Hi Friends
A Last year I started my new office at ahmedabad city and I like to advertisement with justdial a biggest name of the india. I was started my contract with justdial a date of 27-11-12 with three initial payment 4214 = 4214 (monthly installment 1405 x 3 month = 4214). I was started with platinum Account.
After In 8 months I did not received any customers calls. I had stopped my Monthly ECS amount of 1405. now I complete paid amount of 14049 Rs. to justdial.
After complete my balance justdial removed my platinum account.
Now I am going grahak suraksha department for back to my payment.

Justdial[protected] I did not yet received any great customers through you. So I need my payment back. I will not give any advise to my friends to go with justdial. Total Bukvas.

What justdial is saying to me… why I am not received any customers
(1) your are in ECS period
(2) you need to buy more key words, one key words is not given you satisfied business. So paid more payment than you received more customers. At least you need to paid 100 % advance and minimum 50000 Rs. Or maximum 200000 Rs. For one year. Than you received every day 10 to 50 phone calls.
(3) every key words payble, but do not mine if are platinum account.
(4) if customers find your key words than we are given your phone number. If they do not find your key words than we are do not suggest your key words.
(5) you need to buy more key words allways….

So this is a reason to go consumer court to received my payment back 14050 Rs.

    I had registered for a paid listing of my service in November 2013. I was informed that ECS debit will be made only once a month on 4th of every month. However, the company deducted ECS twice on 2nd December and 4th December without my authorisation. Justdial answers consumer queries 24x7, but when it comes to resolving queries of advertisers, they make excuses like call between 9am-7.30pm. Such poor service to the hands that feed Justdial, can result in negative publicity of Justdial and give an impetus to its rival Sulekha whose payment terms are clean at the very beginning for entire period. Justdial is yet to reverse the dual debits in my name. Also, the concerned field officer took the ECS mandate form with signature and it had an amount of Rs 1, 738 authorised by me. Justdial forged and manipulated my ECS debit mandate form, to avail dual debits from my bank account. The complaint on the above two points stands unresolved namely: a) Forging my ECS mandate form b) Reversing one of the two debits from my bank account. Regards, Jagrut Badani

      this is krishan kumar rathi, reseller in just dial ltd from last 2 years . i got a call from just dial mumbai and the person is mr. mukesh singh . he said to me in faridabad i give you a lead to pick up the document and you got your pick up commission and then i do so, collect the document from m/s krishna spun pipe in ballabgarh, haryana and courier it to mr. mukesh singh JUST DIAL LTD, 5th floor 501A building M palm court complex, beside goregaon sports club, above D mart, malad west, mumbai-400064 MOBILE NO. [protected]. i called many time to this numbers but the person mr. mukesh singh not pick up my call and no reply from him . i am waiting still but no reply . please log a complaint against him and also on company for this person .because just dial not action still .

        This is to inform you that based on your below mentioned proposal we have paid the amount (Rs 8, 000 plus 12.36 % Tax Total Amount Rs 8, 989 for 1 year) and an account also activated in the name of our product even without any kind of form fill up by us . After lots of trying to contact with Kolkata Office, we have not got any response regarding the below mentioned points. 1. At the time of sales process we were committed to get national listing but now we are now getting local listing. After lots of trying, we have not got any response regarding this matter. Provide us the national listing ASAP. 2. At the time of sales process we were committed to get dedicated board phone number which will be aligned with our phone number.             I am a service provider in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala - HYGIEIA HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES providing Housekeeping related services . I availed the service of Just Dial at a time when they were just establishing in the Kerala market. As such, I enrolled with them on 20.12.2012 vide contract No. 422 32869 against cheque payment for Rs. 11, 236 for a period of one year. The Tele marketing executive who constantly pestered me was Ms. Pushpa & the Business Development Executive being Mr.Girish ( who has quit JD ). I was promised my firm will feature in all the search key words pertaining to Housekeeping which will certainly increase my volume of business so & so forth. They even said my company will be listed in all the districts of Kerala which, I declined as I’ll not be able to provide the services. I was told by Mr. Girish & even showed me on his laptop that, nearly 200 hits are made per month in kerala for checking on the Housekeeping services through JD. Which now, I realize was a false statement because, I’VE RECEIVED ONLY 9 ( NINE ) LEADS IN THE PAST 10 MONTHS of which, many were asking for MAID SERVICE ( the service which I do not provide ). On January 23, 2013 upon surfing the JD site I was shocked to find that my company featured only in 4 SEARCH KEY WORD’s among 30 odd key words related to Housekeeping. Accordingly I spoke with Mr. Girish followed by an email the same day and online registration of complaint on the JD website Complaint ID : CSNJAN13L0W2A9. However, with no response until January 29, 2013 I was bent upon speaking with a senior manager & accordingly Mr. Girish put me on a conference call With his boss Mr.Prasad Krishna. I was relieved a bit after 15 minutes of discussion as Mr.Prasad was trying to find out my concerns. Mr.Girish explained to him that it’s a system error which cannot be rectified immediately as per the technical team. Mr.Prasad assured me he’ll sort out my concerns & sent me a text too soon after the con-call. NINE long months have passed & I’m still awaiting a response from Mr.Prasad Krishna & his team. Many emails were sent yet no reply. On June 15, 2013 Mr. Girish put me across to Mr. Prasad Krishna who assured my FULL AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED within 3 working days.Mr.Prasad quipped “ I have many customers to handle & you are not the only one ”. Well, if this is Mr.Prasad’s answer to all the customers then, he has absolutely no job to do !! Having waited for more than a week Mr.Girish asked me to bear for 45 days due to logistics & administration issues. I waited patiently & am stil…….. Mr. Girish has left JD ( probably after getting numerous complaints from customers like me !! ) & Mr.Prasad is still sitting in a dark corner. What is more surprising now is, JD has updated their site and my company HYGIEIA HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES is not listed in a single housekeeping related search key words with the JD verified Logo. I feel really cheated & this is purely due to poor management skills from people like Mr.Prasad Krishna. One rotten apple is good enough to tarnish the image of a company like JD. I request the top brass of JD to please refund my full amount at the earliest. Anticipating a favourable response at the earliest.               the no updated in the just dail ststem not verified by the just dail team. My house no updated against the nursing home. Requested them to get the same rectified immediately, however the reply received we will check the same with the payed distributor who had updated the no with them. my resident no[protected] for my no they need to cross check with the distributor? once they receive the complain from any investor they should immediately stop the no and do the necessary follow up later. we have been receiveing calls continuesly day in day out and we are been harressed with the calls. Requesting you to kindly warn them about the same or take necessary action against just dail team.

                  Hello there.



                  Santhosh : Phone no : [protected], SS Telecom. This guy got my contact number from Just dial, when I called up on 28 Sep'13 looking for a new broadband connection. I have been trying to reach just dial again and again without any result just having to put up with conf calls where this guy makes false promises that he will refund my monet.

                  This guy apparently an airtel agent took my money and has eloped for two weeks, not returning my calls. I
                  request you to track him down and get my money back!

                  Or as you are good at doing add to the list of super pissed off customers. What are you going to choose?

                    Hi, I'm writing this mail with lot of frustration as I have not received any satisfactory response from your side as well as from your representative Mr. Sathish (Mobile : [protected]) since last 3 weeks. I got reply from your side on 20/09/2013 stating that Mr. Sathish will contact me shortly. As stated in mail, He called me on the same day and accepted that he has wrongly entered the ECS date in mandate as 19/08/2013 instead of 07 th of every month which was given by me. And further he promised that he will be visiting my residence on 07th Oct to refund the deducted amount due to his mistake. But when i called him on 07th Oct he said his boss will call me after 30 mins and after that i have not got any call from any one of them. When i tried to call him again he disconnected the call and switched off his mobile. Again as a surprise i got to know that the ECS was again bounced without my knowledge on 18/09/2013 & 26/09/2013 and due to which i was charged again Rs 654.71 & Rs 842.70 on 07th Oct which is unacceptable. I had already given request for deactivation on 20/09/2013 itself and for that I'm yet to receive any confirmation. Entire issue has happened due to wrong ECS debit date which was mentioned by Mr. Satish only. This is height of cheating and if i don't get the money refunded with interest within 2 days I will be taking this issue to media very seriously.

                      I WOULD LIKE TO COMPLAINT TO YOU ABOUT THE FRAUDELENT SERVICE AND THE "ROBBING THE CUSTOMER "SERVICE THAT YOUR STAFF IS INDULGING IN.
                      I WANTED TO HAVE MY E.C.S. STOPPED BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT WE WERE SHOWN IN THE WRONG CATEGORY OF BOOK BINDERS WHEN WE DO LAMINATION WORK.ALSO, THE PHOTO UPLOADED WAS ALSO OF 4 YEARS BACK.NONE OF OUR CONTACT NUMBERS WERE LISTED IN OUR PAGE AT YOUR SITE.I CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE AND I WAS FORWARDED TO SHWETA SINGH.
                      SHE WOULD OFTEN PUT ME IN HOLD FOR OVER HALF AN HOUR AND "IF" SHE WOULD COME ON THE LINE SHE WOULD GIVE ME CONFUSING AND UNCLEAR ANSWERS.SHE TOLD ME ON 25 SEPTEMBER THAT SHE WOULD CORRECT MY CATEGORY ON YOUR SITE BUT 10 DAYS HAVE PASSED SINCE THEN BUT OUR CATEGORY IS STILL THE SAME.ALSO WE HAVE BEEN REQUESTING TO GET OUR E.C.S STOPPED SINCE A MONTH BUT THERE HAS BEEN NO DEFINITE RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE..
                      THE PERSON WHO CAME TO GET THE FORM FILLED--MITHILESH TOLD THE ACCOUNT IS FOR 1 MONTH ONLY BUT IT HAS CONTINUED EVEN AFTER A MONTH HAS PASSED BY.
                      I WANT OUR SUBSCRIPTION TO STOPPED FROM IMMEDIATE EFFECT. AND NOW NO MORE EXCUSES
                      IF IT IS NOT DONE IMMEDIATELY I WOULD BE COMPELLED TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU AT A CONSUMER FORUM AND THEREAFTER TAKE YOU TO CONSUMER COURT.

                        just dial executive is a cheap wherein he cheated me to enter into ECS and no calls are legitamate .. i refused to sign the ECS form but he forced to do and told i will get good leads.. after 2 months i asked him to cancel my ECS he is dragging and i am fed up with JUST DIAL customer care. JUST DIAL instead of earning like this .. they can go and beg people and do prostitution

                          We have taken paid membership (for Tech-Vidhya) on justdial two months back through Mr. Amrendra ([protected]) and his Boss Rahul Kumar ([protected]) . At the time of membership they (Both the guys) have made a promise to create 20 keywords for our company listing. but even after two months they have not created keywords. now they are charging twice a month from our account through ECS. We already have raised the request several times to stop ECS and remove our listing. No response from their end. they have charged on 2nd of Sep and now on 18th of Sep both transaction if of about 2800/-. Should i have to move to consumer court or you Just dial guys are going to return our payment. Stop doing business with justdial.

                            Hi, I've pasted my chain mail conversation with just dial and you may read and check yourself, Let me know if I am wrong on my part I will withdraw my complaint immediately. Nobody has contacted me personally from justdial (you may read in the mail below where it has been advised to contact the client on urgent basis). I am not left with any other option. I never thought that my relation with just dial will end with such bitterness. I will soon consider my legal options. I've been a Just Dial customer for a long time and doesn't want such bitterness to rot our relationship.                                 This is regarding the pathetic customer service of Just Dial with the complaint number : 197896 and many more on earlier occassions.
                                One has to call number of times to make their listing corrections. And when you want to speak to the Manager or to the Team leader, the bigger bosses are least bothered to leave their warm chairs and to come to the calls.

                                On ehas to send numebr of mails to make changes in the listing.
                                Customer service duplicated our listing with a new virtual branch at Vashi. When we compained against it, it took us to call them 3 times to make the changes happen, which are still incomplete
                                We lost our ratings and they again have come up with their on virtual contact number displayed. For which e had sent them a mail on earlier occassion.
                                Now they again ask for it. I think one has to employ a person to take care of only just dial listing and stay on the calls with them the whole day.
                                They have launched their IPO int he market, but the service is getting worsen.
                                The girl named "ujawala tiwari" fromt the customer service was adamant on mail only and not calling the team leader or manager on the call.
                                Feel these customer service guys are running the company. Its a serious compaint against the poor service which will be followed by a registered compaint.

                                  This is in refernce to the General Insurance Agents which i enquired about 10 days back from Just Dial. I received various phone calls of Insurance agents, among which ASA insurance was one. Their agent came and took Rs. 15,500 as the Insurance premium of my car for HDFC ERGO. His contact no. is [protected], the no. is now switched off. The company is based in Nizamuddin.

                                  When i enquired from HDFC ERGO, they are saying no policy has been done.

                                  Please look into the matter and take serious action.

                                    Just dial is fraud company by twisting facts, their only aim is to pocket the customer's money.

                                    We have taken a contract from Just Dial on[protected] by paying (Rs.35,016/-) and upgraded it two times on[protected]Rs.23,783/-)
                                    and[protected]Rs.2,098/-) for getting leads for sales. With in 10 days we have upgraded our contract for getting leads. But we are not getting enough leads as committed and given false information to secure the contract from us. We have paid Rs.60,897/- altogether and we are not satisfied with the services of JustDial. We have complained to customer care of Just Dial many times and mailed them 3 times for termination of contract and refund the money. But they are not admitting their fault and not refunding the money.

                                    1. Inefficient customer care, not aware of contract terms given to us.
                                    2. Fake leads are sent to us.
                                    3. False information about contract given to us.
                                    4. Only one sided contract to pocket the customer's money.

                                    I request all customer's who are facing same problem with just dial to join hands against this company, file fraud and criminal case.

                                    Just Dial is the biggest money making racket company in India today.

                                    They charge and give you leads according to your so called "budget" which is total crap, we have 3 locations on just dial of which 2 are paid and one is free. The one which is free is right on top when you search certain keywords and the paid one's are down, this is a technique to get the most out of companies that pay and lure those which are free now to pay later.

                                    Also their so called "platinum & diamond" package is the BIGGEST myth !! They ask for lacs a year to be listed on top however, even if you come below without paying anything your company will STILL be listed.

                                    We need another service provider soon, as competition will bring their rooftop charges down !!

                                      I have registered my company Red Cherry Entertainment with Just Dial Ltd on[protected]. Mr.Chandra Shekar Rao (Area Sales Manager) has given all false promises and doesn't bother to receive calls once the payment is done.
                                      Wrong Commitments by him : 1) 10 to 15 prospective leads per day for the key words added. 2) Out of 10 leads received per day 8 leads will be sent to premium customers ( wherein its only 4 leads as per their Customer Care) and all 10 to Platinum. 3) No of leads shall increase in a drastic manner if I add more keys words which I did through their Customer Care and found no change in the lead generation. 4) Customer Care informed me about rotational basis leads and I need to wait for my turn to receive the leads which He hasn't informed. To conclude I have paid an Advance amount of Rs 16104 & paying Monthly ECS amount of Rs 5368 for which I have been receiving 3 to 4 leads per day which is no where close to promises and assurance given by Mr. Chandra Shekar Rao.

                                      The best part is when I informed Just dial customer care executives about Mr. Chandra Shekar Rao not receiving my calls from the past 1 month,they told me,He shall be busy on the field and they tried many at times to put a 3 way conference and failed. Below is the mail I have sent them to resolve my issue and till date they are all playing a blame game on each other.

                                      We have registered with Just Dial Private Limited on 10.04.13 through Mr.Chandra Shekar Rao (Area Sales Manager).I have clearly mentioned to Mr.Chandra Shekar to start the services on Mon, Apr 15, 2013 but the services started on Sat, Apr 13, 2013. From 15th of April I have been trying to reach him on his mobile @ [protected] but He is not taking my calls. I have informed the same enough times to one of the Tele Caller ( Priya - [protected]) who has been promising to arrange a call back from Mr. Chandra Shekar but all in vain.

                                      I was told by him to send a mail to [protected]@justdial.com to add additional key words once the account is active.As I am getting very limited and irrelevant enquirers I want to add more keywords.In that regard I was trying to reach him but He seems to act as a courier boy only to collect the cheques and later disappear nor receive customer calls.

                                      On the day He collected the documents and cheques from me,I gave a reference of a day care centre ( PMS KIDZCARE) and arranged to collect a cheque of Rs 3372 which He has done on 19th April 2013, On the same day I tried reaching him but He doesnt recieve my calls.

                                      Please do find a solution for my concern if not cancel my registration and refund the 3 months deposit.

                                      This is to inform you that Mr Tushar Dhawan (Manager-Business Development) of Just Dial ltd Came to my address M-43 Kirti nagar,New Delhi -15 on Date 10/03/2012 For selling of The services provided by Just Dial ltd for marketing purpose .

                                      He propoused me different services/packages out of which he recomended me to opt for the services where My no and my details of Tattoo club (Delhi kirti nagar and Gurgaon golf course road) will be shown under the four different categories ...
                                      Along in these services My details and my phone no will be going randomly to the callers from Delhi&NCR on either 4th,5th or 6th position and also their phone number and details will be SMSed or mailed to me wether or not my no/details are slashing on there phone beat the are from any place in delhi and ncr ..

                                      Also he explained me this further giving an example taking an average statistic of 60 people call for these services from entire Delhi & Ncr may be my phone number will be slashing on their phone on random basis but the details of all 60 people will be smsed / mailed to me weather or not they have recived my details ...

                                      However Mr. Tushar Dhawan toady is denying completely from this today he's saying i never said this ..

                                      He has just misguided and misinterpreted me So that he can sell his services and take the cheques from me and after seeing his attitude today I am really disapointed with just dial as it was a mental as well as monetary harrasment to me although i wanted to be with and upgrade my servies with Just Dial but seeing Mr Tushar Dhawan's behaviour today and what he was when he came to my place for selling of his services i am really in a confused state of mind that weather i should continue my services with Just dial or not because the very first dealing with just dial has been a disaster for me ..

                                        Just dial is doing extremly unethical things just for sake of bribe. They are providing the support to less experienced clinics and dorctors by publishing fake excellent ratings and deleting the genuine real ratings and reviews. At the end patient is the sufferer. Please be careful from them..
