Hi dear sir this is the mail am writing cause i have called to the justdial many many times like infinity myself darshan kengeri my registered number with just dial is[protected] company name is darshan kengeri since past 3 months i was keep on calling to the just dial customer care from bangalore regarding to report my leads issues so each time somebody will pick up the call and some how they will manage by giving some reasons so i was...

I was refered a aluminium fabricator by just dial and the person / company listed in jd is a fraud and took my money of rs 15000 + and has not completed the job and is absconding. The vendor is in whatsapp and is arrogant and looks like a cheat and fraud. I have called jd customer service many times and their quality helpdesk many time and the jd team is indifferent and not helping the customers. Also the company is avoiding tax and not collecting gst or giving bills.

Amitji - i logged into jd seeing your name and you promoting it. Your name spells trust and good willl and now i feel iam cheated by both vendor and jd and no one is helping. My hardearned money and valuable time is lost.

An Ad in the name of GHAR KA KHANA has been wrongly put up . Our name is being misused because a wrong number has been put up to use our business. Repeated attempts to get it rectified
in over 10 days have been made but to no use. My personal information is also uploaded which was never a part of the ad.

Poor customer care services by justdial

We m/s bharati milk foods of visakhapatnam gave ecs for enlistment after expiry of time period also ecs is being sent by you so do check the details and refund the amount. We had given ecs payment on september 2017 it will end on september 2018, but unfortunately it had not happened. So do check, verify and do the needful and refund our amount 4131*3.

Allwin pest control was referred by you as best partner to justdial but i got the services on cockroach treatment from this company on october’2018 & november onwards i saw cockroaches in my house.
25 th dec onwards calling the team & there is no response from allwin pest control team after they charge 700 rupees from me.
They are used fake gel which i was raised the same to a person who came to do treatment at home, i have...

I, vikas rastogi, from hyderabad, took the reference of mr. Rohit yadav, sec 56, gurgaon, rto consultant from just dial. I talk that person about noc of my haryana car which i wanted to transfer from gurgaon to hyderabad. I send original rc and other documents through courier on 22nd oct 2018 and transfer rs. 4000/- in his account on 20dec 2018. He told that noc has been issued on 15dec2018. He assured me that he will courier all the documents by 21dec but he asked first that transfer money in his account. I did that but he didn't courier the documents. I continuously following him up but now he is not picking up the phone and even not responding of my messages on whatsapp. Although he read all the messages. Once a while he respond that he will do but not done yet.
Even he wrote me that he is not able to call me or pick my phone as his phone is under tracking and i too be in trouble.
This conversation make me feel cheated by this person who enrolled on just dial. His phone no. On just dial website is [protected]. Another number is [protected]. Pl. Take appropriate action as he probably misuse of my original documents.
I am the victim of metal agony and feel cheated.

This is prashanto kumar das, ceo of esta global (Kolkata). With utmost disappointment & after facing unprofessionalism behavior, i am writing down this email to the head of just dial departments.

I am listed in just dial since 2014 and continue using the services till now, but i haven't faced such a poor technical/customer support before. I think this is the last time i am using the service & will discontinue my just dial account as i am fed up now after chasing the sales representatives on a continuous go. The sales team can commit anything to get a sale & the after sale service is pathetic.

On top of that - they have no proper reason/idea how the amount is getting deducted & what amount should settle down for the package change.

In detail information:-

3rd october 2018 (12:50 pm) - received a proposal from justdial; employee name - nargis khatoon (Deputy manager sales) extn number:-2114/[protected]

Proposal for fixed position (6 months tenure) - 1, 16, 825 inr
Monthly payment details - 19, 742 inr

She gave me a discount on the price & there were some funds already available in my account, so the final price that i have paid in one short was 1, 01, 480 inr via esta global cheque number 557781 on 05th october 2018.

After using the pdg package till 21st of november 2018, i have asked the sale representative over email (22nd november 2018) to stop my pdg package and convert it to rotational package for the rest of my tenure which was 6th april 2019.

Just after some time on 10th december 2018, i have received a message from just dial (+[protected] that my campaign is about to expire, i was completely shocked and confused about the de-activation. Even in my justdial app, it started showing that i need to upgrade my package in order to use the services.
I have contacted mr. Prosenjit paul from just dial who was looking after my package and also tried to update mrs. Nargis khatoon but they didn't take it seriously. And after that onwards i have to keep on chasing the just dial representatives as if i am working for just dial and my job is to call them up and keep on taking the updates.

When i have converted my pdg to rotational package i have used the pdg services for only 1 month & 16 days prior to it and mrs. Nargis updated me that my converted amount is only 22, 000 - 23, 000 inr for the rest of my tenure. Which is actually 23000 inr divided into 4 months & 14 days (Duration left for my tenure).

Even after probing and following up with nargis & prosenjit on a frequent basis, i still have no clue how the calculation is done & what sort of fraud should i consider it.

So i should understand that just dial has consumed 81000 inr including gst as pdg service for 1 month & 16 days, so if i haven't converted my pdg pack to rotational pack then just dial was supposed to provide me a pdg service for 4 months & 14 days in an amount value of 23000 inr.

With a brand like just dial which is known as a search engine of india, no one will ever expect this sort of manipulation & instead of proactively resolving my problem, it's me who have to keep on chasing them.

Before i have signed the pdg package, i was getting continuous calls from the sales team and once i have paid the amount and now that i am facing problems, they are not even receiving my calls on time or i have to send them a whatsapp message to communicate.

I have tried to add all the higher authorities in this email so that you all have an idea on how the sales team is harassing a paid customer and what effort we have to take in order to get our problems resolved. I don't know whether someone will take a charge on this email or not, but if not then i have to get into more depth of it.

I would request to the person who is capable enough to resolve the problem to kindly resolve it on an urgent note. Either you end the service and refund back the amount or i need a proper distribution & allocation of my funds to the remaining tenure.

he called many times to take his service, we trusted you and so we accepted to give the service to him .he asked for the advance, so we paid him 18700 rs. from that day his phone was switched off he was not available in the phone. we have all the proofs( bank statement), we took KS enterprises number from justdail through this contact ([protected]) only, . i will show all images in the below attachment.

Hi sir i have listed my business in two years i need to pay 12, 000 a year and used to get a fair service from your side i am in new vendor so i would be getting left leeds later on sales person rahul gupta visted my place and insisted me to go for just dial forever listing for 10 years for which i have two pay rs.18, 000 and he confirmed that both the plans would be same and we want to carter mass hence we have reduce our our price within the one month i have raised a complaint to him and ur team that i’m not getting a proper response from your side earlier they told me that please uninstall your app and reinstall the app later they told me that they have sent them screenshots were there i am facing then later they told me that there are less lead in by giving lame excuses they passed my 4 to 5 months and when i want to change my plan they told me that u have around 6000 find your account hence you have to pay extra so that you can get a properly it’s a clear case wrong information request you to kindly interfere in the same i registered my firm by the name of bizdeals

I have requested for ecs cancellation in may 2018, they told me that it will take 3 (Three) months for process. But i still found that amount is deducting from my account.

They do not register my complaint also, after each conversation for cancellation of contract, i receive a message that "your services will be continued"

I request them to stop ecs payment instantly and process my refund of four months.

Breach of trust
Two of your executives came to my parlour and discussed about a membership registration and forced me for a cheque for registration. They asked me to sign on the registration form. They assured me they 'll call me to know whether to present the cheque or not.in case i need only short period they 'll return the same and collect the cash. It was a busy day. And they never allowed me to read the form. Trusted them iissued a cheque. They neither contacted me after that nor approached my parlour.
But to my surprise, every month i started getting notice from the bank regarding insufficient fund for ecs. This 'll affect my cibil score. One of the persons who came to the parlour is one mr. Akshay. Any one can cheat people like this.
I would like to get a responsible reply from you.

I've signed for justdial ad for my travels business but after getting frustrating for garbage leads i tried stopping their ecs but they have not stopped it. I have tried my times for closing my services in just dial customer care number but they are not responding me and saying that we are not stoping services and ecs will be debited continue.

I contacted the bank branch and they said they are helpless they said it is need to be stop from company end but the company is not listening.

I have 2 year experience with this company. This company is money oriented after registration no response from just dial. All customer support members are fraud. They providing information to us without verification. Maximum inquiry from justdial is fake. First they will give a position then after 2 month you will get more 10 + company infront you if you will ask about this they will say upgrade 50000. Stay away from this company dont invest your money

Making here complains against just dial representative mr.santosh gupta & mr Jitendra Singh for false commitment.
On false commitment they have taken contract from me after that two months is over no any proper solutions inspite of my repeated follow up with customers care department but nothing come any solution.lot of frustration & harassment also lost of time and money both.
Sir its not fair at all.your representative just telling lie to get the contract & afterthat they just keep mum & became silent or no any solution ultimately its became loss of time.money & trust.also make your company name bed too.
One thing more its looks that your customer care department is also not good & fair from my experience i am telling you they just time pass or help these culprits .irregular & .irrarting customer ultimately customer left & go away.sir.i have very bed experience so please help me & get the solutions immediately .

from last two month i am making complain against my contract, mr, jitenendar singh approached ME for the contact of my company PRAKASH ACRYLICS PVT.LTD for national listings with banner of company on disscussion on phone with santosh gupta infront of jitendar singh clearly told me that THEY will give every where your NAME on your listing and also banner will apppeared everywhere where your company name listing will come but fact is not this ???
from last two month i am making complain regularly & following regularly but nothing got any solutions, its look that your representative had cheated US by telling LIE & FALSE COMMITMENTS
1st, your representantive told me that your name in listing will come up on roatation wise but fact is not this totally a cheating case.
2nd your representative told me that your bannner will come in every listing where your name come but fact is not this in many listings my bannner of company not appearing and from last two months regularly following up with supriya, pratiksha & sandesh OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM and nothing come if you cannot give any solutions please give my whole money rback immedetely, allready lot of time had taken & lost of time & harrashment, very bad experience

I got cheated rs.10, 000/-due to false fake mobile number provided by just dial for club mahindra holidays n resorts. I got a complaints number from just dial which number is195134. Complaint number given by mr rahul shah who assured me to investigate how false fake mobile number of club mahindra holidays n resorts had provided not inform me in writing but so far note reply i received. I had lodged a f. I. R n icici bank acknowledged that they had received my complaint along with f. I. R copy for try out how rs10, 000/-online illegal transaction had made. I will put the matter to t. V channel for viral check up.
I am awaiting ur reply to proceed further.

Can you please remove my number from the contact list. Do not put this complaint on the website. I started getting calls from unknown numbers as soon as i clicked for best deal. I do not want anyone calling me okay? I was just searching something already i have received three calls in the past half an hour.
