    I asked to stop my ecs services from april 2017 but they not doing. They not taking my request to cancel the service. All calls from justdail is fake and useless one. They were charging for useless service. They charged from my minimum balance and made me charged penalty. The services exceed 1 year but they continue to charge.     I replied with all details, but still know they not stopped my services.They extended my 1 year contract services without my permission.i requested to stop service through mail and i called to customer care to stop, it.they don't.what is the procedure to just stop you service with is useless.

      My 1 year tenure is finished with just dial as per the agreement, i have also closed my business but the ecs is still deducting from my account, i have contact customer support of just dial but they never respond and always tell me for call back but they never respond back, i'm fed up of their sales team, i just want my ecs stop, i talk to a guy named ashutosh he told me that you will have to continue for 3 months after 3 months we will stop your ecs so i agree but after 1 and half month i call again to just dial they told me they didn't get any request to cancel your ecs, now they are telling again you have to wait for 3 months, customer support never respond to any of my call they always says ecs department is busy we will arrange you a call back but no one calls back, i'm mentally frustrated and economically very weak just dial is exploiting me, please someone help me i beg you help me.

      My train ticket booking with JD ID #TBE3J7S7S2A1Q2Y9 for HOWRAH JN to Dadar Central has failed.but my amount deduct from my account (Rs. 2106.54) is date on 20/01/2018 is on line payment after login & given otp the amount is deduct from my account almost 7hrs gone but my my amount is not return to my account so please do the needful.

        Ours is a small ayurvedic centre in kharghar navi mumbai. We had renewed our contract with just dial in feb 2017 but as we were not satified with their services we requested them to stop the services and put the stop ecs in the bank the very next month in march 2017. Our manager was handling before but she never bothered to check whether we were getting the service that was committed to us. So because of her we had continued for past more than 1 year but when we personally monitered we were not satisfied with the services provided and spoke to many resp and send many emails to the company. They were deducting almost rs 13000 every month inspite of our request to stop ecs and we were not even using their services. How can a company force a unsatified customer to take their services. We infact kept the account to minimum but still till jan 2018 they have deducting some 235 rs when we are not even taking their services.. Till date just dial have stolen our hard earned money rs one lac and 35 thousand from our bank account from feb 2017 till date (We have not counted the previous years amount). The company is a big cheat. They never responded to our emails, only twice their resp have come assuring us that something would be sorted out but its being almost more than 6 months no answer, and we are being cheated and looted of our money. Now in jan 2018 when they deducted rs 235 from my account i got frustrated and filed in consumer forum and within a week i got a call for just dial rep mr rishabh but still not sorting the issue. I am waiting for justice and hope that i receive my hard earned money back. I had to go thru so much mental agony and haressement from just dial.

        We registered our firm in JD Ahmedabad and Mr. Ankur was the person who visited us now two days I am calling no response I have paid fully and not been registered also. He called several times a day before receiving money now that he recvd money he is not picking our calls and neither we have been updated about our registration

              I have been trying to cancel my plan with just dial for the last 6 months registered under ninja guitars dwarka new delhi but inspite of numerous calls since last 6 months they are not doing so. First they said you can't cancel. Then they said it's a 3 months notice period to cancel. So we asked to register our cancellation and begin our notice period but they didn't. When we caller again and complained they said we will register a complaint but they did not. Now they are making excuses and still not cancelling. They are taking about 2400 to 2500 per month from our bank account. After being fed up we have now decided to call the bank to cancel. Beware of just dial they will harrass you like anything. They also remove your reviews if you leave any negative feedback on their fb page. We are suffering from months and with my father getting admitted to hospital we can't afford their useless service. They won't cancel no matter what u say to them. They are a fraud company.

                Purchased the product on jan 3rd, 2018. One would expect to get an email with a license number right away. One would be wrong. Had to email them to get that. Installed the product and was not working - i was getting an error "end sector should be bigger than start sector". Reported the issue. Had to wait 2 days for response. They told me to use the extended recovery option. I reported this not working also, had to wait 10 days for response. No matter which option i used, i was getting the same error. So i asked for my money back. On their website it clearly states "follows policy 'pay if only the software performs" and that they offer 30 days money back guarantee. However the seller has refused to provide refund. I had to buy a different product and was able to recover the data in 5h.

                  Beware: contract content & date manipulation without client knowledge/ no response for more than 6 query mails / unethical behavior after receiving contract money

                  After amount transfer for contract renewal, agreed slots have not been allotted, duration of one year is manipulated in to less duration.

                  All these have been done by justdial itself through its employees without our knowledge & when we try to question that, (On 24/01/2018 - just one example) the executive mr. Rajadurai says that the person who worked at that time of renewal has left his job from justdial, so its impossible for just dial to answer for the loss. (Which is hilarious as well as atrocious)

                  I have sent more than 6 mails collectively to chennai and mumbai justdial official mail id, but not even a single response turned up other than the automatic reply.

                  I am getting many calls every week (Which mostly i don't attend) just to sell other promotions and renew the contract again for some discount (Which obviously is a trick)

                  When someone is not ready to answer a customer complaint and address any issues of a client, its simply going to downgrade itself because of those target-minded executives who are pushing themselves on money based selling instead of service motive.

                  All we can do is to make all service providers and our friends, neighbors and family members to make aware of the collective mentality of justdial itslef on money minded business.

                  Lets see, how word of mouth promotion of people like us works on the justdial's business.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I am Mr. Avinash Mandavkar and I registered my business on just dial in 22nd Nov'17. As per the executive that visited me (named Rahul), I can avail the facility (get leads) for 3 month on a payment of 18, 497/-. I took the risk as I was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account in 28th Nov 2017 end. I started getting leads but was insufficient.

                    Later in 11 Dec 2017 and 20 Jan 2018, a deduction of 5, 900/- happened in my bank account. I called just dial customer care and they said it is ECS payment and that I will be charged this amount every month. I informed that I was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ECS service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract I signed.

                    I went to my bank to stop the ECS service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

                    The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ECS form telling me that it will be an EMI for 3 months and the amount will deduct from 18, 497/- that I am paying just dial and if I want then I can stop the services by intimating just dial one month before.

                    I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ECS cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ECS charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

                    I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ECS service provided by Just Dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

                      Again worst services, for the queries regarding my key words and my business category, i was only given a pan card search query. But keeping in my mind, just dial as an organisation who is just for grabbing the people hard earned money with no business potential, i stopped mailing.

                      In-spite off solving the previous problem, you people are troubling more and more. It is regarding the virtual no. Just dial has provided me. At the time of the contract, i have been assured of that i will be given a landline virtual no. And i got that. Now without conveying me you people changed the landline no. To mobile no.

                      Have some business etiquette. What kind off business organisation it is with no principles and no values. You people just know to fool business man with the completely nonsense promises which you never fulfill.

                      From that too the mobile no. Provided previously belongs to some other persons. Every day i get almost 5-10 calls from different persons regarding the loan recovery, bill recovery asking different names.

                      Now the story is, i get daily almost 5-10 calls from unknown persons not asking about my business but about the different names

                      Some times i do get calls from vodafone as well for not paying the bills,
                      Sometimes i do get calls about the vodafone promotions.
                      Sometimes i do get calls from icici bank for loan recovery.

                      Have some brain, i already have a mobile no. Why would i need a virtual mobile no.

                      No business, no ethics and even after letting it all, now you people are troubling and harassing by giving nonsense virtual mobile no. S with nonsense calls.

                      Either give me a landline no. Or just be sensible by not giving a virtual mobile no. When i already have a mobile no.

                      After all when i called your customer care no.[protected], the very ethical executive ask me to complain to vodafone and ask vodafone all the matter myself. Wow i mean they think its my responsibility to take care of the services provided by just dial as if it is proper or not. If there is any problem i have to fix it myself. What a great customer service you have.

                        My company name is mr. Solth and my registered mobile # [protected]. I actually belong to tamil nadu and for the business purpose i came to mumbai. First time when i approach the just dial employee to start up my business with just dial she required my mumbai based documentation such bank cheque, aadhar card and pan card. All my documents are based in tamil nadu as i told her and she said "no worries get some one's documents whose documents based in mumbai". After long struggle one of the strange person came to help me. I received his documents with the cheque 3540k and submitted to the just dial field executive and within one week my business was started up greatly. My business was rapidly developed and i was so happy with just dial.in end of the entire month contract i called mrs. Isha # [protected] to renew my another month contract (Till yesterday they didn't even explain ecs amount will be deduct from the account). Unfortunately the person who was helped me in first time to given his documents and cheque, he went to his hometown in tamil nadu. This is why i asked her shall i give another person's cheque with mumbai based documents for the next month contract. She said "okay no problem you can give".in next day 08/01/2018 she sent a just dial field executive to collect cheque and documents. His name is mr. Sahil khan # [protected]. He verified the documents and received it. By the time also i asked him "if there any problem to give the other person's cheque and documents please tell me". He said "no problem i will take care of everything your business will be activated after cleared the cheque". After that within 3 to 4 days my cheque was cleared and just dial took the money from the account. Even though my business was not started up. When i asked mrs. Isha and mr. Sahil they said "your documents are not sufficient you have to provide the person (Mr. Nelson) who was given his documents in first time". I clearly said that person is not in mumbai and he went to tamil nadu this is why i confirmed you in before i had given another person's cheque and documents. If the documents are not proper why did they collect the cheque and documents..??? If the documents are not sufficient why did the cleared my cheque and took money..??? Is it my mistake..??? After long conversation mr. Sahil asked my own aadhar card and passport copy as well as i sent to him. Whenever i called them (Mrs. Isha and mr. Sahil) both were lying without shy by saying words "sir end of the day before your business will be activated don't worry" since the day my cheque was cleared. Then they said we need only mr. Nelson's aadhar card once we receive his aadhar card we will activate your business within one hour. And finally mr. Nelson came back to mumbai and i got his aadhar card and sent it to mr. Isha and mr. Sahil thru what's up. As they said my business was activated yesterday (24/01/2018) evening. Within a few hour i received a sms from just dial that "your monthly ecs amount of rs.3540 is due to be deducted on 27/01/2018 from mr. Nelson's account". I got massive shock and i called mr. Sahil why are you going to deduct money from mr. Nelson's account? And i paid 3540k on 08/01/2018 and my business activated a few hours before only. They are not give any proper explanation at all. This is why i am sending mail to you sir. Basically i am from tamil nadu, i am very poor in hindi, i came to mumbai a few months before only. I have none other option to complain. Because they are only saying lie, lie, lie. They did not explain about the contract and anything. Whenever i ask something they were saying only "okay sir no problem i will take care". Atlast i lost 3540k for mrs. Isha and mr. Sahil's mistake. Mother promise i don't have money sir. I was so happy and hope with just dial. Because i got a good benefits thru just dial. This is why i paid again for the next month to renew my contract. Now i am so fed up with just dial. Your peoples are pushing me to depression mood. Full of tension. I have no words to explain how much mentally i am getting torture by just dial. This is really a emotional torture. I don't have money then how could i give 3540k again without getting my business. Also the person (Mr. Nelson) who helped me in first time by giving his documents for me to just dial he is stranger actually. I asked him a help and he did. Now as i receive the sms from just dial they are going to deduct 3540k from his account on 27/01/2018. If there is no money my business will be deactivated. What to do sir..?? I am helpless. I am so depressed. Even i don't know much hindi then how can i survive in mumbai. I have already been traumatized. Your peoples giving me a huge mental torture. I can't tolerate it. Please do the needful sir. Your earliest action in this regard will be immense valued.

                          I have registered my business annai consultancy with justdial from nov 2016. For my business development i advertised my business through justdial, sulekha and google. The is no issue from sulekha and iam getting more leads from sulekha, but from justdial and google i didn’t get even one lead. Then i complaint google customer service and then google stopped advertisement and crediting money from my account. Justdial marketing executive told me to pay ecs amount for 1 year and i have paid that too but still they deduct ecs from my account so i asked customer care they said auto renewal activated for my business, marketing executive didn’t explain about that auto renewal so i told customer care ecs section to stop my ecs. I asked more than 5 times to justdial customer care for marketing executive appointment, they told that justdial marketing executive will call to your mobile and they will make appointment to clarify these ecs issues but still ecs amount bounce from my account and no executive not even called related my complaint. Iam not satisfied with justdial service.

                              What he said was you hav to give cheque for this month n later on money deducted from your account and i[censored] don't want to continue than only call your bank to stop payments

I doubt you people looting the money from customer . y im using these word bcz i shutdown my business i stop my ecs service through app. then also you are trying to deduct money in my account please stop behaving like this.

                                    It's one year contract but without my permission they renew my contacts. They told me that we cancelled your contract after one year completion

                                        Marketing executive of just dial (Chandigarh) mrs. Madhuri exective code "10054045" dey can make you any type of fake commitment to fulfill his target and will completely brainwash you with different types of fake offers and make you start the contract with justdial.
                                        This incident happened with me

                                        T first, i am suffering a lot with leads from just dial, because you to know that before the contract your marketing executive mrs. Madhuri dey have given me fake commitment that regularly basis.
                                        And since i tried to communicate with her but she never even bothered to talk with me.
                                        On 08 september 2017 she come to me in my office and she said that just dial is giving a offer of rs 2124 for 1 month for live banner and after that no ecs will hit my account for banner but recently an ecs of rs 2124 hit my account but balance not available in my bank acount but debits 8 times in my account return cheque charge rs 236 in my bank account
                                        Even she said me that for supreme package there will be no ecs for next any months, again it was a fake commitment.

                                        After all this i pay to rs 1864 for a contract that was not started due to insufficient amount in my account. I paid this amount at the of 20 september 2017 to till today 22 january 2018. I didn't get any respond from me.
                                        Since that i am calling that guy on regular basis but she is showing an arrogant attitude to me and from last four months she is not responding to my calls. I am really very much surprised how can a marketing representative of a reputed company can behave like with your client.
                                        I hope just dial will give a look on it and take some step on this matter as soon as possible. I will request just dial to send this guy to my office as soon as possible to solve out this misunderstanding. I have full prove what type of fake commitment she has made to me on the name of justdial. I think in this reputation of the company will be hampered.

                                        I am suffering a lots of much, kindly arrange a meeting in my office as soon as possible since i cant discuss all the problems over phone or over mail and one more thing stop my ecs for urgent basis and return my debit charge otherwise i am puting rti from your company.
