I’m Vidhu Krishnan, owner of Ganga lodge (Chackai, Trivandrum) I already passed the activation of my life time vfl package but after this the executive didn’t give any guideline or any direction how to use the justdial functions and when try to contact him he is purposefully not responding. I already paid the money and didn’t yet received proper info from the executive (Arun Natarajan ‭+[protected]‬). This is very much dissatisfying from the side of the company

My Company name Innovision Web Solutions.
We have taken 3540 rs monthly plan of Just dial on 28 september 2018. At that time their executive told that it is one year contract and after 1 year it will be closed. if you want to stop it before 1 year, you have to give information before 3 month.
Now when i sent Just dial mail that i do not want contract to continue and stop it. They called and told i can not do so. After 1 year i will have to send me written mail and call then they will close after some time. Means they will deduct some more ECS.
ECS means automatically every month 3540 rs will be deducted from your bank account.
JUST Dial want that i call or mail them after 1 year so that they take more time and deduct more ECS and continue contract.

My Request is take action for this and close my contract as soon as possible. Why they not closing it

I am a paid member of just dial. I got registered as Aisha Lights Aligarh. I was promised by your person that I will get the gst invoice within few days. Its been a long time and I've not received any invoice. Instead of asking and requesting again and again the person incharge (Akash) has stopped receiving my calls. This is just the beginning and I am getting this worse service by just dial. I am not at all satisfied and strictly upset by the service your company is giving.

I am Neeraj Thareja, Director, Tech Artist Pvt. Ltd. It's a Placement Agency and we are completely dependent on Just Dial.However, Current Just Dial has completely given Fake Leads.

I have registered only for "Placement Services for Employers" category but all the leads I have been receiving belong to the "Placement Services for Candidate" category.

Because of this fake leads system they are increasing the number of leads but it's not benefiting me at all because I just don't deal with the candidate category

I am also enclosing the number of leads shared with me on a daily basis for the time period of 6-July-18 to 11-july-18

I had registered my pre school in Bangalore with Just dial which was shut dow in Mar 2018. In a conversation with a just dial executive I had clearly mentioned that I do not want to continue my subscription with Just dial and would like to stop the ECS. They said that they will do the needful and cancel my subscription. However the amount continues to be deducted from my account

This is suvankar das from king cafe(Madhyamgram bazaar). We have register with Justdial seems last one month but there no single enquiry or lead I got from Justdial. So I contacted the person who came to my office to complete the registration, named Mr. Dipanjan Paul. The guy is avoiding us day by day. Then I contacted to costomer care but no workable response from there side also. Extremely worst experience with Justdial. Within 24hr if didn't get the right solution I'll take legal action against Justdial.

I would like to bring to notice of all people that SARKAR SERVICE CENTRE is a fraud company. My mother wanted to repair the air-conditioner in the house. She found the contact of the service centre on Just Dial. She called this service centre. They said they are based out of Lucknow and gave the contact of their 'branch' in Kolkata.

On checking the condition of the AC, the service person said that the condensor has to be changed and it would cost Rs 3, 000. Unable to bear the heat anymore, she agreed and paid the amount when presented with the bill. They said they have changed the gas and condensor but in spite of that, there was no cooling. They asked to keep it on for 30 minutes and then check. They asked to call back in case there is no cooling and left. After half an hour and days now, there is still no cooling and they have disappeared.

They do not respond to the calls anymore. My parents then went to the address mentioned in the bill, only to find no shops with such names in the locality. No one living in the area knows of such a service centre either. When my mother called the Just Dial again, they said there's no such business listed on their website. They asked to file a police complaint then. So please beware of such fraudulent companies.

I have found the website on Just Dial. The company should at least verify the businesses when they post their ads on the platform.

My self Ravi Soni, I purchased JUSTDIAL.COM Indore city marketing plan for 6 months in dec-2017.

They started sending fake / bogus lead messages / email to me which hardly got converted... many leads were wrong where even lead says they didn't enquired for services on justdial.com

I got frustrated by such time wasting SMS /Email flood and wanted to end the contract just after 1 month o[censored]sage, but because it was a contract signed by me..their team forced me keep it running for 6 months.

And guess what could be the most horrible thing is here ? Even after 6 months completed they are not stoping deducting ECS from my account, I requested my HDFC banker to stop honoring the ECS request from JUSTDIAL and they said they are unable to cancel it because you have given them rights for debit from your accounts.

The person who sold me this garbage marketing plan (name Santosh Mourya : [protected]) is not receiving the call anymore and sometimes he message me that he asked justdial to stop the ECS.

I came here to ask for help if someone is capable of guiding me in the right direction.

I want to spread this message as large as possible because their are many complains regarding justdial fraud behaviour, I never thought a company who has AMITABH BACCHAN as their brand ambassador can do such bad things to me.

Rs.1012.19 deducted from my account on 08 th July 18 last night against railways ticket reservation for 2 person from BSB to LJN JOURNEY DATE 21ST JULY 18.But sorry to report that till the while I couldn't get any ticket.
Hence request u to look into & manage to get the reservations or refund the money without any delay.

I had paid a sum of rs.4500/- for enlisting me at certain positions in just dial through Mr.Rehan in MAY 2018 but due to some greedy issues from your side it has not been processed, so kindly refund the same as soon as possible.

Also to bring to your notice is that it is very unprofessional on your part as first it was promised that at Rs.45000/- i would be listed in just dial (through your subordinate Mr.rehan). But almost after a month later he tells me that it is not possible & will have to pay extra Rs.14200. i agreed to it but few days later he tells me that it is not possible even with that extra payment & will have to pay Rs30000 extra in total...here i would like to say that it is very unethical & unprofesional on your part as your company people say something, promise something & do something...highly unacceptable & unpalatable from a reputed company like you..
i would better get enlisted in with some one else who is atleast truthful & professional.

Justdial is Refusing to take any action on one of their listed relocation dealer: Woodland Relocations from Chandivali, Andheri East.

Sundar Singh from Woodland Relocations (phone# is a fraud every website must delist this person he promises a lesser amount for cargo, takes away stuff from home then asks for more money while your valuable stuff is at his place. Then you are bound to pay more and at the time of delivery, he just delivers at society gate and not at house door. For house door delivery, he will again ask for more money to be paid to the delivery boy to which he hasn't paid. Again you are bound to pay more. This guy is big time cheater, a fraud and a big time scammer - stay away from him. He uses abusive language too.

I complaint to Justdial customer care and they simply hang up the phone saying that they cannot do anything on this.

We have opened an account for advertising through just dial. One Mr. A.Mohammed Rafiq executive handled the deal to activate our advertisement in JD. ( EXE code 10010177, TME. name Jannath ), on[protected] and we didn't received any confirmation mail or receipt as discussed till this date. The sum was above 27000 and we had paid for the three months monthly installments that was 6541 which was paid through online by us. We have receive only the customer receipt and had not got any email regarding the deal and it has not yet activated till now. Mr. Rafiq has promised us that it will be activated on 5-7-2018. Please look in to the matter and do the necessary action.

We started a small shop, just dial people and get in touch with just dial, there after there marketed guy regularly called us to initiate a package used to make calls every second day, 1 day we initiated a plan with JD for Rs 18, 000/-(made payment of Rs5900+2500 ECS) Dated[protected] which the sales representative AKSHAY sold us wrongly with influence with his boss MR VISHAL, even they mentioned my area wrongly into the contract, after that all inquires was from different zone which was of no use to us, i tried contacting vishal & akshay but every time they have new reasons to avoid me, even mailed many times to [protected]@justdial.com, response always was that everything is okay, then after i called JD toll free got connected with KSHITIJ PANDEY, he assured me to solve my problem and thenafter he came with a point the package sold to you is wrong and i have this package for you giving me big assurances even he connected me to TILAK(khitij says he is the senior) even tilak gave big assurances and convinced me to switch my plan package to approx Rs 46K and they again took a payment of Rs 5900/- Dated[protected]for which they have not even mailed the invoice till now)
Currently also i am getting inquires from wrong region, no one is there to listen and talk even. THIS COMPANY IS RUNNING A BIG SPAM BUSINESS WITH ILL LITERATE STAFF, THEY JUST NEED TO FINISH THERE TARGETS (CUSTOMER IS JUST A TARGET FOR THEM) NO COMPLAINTS AREA - NO AFTER SALES SERVICES.
"ALL THIS MATTER I HAVE IN RECORDING IN MY PHONE THAT HOW THEY ARE MAKING PEOPLE FOOL, this is basically type of 420 done by JD and the people working, now there is no response i call them on there mobile (a new persons picks the call and say this is not KSHITIJ and TILAK Number) AND use bad words and misbehave, Dint expect that Just Dial is having such cheap low class people staff with them. Never though of same.
Even they made me assured on mail from there JD ID that there will be no ECS for next 3 months and they will provide complimentary banner advertisement.

Someone has put my numbers [protected]/[protected] on just dial.com for different queries.
I am getting unnecessary sms and calls.
Please help me remove my numbers.

I called just dial at [protected] and [protected] and told my issue.
But they denied that my number is with them.
I have attached the screenshots for prove.
I do have any business and will not have any in future.
So, it would be really helpful that they should blacklist my numbers so that no one can post it again.

Its been 4 months since our company has been trying stop the just dial package. We emailed them several times for the closure and inspite repeated reminders, just dial didn't close the ecs.

Just dial kept deducting money from my hdfc account and it's a shame that i was not informed about my balance was in negative. I have all the proofs and recordings of just dial.

They just dusted the case saying we can't stop ecs. They are frauds and now they are saying that we haven't deducted any amount and the bank is saying the -27900 is because of the hold on their payments

The bank says the moment i will deposit 27000 it will go into just dials account. Please suggest me what needs to be done.
