THE VENDOR NAME WAS INDER VOLVO AND THEY SAID THE CHARGE PER HEAD FOR DELHI TO UDAIPUR IN VOLVO SLEEPER IS Rs.1450/- I AGREED AND BOOKED TWO SLEEPERS FOR UDAIPUR AND THEN RETURNING ON[protected] AND PAID CASH Rs.5800/-

ON JOURNEY DATE WHEN I REACHED TO THE DEPARTURE VENUE ON[protected] I FOUND TO BE CHEATED AND OVERPRICED AS THERE WAS NO VOLVO AND ONLY AC SLEEPER WAS BOOKED WHOSE ACTUAL PRICE IS Rs.850/- PER HEAD MEANS I HAVE BEEN CHARGED Rs.600/- PER HEAD EXCESS WHICH IS NOT JUSTIFIABALE AND WITHOUT ANY CONSENT OF MINE.

IT IS REALLY VERY SURPRISING FOR ME THAT A VERY GOOD AND AUTHENTIC SOURCE NAMED JUSTDIAL GIVES THE NO OF FOLLOWING FRAUDULENT TRAVELERS AGENT.

Cheated thrice. Full of [censored]s & cheaters. I have been duped of more than Rs.8000/- & Once in the name of Mr. Amitabh Bachchan as well. I hope Mr. Bachchan knows what kind of company is he promoting.

I've had been associated with Just Dial paid services since September 2010. I've been duped twice by the sales team & given assurances by them to resolve never-ending issues which crop us every month. The sales executive, in order to fulfill their targets go on finding short-cuts to cheat customers.

1) My first listing done by Angela Thomas started well but the problem started within 5 months when my Platinum listing & position suddenly vanished & my entry was pushed down in Play Group category. There was no answer, just reasons why it happened, I was made to listen to internal issues of Just Dial due to which sales people were fighting to get their customers on top & I went thru numerous calls but the issue was unsolved.

2) In April/May 2011 i got a call from another sales executive Neha Doipode, stating that since I was customer in just dial, I will be getting a revised package offer in Platinum category. The offer was in lieu of Mr. Amitabh Bachchan becoming JDs brand ambassador which gave me 50% off on ANNUAL Payment. She mailed to me the complete offer & also mentioned that my current monthly EMI would stop with immediate effect. she took away Rs.8943/- from me & in two days i saw my listing on website.
My shock started when my bank account got debited with monthly EMI amount of Rs.1499/- for my earlier listing & I was asked to write to customer care to solve my problem.
Suddenly from nowhere I got a call from Angela Thomas & she started complaining to me why i took the annual package without asking her, as if I was her "Jaagir". She went on cribbing about new sales people like Neha doing wrong stuff & went on & on wasting my office hours in that. She later assured me that even is she was not responsible she will resolve my problem & get my money ADJUSTED. Nothing happened again!
I had to go thru unlimited dos & don'ts in their internal politics that I ignored my money for peace.

3) Within 6 months, another horror was in the waiting. Suddenly, my annual membership expired. I called up Angela to check this & she again asked me to write to customer care. Till date I have no resolution on how my ANNUAL membership expired in under 6 months. I again lost more than Rs.4000 this time.

4) Tired, bruised & frustrated I decided to wash the slate clean & start a fresh new listing & this time Angela happened to be friendly again & got the registration done in a day & promised my listing would show in 3 days. I was promised GOLD position in my most important category Play Groups, which Mr. Vikas explained to me that it would rotate in position 4, 5 & 6. First delay came in my listing going LIVE. It took frustrating days to get it LIVE & Idiotic conversations with Angela where she said it was already LIVE in system. I had to explain her practically by making her a Just Dial visitor asking for Play Groups in Vashi. Then she understood & AGREED for the first time. She went back & this time gave nuances stories about their IT guys for the delay.
Finally after my new listing went LIVE, even before the month ends I got a shocker as my bank account got debited TWICE. I tried calling Angela she did not pick up & had to write a mail to them. Moreover my listing was pushed to 7th position a week back without even notifying me.
My peace went beserk when Angela called up & stated "Why did you write I do this to get my targets done?" Ignoring all other stuff she was hell angry & without resolving my actual problem & listening just DISCONNECTED the call.

This is gone beyond repair now. I have spent sleepless hours & many tension filled days in the last one & half year. I would urge some higher management people to get this case in lime-light & see how these executives talk to customers.

I hope i do not see any further shocks or become a victim of asking my RIGHTS for which I had paid more than actuals.

I was told that after I submit the cheque my details will appear in justdial by 15 november. Now after a 4 working days of encasment of the cheque, my name still isn't listed. None of the executives I spoke to are answering calls or responding to messages. Very irresponsible, arrogant and unprofessional service, wasted many precious hours of my time, transferred my calls from one place to another without giving me any answers.

I agree with the above even they are like the other Tom, Dick and other online company
i got introduced to the company through Mr. Animesh who is no more with the company
told to contact Mr. Sujeet Goswami a total waste of revenue for the company never gives
a proper solution always has a standard dialogue used PAN INDIA i think we will check with
the audit dept and will keep you posted on the satus accordingly but never does the same i
had to constantly get in touch with him but he never responded later I was told to contact
Ms. Ruchita Vasani extremely rude and again a robotic machine said the same script of getting
back finally after so much followed said that the quality of data was not accurate said out of the
41 data submitted by me in the month of june they have audited some 6 data only which they found
not up to date so my question to them is that why have not audited the total data to find the accuracy
a total waste of reputation for the fastest growing company.

I hereby request reseller Mumbai team of Mr. Danny Kurian to look into on priority and not spoi the name
of Mr. Mani who has taken just dial to a new height within a short span of time.

I have told that my business was changed , please update my new business in just dial. they are calling me and asking about the details of new business , but yet not update till this moment. i dont know , what they are doing .

My earlier complaint against Justdial was posted on 10-Oct-2011. Today is 31-Oct-2011. During this timeframe, there has been absolutely no progress besides Ms. Manju Menon calling me and assuring me that the problem will be resolved but no real action has taken place and i have not noticed any change in the calls we are receiving.
So issue was that we had paid for platinum position in 2 states - Gujarat and Maharashtra. But we only got platinum position for Mumbai city and package for Gujarat (which came after multiple phone calls/emails etc.).

After speaking to Ms. Manju Menon / Ms. Jayshree yadav from Justdial, post my complaint on 10-Oct-2011, they said platinum position can only be provided in metro cities (i.e. in our Mumbai and Ahmedabad). Why wasn’t i told this earlier by their fraud sales people (Mr.Akaash Tiwari and Mr.Salman ([protected]@Justdial .com)) when we made the payment?? Since this is Justdial policy, i said fine, refund me the balance since i have paid for platinum position (and not package which is a lot cheaper) for the entire state - Gujarat and Maharashtra. They refused to do so.
Secondly, instead of giving us Maharashtra platinum position, they have only given Mumbai Platinum position. So i requested them to give me package position for rest of Maharashtra. They said "they are waiting for some management approval" to give us this position. Till date no approval and we are only getting few calls a week from Mumbai.

As for Gujarat: they have only given us package position. No platinum position in Ahmedabad. I requested Ms.Jaysheree and Ms.Manju to give me platinum atleast in Ahmedabad. They refuse to give us that despite the fact that their fraud sales people told us they will provide us the platinum position in MAH and GUJ. In fact Ms.Jayshree didn’t even know that Ahmedabad is within Gujrat! I have noted on many instances that some of the Justdial employees, which i have interacted with, are extremely weak with their Geography (especially Ms.Jayshree Yadav and Mr.Akaash Tiwari). We have hardly received ~10 calls from Gujarat since they have activated the package position.
Seriously, if you do business with JUSTDIAL be prepared to deal with who do not know their basic geography and also super fraud sales staff.

Last I heard from Ms.Manju Menon was few days after I had made my original complain on this site. That too I had called her up on their board line number. She said she will get back to me in a few days. No call from her till date.

I am Mr. Akash. R. Ootawale a reseller of JustDial every1 is saying that u have now received the payment but i have received it from past 3 months i am working but i am getting my regular payments. Please first get clarified and then complaint k....... i hope u all get what i am trying to say you.

Justdial salespeople (Mr Salman / Mr Akaash Tiwari) had confirmed over phone that they will provide a platinum package for Maharashtra and Gujarat for our company. We signed the contract and paid the full amount in cheque. ISSUE 1:
After the cheque got cleared, i figured we received few calls for Mumbai but we were not receiving any business calls from Gujarat. I informed this issue to Justdial and Mr. Akaash via email and phone. Mr. Salman would never answer our calls after the cheque was cleared. After 1 month of repeated calling / emailing, Justdial finally accepted the mistake though they the cheque was cleared, gujrat contract was not executed and hence we did not recieve calls. We did not get offered Gujarat Platinum position as it was earlier promised by the above 2 salespeople. I demanded for a refund but Justdial refused to provide refund. I had no option by to go for Package deal.

ISSUE 2:
Till date we have not been offered platinum position for all categories in entire Maharastra. This has been confirmed by one of the justdial marketing executives. I am constantly calling / emailing Justdial but zero response from them to fix this issue. This is really frustrating coz i have been cheated. I was promised platinum position for both the states but i am not getting that deal.

ISSUE 3:
Ever since our Gujrat contract got executed, we have almost stopped recieving any calls. In the last 7 days we have received only 8 calls from Bombay and 1 call from Surat. I have informed this to the Justdial team but as usual no response.

ISSUE 4
The customer service response to email is pathetic. They never reply in a timely manner and no one is willing to take ownership of the problem. Everytime i make a call, they say someone in the cutsomer service team will reply back. I am sick and tired of Justdial and i wish i had never spent that money.

Request you to please assist us in this matter.

I would like to brought to your kind notice that people (housewives,professional left the job due to unavoidable circumstances like me) like me prefer not to waste the time instead doing something useful.So we prefer work from home options. Nowadays so many options available like data entry ,transcriptions etc.


Further, i would like to add that i had joined as a reseller to JUST dial for which we will have to feed the details of various business organisation, professionals etc by paying a deposit of Rs.5500/-( the deposit is going to raise further).But once we fed the data, they send a reply stating that the accuracy of records are of poor quality to avoid payment for the corresponding month.This had happened to so many people.


So Kindly i request you to publish this article by making an awareness to the general public not to lose their money by depositing their money in this fraudulent company like JUST DIAL.

Will the Govt or the concerned department will look into this matter seriously.

Since last months iam a registered member for just dial services,chennai
i had paid amount of Rs.40000 thousands for getting service from just dial, according to the scheme they proposed while signing the deal they promised several things to me related with service n other facilities.
the movement they received their amount, no further communication from their end.
This organization has fooled me n they are not upto their words n comitments.but thay approched will come and meet but never happen

I had Registered with just dial Services Chennai.I agreed to pay for 3 months only as per telephonic conversation with justdial telecaller Mr.Sirajudin and paid Rs.1655 by cheque for three months given to Just Dial Manager on 11/08/2011.After Just Dial Manager asked me to sign the ECS form and told me if your are not satisfied we can cancel your CONTRACT AND STOP MY ECS with in a month.

AFTER A MONTH I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH JUST DIAL SERVICES AND VISITED THIER OFFICE ON 09/09/2011 BECASUSE OF I AM NOT GET ANY BUSINESS LEADS AND ASK THEM TO STOP MY CONTRACT AND ECS.BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING ME AND THEY DO NOT STOP MY ECS AND HARASS ME..THEY TOOK LEGAL, IF I NOT PAID THE ECS.i am also mailed the above issue to [protected]@justdial.com and there is no positive reponse..KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL TO STOP MY ECS IMMEDIATELY

I wish to state that a person called Mr. Rajesh from just dial and introduced himself as telemarketer from just dial.
He called me several times and on 30th of April he called me and said that just dial is offering 50% discount for the existing customers. If I book the same day I will get 50% discount. That means I will be listed in Rs. 30,000 package and I have to pay only 15,000/-+ Tax
Then he sends a person called Thyagarajan. He also confirmed that just dial is offering 30,000/- listing at 50% Discount. I also enquired several times regarding this. And he stated its one day special offer and he written that in the form itself. And he also promised I will get around 10 to 15 calls per day.
I paid him the initial Amount by Cheque, and also signed the agreement.

But after when I asked about the package Miss Malini also Miss. Razia (ext. no 2068 & 2066) informed me that I am in 15,000/- package. And they said that they will enquire and inform me. Now I am getting only 4 calls per day. When I stated above facts both of them assured me that they will enquire and
Inform me. But even after one month there was no response on just dial side.
i met the chennai VP Mr. sultan.
he admited the mistake and assured me that he will rectify the error with in 24 hours.
but even after 4 months and several remainder letters i not even received any letters or calls from them. they are here to cheat us and earn mony. it is run by cheaters who escape the law by providing contarect to big acters. i ask my freinds no to deal with them anymore. they cheat you by providing wrong and false leads created by their own people. they use us to get business from others. this type of companies are worse then pickpacketors and highway robbers, and false chit fund componies. they cheat you with high class accent and money power. and to protect them they keep high profile lawyers with them. only we people by refusing their service we can punish them.

I am an ex employee of Just Dial who worked there for 4.5 years, I have applied for PF on Feb of 2010 and since then i haven't received the PF , the HR team is least bothered to look in to these things as there are hundreds of ex employees who haven't received their PF amount yet.And the more you try to call the HR team , the more it avoids you.And the company also sucks as they have no concerns on employees and are keen only on registering new companies and cheating them.This is seriously a very big concern and the ex employees have to take this concern up.

I HAVE REGISTERED WITH JUST DIAL THAY ARE NOT REGISTERED OUR COMPANY WITHIN A MONTH I PAID 40000 NOW I WITHDRAW MY CONCERN THAEY ARE NOT REFUND THE MONEY I PLAN TO SUE THE JUST DIAL COMPANY

We are a consulting company. We had discussion with Just Dial Kolkata branch about our business promotion several times. Atlast we decided to go for their services and immediately we transferred the payment as per their Quotation and also we submitted all required documents on the same day - by 15th July. Payment was cleared on 26th July from our account.

It was committed by the Just Dial Kolkata Team that our business will be promoted in next 15- 20 days maximum time and also their contract/ agreement says about launching the service within approx 16 days.

Now, we are on 2nd Sep'2011. Yet, our none of the service listing is promoted by them. Because of them we are having great loss of business as we could not get promoted and and referred business by them. It is delayed by 1 month. Any one can justify how much loss in our business we had in last one month time because of only Just Dial services.
Over and all, they never called up us to update the status even not for their queries, we were after them to know the updates also what query they do have and accordingly sending them all details.
Now they are not attending our calls for a week period. Also if we are asking for their seniors contacts- they denied. We are really dissatisfied on they this type o[censored]nprofessional service quality.
Even we have posted complaint to their Mumbai division- but still their is no action taken from their side.

We are registered with this organization for getting of Marriage & catering service leads. we have booked with this organization in the High package of combo pack. Now we have booked for Rs. 1,20,000/- per year package. As they have promised while on the booking they will send minimum of 20 leads in a day. whereas they use to send non-related leads and they them self make the numbers of customers and send to us. We have several times informed to their office by way of mail also over the phone. There is no steps has been taken from the Just dial.com organization. They themselves made the internal competition between the caterers in the market. Please note that this type of very very poor service has done by this organization. Because of this company the caterers name in the market has been dropped drasticaly.
Please take necessary action against this organization.

just dial is askking for the service lead for platinum high preernce second dimond third gold fourth combo so we provide leads detail only 7 companys but he's giving 20 companys so get it the leads is very difficukty so dont go the just dial

i have an contract with the just dial namely "Diksha Properties"

when i done this contract, I clarify to the both, your sales executive
(Nisha Yadav) and pick up boy (Swapnil)...that this is not my acount
so do not hit the ecs to this account .. i gave you cancel cheque for
the ECS purpose after one week...

then this is not my account..then how just dial hit the ECS on this account.
i am again and calling just dial from may 2011. but no one from just dial pick my phone. Manager miss clensy is a hopeless.. she did't pick my phone..she was done duplicate sign of my wife...

After that hectic experience i am not interested to continue any
relation with just dial...So i inform them via email that kindly stop the future ecs from this Bank of maharastra Acoount....and also terminate the account "namely DIKSHA PROPERTIES "

But after that again ECS hit on 11th june 26th july 2011 just dial hit the ecs....
i am very much trusted from just dial.
please help me on that.
