    I had called three months earlier to just dial regarding for tirupati package . They gave one travel agent name and nmber ie Raj Holidays n contact nmber [protected].
    We have made tickets with them but due to some issue we have prospond our trip but we have made half payment to them .so they said that either u can cancel the trip which the cancellation will be charged or u can prospond your trip within six months. Now we are trying to call the agent phone is switched off. We went to the given address but there were no such office. As earlier the agent has come to our location to collect our payment. They even gave the tickets . Now we don't know where is that particular office. I don't understand why the just dial company send the address where there is no such office. Why don't you verify first and then send the contact nmber.

      I was sold paid listing by n number of promises! Pay for 3 months and then if you want we will stop but now the executive is completely taking u turn. Stopped taking calls. Not stopping ecs, forcing to continue and not even bothered.

      Rishi is the executive who sold the plan stating ma'am get monthly done so after 3 months you can stop it if you are not benefitted

      Akansha is the supporting executive who was handling the entire thing.

      Now both are causing troubles to get the plan ended

        My company name is india bike rent, is in rishikesh. An executive of justdial came to me and discuss the advertising plan of justdial company and i bought the yearly plan of justdial and he gave me the receipt he promise to activate my business in three to four days. Now after 45days i have make a lot of complaints to justdial for my business but they did not give me any response and just transfer the call every time than they just promise to solve but they not now i want my money back this thing not only happened with me there are many other people who also service the same.             Today i booked two tickets from lucknow to chandigarh in 2 tier ac. Money paid and deducted but booking failed and the refund use code is jdidtbx6n4x6h8u1t3m2. Why it failed and booking cancelled when the amount was paid by internet and deducted from my account. What is the problem? Was there anything wrong with password? If yes then what is my password? My user name was mblal and password is bihari as per my record.

              Dear naved,

              I am very much disappointed with the services given by just dial. No promises are being full filled as committed. You provide one lead to several clients therefore tends to wastage of time and money where none of the leads are getting converted as when we try to approach them their phones get too busy for hours and did not get converted due to any reason and many leads you guys send are very inappropriate as they belongs to other cities.

              I request to refund my money as i feel it's of no use for me and stop the ecs immediately at earliest by today.
              Kindly note that i won't be entertaining any just dial inquiry on the said matter as this already have wasted my too much of time.

              This is for your perusal and immediate action.

                Just dial takes monthly amount + 18% gst. I have mentioned my gst no to them.in first 2 month they sent bill and we received that 18% in our gst returns. Now from past 3 months they not sent any bill. Why? I sent mail. They replied in march they will send. Why? When gat return date will be out then thwy will send. What is its use then. My question is that are they really paying to govt gst that they are receiving from customers. If they are paying to govt. Where are bills and why not sent my bills. If they not send upto 19 feb2018 i will loose 540 rs gst claim.

                I want either send me jan, feb2018 bill in mail upto 10feb2018 or give me 540 rs (Gst lose)

                I am waiting for any response from Just Dial but till now there is no mail or call. I have a very simple question from JUST DIAL company. When they are charging GST from customers why they are not paying to Govt.? if they are paying to govt then where are the bills?? if they have bill why not sent to customers?? I got mail last week that they will think about bill and try to send on march. That means there is no bill creation. Some investigation has to be done. Otherwise my past 4 months extra GST payment must be refunded. I am paying 3000 Plus 18 % Gst. This 540 extra amount why i will pay if i not got any bill with my GST No.

                  We, at aruna enterprises, talegaon dabhade, had given a contract to just dial to display our details on their website for the services we render to people. As a result, they were making regular deductions from our syndicate bank account on monthly basis.in the month of december 17, however, we communicated to one ms. Shubhangi from just dial, cell no.[protected] that we are not interested in continuing with the plan. She confirmed to us that already, we had made payments for their advertising for us till 26th feb.2018 and that instructions have been given to stop the ecs. As a result, there was no deduction from our bank account in jan.2018. However, we were to shocked to notice today that again, a sum of rs.3, 540/- has been deducted from our bank account. Ms. Shubhangi has not been even attending to our telephone calls. Request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to get us refund of rs. 3, 540/- deducted as we are no more interested to continue our contract with just dial.

                  Very cheaply they handle their clients after the payment me to had a very bad experience with just dial i did also paid and all the calls was fake and when i asked them to stop my service and refund my money for the month that i was not taking service they denied.

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      I am trying for closing my ecs services from long time for that i am calling and mailing on daily basis but your employees reply is that "our consult person will call you". When miss... Calling me she tell me you can not stop service compliant many more time within year but i close my business how i will pay to just dial.

                              I had registed my complaint on this website.. Now it shows as RESOLVED but how it is resolved without my knowledge. So, is it the website site error or Justdial error.

                              I had registerd my business wit justdial to make some profit but yo guys cheated me wit fake promises.. I askd yo guys to stop the ecs on my acc bt stil thr ws an ecs on my acc n thr is cheque bounce charges. Wen i askd to stop it, jstdial reps didnt do their jobs proprly n im penalisd fo their mistak.Pathetic Service from Justdial

                                I am Aniket and I registered my business on just dial in mid December 2017. As per the executive that visited me (named Arvind Pal), I can avail the facility (get leads) for 3 month on a payment of 10, 350/-. I took the risk as I was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account in Dec 2017 end. I started getting leads.

                                Later in Jan 2018, a deduction of 3, 450/- happened in my bank account. I called just dial customer care and they said it is ECS payment and that I will be charged this amount every month. I informed that I was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ECS service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract I signed.

                                I went to my bank to stop the ECS service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

                                The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ECS form telling me that it will be an EMI for 3 months and the amount will deduct from 10, 350/- that I am paying just dial and if I want then I can stop the services by intimating just dial one month before.

                                I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ECS cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ECS charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

                                I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ECS service provided by Just Dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

                                  I used jd pay app to receive some amount from sender. Jd pay didn't mention about any charges. It's prompted to upload kyc, i uploaded kyc. After that it enabled to send payment link to sender. Sender done payment. Jd pay didn't informed anything about charges, receivers kyc status to the sender. Jd pay simply deducted the amount from the sender's account and didn't credited to me. I submitted all my aadhar, pan card, voter id, bank account statement and cancelled cheque also. Still the amount not credited either to me or sender. Jd pay hold the amount for 2 days and not yet refund to the sender. It's asking for charges to refund the amount eventhough sender unaware of the jd pay charges. Jd pay didn't inform anything about charges to both sender and receiver.

                                  Your WhatsApp chat customer care service is really annoying and disturbing personal freedom of customers. They are ingnorant and inefficient. Please give response in email and resolve the issue.

                                    I want to kyc my account on jdpay but his cc reject my documents with reason his invalid wts. I think government of india are stupid to verify my invalid at bank, college, sim purchase. Now his told me send your new documents i think just dial cc not know government of india issue documents at once not again and again. Worst service and i stuck my money.                                       Hi i purched your package 15 days back
                                      I am not getting a single mail and single message in my phone. Only got few enquirey without number in just dail app
                                      And most of the enquries are bye myself only. I am totally diappointed. I have contacted multiple time to your support team but they are not solving my problem

                                        I called to justdial, one of the representative receive the call and she replied very rudely. Actually i was asking for dog creche near by me. So she told me that they will send the information regarding this matter but i received only the sms where they are asking me to download some app.. They haven't provide any of that information for which i was looking for. So it is very disappointed from justdial. Really i never expected like this from justdial.
