Our firm apex legal ([protected]) is listed on justdial.com under lifetime plan (10 years plan). But since queries were less, the relationship manager ms. Ritika arora and amit negi asked me to upgrade the plan and insisted upon payment of additional rs. 29500 (Including gst to upgrade the plan).

I am suffering from irresponssible behaviour of sreeja c (Jusdial agent) whom i have taken the 10 years offer and provide them the required document and amount of rupes 35 thousand for the purpose.
Its being more than 1.5 months and there is no response from justdial company. When ever i call them, they won't pick the mobile and if accidentally pick they make excuses and asure me to do the work in one or two days but no response yet...

As i requested many times the just dial to provide me the ecs statement and receipt for emi deducted monthly. I never get that still. This is the last month emi.
Reason they told :after gst they blocked the features to take these ecs and emi details.
We need to wait untill the unblocked also they are telling me to count the number of emi paid to know the total emi and paid emi.

I paid 17, 700 for paid service ; when seen my profile all information were wrong. When connected with customer service - to correct it almost 10 times but no one resolved the issue ; every time had to explain everything to them and no resolution. The sales lady who made me to buy this product ; started ignoring my call aswell.
This is fraud company and they hardly bother about their customers after taking money.

My firm rays in raipur chhattisgarh. For this i purchased just dial pdg package top position service on march 2018 and as per contract i have 46 pin code listing means they provide 46 pincode area customer to me.. But after getting too less lead and inquiry complaint against it in just dial. But they not resolved. Present i checked about my contract, see that they provided me service only 19 pin code area. Thats why i didn't get more customer....

Dear justdial,
I pay for my paid listing on 16th may 2018 still my listing is not live and i did not got any invoice copy for my payment on 1/06/2018.
No buddy is replying on call, mail or customer support team all are worst.

I have recharged wifi from jdpay android application. But the wifi provider stops taking service of jdpay and then i recharged by giving cash to the wifi provider.

Now, i want refund from jdpay and they are not giving. Its around more than a month.

For this, i have called more than 100 times to the customer care and they are telling i only talked once. And not resolving issue.
