Your services are beyond horrendous. We have paid more than rs. 1, 65, 000/- upfront for "premium listings" last year for your "premium" services. Instead of considering this as an upgrade, your team has made a joke out of our investment and we are beyond shocked at how pathetic an nse-listed entity with a brand ambassador like amitabh bacchan can behave.
We have invested in just dial's services not to be taken for a ride. Instead of receiving calls, we have only received emails.
The reason? After more than 250-300 calls across the year, which our relationship manager (S) have not attended, our address and phone numbers have not been changed. Our pictures have not been changed. There is so much confusion with just our contact details. How do you imagine our customers react when they see such nonsensical issues? They do not come to us as they think we as a company lack coherence and cannot handle our own media and communication online. Our address changed almost 5 years ago and our so called relationship manager - jay - had come to our new office in mahim and we had asked him to update the phone numbers as well as our address. The nariman point address mentioned on the website now has an sbi branch (Erstwhile stata bank of hyderabad). Our mobile numbers and landline numbers changed at the same time as we moved from nariman point to mahim.
Every attempt to speak to the "customer care" resulted in "we will get back to you in 24 hours" which never ever happened.
We were convinced by your sales team, including jai, to put in 4 times of what we had previously put in, to enhance our brand, and we definitely regret the day. Sir/ma'm, we do not believe in duping our customers and definitely not taking them for a ride. Your management is requested to refund our entire money. If there is any sense of integrity at just dial, this shall be done at the earliest. We do not want to be associated with just dial again. Ever.
This complaint should have been sent earlier perhaps but we waited for "the promised better service" and did not realise that all this time, the months were being counted, till the time we got a call today asking us for a renewal starting next month.
Thanks for letting us know why india is so many years behind the developed world. We have the tech, the innovation but till the time we do not commit to the service and to our clients, we will continue to cause damages and losses to clients and their reputation, which eventually never works out in the long run.
