    This is regarding invoice number DL1022SN10390639 paid advanced rs 4720 request to refund that amount, because I stoped that service & that service given by telling lie and incorrect information which is mention following.
    1. Mr chandan(customer relation manager as he say) say that u can stop ecs whenever u want there is no inbound period.

    2. Mr chandan say u can purchase domain & security certificate (ssl) from outside we can develop & maintain ur web site but after purchase web team deny to integrate out side ssl certificate & say for extra 2000rs.

    3. Mis. Komal(chandan senior ) say just dail have huge team for web developing & for maintenance u just say with team u not to edit ourself just say with our team they do editing required, but after that web team say we can only learn not edit, you have to edit yourself.

    4. Mr chandan say u can easily stop ecs with bank also if you have issue, but after that we find bank close is only solution i[censored] not give noc or stop the ecs .

    & Finally not getting leads by which I choose for close that service.

    Sir i request please refund advance if you are loyal company .

      Maria Shweeth and Banu.. This 2 people's are cheaters...

      Before register they have not told regarding ecs.. Now monthly automatically deducting money from my account.

      This is cheating business from just dial. Please return my money which u people deducted from my account.

          I called just dial and enquired about dealer of body Freezer product in Chennai, from just dail I got 10 to 15 dealers numbers then I called Devaki Enterprises which consists contact No’s of firm are [protected] and [protected], I called them and spoke regarding body Freezer they said product cost is 40, 000 and in order to send the product via VLR courier service customer need to send 50% of product price which is 20, 000, then I sent 20, 000 through Phone pay(phone pay Number is [protected]) I have been waited for 45 days till today but there is no response from Devaki Enterprises. Now their phones are switched off. Plz solve my problem with Devaki Enterprises and make them to send back my money 20, 000 to my phone pay number [protected].

                Hi All,
                Myself KIRANRAJ V, I have registered my business in Justdial on December 2021 by the marketing executive Mr Anand and after few months I didn’t get sufficient leads so i informed the marketing executive regarding that and he intimated me to upgrade my package to PDG. So that ican hold the position at my convenient location and i can get assured Leads. After that I have upgraded my package exactly after 10 days, the leads generation went backwards to previous position itself. After that I was literally fed up with Justdial and decided to quit it and raised a complaint to quit the process of ECS to the customer care but then that was a very very bad experience that I had from the JUSTDIAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT. They intentionally drag the process very hard and Then I visited Justdial office on 19 August 2021 at Chennai(No 184-187, 3rd Floor, B Block, Temple Steps Chennai - Nagapattinam Highway, Anna Salai, Little Mount, Saidapet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600015).
                There I met Mrs JAYARANI PALANI she intimated me “that I can’t get refund for this month due to delay of time ( which is done by customer support) even though I accepted it and I asked her to “stop my ECS atleast now” then she said yes sir and I have stopped your ECS. Then I got a message from Justdial that your ECS Stop request has been resolved ( I’ll attach the Screenshot below ). Then I thought that the problem solved and hereafter they won’t deduct money from my account (for your kind information- they won’t send any kind of notification that they have been deducted money from your account everytime we need to check our bank statements only so that we can know that JUSTDIAL deducted). Now after 3months 11/11/2022 randomly I have visited my bank statements literally I was shocked that (Justdial) they were deducting money from my account still .Then I contacted customer support and had a convo, then I came to know that they had deducting money for past 2 months. As usual without any kind of intimation ( I have attached the screenshot below).
                I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, please sign this petition and help to stop this ECS service provided by Just Dial. I already became a victim to this. It shouldn’t happen with others.

                  I have registered my business with justdial.com, they kept all the terms and conditions hidden now I want to cancel my ECS but they are saying you can not cancel this 1 year. I have raised complain on their portal but they are not helping me to stop the ECS.

                    2 महीने पहले मुझे जस्ट डायल से दीपेश सिंग राजपूत का फोन आया था।
                    दीपेश ने मुझे बताया की अगर आप जस्ट डायल से कॉन्ट्रैक्ट करते हों तो आप की कमाई दुगनी हो जायेगी और आप की कंपनी का नाम हों, उसके बाद मैने 7080 रुपए पेटीएम के द्वारा जस्ट डायल के अकाउंट में ट्रांसफर कर दिया।

                    कुछ दिन बाद मैने जस्ट डायल को फोन किया की मुझे कोई भी ग्राहक का फोन नहीं आया।
                    तब जस्ट डायल के एमप्लॉय ने कहा कि आप को और पैसे देने पड़ेंगे उसके बाद ही कॉल आयेगा।
                    मैने उनको और पैसा देने से मना कर दिया।
                    और जस्ट डायल से बोला की मेरा पैसा रिटर्न कर दे तो उसने सख्त मना कर दिया, और कहने लगे की हम पैसे वापस नहीं करेंगे कियू की हमारे पॉलिसी में पैसा वापस करना नहीं हैं और धमकी देने लगा।

                    कंज्यूमर से मैं विनंती करता हूं कि इनको कड़ी से कड़ी सजा दी जाए ताकि किसी और के साथ फ्रॉड ना करें।

Sir it is submitted that i am very disappointed with service i got from your company and i have not got 100 lead per month which has been committed by your company employee Vinod Yamgawali and company .It is further submitted that i got 33 total lead till today in which more than 17 are Competitor lead and repeated numbers which is of no use for anyone and which can not be said as a lead.Your employee Vinod Yamgawali taken my mobile to explain feature of app and in the garb of explaining the feature he accepted the terms of invoice challan which i came to know today.Therefore in this way your company and employee done malpractice as well as deficiency in service.                         Dear Sir / Madam,

                        We, Dr. Pulkit Maru and Dr. Danish Hushain represent 7 Star Healthcare with registered mobile no. [protected] on justdial. I, Dr. Pulkit Maru, would like to describe the events in the past few months as follows-

                        Mr. Imran from Justdial (contact no. [protected]) had visited our hospital Multiple times in the months of March and April to convince us to buy a business package from Justdial to list our business and show in top 5 when a customer searches for some keyword. We had declined citing budget issues. He visited again in the Month of May and asked us to start a trial for 2 months by paying approx. 7000 rupees for two months to which we agreed. He took a cheque of Rs. 7656 for two months (deducted from my account on 17/06/2022). After this, he sent a message on my phone and took the phone away from my hand. He asked for my debit card saying 1 rupee token amount will be deducted to activate the package. He tried this two or three times but it did not get processed. He gave me back my phone saying he will talk to someone in the accounts department.

                        Few days later, to my surprise, Rs. 3673 was deducted from my Bank Account out of nowhere (on 26/07/2022). I was shocked that my bank account had been hacked. Upon investigation on my own, I found that it has been transferred to JustDial. I immediately contacted Mr. Imran, who said that this is just activation fees. The earlier given amount is a security deposit which will be returned after 2 months if I do not continue the package. I hesitantly agreed but challenged him saying he has fraudulently linked my account and deducted this sum without my permission. He reassured me that my bank account is safe and no further amount will be deducted without my permission. He also said that now my package will start and I'll get a lot of leads. My package did start from 27/07/2022.

                        I once again woke up to the shock of money being deducted by Justdial without my permission on 15/07/2022. I called Mr. Imran again and he rudely told me that I have bought a yearly package and this is ECS that will be deducted every month from now onwards. I argued saying that I had never consented for this and we had only agreed for a two months trial package, based on the response of which I shall decide if I would like to continue or not. I reported this fraudulent activity to Justdial by dialling [protected] on 15/07/2022.

                        Few days later, on 28/07/2022, Mr. Imran came to my hospital with two other people from Justdial, one of whom was Mr. Ajay Tiwari (introduced me to a senior marketing executive from the company). He listened to all the above details and agreed with me that I have been scammed by Mr. Imran by using the terminology of "false commitment". He asked to write a letter asking to stop the package and said that the remainder of the amount will be used for the next 90 days. I asked for my money back but that was declined. I was told that the bill has been generated and a deduction will be made on 15/08/2022 and that amount will also be used up in my package.

                        At this point, I felt like I have no control whatsoever on my own Account and justdial can do whatever it desires. I was told by Mr. Ajay Tiwari to either withdraw all the funds a day before 15th or close my bank account to avoid this. Either of these were not suitable for me. Eventually the money was deducted from my account on 15/08/2022. Ironically, on India's 75th Independence day, I felt like I've been enslaved by an Indian company who is sucking money out of my Account, without my consent.

                        The same three people revisited my centre to try to convince me to continue my package to which I declined. So, Mr. Ajay Tiwari asked me to open the WhatsApp conversation between my registered mobile number & Justdial and hand him over the phone. He took my phone in another corner of the room, used it for a few minutes and handed it back to me, saying now my package has been closed and the remaining amount will be used for leads for the next 50 days or so and no further money will be deducted. I searched for the whatsapp conversation to see what he had done and to my surprise, he had deleted the conversation. i confronted him, asking with whose permission has he deleted the conversation and what was the reason behind it. He had no answer to that.

                        My package was stopped by him on 09/09/2022 and I have not been getting any leads since then, which I should be getting till my security deposit is not exhausted or refunded back to me. To my utter shock, a sum of Rs 3673 has been deducted today morning which clearly is a fraud from the justdial company.

                        After reading many customer reviews on various websites online, I found out that this is a common practice by Justdial to trouble its customers by deducting money even after the package has been stopped. Today I am in a mentally unstable condition, shocked over the fact that my bank account has been hacked by justdial and it is deducting money without my consent and even after complaining to them multiple times in the last 3 months, no action has been taken. I am unable to tend to my patients and it's all because of Justdial company and its employees. I demand from Justdial that you refund me all the money you deducted from my account without my consent and compensate me for the mental torture that I have gone through initiated from your actions.

                        Even after sending them an email more than 45 days ago, my money has not been returned to me.

I have asked for a copy of my signed documents to prove that I have signed up for ECS/EMI. That is not being shown to me which means Justdial executives have forged my signatures as well.

                              Deduction of amount even after closing services

                              Address: Hno 469 Sector 15 HUDA, jagadhri

                              I want to hereby submit a complaint regarding the just dial. i had taken this portal on date 4 july 2022 and my business was closed after 2 and half months so i requested them to close the portal. However, My amount is still deducted from my account Rs 885 then Rs 50. Kindly refund the amount and stop the services.

                              Business name was : Naman Ielts Coaching.
                              Place : Kharar, Punjab.

                              At the beginning the executive said i can cancel anytime via jd officer, but that department is very rude cuts call and no proper documents on conversation. i have all voice records though,

                                  Tamnay servive provider one of the vendor registered with Jist dial, provided us maid, on 16th august 2022, pretending that maid knows cooking and she can do cooking, on day 1 she told that niranjan told to say yes to everything we ask. She was having some allergy related to kitchen. She was unable to cook food. She left out home on Day2, nirajnan promised to provide replacement asap. Since then its been more than 2 months, but he didn't provided any replacement, now neither he picking my call nor refunding my money. I complaints to justdial but they haven't taken any action on him. Now i have no option but to go through legal way, police station. If you can help me, pleade help us to get back my hard earned money from niranjan
