Dear Complain and redressal team,
This is to record a serious complain and my experience with Just dial services. I am a new entrepreneur and started my digital marketing company in Jan 22. On[protected], I received call from Shalini ([protected], shalini.[protected]@justdial.com) and Ankit ([protected], ankit.[protected]@justdial.com ) being just dial employees to help me grow my business further and promised many things and services such as preparing a secondary website, digital page for footfall, 5-7 daily genuine leads, and flashing ‘Verified’ tag for generating leads and sharing with us for these services, on 6-3-2022, Jatin ([protected]) visited our place to meet us, took cash of 5000/- and cheque of 7080/- and ECS mandate.
He further confirmed that my cheque will get clear in 2 days and I will start receiving genuine leads around 5-7 daily and Just dial team will start working on tagging my name as ‘Verified’, making my digital page and secondary website and advised that my package is valid for entire NCR and for 3 months.
It’s been more than 2 weeks that Ankit, Shalini and Jatin are neither picking call nor responding to msg/ whatsapp. Have further enquired with Mustakim and he said me to stop ECS which was already debited and asked me to send mail to Just dial that to stop services since I will be travelling for 15 days. Here, my point is why should say I am travelling and not complain about persons while it should be eligible for genuine leads post my ECS debit???
Have feedback from many places about such fraudulent practice in Just dial to fool people, hopeful that it’s not right and I will get suitable solution for such pain and harassment
Please make sure that this is done else I will be bound to raise such fraudulent practice with consumer forum
