

On 15th Feb 2023, he sent a person named as Zaid and conveyed that he is his guy only and will process the rent agreement, and Mr. Zaid did entire formality and conveyed it will take 2 days to get approved from Registerar so Mr. Vinit will share me final rent agreement copy and as per communication with Mr. Vinit I transferred Rs. 3200 through GPay which was basically full decided amount.

I waited 3 days that I will get the rent agreement copy but I did not get so I started follow up with Mr. Vinit Mishra, initially he was picking my calls and conveying, he is about to send but the same communication was being repeated frequently and later on he stopped to pick my call.

Some times I tried from another numbers so he was taking call and conveying the same thing he will share but till date he did not share and he again stopped to pick my call.

On his whatsapp, his business name was showing Jaguar properties so I searched the location and went there also but location he has mention incorrect then I felt he has done fraud with me.

I paid him full amount of as per discussed. i was surprised that every month they also deduct from credit card also for same service also. this time of scam i never expect from justdial which now of reliance venture.
Why and how you deduct same charges again?

Deactivate my contact numbers from data base. Getting spam calls with irresponsible answers from Justdial executives.

I started services in Oct 2022 and three ECS payments were deducted wrongly in Sep and Oct 2022. It was not adjusted despite of repettive requests.

I called customer care on 27th Feb and was told ECS team will respond. Also wrote and email butgot no respone/resolution.

Please get extra ECS deduction adjusted and reactivate my account. Also additional ECS penalties should be revoked.

I have an account with just dial in the name of ANIRUDH FINNACIAL SERVICES but for some reason I have stopped my business activity and I have continuosly contact cut care over more than 3 months to cancell my ecs mandate and stop my jd account. But these company not listen my requests and continue to cut my ecs ammount from my sb ac.

Please remove my mobile number [protected] this is not associated any company and firm i have received many call from your side please stop immediately

I run an institution in asansol (West Bengal) & a campaign through just dial. Now i want ot stop my mandate ECS & did many mails & calls to the just dial team but no one is responding. Even i called the manager (Ayesha in kolkata office) also to help but no response.

I had already mailed to just dial team on 20th feb 2023 to stop the mandate ECS but still they hitted my account 5times due to no balance available & it debited me 2950rs.

Again i mailed them on 24th Feb & 25th feb 2023 but outcome is same.

Today again i mailed & called the just dial on customer care & Ayesha's number but no action except auto reply from just dial that they will get in touch with me.

I need to stop this ECS immedialtely & the debited amount of 2950/- rs, kindly help...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the repeated harassment I have been receiving from your company. Today, I received a call at 2.17pm from one of your representatives and despite being polite and asking them not to call me again, I am still receiving calls and getting abused with cuss words

This is unacceptable and I demand that you take immediate action to stop this harassment. If this continues, I will be forced to take legal action against your company.

I was search for individual name with Charbhuja tractor loader in adarsh nagar ajmer. But just spread my mobile with many brokers, manufacturer of machines, transporter etc. I was stop all call relevant such.

Stop Ecs deduction. The customer care is pathetic they do not transfer the call neither they arrange a call back.
The sales people are pathetic. they will make u sign the contract take the advance payment and then again ur ecs starts deducting. The most pathetic experience and biggest mistake of my life. Just dial is a fraud company so people before signing up any contracts with them beware, they will fraud u also.
I went to my bank to stop the ECS service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

In January I have registered with Justdial with Name of Deepti's Language Institute. The concerned person name from Ludhiana was Manoj. We were facing many problems with website setup and obtaining other promised services as said by them. However, now the justdial representative Gurpreet said if you will transfer your monthly amount under me then only I will handle you inquiries as well as he made us Talk with Rahul who was the Part of the conversation too. He gave us the doubt of genuineness by saying that the leads you are getting are just made not the actually inquiries. Even there is no requirement of website training.

After looking at whole experience within just less than 2 months I am skeptical about the information and services provided by Justdial, Ludhiana.

I had enrolled my business into justdial.com and executive suggested me to go for annual payment plan and i did it. this happend during last Dec 2022. since then i didnt see any business benefit / ROI. hence decided to cancel my subscription. when i reached to executive he was saying that they cannot process the refund and i have to complete this annual subscription plan. it was not communicated to me when i was told for annual subscription. when i take this issue to Regional manager even the regional manager is also talking like a dictator. This is how justdial responding to customer? this is really annoying. Could you please process the refund and deduct the payment on prorated basis?

Justdial .com pls not share my number it's iretering

One of your executive name Gaurav Gupta his phone number is[protected] i don't know he is mentally disturbed or what but he doesn't have a basic sense that if someone is not picking up a call once or twice than he or she might be busy somewhere but not that he called me up 15 times continuously on 13th of Feb 2023 evening and for this i was very much disturbed. So i have decided to take legal action against him which would be complaining against him to the concerned department after taking advice from my lawyer. And also i would like to say that with this type of behaviour of your executive just dial has lost his customer because i will not be renewing my contract anymore.

After two months of struggle and aging, my ECS was terminated, and after the servicer was stopped again money was deducted from my account. No response from the Just Dial Ecs team... extremely poor service
I request immediate action on this.

Several times raised request to close my Justdial Business account because we don't have given that much business to pay their monthly subscription amount. I informed them to close my account and refund my 2 months deposit. Keep on raising closer request from call and i get the acknowledgement of their mandate request successfully submitted and official approval within 2 days but they not closing my Justdial account and keep on monthly debiting ECS payment through my bank account. I raise to close my ECS payment mode also no use.
Here I request you to kindly resolve this issue and give me justice for the same.

We want to stop the just dial service and the ECS payment, because we are not interested with just dial services, as they are providing all fake queries.At the time of agreement they said you can stop this service when you want to stop but now justdial team is not responding
