Hello Sir,
Sandeep chiplunkar here, i had open my justdial account for my gym training business. And after i shifted to village completely and i said them to stop my account completely and close my listed account permanently. After dt for six weeks they cutted my ECS charges. And ashwin patel (support team) he said now i had stop ECS completely and now why justdial deducted again and again 2 days my ECS charges was rs. 295/-. Please help me.

I am sushil tiwari everytime the telecaller of just dial harrassed me[protected] on my mobile no.([protected]) today i loss my 25800/- + Important document.. while traveling in train in distance of karjat to khopoli, Maharashtra while attend call by Justdial telecaller, i request to consumer forum take strict action and refund my money + mental harrassment charges appx 50000/- Fifty thousand

Last Saturday I called Justdial for grooming services, they gave my number to I don't know who. I recieved calls from n number of numbers saying that they provide services at doorstep at minimal cost.
I chose the one who gave me the best deal.
Then they asked for advance and I even paid them that knowing that it's Justdial, a trusted brand.
After that he didn't pick my calls.
Even the customer care stopped responding.
This is pathetic.

I purchased a business service from Justdial but the service I received was not the same I paid for.
The company representatives (Mr. Harpreet Singh & Mr. Gulshan Thakur) misguided me and after making payment I'm not getting satisfactory resolution for the same.

The company salesperson offered me "Pan India national listing" for Rs. 18, 096 for 3 years. I clearly informed that only local listing will not help my business.

Finally I paid the amount trusting the company and it's commitments.

After some time when I spoke with another company representative, I got to know that I got local listing only in my package. I filed the complaint for the same in the company, but not getting any satisfactory resolution.

Company said they don't have any refund policy.

They are asking me to take the new plan and pay for the National listing package.

I have raised complaint against the fraud agent. But i haven't got any resolution on that. I trusted that agent because he was registered on just dial. Just dial should verify everyone. This agent was running online scam. He didn't had any office on that location. Why justdial allowing such agent. Now they are saying we don't have role in that. So, anyone will simply registered on just dial and they will do fraud and got away, then who will pay the money.
I haven't got my money back yet, who will return my money.
Just dial also had role in that.
Blocking the agent is not the solution.
So any fraud agent registered on just dial will take money and just dial will simply block the agent in case of complaint.
Is that the solution?
I want my money back.

I’ve been getting 4-5 calls every single day for the past 6 months and I’ve requested everyday to remove my name from the directory and I am not interested but the callers just keep getting aggressive and one even shouted that I should hear what he has to say. I’ve even stayed on line to explain to the callers that I’ve been getting too many calls, I’m not interested and I wish not to receive anymore calls but to no avail. It’s sheer harassment now. I need the calls to stop completely and forever.

We request you to kindly stop this ECS mandate issued on our Punjab national bank account of our company Bakers Cottage. A/c no [protected].

Just Dial does not act on letters / phone calls and e mail and they cheat customers on ECS mandates .

Justdial team is fraud team they do fraud with everyone who r registered with them. This is request to everyone that pls don't register ur business with Justdial. Because first of all they register to you and after that they don't provide u jobs and deduct money from ur account without inform u. And after this they will try to fool you.

I have try to reach Couple of times since Past 2 Weeks, but no answer from Your end, I have purchased Just Dial Portal order form No :KA0122SE30328939, I wish to complain about Unsatisfactory service provide from Mr.Shamanth. I have purchased on 11.01.2021. I am complaining because I am unsatisfied with the portal result and it is not serving my purpose which I have invested it for . We can hardly find the matching candidates profile as per our requirements and all candidates profiles are old or they are looking for a IT .Even after providing new Host no update from Justdial Team, Its very disappointing that still Indians namely Portal Just dial misguide the investors and fail to serve the customer which they paid for .So i hence requesting you to kindly Refund the what we have invested on and Kindly deactive the same and stop the ECS from March 2022.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem and Refund it. If I do not hear from you within 7 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.

We like to inform you that we have stopped the services last month i.e. Feb2022 but company (Just Dial) debited amount through ECS without our knowledge

We want our money back as we don't want to continue the services of just dial anymore.

The company is just monkey making it didn't give any benefit to there customer

After having three times discussion with justdial also, he didn't return the money. Legal action should be taken against this guy.
He is totally fraud guy.

JustDial's executives said they would list the cleaning service I do on their website and charged me and after receiving the money they stuck to me for not doing the service exactly as they said. Then I tried to contact them about this and they hung up the phone and to this day they have not done exactly what they said and I request that there should be a solution for this. Please help

I have faced same problem I have ordered dummy from...Mr.mitul Shah, Goa Mannequins .I have paid ₹10000 to him on 12th March, 22..now he had switched off his mobile ...pls help ... otherwise I will file a case to just dial and against Mr.mitul Shah also ..

Today I searched for an architect on Just Dial for getting their contact number, then a person named Nandan Joshi called me from his mobile number [protected] and talked very rudely just because I didn't receive his call and called him back afterwards when he was busy on another call.

I request Just Dial to take proper action against this issue

Mohammad Akram who are sales representative of Just Dial, Manager Pankaj Singh both are fraud person, they gives wrong acknowledgement of packages services takes signature with contract n multiple cheque’s with Rs.2360/- n Rs.1180/- debited were ecs, then wrongly debited ecs with my Account and they blame we misbehaving those person on office, please do legal action with Mr.Akram &Mr.Pankaj both are fraud person legal advisory on Allahabad High Court. Or District Court, First legal information on Civil Lines Thana, Mohammad Akram mobile no .[protected] please do legal action with us.

Someone got in touch with my company after enquiring from just dual, where my company is registered. We called him back for Admission and then he confirmed 2 admission f9r his children. He shared he is from army.
At the time of admission for payment he sent Rs.5 to verify our acount..then he shared a.link for us to verify details and told us to press Ok if information his correct...immediately he duped us with 36k .

We have informed your company person about the same but he refused at accept and didn't respond.

Pls look into my complaint and do the needful.
We have 2 acount wd justdial, which we are going to close if our complaint is not resolved.
