It's been more than 4 days since failed transaction (jd id :- ORW3S5L6E4), and I am tired of complaining in customer through [protected] and [protected]@justdial.com, still these people don't even care to attend my complain, by saying we register your complain and relevant team will contact you. And God knows when they will contact me....

Just jaldi.com is not providing any service in warranty period. Ask charges for visiting. Make fool and fake warranty. Don't waste your hard money.. customer support person also talked very rude.. please don't buy any product from just jaldi. Com...

I wanted to cancel my ecs payment but unable to do it. when i called just dial customer care they just told me that the you cannot cancel it for 1 year and no proper info on given how to cancel it. Please help me. I am loosing money and also very dissatisfied with the service....

I dunt want to continue with justdial. as they continue to deduct money. i told their justdial person to cancel the contract. as ridiculously continue contract....

Dear team

One of your executive have missell 25000 approx, and he informed me you can stop ECS anytime.
I have called customer care team thrice for ecs stop, they have stopped the ecs, but after sometime they start deducting ecs again.

Kindly take the corrective action and refund my money in Kotak account.

I am already complained about amount deduction in my account without giving any services. But there is no response received from just dial from one year. When we called for cancellation of service's and amount refund they will put the call within second.
No one is there for talk to customers. They are only cheaters taking money from people without giving any services. Phone number [protected] & [protected]...

I am fed up of trying to find a number in just dial. when i look for a particular number, ten other similar people call up asking if i need rheir service. it is very time consuming, irritating & when we don't give them business, they are rude. other people should not have access to our number unless agreed upon....

Justdial is deducting installments and not starting services. They have already deducted 6 installments for 6 month and not starting my services. I have sent 4 reminders but not replying also.
