This has been a Fraudulent approach of Mr.Shrikant He said If you opt for Rs.17, 000 payment advance then you can cancel your ECS any time as you would have paid three months advance. (The Only Reason I signed up for that 17, 000 advance ) And now the company guys are not picking up the call not transferring the call and also as usual that Mr.Shrikant & Colleagues are lying stating you cant cancel the plan ECS for a year now. No leads Only Waste of Money. for me
And Ah! if they would have stated that you cant back up from ECS for a year then i won't have sign at first place itself.
These RMs are very manipulative and don't respond to the calls once payment is done
My personal Experience states Please Don't opt for JustDial !

Ent & thyroid clinic was listed with just dial and money was being deducted from bank
In feburary 2018 i had called to remove it from the site and to stop ecs deduction from bank
I was told by employee sonal.. That company has policy of 3 months notice.. Whcih was not told initially
Any way even after 3 months the money is still being deducted and on asking i was told thats company policy

Hi i am jayshree bothra from nagpur maharashtra. After taking payment of 17473 on 28 05 2018, for my business iconic academy just dial employees mr. Rohit bagde and astik kondolikar misbehaved with me. They used very rude harsh language and said go wherever you want to take your payment back, they also not received my call many times and even disconnected. The way of talking of mr rohit bagde was very bad with me. They are not ready to understand which i want to ask him.. I have never seen such behaviour from anyone until now like rohit

Kindly note that i submitted a query for providing a list of web site developers on 23 april 2018.
Within half an hour, mr. Parikshit bajaj, of hdwebexperts, landed up at my office and told me that he had received my details from justdail.
He collected 8, 000 in advance towards the development of informative web site and assured me that he will develop and provide it within 7 days.
He is neither...

I have got a website done through justdial and now it been hacked by some one who is publishing kutchina effile chimney on our website and taking orders and confirmations sent from our email i’d. Please immediately block the website and investigate. I will also be lodging a police complaint on this issue. Please be informed we do not sell any product what so ever. Someone is fraudulently using our website to sell the above mentioned cheminy.

Today i have done5 transaction amounting to rs 9999/- each which was a fraud transaction done by placement agency by providing link to my email id. I have make the payment but did not received any message for the sane. Later on when i check my account no i came to know that amount has been debited to my account and i have been cheated by placement agency who promise me that not a single amount will be debited. Kindly help me and refund me my amount

A guy from Shank- [protected] was come at my home for Just Dial ad purpose and he did promise me 10-15 call suppose to received from customer, At the starting he forced me 2 month trail period but in a month I did not receive any call from customer via just dial .
Now I came to know my agreement is for the 10 year and they force me to pay the bill but I don, t want to continue this service,
No one is responding my call customer care is also giving excuse again and again .
Now the shank is not picking my call .
Please help me to resolve this issue, how I can stop this service .
I am very frustrate with just Dial .

The owner of this bureau makes false commitments despite of his inability to provide satisfactory services n can spoil anyone's career. He makes his people give great reviews on the site so that innocent people fall in his trap. Do you guys look into the matter like this? Such people use platforms like yours n spoil their reputation as well as yours.
I really request you to please take a strict action against him n his bureau so that what i have faced, others shouldn't.

Alok (Sales Executive of Just Dial) informed me at the time of registration that if in future i need to close my JustDial service it will take around 1 one month. Now when I spoke to customer care they are saying it will take 3 months to close the service & till 3 months I have to pay for my service regularly.

Even the customer care support is not appropriate.

On[protected]after having a conversation with Customer Care Executive i called up so many times to sales executive but he didn't respond. He was online on whatsapp but not responded my call). Below attached photos are the proofs.

One the Green grape entertainment which is justdial certified production company calls me for casting and tell that am selected for one role in future serial..But they ask me to pay 10k for that...I also pay 6k and recieved the contract form...But now they ask me to pay 15k.they are cheating me..i ask them to refund my money..but they wont refund..I had all the proofs for the Money Which i sent..i send yOu below the screenshot of Paid amount

Yesterday i filled a rqst for led screen on your jd app. After few seconds got so many calls from your vendors.in all of them one of your vendor used abused language to me wont be able to type all such words here. I own a business named sheetal sweet corner in talegaon dabhade, pune. I had registered my shop on just dail only for a month the guy who had come here registwred it and said its only for a month then afterwards they will call you and ask wheather you have to continue or not so after a month also there was decduction from my account so i called juat dail then they said you have opted for one year plan you cannot cancel it now then after a year even when my plan was completed there was ecs going to just dail they did not call me for renewal they continued it and when i saw that ecs is still going i called them and they said you have to call us i had an argument with them and they said we will cancel your plan on emergency basis and from now your ecs will not be deducted and he said im saying this on record so you wont need any proof then too there are deductions from my account few days before when i called them they said will call you back but didnt get any response from them today this is third time i called them and had a agrument they gave me same reply that we will cancel ur plan on urgent basis your team is saying its your duty to call us for confirmation of cancellation but if your saying im canceling on urgent basis then who can you say that you did not call for confirmatiom of cancellation and your employee didnt even tell me for confirmation such a poor service from your team had a worst experience i told them to check recordings but they are saying its your fault how can you say this to me when your telling that im doing this on urgent basis and not even providing me proper information is this your service please check those recordings and let me know if there is any such information provided in those recordings you are not answerable but if what i said is there in those recordings you have to refund my money because i had cancelled your services

Dear sir,
I had informed just dial many times (Past 20 days) (Mr aushtosh) of cancellation of service contract between gyan academy & just dial with effect from 14 june 2018.
Despite my information of cancellation of contract, i got no feedback from just dial about the status of contract.
Now they are going for auto debit of monthly service from my bank account.
This contract stand null & void, so no liability arise from my side.

My name : dr. Padmaja phone number [protected]. Unknown persons are calling to my number everyday for unnecessary reason. Its very difficult to manage. I have not updated the details and not shared in any websites. I don't know who put my number and basic details in justdail. It will be helpful, if you help me

Please cancel my policy and refund my money which you have charged unfairly on 11/06/2018. You have taken an advance of 10, 000, and charged me another 3540 (On 11/06/2018) within 11 days of commencement of my policy.

I was made to understand that the first installment will need to be paid by end of the first month. Not within 10days of the first month. There was also no intimation in the form of an email, sms or a phone call to give me prior notice about this ecs withdrawal. Every bank, insurance and other services usually let's the customer know before they deduct money. Justdial's actions are paramount to stealing!

The just dial service has given me no business either.in fact you give more trouble by giving my number to customers who are not related to my business at all.

Just dial has the worst and rude customer support staff. A person named sharath attended to me and refused to cancel my policy. I regret having ever believed that justdial is an honest service provider.
I request again to cancel my policy and refund my stolen money.

I’m contacted justdial for wifi contaction they send a fraud vendor of wifi connection hi take my id and rs2000 and then hi said he’ll be back in an hour but he didn’t come back and his number is also switch off now it’s 2days. From the incident. Plese help me.
And the justdial branch incharge mumbai and delhi (Me. Subramanyam and shivanika) they are ignoring my case and refused to talk continuously. Please take some action against both of them.

Dear sir,

We taken 10 years plan and as per the process rs.5900/- in advance approved on 12 and subsequent rs.4524/- (10.06.2018, 10.07.2018 & 10.08.2018) in three ecs confirmed with justdial team manager.
But with out my knowledge before ecs presented and bank debited amount for rs.118+500+118 = rs.736/-.

This is very ridiculous and suffer a lot in bank bad impression in my bank account shown.

Please kindly look in to the matter and revert the debited amount.
This type of wrong thing will be affected justdial also.

Please take immediate action in this regard.

Hi,

I have been trying to close my account since last 6 months and every time they are just making excuses. Every month they are deducting 12000 from my account. Till now i have made more than 20 calls and i have recording of all the calls. They are just not willing to close the account and forcing me to use their services though the contract period is over. Kindly help in closing my account. How can we tolerate a company which has this kind of forced way of extracting money.

Hi - i have called shri balaji service center ([protected]/[protected]) for microwave repair around 10-12 days back and he repaired the microwave & charged 1600 - but i was suspicious that he did not change any thing on my microwave just put my part again as he did not share my old part with me.

After 5-7 days again issue persist on microwave and we called him continuously on daily basis to see the issue as he has given 6 month guarantee for the same. He turned up after 5 days followup and shared the another part is also not working and asked for another 1200 rs/-

What is the meaning of repairing at first place when some other part has issue and he fooled us first time & just changed the condenser which was of cost 200 rupees.

Just saw another review as well for 13th may - another customer has faced the same issue with ac.

Need refund from him or proper repair
