I, Roshan Sharma, a crime reporter in a leading electronic media, my son Nishant Prashar runnung a restaurant named Rock n Wood Cafe, after severls visits and phone calls from Just Dial my son convinced and contract with this fraud company in April 24, 2014 they have taken a cheque for Rs. 4000.00 and a cancelled cheque for ECS Rs.1997.00 every month, on 24.04.2014 they encashed cheque of Rs.4000.00 and accured Rs.100.00 as bank charges for enable ECS and on 15.05.2014 they again withdraw Rs.1997.00 by ECS where as the sales executive have told my son that first time they take two month advance, but every month they withdraw ECS from our account,

REGARDING services they do sms the phone number of the customers, BUT very late and the same number given to others restaurants owners also, because when my son called the customer, he get reply that they have already place an order long time back. he called the executive they given excuses that your airtel services are given late messages.

NOW we have called and e.mails to STOP the services, because of BEACH OF CONTRACT, they are not bothering.

I am as a media person inform the general people, i am going to file FIR and Law Suits against this type of fraud company, who are also victims of this COMPANY may contact me on mobile no. [protected].

In ref to above subject, I would like to file a complain against Just Dial. We had registered online our firm THOMAS COOK INDIA LTD. under FREE LISTING in justdial.com before sometime. But soon after that we have received calls from Mrs. Trupti Patel - Executive of Just dial on 10th April 2014 explaining the benefits of Paid Listing on Just Dial Ltd. after that we have paid a cheque No. 088472 of Rs. 5201/- on 16th April 2014. But still our services are not yet activated on Just Dial Ltd. After that we have contacted Mr. Mehul Barot an Executive of Just Dial who took our cheque for paid listing, he explained that due to some reasons your companies listing was not done and he will resolve the issues in a mean time. After so many days Miss. Heena Shah an Executive of Just Dial Ltd. from Ahemdabad contacted us on 30th May 2014 to solve the issues but still our listing is not processed in Just Dial Ltd. We have tried to contact Miss. Heena Shah but they are not answering our calls as they are in a fault because they cannot resolve the issues.On 4th June 2014 our listing was done on Just Dial Ltd. under the name of M/s. Holiday Heaven while we have intimated them to do our Listing in the name of Thomas Cook India Ltd.As per companies policy they have to share every customers data to us who inquires in Just Dial Ltd. under Travel Agent / Tour Operator Category but from 6th June 2014 they have stopped sharing data to us as, when contacted them for the same they replied us that due to Safety & Security Measures they will not share data to us now onwards. By doing this Just Dial is violating the Contract Conditions. As According to Contract Conditions data have to be shared to us. While Today Mr. Amrish Rugani a senior executive of Just Dial Ltd. had contacted us through Mr. Mehul Barot on Telephone that he will try to resolve the issues very soon. Thus we feel that Just Dial Ltd. has done fraud with us by taking the payment and not providing the services as described in the paid listing category. Company is also not ready to resolve our problem nor giving our payment refunds. Our Contact Details are as below. I had registered for yearly plan with Just Dial wherein they said that my details would be given to callers asking for the service. i registered 10th of may but till day (24th of may) my service is not activate. i cal his costumer care but he said "give me one days" i call last one week to till days but he not response properly to me. i call my sales person but he not response my call & not pickup my call. i pay 16854/- Rs. thru my credit cards. My name is Nelson Luies and i worked in Justdial as a JDA and i haven't got my salary for the month of January.Tried calling many times but haven't got a response been told later by a management official that i would get my salary after deducting 15 days notice period amount but been told by the h.r(handles employee salary) that they do not have anything like that in the company.Had called the Managers but was told that they cant do anything about it whereas the h.r told to ask the manager.The officials keep pushing responsibility on each other.PLease help me get my salary ASAP.Never thought that a big company like Justdial which is well known through ads on tv would engage in such things.

I am got placed in just dial but with work frustration and constant irritating buy the manager i left the job without notice period, they said me a will get my salary by 45 days but, as the time gets completed the denied of giving me salary as i have not completed my notice period, to there job and there fake promise and incomplete news to the new joiner's to the company. don't join the company...

On February 12th 2014, I contacted a company registered on Justdial as Glass Sain Steel And Manufactures Industries to get balcony safety grills installed. One representative of the company Mr.Aaftaab responded immediately and visited my apartment to take the measurements. After confirming the price quotation as Rs. 18000, he came back the next day on Feb 13th 2014 to collect Rs. 5000 advance. The grills were to be installed on February 15th 2014 and Mr. Aaftaab told me that his worker had started from the workshop with the material. After that I never heard from him again. All my calls to him went unanswered. After repeated attempts to call him on his mobiles and landline failed, I called justdial to intervene on 19th February and they placed me on a conference call with him on which aside from being rude, he promised me that he would return the money next day. I kept calling him on both the 20th and 21st and he kept making excuses for not being able to return the money. On 21st on another conference call with justdial both the justdial representative and Mr. Aaftaab were extremely callous about the issue. He flatly refused to give the money in person and said he would only return it through a bank cash deposit. I reluctantly gave him bank account number with ICICI bank. He claimed to have made a cash deposit in Chandra layout branch of the bank but failed to send me the scanned copy of the receipt. I never received the money in my account. After informing justdial of my intentions to file a complaint I have approached you for the same. I would also like to include Glass house, his company in the complaint. Dear Sir, Just dial is just a fraud source of encouraging thieves in this country. This company should stop cheating consumers by refering to unreliable people. Just dial referred me to "Bombay Packers and Movers". This agency has taken my bike from last 15+ days from Mumbai to deliver at Delhi. But after 15+ days also, this Bombay Packers and Movers has no clue, where my bike is and they are just playing with me. I don't know whether I would get my bike or not. Thanks to Just Dial for this pain. It is believed that Just dial is an reliable source, but only to get money, Just dial is misguiding customers by referring to fraud companies. How to believe on references of Just dial??? I appeal to the general public not to believe on Just dial references. Rather go with other sources. Anyways Just dial will refer you to unreliable sources, so why to believe on just dial? Very bad experience with Just dial, rather I would say, Just get hell by believing on just dial. Just dial made an agreement for giving leads and failed to do so and they made lot of false promises, from november they have given leads which are all junk and of no use. it is waste of time and money we spend thinking they will help our business, they got ecs form signed and also told us that we can cancel the contract at any point of time and will refund the money, but now they are saying that money will not be refunded and they will give the leads which are all junk and whenever we call the leads we get vague response from customers. we reported this to just dial and they keep denying this as well they have collected money till april 2014 which is wrong and keeping Amithab Bachan as brand ambassdor they are cheating people. they know that our business in south bangalore and intentionally they give leads from north bangalore and out of state wasting our time calling those customers, we have spent more than 20000 on tele-calling. after many calls we have stopped calling the leads from jan 2014 as it is of no use and asked justdial to refund our money but they are not responding to our calls as well some one from cust support calls and they have no manners and shouts at us and fights. please help us get back the money as well help all business people who are cheated by just dial as i know many of my business partners also faced the same situation.

after one month they are not providing any services so i stoped all the
contracts from just dial after sending the email they run the ECS for the Next month they have taken the

Dear Sir/Madam Just Dial Neither publish my ads nor stop the collection of payment. In the last year 2013 September I order to publish my Institute ads through Just Dial neither they publish my ads nor they stop for collection of amount through bank while I have complaint. On the commitment of its executive that to my payment will be by cheque/cash/internet banking only I am not allowing ECS but the time of order executive taken a sign of ECS also in my unknown information because he taken my sign in many papers which was not able to read properly that where I am singing and generally people believe in such condition on reputed company which may not cheat. But happened with me they taken a sign also on ECS form now when it start to swept amount automatically through my bank account then I complained to the customer care.In reply they told me at the time of order why you have not claim now we can't do anything. The great exciting thing that when I stop the deposit money in my respective account it began 4 times hunt in every month in my account and still hunting. Every times my bank charge Rs.225 this way I have lost total sum of money Rs.11225.00 (Rupees: Eleven thousand two hundred and twenty five) and when it will be stop I don't know. At the end I decided to close my account. Because my account showing negative amount of Rs. 7225 more. My Details: My Institute name which ads was given to published : NIOSe Group of Education India

Their executive are not at all bothering about customers of justdial

SHAIKH SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, J.C.Nagar, Bangalore. I am trying to tell this just dial folks to remove my address from just business list. SHAIKH SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS is now wind up, myself owner of the company. I am requesting this guys to remove the business list. But, these not removing it. They are really careless about customers. I never paid them to keep my business. If just dial watching this message try to remove that address details. Reason is i am getting many calls for jobs and offers regarding recruitments. One of the Just Dial rep, Mr. Mishra approached our company for providing business advt. services and took payment of Rs. 15000 on 5 SEP 2013. It has been more than 3 months now and the services are not yet active.

There is no proper response neither from the rep not from the company side. They keep avoiding our calls and we are no other way left other than approaching the consumer court.

They are just interested in taking the money out of the customer. If you browse through this blog, you will find numerous complaints on the same issue.

Finally when we got hold of one of the Just dial rep, he informs us that it's ok as you have just signed up and it takes time to activate the services. Now anyone can imagine the plight where we it takes them 4 months to just activate the service. Just not acceptable.

We want refund at any cost and this type of deficiency in services is a BIG FRAUD AND CHEAT !!!

A Last year I started my new office at ahmedabad city and I like to advertisement with justdial a biggest name of the india. I was started my contract with justdial a date of 27-11-12 with three initial payment 4214 = 4214 (monthly installment 1405 x 3 month = 4214). I was started with platinum Account.
After In 8 months I did not received any customers calls. I had stopped my Monthly ECS amount of 1405. now I complete paid amount of 14049 Rs. to justdial.
After complete my balance justdial removed my platinum account.
Now I am going grahak suraksha department for back to my payment.

Justdial[protected] I did not yet received any great customers through you. So I need my payment back. I will not give any advise to my friends to go with justdial. Total Bukvas.

What justdial is saying to me… why I am not received any customers
(1) your are in ECS period
(2) you need to buy more key words, one key words is not given you satisfied business. So paid more payment than you received more customers. At least you need to paid 100 % advance and minimum 50000 Rs. Or maximum 200000 Rs. For one year. Than you received every day 10 to 50 phone calls.
(3) every key words payble, but do not mine if are platinum account.
(4) if customers find your key words than we are given your phone number. If they do not find your key words than we are do not suggest your key words.
(5) you need to buy more key words allways….

So this is a reason to go consumer court to received my payment back 14050 Rs.

I had registered for a paid listing of my service in November 2013. I was informed that ECS debit will be made only once a month on 4th of every month. However, the company deducted ECS twice on 2nd December and 4th December without my authorisation. Justdial answers consumer queries 24x7, but when it comes to resolving queries of advertisers, they make excuses like call between 9am-7.30pm. Such poor service to the hands that feed Justdial, can result in negative publicity of Justdial and give an impetus to its rival Sulekha whose payment terms are clean at the very beginning for entire period. Justdial is yet to reverse the dual debits in my name. Also, the concerned field officer took the ECS mandate form with signature and it had an amount of Rs 1, 738 authorised by me. Justdial forged and manipulated my ECS debit mandate form, to avail dual debits from my bank account. The complaint on the above two points stands unresolved namely: a) Forging my ECS mandate form b) Reversing one of the two debits from my bank account. Regards, Jagrut Badani
