Hello, I have a complaint regarding lack of service from just dial web support team. Very lazy staff, long wait times and lots of technical issues. My domain was disabled even though the domain was renewed a while back.

My company Name is Key Institute situated in Ernakulam. For advertisement, Justdial executive (Joseph) contacted me on 25th May, 2021 and I asked them to do a trial of one month. I paid for one month and was asked to share bank details and OTP which I received. I was never told about any ECS mandate reductions. After 1st month and being dissatisfied with their services, I called the executive to discontinue the service. At that time, I was told that Joseph had stopped working with them. But, even after asking to stop all services, the ECS mandate which I hadn't even known about in the first place kept deducting money from my Bank account for another 9 months till 7th February 2022 on which day I happened to notice this unusual expenditure. I wish for a refund of the 9 months which I never approved willingly.

I was contacted by the guy Named : Prasenjit Bera stating he got my number from JustDial.com and he owns a company named Prasenjit Labour Contractor.
He shared details about his company's working and Then shared me the labour's aadhar cards to convince me and I did get convinced out of this.

I suggested I will hand them their tickets and will now pay anything upfront. But due to circumstances I was unable to get their tickets as there were waiting lists and i had no other option.
This guy Prasenjit said he will make their tickets and I should transfer the amount to him ticket was just 740 per head but I paid 1000rs per head for their tickets. Total payment handed till now 4000rs
He called me from station saying the ticket is expensive and it is 2200 per person and how it is a tatkal ticket. I agreed and immediately paid him 4800 more
Total money handed till now was 8800rs.
Starting this I had a different uncomforting feeling then I got one more call from him. This time saying the amount got stuck in ATM, I said I am not paying a rupee more at this point and he should handle it and not call me untill the men are on their way to here.
He requested me to talk to the guy sitting at ticket counter. The guy made it sound like he is ticket officer or something.
I told him to manage the amount from his friends... He then called me after awhile saying he managed to get 2000 out of 5000 . I agreed to pay another 3000
Total amount paid till now was 11800rs
Starting this I googled his name and came across a similar named guy scaming with similar tactics, only that time they called the guy next day and said they lost their tickets.
and today on 04/02/2022 I received call from same number, only this time it was a labour on call saying they lost their ticket and got caught by cops and I should pay them some amount. I immediately asked the guy to stop acting and stop the background train noises and return me my money.
This was all a setup all this time just to scam people out of their money.
JustDial checks no credentials and is handing out our Name and Numbers to scammers like this and us, normal people have to pay for it.
These Guys are really professional at acting. they will share their aadhar cards, pay background music like railway station announcements and train noises just to make you believe they are actually at station or in a train.

This is to bring to your notice that I have taken the franchise outlet. For marketing purposes, Just Dial company has contacted me to list my outlet on their website. A Gentle man ( Name Mr. Ayush contact number [protected]) from just dial visited my outlet and showed me the prices of packages and offered me a package of yearly subscription for which I have done the payment. For the profile correction phone number / Map location he convinced me that it will be corrected and at the same time he called up his senior team member Mr. Rohit Mann contact number [protected], and confirmed to me that this will be updated within 2 days.
Now, after almost 15 days of continuous follow up through customer care center / Mr Rohit Mann / Mr. Ayush, but my details are yet not corrected . Now form the Team of Just Dial; stop responding to my calls and messages .
I want to raise this issue consumer forum and require an immediate solution and need a proper investigation on those who have done the fake business commitment in the market.

JustDial is big scam and give you fake promise to get business from you. Once you signup, you have to close you account to stop paying them as their is no way to stop the ECS contract.

I will request every one not to support such scammers even for testing their service.

I had placed a request to stop my ECS to Justdial in September. They said that I had serve a notice period of 90 days. This was the mail that I received from JD -
‘Dear Customer
We have received your ECS Stop request on (15/09/2021) and we have accepted your notice for termination of ECS. Your notice period ends on (15/12/2021).’
I did that and called them again in December. The ECS dept executive said that you should’ve...

Justdial just makes money without any help. Beware of their marketing executives. Only fake promises. They said at very begining that we can close our ecs if ee do not like it. Now they are we have to pay half the amount then only the account will be closed. Why to pay our hard earned money if we are moreover at a loss with justdial.

I have made a contract with Justdial . I paid them 10620 & they promised me that from given 900 cities whenever a person makes a query of my category, I shall get their number. They claim that they get daily around 1 cr. inquires but I am getting only 1 or 2 leads. I have made complaints many times but they don't respond well. I want my refund now. Even I have all the proofs of payment & their promises.

I am the owner of Multitech Enterprises. I am listing in Just Dial last year 2021 that was expired on 30/12/2021. Then I want to renew that ID. But in Justdial they have 3 names listed on my same mobile no. I am told by his representative for I want only that ID who was listed Last year. Then suddenly on 14 Jan 2022, 6.30 pm Miss Jayshree Yadav call me and told me to confirm to start my business listing in the same ID continue as last year's ID. Then she starts the wrong ID listing. Then I follow her to change the ID I wanted but she does not answer me. and now she picks up my calls and did not reply. I call customer care no. also, for complaints but they also did not listen to my complaint. I am very tense about my payment 21240/-. In this pandemic situation, I paid a huge amount to Justdial but not anybody cares or give me service.

We consulted a person in Justdial for fan issue he haven't returned our fan and since he bought 500 as advance amount
