Hi,

I have firm named rid-van worldwide in ahmedabad and it is new venture. To grow my business i thought of starting paid services of just dial but till date not even single rupee of business booked through their leads.

All poor quality leads sent to lots of listed agency and above all they do not take proper measurements while listing any agency.

I wanted to stop their paid subscription but they are now saying that the contract has 09 month locking period and before that i can cancel the contract. The sales person never informed me on this lockin period and totally misguided me.

I been cheated by just dial.

I request for yoir kind support.

Madras aircons (Moggapair east) took 5000 rupees name basha and didn't repaired or return my amount back. They are now not picking the calls. When i enquired with madras aircons royepet branch they told they don't know about this people. This guys are taking money from customers and cheating. Please do need full asap.

We have been posting our complaint via various way. However we have not yet recd any solution to the problem. Our profile is registered with the name - Pooja A Shah & Associates - Mulund west under CA Category. We are unable to reach our leads because of non-availability of Contact numbers. Its our peak season to earn income however we are not able to convert.

I have signed a contract 1-2 years ago with justdial but 6-7 months ago i have filed a request to stop my contract and stop hitting ecs. So there is no ecs hitting but today morning 2 ecs has hit my account from justdial i have shocked that why when i am not using any services then i called justdial to know the issue but they also dont know the issue and they told me to share the account statement. Refund my money as soon as possible i am in need

Mridul de who owns right service mart in lake gardens kolkata has taken 1, 46, 000 rs from me for carpentery work. He has taken the entire money and run away without finishing work. He is not reachable on phone. My parents are senior citizens and this us leading to a lot of harrasment for them.

As i requested many times to give me the ecs receipts and statements. Still not received. As i called friday the coimbatore branch to send these. They said you will get the mail and i will call you by monday.
Be frank whether you can send or not. I never continue the promotion again with justdial. Do you thing the customer needs to beg and get he details?

We had recently called a plumber who is listed on your site for a urgent plumbing job.
The plumber by name Adi based in hebbal, Amruthnagar and having mobile no.
[protected] (alt [protected]) had taken an advance of two thousand to buy plumbing materials and has vanished since then.He refuses to take any calls and disconnects all our calls.
Kindly delist such vendors from your site and bring them to book.

I gurbir singh partner in the firm named maghar singh & sons 8-9 bharat nagar ludhiana dealing in timber and plywood complaints about negative comment by a customer named amandeep. The reason behind is some conflict so i request u that conflicts should not spoil the name of firm as i my firm is one of the oldest in the market which is highly reputed and this comment os spoiling the same and it will adversly affect the sale when customers have a look on it. So i again request you sir to give your precious time and attention to it and delete the same

I am shashikant jadhav and i registered my business on just dial in mid july 2017. As per the executive that visited me, i can avail the facility (Get leads) for 3 month on a payment of 6890/-. I took the risk as i was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account in july 2017 end. I started getting leads fake leads not much useful to me.

Later in august 2017, a deduction of 3, 450/- happened in my bank account. I called just dial customer care and they said it is ecs payment and that i will be charged this amount every month. I informed that i was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ecs service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract i signed.

I went to my bank to stop the ecs service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ecs form telling me that it will be an emi for 3 months and the amount will deduct from 6890/- that i am paying just dial and if i want then i can stop the services by intimating just dial one month before.

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ecs cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ecs charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ecs service provided by just dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

This is to request you that i have been seeing reviews on my jd page from people i have never rendered any services. I feel its my competitors trying to put bad comments on my jd page, to spoil business. I request you to kindly hel[ remove comment from our competitors from ashish, sanjay and rahul tripathi, they have given negative comments on jd. Kindly remove it asap.

I am use your service from the name hr group from the last 2 month now a days my service stop due to any problem from your account department as per your executive work my service stop due to my ecs not clear but as per my bank details my ecs cheque was clear 11/06/2018, your marketing executive shakti was come on 18/06/2018 and again payed for the resume my package i given payment again from the my package hr group 3000 and 8800 by my hdfc bank credit card he did not told my that he generate new package unnecessary without my requirement, he generate package again and also started with ecs services he was told me that i was process payment for the my same package so what is this, his is not picking my phone, please take action against him other wise i will take legally action against him i want refund my 3000+8800 rs because i do'nt need other more package but i am unhappy with your services and your marketing executive mr. Shakti is totally fraud in market. You can take legal action on mr. Shakti otherwise will going nearest police station case file on your executive is *harassment & fraud or cheating, business loss of our company*.

Please provide proper resolutions for me.

This has been a Fraudulent approach of Mr.Shrikant He said If you opt for Rs.17, 000 payment advance then you can cancel your ECS any time as you would have paid three months advance. (The Only Reason I signed up for that 17, 000 advance ) And now the company guys are not picking up the call not transferring the call and also as usual that Mr.Shrikant & Colleagues are lying stating you cant cancel the plan ECS for a year now. No leads Only Waste of Money. for me
And Ah! if they would have stated that you cant back up from ECS for a year then i won't have sign at first place itself.
These RMs are very manipulative and don't respond to the calls once payment is done
My personal Experience states Please Don't opt for JustDial !

Ent & thyroid clinic was listed with just dial and money was being deducted from bank
In feburary 2018 i had called to remove it from the site and to stop ecs deduction from bank
I was told by employee sonal.. That company has policy of 3 months notice.. Whcih was not told initially
Any way even after 3 months the money is still being deducted and on asking i was told thats company policy

Hi i am jayshree bothra from nagpur maharashtra. After taking payment of 17473 on 28 05 2018, for my business iconic academy just dial employees mr. Rohit bagde and astik kondolikar misbehaved with me. They used very rude harsh language and said go wherever you want to take your payment back, they also not received my call many times and even disconnected. The way of talking of mr rohit bagde was very bad with me. They are not ready to understand which i want to ask him.. I have never seen such behaviour from anyone until now like rohit

Kindly note that i submitted a query for providing a list of web site developers on 23 april 2018.
Within half an hour, mr. Parikshit bajaj, of hdwebexperts, landed up at my office and told me that he had received my details from justdail.
He collected 8, 000 in advance towards the development of informative web site and assured me that he will develop and provide it within 7 days.
He is neither...

I have got a website done through justdial and now it been hacked by some one who is publishing kutchina effile chimney on our website and taking orders and confirmations sent from our email i’d. Please immediately block the website and investigate. I will also be lodging a police complaint on this issue. Please be informed we do not sell any product what so ever. Someone is fraudulently using our website to sell the above mentioned cheminy.

Today i have done5 transaction amounting to rs 9999/- each which was a fraud transaction done by placement agency by providing link to my email id. I have make the payment but did not received any message for the sane. Later on when i check my account no i came to know that amount has been debited to my account and i have been cheated by placement agency who promise me that not a single amount will be debited. Kindly help me and refund me my amount

A guy from Shank- [protected] was come at my home for Just Dial ad purpose and he did promise me 10-15 call suppose to received from customer, At the starting he forced me 2 month trail period but in a month I did not receive any call from customer via just dial .
Now I came to know my agreement is for the 10 year and they force me to pay the bill but I don, t want to continue this service,
No one is responding my call customer care is also giving excuse again and again .
Now the shank is not picking my call .
Please help me to resolve this issue, how I can stop this service .

The owner of this bureau makes false commitments despite of his inability to provide satisfactory services n can spoil anyone's career. He makes his people give great reviews on the site so that innocent people fall in his trap. Do you guys look into the matter like this? Such people use platforms like yours n spoil their reputation as well as yours.
I really request you to please take a strict action against him n his bureau so that what i have faced, others shouldn't.
