I searched transport service from vijaywada to mumbai in just dial, and called some transporter from the list.
After that i have started receiving calls from diff no whom i didn't called any more and they offering service in very cheaper rate.
After finalizing the deal with professional manner they started asking to pay 50% payment in adv.

Same thing happen with me before 4-5 days and in that deal i have lost my 30000.
I have complained to just dial bu no result.

I listed my business in dec 17 and now i want to shift the location of the business which may take 6 months in shifting completely. I had made this very clear before signing up for yearly contract. I also made it clear that if i dont benefit from the listing i will cancel, to which the jd agent said... Yes anytime.. Just give a call. I have not got a single customer from just dial. The leads are very few and also irrelevant and sometimes bogus. Even after repeated requests jdl has not cancelled my listing. They have in fact forcefully deducted ecs amount from my account. As a customer i am not happy and want to discontinue the listing, to which just dial team is not responding and also they are extremely rude and unprofessional. How can they a force a custyomer to take thier services. Anyways they have taken advance payment for 3 months which they will not refund. How can they deduct ecs despite my clear instructions for not doing so. Highly unprofessional and cheats.

I am small businesses owner in aurgangabad we have register with just dial for 2 months trial at that the sales person assured that if any business quires not provided by just dial we can stop the services.

But unfortunately just dial is not given any service and charged for one year

I feel sad to inform you that today (17_01_2018) around 5.45 pm.one of your company emplyee named sachin anand visitied my office in connection with future business everything was going fine meanwile sachin suggested me to have word(telephonically) with Harvinder but he was talking out of professional way i:e lose talk . I asked him i need one day to think over the matter and we will discuss it by tomorrow suddenly he went out of professional way and told me.He dont have any time for me by Tomorrow. I was diappointed wid all this this is not the way to deal wid coustmer. Just look into the matter. Your's disoppinted so called coustmer.

I had sign a contract with just dial on augest 2017. they commited to provide us the more than 2000 searches for my products per month and they said around 70% of searches will convert as a lead. i had sign a contract for the product which was manufactured by me, but they had provide me the lead for the product which was secondary for my business. i had make the complaint but no more response. my ecs date is 7th of every month, two days before of my ecs one of the customer executive call me and asked me about how the lead has come and all the things, then i will complain the customer care person sir the leads are irrelevant to my business and then i explaining about 30 mins. Finally they say ok sir will rectify the issue and update you. after than that customer care person don't call to me, then next month before two days of my ecs they will call and same story continue..this has happened around six months. but no more response from them. Finally their customer care executive visit my factory they explained my like, sir our executive maped your product wrongly, sorry for the inconvenience. I said sir how i can take it simple, because i am paying a money for your for last six months but you people are saying this kind of lazzy answer. for that question i am not getting any response from them. after than i write a complaint to their customer care again and the story continue till now. So please don't do any business with just dial. their main motive is getting signed a contract from you and after that one year automatically ecs amount reduced from your account. How the bank officials approve this kind of ecs terms with third party, and one main think you can't get any help from the bank also. So finally you have to pay the money for the servic, not service fraud people. You will get the reply for every mail but you won't get any 0.0000001% solution from them.

1. I was a Just Dial customer at Surat in the year 2015-16 for the same firm which still I am running today.

2. Based on the experience when I started my branch at Ahmedabad, I contacted Just Dial & had took a paid listing in the month of April, 2017. But since I did not not find the business going as per my expectations I stopped my business in the month of October 2017, to which I had informed to Mr.Faizal, my relationship Manager on behalf of Just Dial.

3. In spite of so many follow ups with Mr. Faizan, still my EMI is being deducted on monthly basis from the month of November.

4. Now I want to start my listing in Surat, for which your executive had come to meet me yesterday, Mr. Sandip Balotiya. I tole him the moment my ECS is closed & I get a confirmation I would start it at Surat.

5. He gave me a number of Ahmedabad & asked me to call there to confirm the details. (ECS Department). They told me that they have not received any request for closure whereas I had informed so many times. Mr. Faizan is the main culprit I think. For his benefits he is losing customers from Just Dial.

6. I am also from the hospitality industry & I know the importance of mouth to mouth advertising. Do you think in my case I shall recommend anyone for Just Dial with such a bad experience.

There are so manu agencied who does such type of advertising. But since your company is professsional I would like to go with it at Surat again. But few people is letting your company down.

If you could immediately close my ECS (for a fir which I am not operating since October 2017) then I would start a fresh contract with you for my Surat Branch.

We have paid rs.11, 800 for website creation on sep 2017. Till now 4 times ecs debit of rs.1770 have been deducted and still there is no proper response from your side. I have been calling mr. Hendry your marketing employee past 3 months. No proper response from him. He said he will be visiting us and clear the issue. But he never did it in last 3 months. We feel we have done a mistake by choosing your website deal. Mr. Hendry was second mistake made by us by paying him and believing him that he will give us better service. As he is only marketing person he have not think of giving us service, he just needs to fulfill his targets.
This is the worst service ever. We will not like to do any further business deals with justdial. Also we will inform our close and family people not to commit any mistake by choosing justdial for advertisement or business. We need our money back with ecs debit amount. And we want todiscontinue this service from justdial. Please help us in coming out and solve our mistake by discontinuing from justdial at the earliest.

6 unauthorised transactions were done and an amount of Rs.13849 was debited from my ICICI bank account on 14th Jan 2018 and the vendor name was justdial.com. I didnt do those transactions and the same was informed to the justdial customer care. They told me drop an email to [protected]@justdial.com or [protected]@justdial.com however there was no reply.Please refund the amount as it was fraud tansaction.The attachment all the details of the 6 unauthorised transactions. I shouted on him also the way he was talking was very rude, worst service i got.. My area is dhule (M. S).. The worst salesperson of just dial. I have my small restaurant at sinhgad road pune where in first week of October One justdial (JD) guy (Pawan Kumar [protected] ) came to our cafe thrice and promised me that JD will start the service when we inform them to do so. Our restaurant is a pure vegetarian and jain restaurant and they upadated as our restaurant serves alcohol, we had huge customer loss due this careless behaviour by JD. When we asked pranav kumar regarding this issues he gave us reason that he was on the medical leave. Then we asked to stop service within first 15 days and he agreed to stop service. He made number of false promises upto this point then this month ( january) 4th time our account debited for JD service which we never wanted to start this way. Last month mr. pranav kumar came with his senior Rahul Gupta then and they again falsely promised that JD can stop the service now and the will do that along with this they also promised that they will send me a official mail from a justdial email regarding this issue (a full case ) and not a single thing is followed by Mr. Rahul as well as Mr Pawan.

I was calling regularly to Pawan to update the situation and alwas he avoid us . Not only about the false promises, they have committed a very sensitive mistake They have mentiond at their website (www.justdial.com) that our restaurant serves alcohol, we had very huge customer loss due to this mistake of JD.

In october 2017 i had dialed jd to seek godrej customer care number. Jd shared my contact number to a local vendor in hyderabad named a. Y. Electronics. A technician from a. Y. Electronics visited my place saying that they are calling from godrej. He removed my original compressor and charged me rs 4500.00 and gave me 1 yr guarantee. But when the time came to give me the bill he gave me a bill of a. Y. Electronics instead of godrej. I aske...

Dear team,

I had requested just dial to provide desktop repair agencies available in dahisar however, i received call from one of the company "easy go solution" who is registered with justdial.

They sent engineer to my place to diagnosed the issue & later informed that there is issue in hard disk & windows has been corrupted. The engineer taken away the hard disk to their office to fix the issue aying that they will return the same by afternoon.
Later in the night after doing so many follow ups with them over phone the engineer came back with the hard disk but issue was not resolved, since it was very late, he visited next day day & taken away motherboard for diagnosis.
From last two days i am continuously following up with them for resolution however, they are asking for more time and not responding properly.

Because of their unprofessional behavior i am writing this mail.

Please look into this urgently & take stern action.

I m from jaipur and my garments business of mens in jaipur. I deal with justdial and started ecs for this service every monthly. Suddenly company stopped our service that charging continusaly. I called at customer care but they did'nt positvely response and were saying its will be cut continue. And that product company are selling in market which given to us.
I suggest to every one this company is fraud company and cheater in this company. When they deal no commit is geniuine.

I had requested for cancellation of my ecs payment in justdial on october 23rd 2017 were my service was deactivated after tht and didn’t hit ecs to my account for 2 months... On january 10th 2018 again ecs has hit my account n 3450/- was been deducted from my account without my notice of activating the service so i herbly request u to refund my money back to my account n stop this ecs service for my company serwel riyaz caterers regtd mob no: [protected]. I herbly request u people to take a serious action against them attached proof of deactivation.

Just dial restarted ecs request whivh bank denied for sign mismatch in year 2016. Now just dial resubmetted same application to bank without my knowledge and ecs started. I wantto stop my ecs now. Please help. I already paid by creating another account for same service. So iam charged twice for same service.

Irrespective of my previous complaints I have noticed that today also there is a deduction of Rs.235 from my account. I told very clearly I dont need any service from just dial so why cut money again and again. In fact you have promised to get back the deductions made previously but nothing happened so far. My next step is to approach consumer court for return of funds. I even tried to call one Mr.Aditya Sharama @ his mobile number [protected] from which he called me at the time of my first complaint but he didnt pick but disconnected my call.
