Dear sir,

I am from "sneh agrawal & associates" firm.

Four days before mr. "noman" and backend staff "nisha" has taken one year advertisement subscription order from me.

Now my firm profile is active on your just dial whereas this is useless for me and both sales executive are not giving any reply to me. I have sent whatsapp msg, call t him many times from last three days but they didn't revert.

There are many issue with this advertisement which is

1. My firm name is showing wrong. Correct name is "sneh agrawal & associates"

2. I am in kharghar whereas but i can not search my firm with the location either kharghar or navi mumbai combination of chartered accountant.

3. Location map is not perfect showing.

4. Mention address is incomplete.

5. There are many activity shown and included by your sales staff on the time of request whereas not showing there.

I do two times call on your call center [protected] bus still my issue has not resolve yet. I am very much dissatisfied with the service. Now i do not want to take your service, kindly refund my money rs. 8000/- immediately.

In case of no reply i will be bound to go for legal compliance.

We wish to discontinue just dial service for which we had already raised a request 3 months back, even after several follow ups with customer service, the ecs still continues to be deducted. The service was registered for unique beauty parlor, surat for geeta patel and the mobile number [protected]. Please assist to look into the issue with urgency.

Plz stop to share contact no in just dial all fake phone no are mentioned in just dial. Thay all cheating to people's. Today i just contact to one transport company rawat transport company aligarh, name roop singh his account no from farukkhabad i transfer advanced 2000 as he told after that his mobile no has been switched off.

Account name - maharaja pest control past one year i m just dial customer
This year came renewal i was gave to cheque your employee mr. Arun following cheque number (Cheque no - 000013, cheque payment - 7788), (Cheque no-000014- cheque payment 7686) both cheque date (1/2/2018). I requested your guys 05/02/2018 informed mr. Arun, ms. Roobini, ms. Radhika but this guys careless put my cheque yesterday cheque was bounce,

Above mentioned guys are not at all responding well my words they have put my cheque collection to bank achieve their target. I don't know why they are doing like this in my request and they just simply spoiled our reputation, i want necessary action to be taken on them. Then what's the purpose for me to contacting them? I request you to take necessary action.

This is not good customer experience i want clear solution otherwise i left just dial.

I registered my business on just dial month ago

As per the executive Chandrakant of Just Dial, I can avail the facility (get leads) for 3 month on a payment of 10, 620/-.
I paid 10620/-
. The amount got deducted from my account in Within few days

I started getting useless leads.

Later in After 3 weeks
a deduction of 3, 561/- happened in my bank account.
I called just dial customer care and they said it is ECS payment and that I will be charged this amount every month. I informed that I was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ECS service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract I signed.

I went to my bank to stop the ECS service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ECS form telling me that it will be an EMI for 3 months and the amount will deduct from 10, 350/- that I am paying just dial and if I want then I can stop the services by intimating just dial one month before.

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ECS cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ECS charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ECS service provided by Just Dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

I registered my clinic on justdial on 9/12/2017 for getting bussiness but I havenot got a single patient form just dial... All the calls that i got from justdial were fake calls from property dealers.the customercare is pathetic they did nothing to solve the issue nor they transferred the call to concerned department. Mr. shiavng Nigam (Assistant Manager) [protected] at justdial came to my clinic at the time of subsciption but after getting the money he stopped picking our call ... i have been calling justdial since then asking them to discontinue the services and return my money... Mr. shivang donot respond to my call.. justdial representatives donot respond properly to my call... i request you to kindly take stern action and to end my services and return my money.

My name is yogesh sharma and i run a small classes in goregaon, 9d academy. I had taken a package from just dial in january 2017. At the time of registration they had taken an upfront 3 month advance amount of rs 10499/- and after that they were supposed to charge me rs.3591/- every month as monthly charges. I was told the i will have to inform them 3 months prior if i want to close the business, and provided me with an mobile app through which i can operate and even terminate my account, right from the first month as soon as i had paid the money i did not get proper leads or any type of business through their service. I called them and asked them to terminate my services in november, before my tenure was about to expire. They said they will help me out in doing this at the earliest. I was not convinced and i mailed to their head office for sopping the ecs as i did not want to continue. I had paid all the esc regularly till my tenure time, above that i had also paid them extra 3 month advance money that is 10499/- from my bank of india account. I continuously mailed them almost every alternate day to stop the ecs, but they did not do it and are unnecessary charging me from last 2 months that is after my contract expired. When ever i mail them or call them they only say that its in process and still withdrawing money from my account with out my consent. When i requested my bank to stop the ecs they said that they can't do it as its done through rbi and i will have to ask just dial to stop and there is no other way. And just dial in not at all concerned in this matter, they are neglecting my grievances and queries. On 29th january and 30th i also told them if they don't do it instantly i will take a legal action, but they are not giving any response. Sir it's my hard earned my and they are taking it through ecs even after the expiry of my contract and even after informing them through mail 3 months prior. Kindly help me out.. As now its very clear that just dial is a cheat company and we can't spare them like this. I want my extra money paid to them back and want the ecs to stop instantly.

Just dial is a one of the modern age looter and scammers. They are forcing me to be in a stupid contract and despite repeated requests to stop ecs they are not at all listening.

I also asked them for terms and conditions about the contract but no one is willing to answer it.

Sales rep promised me so many things at the time of taking payment and now there is no one to listen or cater to the requests. Their customer care is one hell of # who just bluntly says no and cannot help in this matter.

I am going to sue them in consumer court.

I am a registered client of justdial.com sine 4years. my registered mobile number [protected].my registered mobile number is not in use anymore as it was an aircel number. aircel is shut down in maharashtra. so i cnt call from my registered number. pls change my registered mobile number to [protected]. please recieve my call on justdial number. i[censored] dont recieve my call. i will deactivate my account....

Please remove my number from just dial as i was searching for job as android developer and by mistake added my number for any other job. I am getting so many calls which are not for my use. So, please remove my number from your sight, so that i can add it correctly for my own profile and not for other profile for which i am continuously getting calls.

Just dial employee Mr. Sikandar Singh come to my office for services. He compel me to sign ECS form only for just formality its not submit in my account
But its mandate in my account and deduct the payment on 23rd Jan i Already complaint in ECS department and discuss about all case and tell them to stop this but your company again deduct amount form my account without any services ...

We tiffosi italiya food n beverages already requested to the email id we get informed from your executive to stop ecs and services 4 months back and also requested through phone also.
Last month mr. Sanoop attended and told us that he is looking after ecs and he will do needful as per our request, but he is arrogent to us after the continuation ecs appered and we called him. He told us that you have not requested properly..
He assured the stop ecs through phone and before that, as per the tele advice, we have emailed from [protected]@yahoo.com to stop this as per the mail id we received.

The ecs is comming in split condetion and it shall be arround 9 nos of ecs.
As our company is met with some market crisis, we requested to stop ecs as we are not able to manage the amount per mont for ecs.
The ecs is comming 3 or 4 times after the normal hitting date when the ecs is not realized after stopping request.
We have approched a bank loan expansion and they rejected the same only because of ecs return 9 times for 3or more days.

And for one ecs return, bank will charge 295 rs as bounce charge.
When 1 day ecs returned we may loss 295 x 9 nos =rs.2655 for one time.
And it repeats 3 or 4 times.
That means 2655 x 3 =rs. 7965 /- bounce charges for one month.

We are not able to bare this much per mont for the time being.
Otherwise we will not bounce your payments..

Today the 1st of february 2018, we received 5 returns..

Our bank is not able to stop this.

If you are not able to support further, we may compelled to go for legal support to escape from this trap!!

Urgently need to stop further resubmission of ecs any more..

1. This painfully informs you that from just-dial we are getting fake customer inquiry from last 15 days. This is unacceptable from just-dial. The services quality became so poor. Quality of leads is very very bad.
So i request you please work on it otherwise we have to stop all 5 store.
2. This is about worthless and poor services and till we get the lead from your team too bad. Those who doesn’t do any inquiry we are getting, and also we get an inquiry from out of states.
The most important part this is 2nd mail and you guys did nothing. This is not acceptable.

I got Water Geyeser repaired by above dealer as recommended by you vide your SMS dt 03 Dec 2017.

The dealer sent a novice who could not repair and changed the element and charged me Rs 1800. The element provided was a bit bent which the mechanic fit it by force. He assured in case of problem, he will attend and rectify. Geyeser stopped heating after a few hours. I spoke to Mr Mishra the owner who promised to attend. He did not attend to the fault even after numerous telephonic call. I sent a message. to him on his unethical behaviour on 7 Dec 2017 on tele no.[protected].. He did not respond and stopped attending my calls. I was helpless.
I got it repaired by another mechanic. The element was found damaged due to forced fitting. I had to pay another Rs 1200/- to this mechanicfor another new element. Agood job done by him.

I asked to stop my ecs services from april 2017 but they not doing. They not taking my request to cancel the service. All calls from justdail is fake and useless one. They were charging for useless service. They charged from my minimum balance and made me charged penalty. The services exceed 1 year but they continue to charge. So, please stop my service and refund my money which is charged exceed 1 year asap.

My 1 year tenure is finished with just dial as per the agreement, i have also closed my business but the ecs is still deducting from my account, i have contact customer support of just dial but they never respond and always tell me for call back but they never respond back, i'm fed up of their sales team, i just want my ecs stop, i talk to a guy named ashutosh he told me that you will have to continue for 3 months after 3 months we will stop your ecs so i agree but after 1 and half month i call again to just dial they told me they didn't get any request to cancel your ecs, now they are telling again you have to wait for 3 months, customer support never respond to any of my call they always says ecs department is busy we will arrange you a call back but no one calls back, i'm mentally frustrated and economically very weak just dial is exploiting me, please someone help me i beg you help me.
