Jdemployee promised us to get at least 7 leads every daywe have not received as per promise. Jd called me and asked for send the mail to [protected]@justdial.com for transfer your amount to just dial general account & i sent mail as they said
Then whenever you want to upgrade the plan we will adjust your full amount with upgrade plan. But now they refuse

I have business listed in justdial long back in 2014 for a year. But the ECS is still being deducted without my concern. Also it i snot allowing to de-activate through portal. Please find the screen shot attached.
I had called several times but no response. I have told them i will file a FIR and they asked me to go ahead.
Please call me if you facing same issue so that it helps in filing a case against them

I was never interested in getting membership in this particular website. Still having a good relationship with one of the executives of just dial representation here in jamnagar i got membership with the condition that this time quality of work will be provided to my health center. But nothing has been changed and the condition is still the same, moreover after repeated talks and communication with the authorities nothing has been cleared so far. I am really fed up with the service and the customer care representation.

The real frauds and the real cheater.. These persons they charged me for giving leas but they never gave anything. Whenever i or my person does anything to upload the products they send me my persons name as the lead.
Since last 3 weeks i m asking them to stop the service cause they are incapable of providing any service.
To my other complaints they are saying they have responded thee truth is they have never responded.
Even after saying again and again they have said they will stop the ecs but they are again and again deducting rs from my account.. Sending me notices for fruther sms.

I have made my listing and taken 3 months trail package but i am not getting any response. I talked to varsha executive under ecs department to stop ecs. But they people saying they will mail me for the confirmation for same but till now it is not confirmed. I put request 15, days ago and request them to stop ecs but they are not doing till noe. I took paid listing on 30th sep. Now i want to stop but they are not doing.

I am a paid client of justdial.com since last 4years. There was a fake review generated on my justdial page by sujit somwanshi.

I am sending emails on [protected]@justdial, com regarding issues after i made payment to ravi raval. Since last week i am not any response. I spoke with shjid once, with irfaan once, with kiran parekh once, wth rahul shah twice, with urvashi once on[protected] for more than 2 hours in total. But instead of providing any kind of solutions they try to get rid of the issue.
Instead of taking actions against puja gupta and ravi raval your company is involving them so they are mistreating me on my personal number.
Now i believe your company is not trustworthy and i want my refund immediately.
I believe 18000/- rs. Is not bigger then your goodwill.

Just because of mental harassment due to irrelevant product enquiries, i have already deregistered my listing from last 5 years, but till today i am getting so many calls for irrelevant products and it is literally wasting time as well as few customers are arguing unnecessarily and creating mental harassment. I am planning to initiate legal action.

I have registered complain with ticket no: [protected] against the malpractice occured in your branch. Y my account has debited inr 9, 975.00. There is nothing like ecs. Get me back my money inr 9, 975.00 in my a/c [protected]..

Plese take action against this misconduct. Refund my money. Back. How my money can be deducted from my a/c. Stop this.

Here with i am requesting you, my mobile number is [protected] which is previously shriram chits and shriram city union finance limited, khammam. But, i am shifted to that location to another location. Most of the calls received from the location. Hence, i request you to remove from the contact list, enquiry list [protected] immediately. I am facing so much inconvenience. Kindly consider my request as early and process...

We had registered for just dial services in october 2015. But we wish to discontinue with your service. We have contacted you so many times, but your response never satisfied us. Please improve your service. Each time we called you have asked us to wait till the next month.. This has happened about 3-4 times now. I would suggest others to please stay away from this fraud company.

I am the register user of just dial.com, and paying monthly 2300 rs ecs amount to them. But in month of oct-17 i had raised a request to stop my ecs and as agreed by the ecs support dept. My ecs should stop with in the 23-45 days of requisition date. But still for the month of dec-17 they are charging me the ecs. Whereas i am not supposed to pay the same. This were also confirmed on telephonic conversation.

Getting unwanted calls as my number was previously used by some one named as suresh who was running a adventure business. I got ths number few years back. Frm the day one i m getting many calls by enquiringly about adventure. Everyone were telling that they got number from just dial. Even in true caller it’s showing like that. I m a doctor by profession. So on duty token all these unwanted calls are becoming headache. I hav already complaint to just dial customercare. But they didn’t take any action. Bcs still in just dial my number is registered in tht adventure person named as suresh. I am dr. Muhammad shafad.

As per our monthly contract in the name of wow pg house of rs. 4720, you committed to provide us at least 10-12 calls per day but we are hardly getting 4 or less calls per day.

Please do the needful as soon as possible as we are losing customers.

Just dial is doing a fake business and charging me by an app. Just dial salesman reached to me for a package where he promised that i will get an sms lead, app notification and email. I am into event management business and (November) month is main months for events.

Its been a month and i did not receive even a single sms or email lead. I got few notifications in the app and they were without numbers so i can not reach or contact my customers, i tried to reply to notification and it seems fishy to me, it shows that the message sent but nobody replies.

I paid for sms and email leads and i am not getting one. I have already paid them initially and they are now asking some more money to give me leads and i am sure that no leads will be coming.

I have been contacting support and supervisors (I have the call records) for so long to stop my contract and nobody is helping me and now they stopped picking up my phone.

I am stuck here and my ecs will be bounced tomorrow and in one month i did not get a single lead.

Please help me out to stop my ecs so that it will not be bounced. This is totally a fake

I had paid around 20k and registered my business with just dial in november 2016.. Initially i was receiving enquiries but by june it stopped.. On complaining through mails and calls for several times i was surprised to know that in june my company name was replaced by someother company name (Probably my competitor)... Just dial took money from us and cheated us and now not bothered to answer my injustice... Its a fraud company dont register. Dont get cheated.. Instead indiamart is good

I am raji chowdary proprietor of my beauty my choice from vijayawada.
We are newly entered into the part of justdail and market also. Ur team fallow up me since last six months., at the time they met me and they offered position in the vijayawada cost of 10+ service tax, that time i said ok with them, but at that time they are not followup me. After six months again they met me but price is change 14+ service tax, that time i said no, but they fallow up me continuously 2 months, that time no position, they said package only, that time again i said no, but they misguide me and they confused me and they are telling lies only, but all these things i don't know because we are the new entering into the market, last thursday i made a payment of twenty one thousand + something for the special package.
After that i received a activation message from justdail on friday, but till now i didn't get any calls from the customer, and before activation they said different versions in front of me but after activation everything lies, they people are cheating me, so please cancelled my registration and refund my money, other wise i am going to consumer court, because i have a proof of her and him phone conversation and presentations.

I am a mobile store owner in tenali.in justdail i submit every information to see every one. But i dont get any customers. Then i try it as customer. I see that my store name was entered "wrong". That's why i dont get any traffic.
My store name is "geethika mobiles"
In justdail it shows "geetikamobiles".
So i want to know why it happen?

Have subscribed my co's profile in just dial for business for 3 month contract.
I have paid advance payment towards my 3 months subscription.
As per the co's marketing person guidance i have paid for 3 month's subscription,
He has told me that you have to subscribe for 3 month and if you are satisfied with our service
Then continue for further subcription through ecs mode of payment.

So i have signed the contract and provided the bank details but i have not signed the co's form.

But now without any message every month monthly installment is detected from my account without my approval.
Many time i make com plane and called to your costumer care number but didn't get any positive response
And again i am complaining i dint want any services please stop my co's profile.

This is regards to the service provided to the skype facility service, which is registered in just dial. We have enrolled our business in jd this month 8 nov, the activation/ renewal cheque has given on 31st but its activated on 8th nov after big drama from the executive to telecaller. Since then we have' nt received any such genuine lead which we have received earlier. We are getting un wanted leads and enquiries. All the leads are just enquiral purpose which have not given any business till now. We have complained atleast for 5 time to your complaint desk. There was no change.,

Hence kindly look into as we are unable to get any leads for housekeeping services, if there is any tecnical problem or in web page kindly let us know will change,
