I subscribed for a listing services in Justdial.com as a Firm of Chartered Accountant, and the payment was on Emi mode, By this time, they have deducted almost 5 installments amounting Rs. 8885.

But till today, details of the firm is showing showing in the search result. ie, no proper listing of our firm as chartered Accountant in their site. I am requesting them to cancel this service, but they are still deducting my fund, through e mandate, and not responding to my call.

I am not getting proper services from Just dial, my company name is Tiknos.
Last year also, my hard earned was wasted.

My products are not completely added and profile is incomplete and application is not yet delivered.

I took a yearly plan in which 3 months are already passed. My contract should be extended.

Neha from Just dial team blocked my number when I asked for update.

This time I again trusted Satyam who ensured for best services this time and again no one is helping me out.

Where should I go, this is really a shame for just dial and I call it as fraud. You guys make false promises while pitching sale and not following your own contract.

This time I will surely go to a consumer forum which I missed last time.

Justidial is the biggest scammers in market marketing executive first give. Fake commitment an then no one responded properly after the payment this is unorganized company biggest cheaters please beware of this fraud company he committed me for refund given you shortly because we did not received any service an Justdial deducted my ecs waste the time an money with scammers like justdial til 3 month my refund not recieved Justdial all executive are stupid no one responded the calls after payment to this ### company i don't recommended to any one not go with this organization.

Please refund my money scammers ( frauddail ) just close this fraud company as as soon possible.

I had a plan to buy a loan and I just googled the banks intrest rate. I just gone into justdial applications and seen lists of banks nearby my location. From that point of time I am continuesly receiving calls from lot of private sector liked you needany loans. If was very unexpected o e sharing my personal number to someone without my knowledge. I just want to stop those calls. The calls are not from know organization it's all from unknown organization.

Hi I got a call from Ms. Bhanu from justdial delhi she explained me about her packages after that hey sent the relationship manager name mr. Lakhan lal and I took the package on 10 Jan 2023 and they deliberately without informing me applied the ecs and ecs service and from that day I didn't get activate account means my account was inactive. They just shown totally false commitments. I went to customer support two times in noida and meet to mr. Pushpender made them call 5 time but they didn't reply, they just tell we have shared your contact to the concern team but still I didn't get any information. So this is my complaint about refund to justdial.

Sub: Harassment by JustDial executives

Despite repeated emails to JustDial on 04/01/2023, 11/01/2023 and 18/01/2023 to stop the ECS mandate and cancel JustDial services immediately, no heed has been paid to the grievance. I am bombarded daily with JustDial executives calling to convince me not to stop the ECS mandate.

The executives refuse to give anything in writing. They only converse on the telephone unnecessarily. Please take the necessary steps to cancel the subscription and the ECS mandate.

I got so many calls from Justdial on my phone number everyday and they have disturbed me so much and I want them to stop calling me unnecessarily I don't want any offer from them

I tried justdial for 5 months and changed categories. to get better leads but every time same low-quality leads, some are looking for courses, some are looking for jobs.
I wanted business leads but I got none of the business leads.
I called support but they are very rude and unprofessional they just decline the call while you wait for the answer and message your query is resolved from our end.
in starting they took 3 months advance and after a year you will get this three-month advance service. I asked if I close it before 1 year they told me you can utilize it for the next 3 months.
but now they are saying to use the service for 12 months to utilize that 3-month advance?

I Mamta Arora owner of Pranav Tourism Pvt Ltd had received calls from just dial.Ms Sapna Call us and told her company details. previou in 2018 Mr Madan Contact us and told about his company . We paid 45000 + 28000 = 73000 to MrMadan in favour of Just Dial for generating Lead but we do not get any lead from just dial . 2 year later Ms Sapna Contact us and told about company we told me for last experience but she confidently said that this time it will not done you just pay 4720 amount by cheque and 2360 emi will be deduct from your account monthly. We paid 4720 and sign on ecs form for emi. But EMi faild due to Just Dail filled wrong name on form. Then Ms Sapna avoid me and not picking my call. Now today Mr Azruddin came to our office and said now again you have to pay 3540 advance and 3540 emi montly. This is totally wrong with me and my Company. Please refund my all amount . Otherwise i will take stick action against Just Dial. If i require i will go to court for the same matter.

I am the director of ak engineering, I have purchase just dial service from priti pundir, plan details from priti she said that you will trying this only one month plan, &she send nach certificate by whatsApp, I attest this nach for only one month &also I will advance by bank transfer inr 7080 rupees, first problem is my account is ready 20days late as the amount transfer first, I will complain for close this account to [protected], jd team said that you will raise a complaint and after that complain we will close your account, after that complain just dial cut 3540 every month from last 3 month, I will contact to just dial team but there is no response, I will trying to contact to priti pundir she is not pic my call or not respond, sir please update how I will manage this problem, this money is for me not for fraud company there is a scam, sir there is no service manager, no service only cut the payment cut the payment chor company.
