Hello....I am the sole proprietor of RAMANDEEP ENTERPRISES. I started this business 6 yrs ago... I have a business of assembling and repairing computers..My business was going smooth with the limited client-el as one day I heard of JUSTDIAL PVT LTD...This is a B2B company..It Provides business in the form of Leads those are delivered in form of Text messages on owner's cell phone...I liked this concept of Justdial so I thought of expanding...

I registered with Just Dial paying 1.5 lakhs as a customer in 2010. They used their sweet words to create an impression that they care for us. I was promised about 20 leads but i did not receive a single lead till date. But there was no response to the emails or phone calls.

The CEO of the company is worse than those who sell their wife , daughters and sisters at brothel places....

i had entered into a contract with Just dial services on a trial basis for 2 months. I paid RS 5500 through a cheque drawn on my husband's account.
Mail were sent to me for the extension of the contract however since i did not want to continue the contract i did not make any subsequent agreement.
However without my knowldege and without any intimation to me they have started debiting my husband's account via ECS.br...

I received phone call from Ms. Aankansa from JustDial, after 5-6 conversation, she convince me to take service as a trial basis, And as kept on her good faith I agree to take JustDial services for my Wife LIC business, for trial periods of 3 months ( 8th January 2010 to 7th April 2010) .

We paid 4990 to Justdail for reseller programme.
The work is to upload contacts. Based on contact information they said they will pay the money.
And they provided TAT to upload.
After all we done...we uploaded 500 contacts.

i called just dial 5 march 2011 for air conditioner servicing...operator connected me to rahat enterperises hadapsar [protected]....they sent some guy for servicing...he said gas is less so he did some sot ot refillin...cleaned grill with water and said it done...i asked him that ac is not doin any better and not cooling...for which he replied that keep ur ac on for 4-5 hours it will work...he charged 800 rupees for it as we had...

We needed a maid and we got details of an agency named Vyshnavi Enterprises from justdial.com. We arranged to meet Mr. Subramani from Vyshnavi Enterprises who took Rs. 2000/- as advance from us for service charges. This is SIVA PRASAD from Bapatla. I joined as reseller in just dial in the month of Dec. 2010. The month Dec. I had entered around 220 data in the data maximum data (90%) is unique. But they shown me 119 data is duplicated. But I searched in site and enquired with just dial customer care. But there the same data is not available. I just asked them about it. They replied me the same data is entered by another....

I got SMS from Just Dial for Business Associates on 1st of Nov 2010.
I like the concept of it so I paid Rs 3000 by credit Card on 2nd Nov 2010.

Just dial is a fraud company. they take the money but never render the servies. there are no calls from them from last 1 mnth n people call me frm just dial for feed back. its so iriitating. once in a while i get sme mesg frm thm for a lead. but again most of them are fake calls, thy just call n no business happnd till now.

From last 2 to 3 months, I was receiving phone calls from Just dial regarding my business registration under their portal. As per their opinion, daily 10-20 inquiries are raised on their portal for my business. Initially I ignored their calls, but their representatives were annoying me from various numbers, so finally I registered my business on their portal. After registration, It was active only for 2 weeks, now its no where...

I have been a victim of Fradulantely ECS debit from my current account without my authorisation by JUSTDIAL - Mumbai.

Even after bringing this to the notice of the management Mr. VSS MAni.

after 5 to six months of follow up no action nor any written communication from there end in this regards

Kindly let me know what legal action can be taken against such frauds that take place.

I recommend that you do not signup for Just Dial at all. They will LIE TO YOU. I first signed a contract with them for three months for Rs.9000 and I got only 40 leads in a period of 120 days and most of the leads were people looking for jobs at my company.

After three months, Anuja Walwalkar contacted me and promised me that if I increase my package to Rs.4000 a month, I will get at least 2 quality leads a...

The agreed contract amount has been deducted twice from the credit card- While bringing the matter to the notice of Customer care- No response even after 50 mails- you receive Marketing calls at the same time- Even the Sales manager approaching you for the fresh proposal will turn around on the matter- Just dial is good to get information, good for business- Never trust the organisation for after sale services.
