i had a contract signed with u. ur executive promised me that i will get so many response once i signed a contract.. in 60 days i got only 18 enquiries which was not satisfactory..i am paying 1749/- pm and the response i have got was not expected. ..the representative said per day u will get at least 10 enquiries but it dint happen..i wanted to cancel my contract so i called up in justdial customer care pune and requested to cancel it they said do whatever u want but the contract cant be cancelled. .i want the contract to be cancelled i cant afford to be paid...this my humble request to u justdial team plz help me out.. my contact no [protected] patel

I have been receiving 20 calls a day my mobile phone and land line for last 30 days as Just dial had goofed up and given my number for some restaurant. I have sent them repeated emails and calls but they just don't budge. I have complaint to TRAI and AP at vodafone but even they cant do anything to stop this harrasement. Justdial has gone from bad to worse.

justdial is very fraud company my name is pramod dalvi i joint this company on may2014 my employee id 10020814 at the interview the told me my salary would be 22k monthly and convenes will be 3500 but, , , the pay me 16k and 17k monthly and convence rs 3000 when i ask the manager ther told me that 22k its include convence ohhh i bay ipad worth rs 40k and the pay me 16k and 17k and fraud saying at the time and interview ... that's all ok but with this resone i resing on 16 july and and leave this company ... and till the dont pay my 16 days payment .. if follow this froml as 2 month but they pepole are really unprofessional and they dont know what happen with this employee mr jigar and mr sajid they both are manager ... i follow may salary problem with them last 2 month but they do telling me "ayyegi salary ayye" mujhe maile aaya he aayegi" and now they dont pick my phone .. and mr Gurjit who is boss of them he told me that salary will not come... i dont know why they telling me i wrote on resignation latter that you have personal problem and you are leaving you job... that again bull justdial is just money maker company that no future all pepole are unprofessional even HR manager ...

I am very much annoyed with the response from people at ECS department of justdial. I am raising this issue since May 2014.. I have called you so many times in this regard. Is this a govt office?

I was never told by any of your people that I have to bind with you people for certain period of time. Wht a [censored]ng logic is it anyway.. Even though I don't run a business I have to pay you people.

I don't want to use your services any longer. Bloody stop presenting ECS with immediate effect. .

I was told that I can stop using your services when ever I would like to, which makes some sense. Upon which I signed the agreement, else I would have not.

Who the hell are you to decide when can I cancel/ when not, even though I am not interested to continue using your services. How the hell on earth can you force me to continue.

Beware of this company

The company representative from Justdial.com conveyed me that we would get daily 15-20 enquiries for the business. On 30th June 2014, high day to close the business he asked me to sign and see it for a month and then think to continue or not. I gave him cheque for one month amount only, which was converted for ECS by Justdial.com. This was acknowledged by my bank sms. Now when I complaint in Just dial customer support they denied me for stopping ECS. I know when Justdial doesn't worth it, it can't draw money from my account at wish! It seems from multiple complaints of similar frauds, just dial needs class action lawsuit. Not just an FIR or simple court case.

I have called just dial for a enquiry of restaurant They took my call asked me if I want to transfer call to restaurant I said Yes they transfer the call to restaurant and took my order and address. After one hour I called gain just dial to check why the food is not delivered. They again transfer the call to restaurant and said that it will get delivered within 10 min after 30 min I went down to check I found the restaurant is closed. That means they fool the customer by saying they transfer the call to restaurant actually they themselves take call and order this is highly embarrassing for me in front of the guest. I spoke to floor manager about this his name is abhijeet shetty. Owner of just dial is VVS Mani. Strict action should be taken against such people

I signed a contract on June 18 2014 and paid them Rs.6000/- as initial amount. Today when i plan to cancel my contract due to loss in my business, the suddenly took ECS from my bank. When i call the customer care for cancellation of contract, they are telling i will not get any refund amount. I was totally upset. That company is totally a Fraud Company. They are only Money Minded. Friends, please don't trust that company and pay any money to them.

We singed up ECS Contract with Just dial Ltd. (India's Local Search Engine) to get listed into their search results & for getting business leed's in last year. Initially their was a response and co-operation from their local Marketing Representative but after few days it's become a hell.

We faced so many issues with ECS, They stop the service and doesn't update the us, when we found that there was no updates from just dial search engine then we figured out that they stopped the service without confirmation, It keeps stop for months where we don't want to loose our business for single hour. Their technical support doesn't speaks with the client properly they blame us that we should monitor all our account transactions & Just dial is not responsible for doing anything for you. Without any reason they take any actions at the back end regarding to our registered package like changing listing into the search and not updating us with the enquiries along with no updates for billing & ECS.

We signed up for 3 different packages but the response for them was so week so we ask them to stop 2 of them on priority, But the people to whom we contact in technical support doesn't took any action so finally on the email we officially send them warning but still they deducted respective amount for next couple of months from our bank account. We ask them to please stop the listing as we have some concern issues with SEO where we don't want our name to linked with Just dial when people search for our business still yet the listing is live. We are still loosing the business rather than gaining it and no one is their to support us.

After struggling for 3 months we got a call from their Manager Mr.Ravi Kendre from Pune Head Office and he convinced us that he will look into our case but he just made false promise to us. We had a complete conversation with him on call & on email regarding every aspect of our package properly but he just did nothing into that. We ask him to please connect us with your Senior or CEO which is a consumer right to speak with the service provider owner but still he don't transfer the call and he denied for any sort of help into it. We ask him to please do something for us so that we can get a waiver for all our lost period from just dial but he committed first then their was no response.

He Promise us for
1. He will move the pending funds from Old Package to New but still their is no Email Update
2. He committed that he will share all the reports for the enquires received for our business still their is no response on email for the same
3. He committed us that he will remove the old packages listing from there website but still the listing is at it is
4. We officially email to Justdial that don't stop all the listing keep the latest one alive but they stopped all of them
5. He committed us that he will officially revert back to us on email for waiver of 3 months after discussing with the senior where he accepted that there was a just dial mistake but still we don't receive any updates on email for the same.
6. With the help of Later Head we have changed our company name before with another support executive but when we ask him to change then he ask us to give business license which is not is legally not allowed for a business owner to share.

Along with the same the emails are the proof where he promised us that he will look into the issues but still there is no updates from Just dial

We tried calling to just dial pune customer care & ask to speak with Mr. Ravi Kendre but we were told that he will call us back & their was no call back yet. We are not receiving any response from Just dial and finally without confirmation we found that they stop all our packages when we call customer care last. We paid them to get a reliable service but that was a fake deal by just dial. We do receive the message for Business Leeds from just dial but they all where for out of the business keywords we focused on. We registered for more than 100+ categories and every single day we only got single message for Bulk SMS Service and when we ask for the records for what about the another keywords messages then there is no any update yet from the Just dial.

Many a times we tried calling to their Technical Support but none of the executive transfer the call to him even if we know with the extension number of him.

Finally to get the things work with us we tried using abuse language into the email and on technical support but still their is no response from them so the reason we are now reporting to Consumer Complaints. We expected to get our issues resolved on priority. The Technical Support and the Managers of the Just dial are completely useless in their work. They don't deserve to be in Just dial or Just dial don't deserve to be in business.

I, Roshan Sharma, a crime reporter in a leading electronic media, my son Nishant Prashar runnung a restaurant named Rock n Wood Cafe, after severls visits and phone calls from Just Dial my son convinced and contract with this fraud company in April 24, 2014 they have taken a cheque for Rs. 4000.00 and a cancelled cheque for ECS Rs.1997.00 every month, on 24.04.2014 they encashed cheque of Rs.4000.00 and accured Rs.100.00 as bank charges for enable ECS and on 15.05.2014 they again withdraw Rs.1997.00 by ECS where as the sales executive have told my son that first time they take two month advance, but every month they withdraw ECS from our account,

REGARDING services they do sms the phone number of the customers, BUT very late and the same number given to others restaurants owners also, because when my son called the customer, he get reply that they have already place an order long time back. he called the executive they given excuses that your airtel services are given late messages.

NOW we have called and e.mails to STOP the services, because of BEACH OF CONTRACT, they are not bothering.

I am as a media person inform the general people, i am going to file FIR and Law Suits against this type of fraud company, who are also victims of this COMPANY may contact me on mobile no. [protected].

In ref to above subject, I would like to file a complain against Just Dial. We had registered online our firm THOMAS COOK INDIA LTD. under FREE LISTING in justdial.com before sometime. But soon after that we have received calls from Mrs. Trupti Patel - Executive of Just dial on 10th April 2014 explaining the benefits of Paid Listing on Just Dial Ltd. after that we have paid a cheque No. 088472 of Rs. 5201/- on 16th April 2014. But still our services are not yet activated on Just Dial Ltd. After that we have contacted Mr. Mehul Barot an Executive of Just Dial who took our cheque for paid listing, he explained that due to some reasons your companies listing was not done and he will resolve the issues in a mean time. After so many days Miss. Heena Shah an Executive of Just Dial Ltd. from Ahemdabad contacted us on 30th May 2014 to solve the issues but still our listing is not processed in Just Dial Ltd. We have tried to contact Miss. Heena Shah but they are not answering our calls as they are in a fault because they cannot resolve the issues.On 4th June 2014 our listing was done on Just Dial Ltd. under the name of M/s. Holiday Heaven while we have intimated them to do our Listing in the name of Thomas Cook India Ltd.As per companies policy they have to share every customers data to us who inquires in Just Dial Ltd. under Travel Agent / Tour Operator Category but from 6th June 2014 they have stopped sharing data to us as, when contacted them for the same they replied us that due to Safety & Security Measures they will not share data to us now onwards. By doing this Just Dial is violating the Contract Conditions. As According to Contract Conditions data have to be shared to us. While Today Mr. Amrish Rugani a senior executive of Just Dial Ltd. had contacted us through Mr. Mehul Barot on Telephone that he will try to resolve the issues very soon. Thus we feel that Just Dial Ltd. has done fraud with us by taking the payment and not providing the services as described in the paid listing category. I had registered for yearly plan with Just Dial wherein they said that my details would be given to callers asking for the service. i registered 10th of may but till day (24th of may) my service is not activate. i cal his costumer care but he said "give me one days" i call last one week to till days but he not response properly to me. i call my sales person but he not response my call & not pickup my call. i pay 16854/- Rs. thru my credit cards. My name is Nelson Luies and i worked in Justdial as a JDA and i haven't got my salary for the month of January.Tried calling many times but haven't got a response been told later by a management official that i would get my salary after deducting 15 days notice period amount but been told by the h.r(handles employee salary) that they do not have anything like that in the company.Had called the Managers but was told that they cant do anything about it whereas the h.r told to ask the manager.The officials keep pushing responsibility on each other.PLease help me get my salary ASAP.Never thought that a big company like Justdial which is well known through ads on tv would engage in such things.

I am got placed in just dial but with work frustration and constant irritating buy the manager i left the job without notice period, they said me a will get my salary by 45 days but, as the time gets completed the denied of giving me salary as i have not completed my notice period, to there job and there fake promise and incomplete news to the new joiner's to the company. don't join the company...

On February 12th 2014, I contacted a company registered on Justdial as Glass Sain Steel And Manufactures Industries to get balcony safety grills installed. One representative of the company Mr.Aaftaab responded immediately and visited my apartment to take the measurements. After confirming the price quotation as Rs. 18000, he came back the next day on Feb 13th 2014 to collect Rs. 5000 advance. The grills were to be installed on February 15th 2014 and Mr. Aaftaab told me that his worker had started from the workshop with the material. After that I never heard from him again. All my calls to him went unanswered. After repeated attempts to call him on his mobiles and landline failed, I called justdial to intervene on 19th February and they placed me on a conference call with him on which aside from being rude, he promised me that he would return the money next day. I kept calling him on both the 20th and 21st and he kept making excuses for not being able to return the money. On 21st on another conference call with justdial both the justdial representative and Mr. Aaftaab were extremely callous about the issue. He flatly refused to give the money in person and said he would only return it through a bank cash deposit. I reluctantly gave him bank account number with ICICI bank. He claimed to have made a cash deposit in Chandra layout branch of the bank but failed to send me the scanned copy of the receipt. I never received the money in my account. After informing justdial of my intentions to file a complaint I have approached you for the same. I would also like to include Glass house, his company in the complaint. Dear Sir, Just dial is just a fraud source of encouraging thieves in this country. This company should stop cheating consumers by refering to unreliable people. Just dial referred me to "Bombay Packers and Movers". This agency has taken my bike from last 15+ days from Mumbai to deliver at Delhi. But after 15+ days also, this Bombay Packers and Movers has no clue, where my bike is and they are just playing with me. I don't know whether I would get my bike or not. Thanks to Just Dial for this pain. It is believed that Just dial is an reliable source, but only to get money, Just dial is misguiding customers by referring to fraud companies. How to believe on references of Just dial??? I appeal to the general public not to believe on Just dial references. Rather go with other sources. Anyways Just dial will refer you to unreliable sources, so why to believe on just dial? Very bad experience with Just dial, rather I would say, Just get hell by believing on just dial. Just dial made an agreement for giving leads and failed to do so and they made lot of false promises, from november they have given leads which are all junk and of no use. it is waste of time and money we spend thinking they will help our business, they got ecs form signed and also told us that we can cancel the contract at any point of time and will refund the money, but now they are saying that money will not be refunded and they will give the leads which are all junk and whenever we call the leads we get vague response from customers. we reported this to just dial and they keep denying this as well they have collected money till april 2014 which is wrong and keeping Amithab Bachan as brand ambassdor they are cheating people. they know that our business in south bangalore and intentionally they give leads from north bangalore and out of state wasting our time calling those customers, we have spent more than 20000 on tele-calling. after many calls we have stopped calling the leads from jan 2014 as it is of no use and asked justdial to refund our money but they are not responding to our calls as well some one from cust support calls and they have no manners and shouts at us and fights. please help us get back the money as well help all business people who are cheated by just dial as i know many of my business partners also faced the same situation.

Dear Sir/Madam Just Dial Neither publish my ads nor stop the collection of payment. In the last year 2013 September I order to publish my Institute ads through Just Dial neither they publish my ads nor they stop for collection of amount through bank while I have complaint. On the commitment of its executive that to my payment will be by cheque/cash/internet banking only I am not allowing ECS but the time of order executive taken a sign of ECS also in my unknown information because he taken my sign in many papers which was not able to read properly that where I am singing and generally people believe in such condition on reputed company which may not cheat. But happened with me they taken a sign also on ECS form now when it start to swept amount automatically through my bank account then I complained to the customer care.In reply they told me at the time of order why you have not claim now we can't do anything. The great exciting thing that when I stop the deposit money in my respective account it began 4 times hunt in every month in my account and still hunting. Every times my bank charge Rs.225 this way I have lost total sum of money Rs.11225.00 (Rupees: Eleven thousand two hundred and twenty five) and when it will be stop I don't know. At the end I decided to close my account. Because my account showing negative amount of Rs. 7225 more. My Details: My Institute name which ads was given to published : NIOSe Group of Education India

I had registered a monthly plan with just dial wherein they said that my details would be given to callers asking for the service.I wantd to cancel the same but they are ignoring i i have also sent a mail to their ceo but he is also not bothered.
