Subject :- Salary Harassment.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I started working in Just Dial on 3rd March 2022 also I worked overtime on Saturdays'. On 31st March in evening I got the unprofessional excel sheet softcopy on whatsapp from my Team Leader (Sreeja) stated that I will get paid around Rs.4800/- (i.e. 24% of my salary). I called her but she didn't respond to my call, but instead she called me on whatsapp unprofessionally...

I am Amit Acharya, residing at Pune, Maharashtra.

For a family vacation On 9th of April I have searched for Amritsar outstation Cab service services on JUST DIAL.com.

I received test message from Just dial about multiple tour operator from Amritsar, I was contacted by person named “Harpreet singh” – Mobile – [protected], [protected], Office no mentioned on Justdial [protected] bearing address of office at Fhhara chowk, (opposite landmark Hotel) Near Golden Temple Amritsar, 143006 and Home Aadhar Card Address S/O Sukhdev Singh, PATTI ASSAL, Tam Taran, Punjab, 143416.

He explained me about the tour packages, I asked him for vehicle details and he provided images on whatsapp.
Then I have shared complete tour iternary on 10th April and he confirmed with total amount of 12000/-

He demanded an advance payment of 1000Rs to book the trip. I asked him to furnish his business account details and ID card, he shared the visiting card of Travel company named “ Happy Travel Amritsar” and “ Shared his Aadhar Card”, and shared me the mobile no for Google pay on [protected], I have cross checked the same mobile no on justdial website, and it was the same mobile no mentioned there too, which assured me as true information.

Then, I have transferred 1000 Rupees to his Google pay account on 10th April 2022 and He acknowledged the same, both screen shot attached.
Then I told him to call 2 days before departure, which was 28th of April 2022. He responded ok, and I assured about the trip booking.

On 25th of April 22, I call him, he did not responded on his mobile, I dropped a message with a reminder.
On 26th of April 22, I call him again, he did not responded on his mobile, I dropped a message with a reminder on whatsapp.
On 27th of April 22, I call him again, but he did not responded not to the whatsapp messages after reading the same, post my continuous call, he blocked me from his side.

Then, I realized that he defrauded me of 1000Rs and ran with all the money.

Same time I call Just dial and tell then all the scenario, they register a complaint and asked me to wait for 24 hour for resolving of complaint.

So far I didn’t received any call or message from any of the mobile no of that guy, but I received 2 other mobile no call on 27th for Same iternary and booking purpose, without even enquired on justdial.

First no is – [protected], second is [protected], both of them are asking money on same fashion, so I doubt and came to know that guy given them my contact no also, immediately I blocked both the no.

This is not about 1000 Rs, this is about the hard earned money we lose and trust we lose, how our people are doing fraud to someone who is believing them and wish to give them business to grow.

I have attached the screenshot of Google Pay transaction and his acknowlgement.

Please look into this matter. I need details for of the mentioned service provider. He’s address, he must have provided KYC documents to justdial.com. Request you to share the full address of this fraud business and mentioned person.

And one action against JUSTDIAL, to verify the business before listing on justdial.com, and Why shouldn’t the JUSTDIAL.com be liable for this fraud also.

I am taking service of just dial.com for promotion of my business for that they take registration charges & monthly ECS rs. 1180/ from Nov. 2021. as per there contract they promise to give me daily 2-3 customer but they are not fulfill there promise. so i have request them to stop the ECS, but they are not stop the ECS & i am not big business man to survive RS. 1180 per month for zero business.

We had contract with Justdial but due to bad services we have told them to stop the service ASAP but still they have deducted money from my ACC now we are following back with them for the same they are not refunding any money back to us we were not informed by sales guy about this. They are just fooling they customer and taking money.

After we get service started we are getting all fake leads who are not near to our requirement
This is only going to time pass. No value addition is given by just dial for business

My name is Rakesh Mishra, and I am the owner of OneUp Caretaker, a security firm. We purchased a package from Justdail that included registration, lead generation, and a website.
As soon as I was approached by Megha Kadam (Mob Num [protected]), a representative from JustDail, she made me an offer for 18000 plus GST for a year, in which she stated that I would receive at least 480 leads and a website.
She informed me that it would be filtered leads, with just those clients who require security services and not those seeking employment, and that the locations would be in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Borivali, as we exclusively operate in this area.
The agreement was finalised on March 28, 2022. Vishal Singh, a representative from justdail, paid a visit to our office in Dadar (mob num [protected]). I had to pay a Cheque for Rs. 3500/- as a downpayment, and the rest of the money had to be paid in emi of Rs. 1740/-. They assured me that service will begin after the first emi.
Since the service began on April 8, 2022, I have received 42 leads, but none of them have been of any use to me. The majority of the leads were for people looking for jobs, many of whom were from Nagpur, Nashik, and Delhi, and some of the leads were for services that we do not provide, such as investment, loan requests, and vehicle rentals.
I am quite dissatisfied since this is the second time I have invested in their goods, and the results have been the same as the first time approximately $50, 000 or more was provided to them, and I have not received a single rupee in business.
My request is for a refund my amount, as well as compensation if possible, as they have squandered my hard-earned money.

I just searched on just dial yesterday and received 30 calls till now . I am tired of it . Just dial should ask for permissions first . I dont wish to get calls further please remove my number

Dear sir, I have contacted PBC ELECTRIC AND HOME SERVICES, Ramamurthy Nagar, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh for AC INSTALLATION through Just Dial.

Mr Suneel proprietor PBC Electrical & Home services has collected 1500(installation)+3300(gas filling), total 4800. and installed the AC on 31st March..The very next day the AC Stopped working, I have contacted Mr Suneel, they came and they find out gas leakage was there because flare nuts...

I have recently received a call from Mr. Abhishek who works with justdial and he approached me to restart my package that I took in 2019 for business promotion. I told him that I am not interested still he kept on convincing me over the same I disconnected the call due to the same. He call me over my phone from his personal number that is +91 [protected] and have used abusive language and even using my personal information over Justdial and registering over different sites using my number.I am registering a police complaint for harrasment.

I tried to take one service from just dial. So I gave them my cheque in dec 2021. From then they are applying NASC in my account..I clearly said that agent don't send it to bank I will tell you the date.
After deducting too much money I got to know I tried to call their customer care many times to resolver my problem. Always yes we have stopped this service from our end. Even I recieved call from their complaint department and she clearly said to me we have stopped this service and you will not received any service from our end..Today my bank again deducted 3800/- from my account.. I lost around 12000 because they are not stopping their services. Kindly help me otherwise I will go to the court next time to recover my amount.

Just dial is continuously calling my number. I get calls from Just dial almost everyday (sometimes after 8pm also) for the company which I left more than 1 year back. Please stop calling and harassing people.

They deduct amount from my account in any period of time...they say that amount deduct after 1 month but the amount deduct only after 15 days..
And also they charged 2360/- for registration..
Within one month they charged about 4720/- without giving us any business..
They provide leads is 100% fraud...
Please try to not connect with Justdial..

I have opted for the JustDial service few years ago.

Now we want to cancel the service and stop the ECS debits from the accounts.

JustDial customer care is not helping with the cancellation procedure.

It is a scam. Whenever we call the justdial about this they say it is routed to concerned team and we get a call back that you request is being processed.

But nothing will happen eventually.

Please help me stop this ECS debit and cancel the service.

I gave my advertisement of my company Ortho and Neuro Physiotherapy Centre Silchar on Justdial on 3rd Jan..And after that Mr Ayan Biswas an employee of Justdial contacted me regarding the promotion policy.I assured him I will enrolled this offer later.Then on 3rd April I called him on his personal number which he gave me back then.He called me through Justdial and there we discussed and finally I accept to take the scheme of promotion and I told him after 13 th April I will make the payment for the promotion.But later I found out that from 3rd April to 14 th April my patients were not able to call me through Justdial.I started receiving complaints from my patients..Some contacted me through WhatsApp.On 14 th I found out the fact that my number got changed without my consent.I was not informed about it.I assumed there has been a problem with Justdial that's why I checked..But if I wouldn't have used my common sense it would have taken months for me to discover that.I am really offended by this..Justdial should keep employees who has a better understanding of how to correctly inform customers about every details.

I paid for the ECS on 20th March 2022 and the lead started coming on 25th March 2022. Now I got a call from the salesperson that your account is been stopped and no more leads will come. The date of the call from 6th April 2022. How is that possible if I am paying the ECS on 20th March then the lead should come till 20th April 2022. Then the salesperson said that you need to pay more money to start the leads.

We paid the next amount on the 8th of April 2022. Today is 13th and 2 leads have come till now. Every time I pay money this issue comes up. I have mailed this issue several times but you the customer care person don't even care to listen to this issue. I have been made fooled thrice and i have mailed this issue 3 to 4 times.

I have all the screenshots of the money paid and the screenshot of the conversation and the call recording as well.

The lead quality that I get is the worst. When I call the customer they say I have not enquired about anything in justdial. I too have the recording and the records for these numbers as well.

I need to highlight 1 important issue. I escalated this issue to the manager whose name is Mr. Prashant of the salesperson named Praveen but still, there is no response and the same thing is repeated again and again.

I think the company has a license to do fraud the people and they think no one can do any thing.

I received some wrong calls today saying that justdail gave them my ph.no.( in search of scrab material ph.no.) . As i'm a homemarker this disturbed me very much. So pl clear this problem.

I have been receiving numerous calls as my mobile number [protected] is listed as number for Sub-Divisional Office Uhbvnl Panipat on just dial.
Kindly stop the calls and remove my number from your database. Please note that this is causing me distress and should you not resolve this by return then I will be left with no other alternative to involve ombudsman

This is Dwayne Viegas with Smart Employment Services. This is to inform you, After multiple complains and follow up our issue is not resolved.

We had taken your service last year, but the services was discontinued within 14 days by Jusdial (Without informing us). After a year when we connected with JustDial and we was told that the service was discontinued cause certain documents was not submitted by us. My question is :
1) Why were we not informed about the disconnection of the service?
2) Payment was taken but service was not granted, and no refund. May I know why?
After we got in touch with 1 of your agents, As per him, he asked to make a payment. We did the payment as asked and the payment cleared from our end. Still no service. When I called him, he said will look into it. Its been 3 days and he aint answering my calls. Pls take this email seriously. I have also attached the image as proof that shows the last leeds date.
