This is to bring to your notice that i am a paid member at justdial with username : Belsons
I registered my company 10 days back. Our company deals into pharmaceutics BUT i have been getting unlimited inquiries for MICROMAX PHONE REPAIR. Even after repeated complaints to you this problem remains unsolved.
The number that i keep receiving calls from is [protected]
I have called the customer care 100 times and have all records in my phone. All they tell me is the concerned department is not answering the call we shall arrange a call back and the call back never comes.

I am fed up from justdial as it has done nothing to improve my business but has made it a very big problem for me as my office landlines and my mobile number keeps ringing from 9am in the morning asking for phone repairs.

Please take this email very seriously and freeze my account immediately and refund the amount i have paid. I do'not want to work with such unprofessional company.

This is my last email that i am sending to justdial and will make sure if action on the same is not taken today i shall register this case with the consumer court and will also attach all details of the calls i am getting the entire day and the number of times i have called your customer care to fix this issue but your lazy employees just don't want to do anything except transfer my calls again and again.

I was your customer but not anymore. This company has lost its reputation in my eyes and strictly i am writing this email to get my account freezed and refund me my money. I don't ever want my company to work with such unprofessionals.

If action is not taken today, 1. A case shall be filed with consumer court showing how i have suffered due to your company
2. Posts on social media will be made tagging justdial and letting others also know it is not worth investing their hard earned money with this company.

I hope this concern is taken very seriously. Please dont reply to me telling me that you will fix things, Please be clear i dont want to be associated with justdial anymore
Hope this email brings some sense of responsibility to the senior employees of this company.
Belsons is listed with alot of promotional companies but sorry to say this one has been the worst and would suggest all my partnering companies not to renew the deals with your company ever again.

just dial kolkata team some shot I forgot the name of those person.. they have took money from me for 3 month registration. .and from the very next month their started to deducting money with a fake companey name . And currently we dont have any business.. but with some warning msg U people still deducting money from my account. I have given proof also with that scan copy where it is properly mentioned that our business is close
but u people still deducting money unethically. I am facing mantally harassment. And this is my final reminder or else I am surely go to the human rights commission. I am really fed up ..my register mail I'd [protected]@gmail.com.

It's request to please cancel my contact. For : Silvershine Export. Surat. I don't want more to be attached with Just Dial company. It's request to please stop taking payment from my bank by ecs. Mr.K.Aravind ([protected]) from Telemarketing person has provided promise to get the service registered for Rs.7000 for 3 Months. I have trusted him and paid Rs.7000 by check By October Month .

Just dial provided service only for 23 days and i came to know that my registration is been valid for 23 days for the amount i paid . This info is provided by Customer Support .

I have been contacting Aravind for more that 2 months regarding this and he said he can make up for remaining days. But now he is not even Picking my call . I really frustrated and its shame on Justdial to have these kind of telemarketing persons.

Proprietor of Alfa Tech Engineers, jayanagar, justdial peoples cheated me so im thinking to put a case against justdial in consumer court because, when i taken the package that time i told i want enquiries from 5km radius from jayanagar but now im getting all enquiries from all over bangalore and that also not genuine, as soon as i get the enquiry and i call to customer there number will b busy and later they tells already its finalized the deal with others,
i pad 20000rs cheque and 10000rs ecs so im going to cancel this ecs from my bank by giving stop payment letter and filing the case if they didnt solve my problem.

Hi,

This is one of the worst eCommerce site never visited. I have ordered few products from nykaa on 05/12/2016 till now i haven't received my product. Multiple times i tried to contact customer care and asked to either deliver the product or cancel the order but till now no response from their end.

They never reply to your mails or calls.

Very pathetic worst site..
don't buy anything from nykaa you will loose your money.. like me.

I ordered a balloon of 8*8 feet where I paid Rs 15000 and when I get the product it was full of leakeage and very dirty. It was a second hand product. Please do something to the seller Bharat Balloon, kolkata his name is Ethedul Haque Shamsi. He is a cheater.! He is spoiling the name of just dial. After I paid 15000 thousand for an 8*8 feet balloon I really deserved a good quality one .

I just opened mobile and recharge shop in july 2017, just dial contacted me to join them as a business collegue. I was told to take trial for two months. They told me that i[censored] are not satisfied with our company than u call us we will discontinue ur contract immediately. I started my contract on 16 september 2016 after two months i called them at [protected]. They provided call back for me. Than samta sharma told me that i cannot discontinue ur contract till 25th dec. Ujust called me up on 25 dec.2016. I will process ur request to stop ecs. I called them on 26 dec. Than samta sharma told me that i will call back u after an hour. Than no call back received from their side. After that i am trying to call them everyday but either they are not talking to me properly or just continue saying that we will arrange call back for u. Iam not in a postion to give them 2300 per month. Kindly ask them to stop my ecs from immediate effect.

Hi Team,

This is bring into your notice that I had choose a premium plan with Justdial for a year to advertise my Fabrication and Fiber Art Business. And for the same they have been charging me Rs. 1150/month but meanwhile my business got shut down after 4 months. So I called to Justdial and request to close my account on immediate basis but now they are refusing me to close my account stating that you choose this for 1 year and you have to pay till 1 year.

It was one of the reason that I did not get enough contracts from justdial to run my business as per the agreement. So I just don't wont to continue my connections with just dial as my business is does not exist anymore.

Kindly help my out to close my account and deducting unnecessary money from my wallet.

With reference to the above subject, I am a small building contractor in Whitefield, Bangalore, due to business shortage we joined Just Dial Limited for get more work and advertising purpose.

We enrolled Just Dial Limited on 22 Aug. 2016. After the enrollment they told that after 3 months if you are not interested you can cancel the contract, but now they are saying you have to continue 12 month, ECS is automatically deducting Rs. 3450 per month they are not ready to cancel the agreement (I am trying to cancel from 4th December 2016), we are not getting the business from Just Dial Limited. Therefore we are not interested to continue with Just Dial Limited

Please help me in this regard and we are facing financial shortage also we can't pay Just Dial Limited Rs. 3450 every month

I believed on just dial and took reg from just dial employee partha ph: [protected] he given register and he told 15-20 enq per day we get, after reg i got only 6-8 enq per day and not good enquiries. Again when i called partha he told pl give me few days i correct it. After 1 week he is not picking call then one more person deepal ph: [protected] called me and after few days he transferred to other person, like that 6 person changed, now u tell me how much i irritated like this 4 months. Then i called to deepak and req for to stop d ECS he agreed and i went to his office, he stop d ecs 3 months back, i really verry irritated from just dial and very bad service, and now without my permission they are deducting my money feom bank, horrible cheat, i request all my printers by social media pl dont go for just dial.

This is jeseica singh, i had purchased an just dial package in the month of sep, 2016 and had given payment of rs.343500 and was done as one of your employee mr. Jitender puri, executed it very well in terms of cordination but as he left n i told him i am not getting any buisness from just dial because just dial launched j. D application. Because of that j. D call n sms services effected very badly...

Every time all the ppl had called me for the servicing of just dial package which i had purchased earlier also the leads has been stop cuming from just dial because pinky stopped my contract without informing or without my permission. N then jitender puri gave me surety about the business and he gave me again one more packet which started from september and from september till now date i didn't get a single rupees through justdial. Stil your service team commits about the lead, but i havent get proper inquiry. And lots of people abusing us they didn't inquire in just dial then why we calling them this is so embarrassing for our company so now we don't want to continue with just dial. Last from 4 month we are getting lots of abusive language from the customers so i need my full of money back because i didn't get any business through just so you also have to understand if i spent my hard earned money with just dial so it's my right to get back and i am very genuine customer of justdial last from so many years i am giving business to just dial but now i am not satisfied with your services so humble request to revert my full of payment.

I have registered with you for my sales promotion and later requested to delist my business and stop ecs accordingly before completion of three months, your company has drawn balance payment for that period prematurely on the date of my deactivation request de listed my account . but again whthout my notice on 21st december 2016 you have transferred 2300 rupees from my account please immediately arrange for refund and delete my account

On 9.9.16 I gave a written letter to Reliance communications at Pondicherry (OTC-91524) requesting to cancel the connection of my Phone [protected] and add on to it No:[protected]. In spite of my request they kept it on and billing continued. However I cleared the last bill for Rs.541/- and the receipt was endorsed as final settlement (No dues). But again in Nov a bill was sent to me through e mail for Rs. 315.30 with last due date as 20.12.16. In the meanwhile I sent in 3 e mail to their customercare and only one reply was received on 6.12.16asking me submit full details. that also was replied on 7.12.16. After that no action from them and reminding me to pay the bill. I cleared that bill too on 20.12.16. I do not understand when I had clearly requested for termination, why they are not doing it and sending me bills though I am using their phones. I had sent an e mail today 20.12.16 informing them I am going to consumer court for redressal.
