I have enrolled my business with just dial 45 days back after i spoke to the marketing department who promised me that i will get good number of leads. but after the information got published online i started getting only irrelevant call leads which are not useful to my business. I discussed the issue with the concerned team again and again. I tried calling the marketing executive Deepak who is not responding, later on i spoke to customer complaint executives they said in order to reduce the visibility in JD i need to pay them again.I have already paid 30, 000rs and not getting any useful calls now just to reduce the visibility in for callers they are demanding money. I am trying to catch up the concerned department but nobody bothers to solve the issue and nobody is responding. Now i want to cancel the service, i am not getting any suitable place to raise this issue.

so i planed to post free add on it and posted details aftr that i got a call from
Ranjana gayakwad madam.they told me all information about service.
and according to me said " then i need time to think "
madam say i will call u tomorrow. bt i need to see real effect of free add sobi said them i need some time if i get good responce thn indefinitely join.
on it madam says me " WHO WANT JON THEY JOIN IMMEDIATELY N JINKO JOIN NAE KARNA VO ASE BAHOT SE REASON DUNDATE HE "
Its not a convincing language or its not a proper way to talk with customer.
its request to just dial plz tel executives to respect customer.
dont over force or pressures customer otherwise they feel uncomfortable n disappointing from it...
plz take some action on it...

I had taken the services of just dial in the month of march by paying 3 months down payment online of 6000 approx amount, sales team came up with new product to sale for which i gave cheque, but asked them to call me before issuing the cheque, i said not to go ahead with the services i will continue my old services, but to my surprise my services are blocked from 9th may 2016 and when i called them on 16th may customer care sr manager mr james promised to solve the issues and revert within48hrs but as expected no reply for 4 days. I called back on 21st narrated the entire story again got a reply that we shall call back within 24 hrs, to my surprise no calls for 3 days, again i had to call on 25th may 2016 because i have paid the amount to the company why will they call, still waiting for the reply from them.

We are listed with justdial as Hotel Nisa & Banquet Hall. But later we came to know that their reprensative Mr. Deepak has again listed our hotel as "Hotel Nisha" which is false, it is Hotel Nisa. For this second listing an ECS of Rs. 756 is deducted from our account every month from Aug 2015 which was again not told to us. They had put a keyword for our hotel "ranging 500 to 1000" which is completely wrong and because of which we did not get any proper enquiry.This we can say that we have been cheated by your reprenstative.

We ordered convex mirror to Mase enterprises Pammal referred by Justdial, but they not even lifting the phone. we have processed advance payment and it has been sent through courier. They were responding till the payment status once it reached none of them is picking and some number it is stating as the number has been disconnected. Since this is for Industrial purpose our management is putting lot of pressure. please support

One of our channel partner in raipur, chattisgargh is using your paid services for promoting our brand & its products. But from few months it has been noticed that some other dealer (M/s maruti trade links, raipur) is using our brand name for getting inquiries & promoting his company in the market. Due to this we have faced some problems from client side, as either their inquiries get diverted or lost because of these activities.
Related to this issue our channel partner had already raised a complaint at your side but no action has been taken yet.
Request you to clear this matter as soon as possible.

We ourselves are a foreign exchange aggregator company. on persistence by Just dial, we agrred to place a banner in mumbai on their website. The leads poured in. We agreed for paying more money to place 3 additional banners -2 in mumbai and 2 in delhi.It was then that the leads stopped. Multiple emails, came back unanswered. Infact, we were later informed that we only have 3 banners running and not 4. All this while the money was paid and we were later informed that no cancellation can happen.
We also came to know later, through just dial competitors that they operate on a pin code model, so even when we paid the money to get leads from entire Mumbai and delhi, we would only get leads from ghatkopar which was our registered address. Infact, since we do not have an office in delhi, ( we do all our business from Mumbai), we never got a single lead. Important information was withheld by the sales executive that has lead us to loose precious money.

I am using just dial service since quiet long now more than 10 yrs, I was very much satisfied with the service and information but, since last few times I believe, you people are commercialized to such an extent that without checking the background and quality, you are providing ratings and recommending fraud co run by hooligans and rowdies who dont have any manners, they are nothing but cheaters

+(91)-[protected], +(91)-[protected] No 145, 24th Cross, 24th Main, HSR Layout Sector 2, Bangalore - 560102, Near Hsr Club(Map)that was recommended by you for my inquiry for tour operators for ooty, I got a call from him about it and he had proposed a a complete tour package for family of 6 people at 20k, with hotel stay at sapphire garden view hotel, ac innova cab and sight seeying with expert driver from 29th April to 2may 2016 ( please find the attached mail sent by him on which we agreed upon ), I have cancelled 3 other tour operator, due to your ratings for this operator, but to my surprise, at the very last movement, he told me that he cant provide accommodation in that hotel and I have to pay more for other hotel, nakshatra grand at 22k, as everything was ready, and i was left with no other option, i have agreed upon, but i was little skeptic about the info about this new hotel as it was really shabby and not upto the mark specially for the family, but he assured me it was good, moreover he called it far better than the previous one, than to my surprise the driver was so naive that he dont know anything about the route etc and so we have to wait for 2 hours in the morning for the gate to open for the reserve . at 7 we reach ooty, but the driver was totally unaware where to go, hotel whereabouts etc, i was quiet shocked to see such mismanagement, than somehow we reach that hotel nakshatra grand, but that was totally different, it was some cheap bachelors lodge, and that too was soo shabby and no availability was there, despite of fixing everything beforehand, and this guy girish, the owner of hsr tour, was so abusing and rude he had crossed all the limits of decency and got so much guts to tell us that, rooms are not available right now, than go and sleep on roads, now you can imagine the level of pathetickness from this rascal, as I have mentioned before i was travelling with my family, I was so much embarrassed and i was left with no other option than to book the rooms
immidiately in some other hotel, without thinking of the cost, i took 2 rooms in some nearby hotel MAJESTIC CROWN at 3.5k /night and total i spent 14 thousand for 2 nights . and this girish fellow switched off the mobile, and i was in complete mess, spoiling all the festivities mood, after this, i was expecting atleast driver should be expert and know the place very well, so that he could take us to the sight seeing as per the itinary, but to y surprise, that driver knows damn about the place, and whatever place we want to go, he was making one excuse or the other like raods are not good, no water in waterfall, so in all we had missed almost all the places, even toy train, rose garden, falls, pykara, and we have to search the lefover places by ourselves through google maps etc - highest peak, dolphin nose etc . The story does not end here, when we reported this to girish about his driver that, we couldnt visit any of the sight seeing that was mentioned in the itinary in 2 days, than he told us to keep the wagon and driver for 1 more day, but that was completely out of question as we all have to resume office from today ie 3may 2016, and so we were left with no other option but to return back, and on 3rd and final day we planned a trip to highest peak, but in the middle his car broke and again the day was wasted and spoiling the whole thing all over again, even the total km in the reading was around 650 kms while returning, that includes going to ooty, coonoor which is 300 km and sight seeing and return, so you can very well imagine how much the wagon travels and the status of sight seeying done, I was really disappointed with it and than another surprise, in the middle of the journey the driver stopped and ask us to give him 10, 000 bucks than only he will complete the journey and so we did that, and as we were already very late, on reacing our place, the driver asked for 4k more for other expenses, despite o[censored]s telling him that we visited nothing over that already spend 14 k for another hotel, and 10 k already given to him, so we should pay only as per the total km ie 650 as per the rate ie 12/km, but that owner girish started threatening us, in most rowdy manner and so we were left with no other option than to provide another 4k to him as he wants charge for some 1000km minimum, but I am really very very disappointed because of this hooliganism and gundaism manner moreover total rs 30k + was wasted due to this mismanagement by this hsr travel that too travelling with my family, spoiling the mood SO I DEMAND BLACK LISTING OF THIS CO SO THAT OTHERS COULD BE SAVE FROM THIS TYPE OF EXPERIENCE, THAT I HAVE FACED because of this travel operator and I also demand my extra 4k given to him that he took forcibly by threatening us, is this the way to treat a customer, i have even inquired, from bookacab, those are charging 14k for sightseeing and innova up and down including driver bata etc but that includes over 1000 km of travelling whereas, this Girish fellow has charged the same amount for 650km without completing the sight seeing and just by threatening us over the phone, so I expect strict and sudden action against this person and definitely BLACK LISTING THIS CO for such pathetic behavior, ELSE THIS WILL BE FINAL SIGN OFF FROM JUST DIAL SERVICES THAT I WAS USING SINCE LAST 10 YEARS, ALMOST EVERYDAY

despite explaining the whole trauma i have to face by just dial recommeded hsr travel world, and getting the call from siddhartha depicting the travel operator has agreed to refund 4k taken forcefully, i am still waiting for the resolution ill now, kindly talk to the operator to refund the amount ASAP as i have already provided my bank account details to him as currently i am out of station and that's y i need the amount at my place where 14k was collected, i never visited his office / and i dont want to as the person is not right and was giving threat due to which i have to pay chages for 900 km when the actual journey covers only 650 km, as per our last conversation refund was committed to me else blacklist this co for poor service

Hi, I have given the complaint in the month of March regarding non refund of funds.. but till now the query is not been resolved... they are calling from the customer care saying it will be refunded within 2 or 3 days...


but its not resolved in 2 months alsoooo... please consider the issue as the critical and resolve it as soon as possible...

We want to stop all the contracts with you i.e. 5 contracts 4 have been already done but 1 payment still goes on.

Its more than 2 months i have requested your team to stop the same but seems like you have no protocols. Abhi Omer is assigned manager when we call him he says call finance team. When we call famous number 888888... and customer care says we are forwarding your call and nobody picks up you guys can check for the number [protected]. I was supposed to get a call from taslim sheque in 5 mins yesterday but seem like too busy that 5 mins have yet not came by.

Let me know a defined process to stop the ECS? As we have done our part to drop you guys a mail and if your team doesnt respond to the same not our problem (refer to screenshot for details). We have already paid the ECS twice if this doest stop here we will move to consumer court.

We hope to hear from you soon. Our patience is drying up.

Dear sir/madem, I want to inform you that I taken a just dial package under that package, 1600 Rs. deducts by ECS transaction of 20th of every month. However, after using their service for 3 months, I was not satisfied and called their direct customer support no. [protected] and also sent an email to [protected]@justdial.com for stopping my ECS. The person from customer care told me that he has taken my request and forwarding it to further process. But he also said it will take 10-15 days to stop ECS. I called 10 days before(10th May) thinking it will take 1 or 2 days to stop ECS transaction from my account but they said it takes 10-15 days. Sir, I dont want to pay next ECS thats why I informed them 10 days before.

So, I request you to kindly forward my complaint to just dial's concerned team, so they stop my ECS as soon as possible.

Just dial.com is doing lot of fraud
I have closed my business ablelogix in ameerpet hyderabad
and I sent them emails as well as called thier support several time they say that will call back but no one called back and then i finally called them again may 9 several times one customer support lady said that I can not cancel the contract
right now they have charged rs1700 and she said that will charge until the competion of contract i told her that I do not have business and not interested to have thier services but still they charged my kotak mahindra credit card
i clearly told them in various emails before that I do not have business please do not charge me anymore
it looks like they want to steal the hard money of s small business owners
they have charged me for first 3 months and they are not planning to refund also
I want to get the refund of 6000 ruppees and 1700 ruppees
ASAP and they should not charge me in the future
i humbly request the authorities here to grant me justice from fraud company just dial.

This is to bring to everybody’s notice the poor customer service experience we had with just dial, a well established company offering advertising services to clients like us on a paid basis.

A few months back, we bought one of the corporate advertising packages of just dial to promote our services in the delhi and ncr region. After calling them for the package, we were very promptly serviced by their service executive, who...

I just made a complaint recently this morning to refund an unauthorised deduction from my bank a/c.

They called me to refund payment but their refunding procedure is doubtful(Seems to be fraud).

I visited the justdials office with a grievance couple of days back as they never delivered what was promised. What i saw there was a company which teaches employees at all levels to deceive and extract money by any means possible.
Features of their office
-horrbile behavior
-blaming people within their office for their failure to deliver
-zero ideals
-bad attitude
-zero commitment
When you talk to their representative after they have taken the payment, trust me you get the feeling like your talking to a person who has no soul and would even sell his mother to the highest bidder.

Anyways i'm not here to register a complaint as it is pointless. I will be going directly to court. I have all my conversations with their representatives recorded which is more than enough to prove that what they have done is wrong. All i need is someone to guide me with ways in which i can do this as soon as possible.

Kindly beware of these thugs.. They have devised a number of ways to cheat new businesses. Just dial approached me if i want my company's name to appear in a search keyword. I registered with them for 3 keywords with total coming up to 45000. After 20 days of rubbish excuses like server is down, concerned person is on leave, its been done there must be a fault with your system. I got tired and approached their office when the cr stopped receiving my calls. The person in charge at the office told me it'l be done but you'l have to pay extra 10000 as the keywords you have mentioned are high profile. Now my question is why were they not high profile 20 days back and if they turned high profile in the past 20 days isn't it their fault as they delayed the procedure. His final verdict was they are ready to meet us at a middle amount as it was apparently my fault and slightly theirs.. When i spoke to couple of friends many claimed to have gone through the same thing. Kindly beware of their strategy. They a bunch of greedy thieving [protected]@&!)s...

I have signed the platinum pack for my business on 30.04.2016, for that i have paid 70, 000 inr as advance remainig will be in ecs as per their procedure all went and signed the contract, they said that ecs will be hit by 21 to 60 days after the signning of the contract, but they have some issues for hitting the ecs with their side, so again he called me (03.05.2016) and sign the another mandate for the ecs and they told ecs date will be come by 25.03.2016, but they hit the ecs amount on next day itself 04.05.2016, they are consuming the client money in the name of ecs, whenever we have amount in our ecs account they automatically debt that amount without any information

My phone number has been wrongly tagged as the contact number of a mobile service centter in Chennai. This is causing a big nuisance for me because I keep getting calls from strangers calling me up.

This has resulted in representatives from Justdial calling me up to confirm if i am the mentioned mobile service center. And in spite of me clarifying on multiple occasions that my number has been tagged incorrectly. I continue to receive calls from Justdial asking me the same question again.

The contact management and the tagging process of Justdial is just lousy and disjointed. Take this complaint and make them get my number out of their list

I had registered my business on justdial in february by name globallianz solutions for website development. They charge me 27000/- total. Now my services are stopped since 10 days without any intimation or mail because of balance 0. Today i got a call from justdial and they offer me same category for 97000/-. Also their executive said that if you have need then continue your business with us. They were talking in improper manner and wordings. That not suits for justdial. Now justdial is big brand. So company should take care of their customers. I think they are only looking for making money.

I was contacted by Just dial to purchase their services and one of their executive visited me many time promising many things. after his many consecutive follow up I paid him more than 5000 INR after taking money he never turn up In about a month I called customer care number many times and different days and then also it took around 10 days to get service activated.

But after getting activated also I did not receive any lead from them I called them and they say that I am registered under a different scheme where I do not receive all the lead, I was never informed about that. I immediately asked for a either Refund or services which I was promised but neither I am getting services nor my money back. I talked to Mr. Faiz in just dial . he was manager or something. I sent him many emails (as he asked me to send email) but now it is more that 15 days but he never replied.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEM NEVER PAY TO THEM
