I as a a sole proprietor of peacock media communication, kolkata listed in investigation services and publication consultants but your the excutive wrongfully listed it in printing service also. After a month or two i noticed that i didn't get any enquiry about investigation services. Therefore i requested the executive miss susmita that please delete the printing services from the listing,. After that i will list the printing services seperately and already gave them a pd cheque (Rs 6, 000). But despite my several requests and phone calls she didn't do anything. So i therefore i request to you that i dont want to avail the new listing and please return my cheque.

Inspite of telling 1000 times, still get calls everyday for 1000 times. I am really fed up and they are intriguing my privacy. Every day they call me during business hours and they won’t remove my name from their calling list, it is high time that you guys resolve the issue and make actions so that no other company will breach privacy law and call many innocents like us.

I got electrician's number from just dial. He has taken money to complete the work. He has some pending task, but he is not doing anything after that. I want his phone number and image should be displayed in your website such that no one gets cheated further. I am providing the mobile number of the electrician.

It is now 7 (Seven) months since my request to just dial for stopping this deduction as i no longer require their services as i have stopped my business of real estate. But in spite of numerous letters by speed post and also email requests my request has not been attended to.
In this respect, i wish to bring to your notice the following points :-
1) my letters (Sent by speed post) in this regard have been read, but my request has not been attended to.
2) i have received a number of phone calls from just dial giving me misleading and false assurances for stopping the above - said payment.
It is clear from the above statements that the company intends to befool me and stall my request in order to extract more and more money as the months go by.
I therefore look forward to your esteemed consumer forum that my request to just dial for stopping my services and ecs installment of rs.525/month from my bank account no.: “[protected]”, bank of india, branch rajendra nagar, indore (M. P.) ifsc code : bkid0008814 micr code :[protected] be done at the earliest. I will be greatly obliged to you for the same.

Once i gave complaint but they do not change my mobile number. Its no use for advertising in just dial. I really disappointed. I payed money but you give wrong phone number in my add.

I have told ur deptt to stop the website as the ur team was not supporting (Priyanka & rumit). From 3rd november it has stopped, your depptt also endorsed that. I have put the complaint about by email as well. Your staff has told that they have got the mail from the websupport team as well.
After stopping also the ecs hit my account for 3 months. After i lodged the complaint they started the website again. They are fooling their customers.
I want refund for that amount 1180 x 3.

I have registered on just dial one month ago ur customer from pune call me n get confirmation n ur executive came to my clinic n still d process not worked yet. I m very much disappointed. This kind of service i[censored] r giving den how ppl will appreciate ur company. At least u should see basic requirements no further follow up on ur service. Waiting response

So this institute iictn at andheri west makes its student log in from their computer and tell students that it's a compulsion to write a review and rate them 5 stars. They do this right before giving us our certificates. Since i was not willing to write an extraordinary review, they logged into my account and added the ratings and review for themselves. I'm so disturbed because of all this. I want to delete my review.

This complaint is against mr anoop sharma of a s placement, shahpur jat. He provided maid's for house hold work on commission basis. I hired a maid from him. He charged his full commission of rs 18000 in cash. After a week of hiring, the maid went on day's leave stating that she has to get her voters card made. Her brother in law came to pick her up. She requested an advance of rs 5000 as her father is not well. We gave her the money. This happened on 20th february 2018. She didn't come back. Now mr anoop sharma is not picking up the phone and maid has not come back. He is a total fraud. Please black list his agency.

I stopped all dealings with just dial in 2010, as their service was unsatisfactory. Till october 2016, they remained quiet. After they came to know that i stopped my business in june 2016, and have some money in the oriental bank of commerce, kilpauk branch, chennai 600010, they withdrew the entire money between nov.2016, and may 2017.
I suspect bank collusion too in the matter, as i was not informed about it till january this year. My letter to just dial, and obc remain unanswered till today.

As i had paid approx 100000/- till now to jdomni.

At the time of contract company told me that u can use full application n website within 1 month. But even at the end of 2.5 year i can not access app in ios.

More than 15 times i had tried to connect with jd omni team on calls and mail biu there is no any proper answer from company side. Every time they said we are trying to resolve ur compliant as soon as possible,...

Just dial my contract completed december 2017, no calls.
But bank ecs charges deducted even after feb 2018.
As i did not get any profit by doing this and also did not recieved any inquiry in a month so i want to cancel my contract from just dail.

If we dont want to continue just dial services by clearing all the payment. Then why we pay 3 month ecs payment. I thing they just dial make fool all the custmers. I will never suggest any person take business from just dial.

I used SBI Debit Card 519XX3080 for a purchase worth Rs12500.0 on POS JUSTDIAL47820 at PAY*WWW JUSTDIAL COM txn# 212327 on 17th February 2018 to Doozydeal.in But they confirmed that they didnt receieve any money but the amount was deducted from my account.
Please kindly see into this matter and refund my money ASAP...
I was waiting till today 21/08/1997 to get back my money

Customer care and excutive are worst. We have tried so many times to communicate but the services are worst. Not expect such type of service from the portal

The staffs called me many times from this number [protected] and used abusive language and misbehaved language a lot that i cnt even say

I had called three months earlier to just dial regarding for tirupati package . They gave one travel agent name and nmber ie Raj Holidays n contact nmber [protected].
We have made tickets with them but due to some issue we have prospond our trip but we have made half payment to them .so they said that either u can cancel the trip which the cancellation will be charged or u can prospond your trip within six months. Now we are trying to call the agent phone is switched off. We went to the given address but there were no such office. As earlier the agent has come to our location to collect our payment. They even gave the tickets . Now we don't know where is that particular office. I don't understand why the just dial company send the address where there is no such office. Why don't you verify first and then send the contact nmber.

I was sold paid listing by n number of promises! Pay for 3 months and then if you want we will stop but now the executive is completely taking u turn. Stopped taking calls. Not stopping ecs, forcing to continue and not even bothered.

Rishi is the executive who sold the plan stating ma'am get monthly done so after 3 months you can stop it if you are not benefitted

Akansha is the supporting executive who was handling the entire thing.

Now both are causing troubles to get the plan ended

My company name is india bike rent, is in rishikesh. An executive of justdial came to me and discuss the advertising plan of justdial company and i bought the yearly plan of justdial and he gave me the receipt he promise to activate my business in three to four days. Now after 45days i have make a lot of complaints to justdial for my business but they did not give me any response and just transfer the call every time than they just promise to solve but they not now i want my money back this thing not only happened with me there are many other people who also service the same. Just dial cheated to all
