This travels agency is registered on fake address their is no travels agency on that given adress i have booked one luxury car bmw and done paytm of 8500 in advance but no service is given by them. He cancelled my booking and do not refund me the amount

I have informed to justdial call center several timea to stop my service. Because my business has been stopped. But every month they hitting ecs to my account. And now they are telling to me that i have not applied for the same. And now again they asking to me for payment.

I would like to suggest all my friends to hire justdial foe your marketing is very wromg decision. They also not giving proper leads.

We are one of our paid member in the name of kumkum matrimony. We have taken one of your plans for state listing on 26-10-18 with an total amount of 29500/- in which we have paid 7375/- as downpayment & the rest amont will be paid in 9 emis. One o[censored]r executive somen chakraborty has follow up with me till payment & committed that services will start till same day evening but till today on 30-10-18 my services hasn't been started.

Now we r feeling that we r cheated badly by jd so we want our registration to be cancelled & want our amount to be refunded. Kindly proceed for this & revert us asap.

My husband had high fever i booked an appointment through just dial for 11:00 a. M for dr rajan bajaj clinic at tilak nagar. When we reached his clinic the gorl on the reception said there is no appointment booked even she was not aware of online booking. We kept waiting for an hour he was not able to sit in that condition than too she didn’t bothered to fix our appointment early....

I strongly suggest kindly take action on it otherwise I will complain against just dial and also write on twitter and facebook that justdial support such fraud.

I had was given sr tutors contact number by just dial. According to the it's rating on just dial i had called at sr tutors. These people asked me to come to their institute and submit ₹500 after which they will provide me with the classes. But it's been 4 months that i have given them the amount and i haven't got any classes. I have been to their institute twice to talk about this and if they can't provide me with the classes they could give me my money back but they made false promises and said that they will give classes. Now after 4 months they haven't given me any class or my money back. And now they are not picking my calls or talking to me and not giving money back. Please talk to these people and ask them to return my money

I got a call from a online shopping company cityhome and i purchased a product. The nominee me for a gift and taken gst rs.14390 and insurance rs. 20786 by jd pay. I had subscribed for just dial for my new business which was only for 6 months, but it is been 2 years now, they are deducting amount from my current account without my wish. Whenever i call them they just say we have taken the request, somebody will call and do the needfull. Nothing has happened since 8 months. I just want to complaint about the kumar classes in kothrud pune. We have gave them the full amount of rs 7000 for one year in advance. We are the not satisfied with the teaching of kumar classes. It's teaching really disappoints me a lot. I have talked to them, that i don't want to continue maths tution at kumar classes. He has not teach me not about full single month, then also he has taken the full amount of rs 7000 and only return the rs 1500 only. We want the full payment of rs 5500 against his poor quality of teaching.
I expect the refund of rs 5500 from your just dial for giving me the address of worst maths classes in pune.

I have been charged Rs. 590/- from past three months and whenever i put a complaint on the toll free no. of just dial they always be fool me by saying we will resolve your issue but no resolution yet even they have not sent me the said contract to me on which i was agreed by their executive. Rs 1, 332/- was the amount i had to via 9 installments to just dial ltd. but they charging me extra 590/- apart from the said amount. They are no resolving my issue i want to lodge a consumer complaint against them.

I am sujeet kumar suman i took a plan from just dial for my business excelling. The excecutive visited was deepak. He was a liar and made me wrong commitment. He told me that you would get 3 leads a day at least from your nearby location but i was getting fake calls mostly and that was also from distant areas. I complaint and and got commitment to resolve the issue by the after that mr deepchand gautam visited me and said me that u will get local calls and suggested me other plan i took and tried again the services and for sometime i got the issue resoved but after sometime again it bacame same the supportive team again started saying to change the plan. Now i am totally frustated and wanna stop the services. Kindly help me.

I pay the 21000 rs in just dial before 1 month. N take 1yrs service. All maharashtra package i selected. After 20 days executive said all maharashtra leads not possible u take all over mumbai leads. I m fine with that, but now no leads is forwarded n no answer from just dial team. And they give me fake answers. No refund n no leads its is the just dial service. I m very unhappy with just dial.

Myself shreya gupta and we have applied for just dial with company pride hr solutions (Contact no : [protected]) for providing the cook for home.
The company has taken 3, 350 rs as security money on sunday 21/10/2018 as cash payment giving us 100 per cent surity that the cook will be coming on 22/10/2018 only but it's been a week. The hr of the company radhika calls us, give fake numbers of cook as they never visit our place and has caused great problem to us.
I have talked to the just dial complaint member also and he is having the recorded call of the conversation. Radhika gives the number of those maids who never visited our place and they don't cook also.
They have mentally tortured us and it's a fraud company.
I want my security money back of 3, 350 back from the company as it's the duty of the company not to do fraud with the customer and provide the service as required and not providing the mental stress and torture playing a bluff.
I really want my money back and it's the duty of just dial trusting just dial is seeming like the biggest mistake.

Dear sir,

My customer id is [protected] (Octaesolution*gmail.com). I am emailing you once again as you failed to offer me a satisfactory resolution for my issue raised during the previous email. I have not received a documented or email reply. Your customer care executives waste my time with nonsense.

Once again, i would like to remind you that as per my telephonic conversation and face-to-face discussion with your executive six months back, i want to discontinue your service and cancel the ecs activated for the same. The ecs for 12th month (Last month from the contract) has already been deducted from the concerned bank account.

If you fail to cancel the ecs with immediate effect, i would be forced to send a legal notice through my law firm. I will also take this matter to journalists, the ministry of commerce, and the pmo. You cannot rob a young entrepreneur's hard earned money and get away with it. Instead if helping young minds in their businesses, you are harassing people unnecessarily.

I request you to cancel the ecs immediately and revert.

On this i logged compliant to justdial customer care number.
No one cleared till now

I have signed the contract with just dial this month in the promotional scheme of rs.5900 in which i have being told that i will get leads for 2 month and if i am happy with the services than i can continue this and i have to do ecs by giving cancel cheque and ecs authorisation, while signing the contract i have paid rs.5900 in cheque and the sales person told me that if you are happy with the services then you will have to provide paid cheque for ecs, but on 8th oct 2018 they have sent ecs in my bank which was returned due to insufficiant funds and again on 30th march they sent another ecs and my idfc bank a/c has been debited by 5900 rs.. I have sent mail to justdial regarding the same but they have not replied for this, now, i want to say plz give us fare leads
If not do that give us money back
