I have visited doctor sk jain clinic for ptreatment. They have registered my no on this site without my permission, and write review and rated 5 star on dr sk jain. Burlington clinic pvt. Ltd in their site. When i asked about this to computer operator and i told him by he submitted review on behalf of me without any prior information and permission to me. He started talking in rough language, i just have a request pl remove my review. My mobile no is [protected]

Hello,
We are registered with just dial in photography services by the name of miracle art work. The day we are registered we have not got any kinds of leads, the mail which i am getting is not what we are registered for.
Called 3-4 times in your customer care but they are not at all following up nor with the proper guidance. Always its been told by your customer people that they will gives us call but till the date i haven't received any calls.
Overall service is very bad. Its just waste of money to be vendor with just dial
I took this chance to be vendor with yo for 2nd time but both the time it was very bad experience.
If you people cant give service please just return back my money. I don't want to waste that.
Kindly look to this matter seriously.

Acknowledge to that i have done aggrement with just dial but they do not activate my services at long time after i have stop the agreement but after that just dial team hitting ecs to account no of times and my account have certain changes to against this ecs. If my service is not active that time then how can they hit ecs against not activated service.
Here i am request if you are not able provide good service then don't do that like.

I am attached justdial with name of "summerland guest house dadar (East)" (Shekhar shetty) from last 5 years, i am unable to generate business now and don't want to continue contract due to some financial problem, i have called on their no. [protected] and said about to stop ecs, so they provide a call from concern person who don't know how to talk with clients and he said we cant stop your ecs and they harrase me all the time, seriously i am very fed up from your services.

Please stop my ecs i am not intrested in your services, iam already send mail lot time still last six months & also call with customer care but still 3260rs deduct the per month ecs & also stop sending mail my email id

I feel sorry for not checking the grievance cell prior to investing your company scheme. Now after checking grievances of others, i am feeling low and demoralized. I will try not to be judgmental writing this complaint, but like others in this complaint list, i have already made advance payment of 2 months and yet to receive any kind of service from your organisation no leads, no communication. On top of that they have staffs like ms sombarna sen gupta, mr ramesh, mr rajiv ranjan who act like goons when you approach them with your concerns. Its been more then a month now and i am not sure how long they are going to keep this up. Frustrated and irritated. How disgusting of just dial and of there staffs.

I am working in green biotech company in balehonnur, chikmagalur dist, karnataka state. I was searching for 16 ton lorry from balehonnur to kolkata. My name is lishan my contact number shared was [protected], i got few call on the basis my search on justdial. One of the transporter called ashish transport ([protected]) who had conversation over the phone and agreed for 60000rs. As asked us to pay 30000rs as advance and we paid the 30000rs then he demanded for full amount we denied to pay bcz he did not send lorry after the 30000rs payment. So he asked for 20000rs extra and not sending lorry as our first conversation. So now i need all the transporters to whom my number was shared yesterday. With details. I file complaint against justdial for not having accurate details of the clients who is taking advantages of justdial. Share with me the details of all the transporter with whom you shared my name and number yesterday.

Just dial is fraud company,

They don't adhere to their agreement commitment, mastered their art in steeling the customer money without providing the agreed services,

We are still awaiting for the refund for which we have paid in advance jd doesn't even bother to share the leads/ equries or refund or cancel the ecs, last 4 months on wards jd is manipulating and ensuring they steel money from customer account

We are already mailed multiple times / multiple jd staff are spoken on esc cancellation, where there is business is not been given from aug'17, how one can take payment without even resolving customer complaint from last month, over and above team commits 48 hrs it would be resolved and they they steal money from our account,
Assured the resolution on ecs cancellation since aug'17 since there is no leads / queries shared from your end, only ecs payment are taken, which liable for refund, when there is no enquirers shared as per agreement how can you guy's can take money,

My view on jd is one should not do any any business deals with jd they are mastered the art of cheating customers and steeling money by way giving corporate face

I was told by just dial agent while taking the advertisement service it will be valid for 2 months and i paid him 1725 rupees by cheque an now from last 6 months money are deducted from my account 885 rupees every month without any information. I was not told about all this, aditya dixit only told me that u will only be charged once will availing this service and after that as your wish. I have complaint several times about this at [protected] and also to aditya dixit just dial agent every time i call he says now u will not be charged and all your money will be returned but nothing happens till now.

So, its my humble request to watch against this complain seriously.

Fraud company. Have taken the money to provide the leads but their are no leads. Whenever i open d system to upload the pics they send my name as lead to me & make it count how many searches they have provided to stop ecs immideatly. You don't have any right on other's hard earned money, already given advance to you. So please do the needful

My complaint is not yet resolved, the only solution happened is they have started giving leads now but for only domestic destinations, i have already told them i want leads for international destination but i am getting leads for only goa, sometime we get query for kerala or any other domestic city it happens only for once or two times from september month to today's time.

They have charged me inr 20,[protected] for providing leads, preparing dynamic website and provide payment gateway for the ease of payments but it's almost 3 months gone there is no one resolved the issue for website creation. Anyone can check my company's website www.economicaltravels.in, there is nothing to purchase, i have provided all the matter to put there on the website but no one is ready to take the responsibility. After logging complaint they will call you for 2 times and say your issue will be resolved in next 24-48 hours but this never happens, believe don't ever waste your hard earned money by paying this company called justdial. This is the worst company for the travel agents, they only respond until they get the money from you, once you make the payment to them, then you will see the reality of this company.

I can't understand why they are cheating the travel agents. They behave very professional until they get the payment, once you make the payment then you will see the difference in service quality and standards, beware of justdial!!!

Specially beware of there staff called harvinder (Harry) and specially ms. Pooja, the both person in justdial is there to trap the customer and get your money from your pocket.

Economical travels

My name is afzal vajewala i would like to inform the cheating going on by justdial.
In my case i clearly mention within 2 days of my signing the contract that i don't want to use just dail service for my business and stopped the initial amt chq and also spoke to the concerned person about not wants to continue the service and request them not to process the bank mandate and stop the chq also. The person confirm me for the same. After 2 months i came to know that my account has been debited for 2360/- i again call the customer care and i was shocked the lady was telling me that u have sign the contract now whether u use or not u have to pay the amt. I them request my bank to stop the ecs they had taken the request and confirm me that the ecs will not be debited. But still for safer side i withdraw the whole amt from my bank and the just dial ecs bounced because of no amt in account. Now today i was shocked that just dial has send 2 ecs amt of 1180/- to my account and its get clear. My question is they have my ecs mandate of 2360/- for which they had given to my bank but how they can send ecs for lesser amy.
It means they can do anything with customer and because it's a company an individual can't fight with them.
I request my money back and strict action against just dial.

We are your old costumer, & this year i was not interested to continue with you due to last fit back. But ur marketing person mr. Pradeep and mr. Vikky asking me this year we will add more keyword to getting more fit back. Ur ex mr vicky come to my office and add key interior designer, interior decorator, hardware products, with modular kitchen and i have gave him cheque as we final with mr. Pradip but there is sowing only key moduler kitchen not any more. That cheat with our firm. Is u r not doing further business with us.

I am writing this email to bring to your notice about the pathetic service offered to me and also about sharing fake and misleading information with me to sell your products.

Initially i listed my company in justdial for free advertisement for bangalore and cochin location. Later i purchased a paid package in bangalore and it works well.

With that expectations, i went ahead to purchase a supreme plan in ernakulam also by paying around 16k. Before purchasing i have verified your search traffic for my keywords to make sure i am on the right track. Please find the below info shared by ms. Regha and mr. Vivek.

The following was the result shared with me and accordingly i have signed the agreement.

So by trusting this data, i have signed the contract by paying full amount in a single shot.

I waited for weeks and i was not even receiving one per cent of the traffic shared with me. So i tried to raise complain and after informing it, vivek and regha started disconnecting my call. Then i tried on support number and they committed i will receive a call back in 24 hours. After multiple requests, at last i got a call from mr. Shenub. He checked everything and told me that i have opted for supreme package so i won't get all the leads and traffic will be less. It means that i was misguided with wrong if to get the contact active.

Then i asked for a refund and he told he will sent mail to mumbai for a resolution. Now after 3 months also i am waiting for that update. Great way of customer support. Cheers...

After few days mr. Krishna contacted me and told as i opted to supreme package i am not getting proper leads so i should go with a positional package where i will be receiving committed leads. So i verified the search traffic with him again to detail and agreed for it and paid 4k extra.

Then i waited again for few weeks and the result is same. So again i raised the concern with mr. Krishna. He told he will resolve. Then after trying hundreds of times, he was not attending the call. One day he attended the call and told me regha has resigned and will give to the new manager. I spoke to her and told will revert back tomorrow. Now it's more that a month, no response. Again great peace of customer support.in between i raised complaint with call centre multiple times and not even received a single call back yet today.

Then i found coimbatore customer care number and somehow reached again to mr. Shenub. He again told will check and resolve the issue. After two days he informed he has sent a mail from my profile to mumbai and it will resolve the issue. So i waited for a week and no change in leads.

Then again i contacted him and resolution give to me by his boss was to increase the ratings.

I do not know how can you say such stupid reasons to ignore the customer. Is that gonna resolve my issue?

I am fed up with this pathetic support system with no responsibility and resolution after 4 months also.

So i do not want to continue anymore with you. Please process a full refund for me. I have not benefitted anything from jd. The majority of the leads received were test leads tried myself, then fake leads and few leads with no mobile no and email id.

I need an immediate refund from you.

If anybody is there in the company who has some kind of responsibility, then please respond something.

I have started a business with just dial in the month of june but didn't find it fruitful and the customer service is wors, they dont even bother about client's query after the payment made. I was not happy with the services and asked them to discontinue the services and stop the ecs. Called them several times for the same and everytime the call back was arranged which i never received from them. I have been paying the just dial for nothing. Not getting any leads also i have shut down my business so there is no way i can continue with the services in future. I want my money back which i paid to this fraud company.

Yesterday i had searched for cbse schools in bangalore and filled the form. Today i received a mail where as my mail id is published to people not related with this. Mail states : "dear sir/madam

Your services are beyond horrendous. We have paid more than rs. 1, 65, 000/- upfront for "premium listings" last year for your "premium" services. Instead of considering this as an upgrade, your team has made a joke out of our investment and we are beyond shocked at how pathetic an nse-listed entity with a brand ambassador like amitabh bacchan can behave.

We have invested in just dial's services not to be taken for a ride. Instead of receiving calls, we have only received emails.
The reason? After more than 250-300 calls across the year, which our relationship manager (S) have not attended, our address and phone numbers have not been changed. Our pictures have not been changed. There is so much confusion with just our contact details. How do you imagine our customers react when they see such nonsensical issues? They do not come to us as they think we as a company lack coherence and cannot handle our own media and communication online. Our address changed almost 5 years ago and our so called relationship manager - jay - had come to our new office in mahim and we had asked him to update the phone numbers as well as our address. The nariman point address mentioned on the website now has an sbi branch (Erstwhile stata bank of hyderabad). Our mobile numbers and landline numbers changed at the same time as we moved from nariman point to mahim.
Every attempt to speak to the "customer care" resulted in "we will get back to you in 24 hours" which never ever happened.

We were convinced by your sales team, including jai, to put in 4 times of what we had previously put in, to enhance our brand, and we definitely regret the day. Sir/ma'm, we do not believe in duping our customers and definitely not taking them for a ride. Your management is requested to refund our entire money. If there is any sense of integrity at just dial, this shall be done at the earliest. We do not want to be associated with just dial again. Ever.

This complaint should have been sent earlier perhaps but we waited for "the promised better service" and did not realise that all this time, the months were being counted, till the time we got a call today asking us for a renewal starting next month.

Thanks for letting us know why india is so many years behind the developed world. We have the tech, the innovation but till the time we do not commit to the service and to our clients, we will continue to cause damages and losses to clients and their reputation, which eventually never works out in the long run.
