I am a regular customer of just dial ahmedabad since last 10 years, but i am facing the problem since last 2-3 years, i book my space for the year 2015-16 in rs. 48000, the company mention wrong information, so i am keep on telling them and the company took the whole year to resolve it after that i called just dial office and ask for the sales manager, then the person called jaspalsingh a sales manager visited my office, i again give the business of rs. 125000 for the year[protected], this guy again made a mistake in the key word and he area, with my surprise again i keep on calling and forwarding the messages to this sales manager for almost a 9 months he keep on promising and never turns up and never ever lisen my problem and never try to resolve that, i personally visit the office meet the director but he also didn't help me or he was not bother to take any action on this issue or to that senior person, you can receive the calls from just dial till you didn't sign the contract once when you sign and pay the money nobody from the company will ask you in feature that company is providing the proper service or not, you will only receive the call once when your service are going to expire, in between nobody care/lisen/bother your problem.

I am really very very upset to see the attitude of ms shaalu of your branch noida.
I talked to her regarding the change of address which just dial has put wrongly. We have been following up for this for the last one month and every time it is said that it will be done in 24 hours. But till date it is not been done. We have paid the money and not getting customers due to wrong address. When i spoke to shalu she told me that she is on...

Mr arvind came to me with a paid services proposal of just dial. I gave him single chq of rs 5300 without signing any application and ecs mandate form for any future payments. Further i make stop payment after 10 days due to miscommitments about products. But today rs.708 deducted from my account through ecs. Pls take action against him and stop it immediately i am not interested to deal with company any more.

I am ajay singh stareted business with just dial on 30th september 2018 by giving cheque of 5900 and signed esc of 2360 which can be cancelled at anytime during contract as per sales representative of just dial (Niraj tomar-[protected]) as i suffered heavy losses due to that i am shutting my business. I called niraj tomar he told me that he has quit the job, then i called just dial customer care for cancellation of esc but they just spinning my mind and disconnecting calls. I have seen umpteen complaints regarding cancellation of ecs on official websites. Despite of many request no action has taken from your side. On 15th november 2018 i got a call from[protected] i forgot the name of caller, who assured me that ecs would be clancelled and you will get the notification within 72 hours, but got no such type of information regarding cancellation of ecs. It seems just dial is doing unfair business.

I have been debited by 5900 plus 2 esc (2360+2360). Business with just dial was a nightmare for me.
I want my ecs cancelled as soon as possible

I ordered Ashwin's olio oil from supreme distributers. Paid online to just dial. All photos are attached. Product was not delivered. Kindly refund my money. I will take action for cybefraud against just dial.. [protected]@gmail.com

Hi, Just dial company is having a sales manager of Mumbai name Shrikant. this guy from this team is a CHEATER. He committed me so many things while taking this justdial services. bt now within a week i need guidance he is nt responding to my call or msgs. He is a big CHEATER and also justdial customer care is not helping out me with this. I am paid user of just dial. I have paid advance amount of rs. 5900/- and monthly ecs is deducting rs. 2360/month but now i want to cancel this alert. Just dial is forcing me to give 3 month notice period and asking to deduct monthly ecs in these 3 month after that rs. 5900/- shall be adjusted.

I have requested so many times to cancel it but not doing. Kindly look into the mater.

We have signed up a contract with just dial for our business promotions. Just dial representatives gave high impressions about their business leads and promised about their customer centric services. Later we found most of the business leads given by just dial are fake & pirated business information.

Just dial tracking the viewers of their website, and without verifying or getting acceptance with the viewers, they blindly sending their contact details as business leads to us.

Most of their leads replied that they didnt looked for such services. We have received more than 100 leads in a month, but nothing gave us one business so far.

So we have raised the contract cancellation request to just dial, but they refused to close our contract and says they have policy for cancellation. Jd representatives didnt explained any such cancellation policies at the time of sign up. Now we feel like we have been trapped by just dial.

As a customer, i have the right to quit the contract at any time. But just dial adamantly refusing to close our contract and frequently passing the ecs to our accounts. We need the contract to be closed immediately.

I need 1 lakh loan so just i called to just dial then he provides no. Of bajaj finance agent no. Then all discussion happen regarding loan then he takes 3670 rupees for services and processing fees then after few hours letter he deamand for the 7000 rupees for agreement fees total i paid 10670 rupees for agent but after taking money he did not attampt my call. Even i called from another no. He said i will not given ur money whatever you want to do you can.
Even i called justdial for this kind happy with me but his consulting department busy from last week even not getting any response from just dial.
I think justdial also the partnership for this kind of fraud.
This because the consulting department so busy and they don't have any seriousness about this.
So this my advice to other don't follow any help from justdial

Yesterday in evening i have lost my car keys near raghunath temple in amar colony. Called for help from jist dial. Person sent through just dial misbehaved with me as we have said no to him as we have got the keys but person kept abusing us and took rs 500 for doing nothing. Hi, my name is madhurima chakraborty, i have booked one appointment from justdial of dr. Kalyan bose gastro at calcutta clinic on 18th nov 2018. The appointment id is drr4t4i7 and time was 11:00 am. As soon as i reached there i am very much surprised to find that the clinic is closed and as per the security guard the clinic is remained open from monday to saturday. As per my previous complaint still my issue is not close,

Already i have told to jd executive mr. Alok singh (Location pune) that i was already closed my business and i don't want to continue but he is refusing my request and not accepting my phone calls and also not reverting back me on mail also,

But no one is reverting back on that mail,

This is to update that we are an internet service provider in lucknow by the name of aerocast networks pvt limited. We have taken your promotion package (Paid) on 1st nov 2018 & paid for it as well. (Payment details attached). Also we have given all the required details to your sales executive mr. Hemant ([protected]).

It is very disheartening to choose just dial as even after 16 days of post payment, our page is neither created nor any of the commitments are fulfilled. We tried to contact to your help desk multiple times but none of your customers care executives or representatives are even bothered to understand the issue. Even no one has even bothered to contact us for the delay till date.

Kindly look into this concern as this is creating an unprofessional & unethical image of just dial which is really not acceptable from such a brand. If our issue doesn’t gets resolved out by today we would be bound to go for legal action.

Advisory & suggestion - please give a training of professionalism to all your executives otherwise it will be difficult for you to sustain in such a competitive market.

Here by to inform u that just dial making Ford with me first to sign with me ex's and don't stop the payment to cut from the bank and doesn't getting any right inquiry last 9 to 10 Mont said about the customer care but they said many fake inquiry list
I am tired from the that company to making fool to customer 500 time mail but doesn't responding

I have already requested Just dial executive to cancel my services but the same is not done by them. They are waiting our time on asking what is wrong and telling us to upgrade services. I request you to please cancel our services and do not deduct any more ECS otherwise we have to do complain in consumer forum for your unethical business services and ECS deduction. kindly get it resolved asap.

Some reviews seems to be fake clearly.. Other wise how under rated consultancies like kanth immigration can get 5 rating... Removed all the negative ratings i come across few months ago... We used to have a great trust on just dial but now we are losing trust on just dial reviews... Please do some thing do remove fake reviews i[censored] really want people to get benefited through you...
