Dear Sir,
I opted your Service for promoting my property dealing business since 05.12.2012*

I got a good support but my business went totally zero right from pre pandemic period itself as you know property
Sale in Chennai has come to standstill

I requested your office that since I have no business, I won’t be in a position to continue your service and told them to Stop sending EMI clearance to my account with Union Bank of India but inspire of repeated request your office is not listening and continuing to sent the EMI Cheque which is retried by my bank and they are charting a bad image
In front of my bankers, have by a copy of that letter please intimate your commercial/account section to stop my EMI clarence and issue me a letter of closure.
In future when my business will get revamped, I will continue with your services.

We have registerd our company Casa Excluvia on just dial in platinum diamond gold position on 30 nov 2021 but still I am not getting any leads related to my business, instead i belive just dial has made me a lead whom they are sharing to there customers, who are calling us for there business asking for jobs work fake calls promoting products already 15 days of this month has passed with your false promises if you people have become incapable of meating your commitment or have become incapable of providing services then accept it any kindly stop my contract and refund my money. Immediately. The costomer relation callers mr ajibur sk and sunit Kumar mondal assigned from your end are irresponsible people just after payment they forgot about us despite repeated complains these people are not even bother to show any concern about any thing. This situation has forced me to write this complain.

Justdial is deducting installments and not starting services. They have already deducted 6 installments for 6 month and not starting my services. I have sent 4 reminders but not replying also.

I need my all money back and stop deducting installments.

Don’t trust this person md. Sirajahmed ac technician from boduppal he is a cheater he took money and skipped off here is the phone number - [protected] this is his number don’t trust him. Am requesting just dial to not to provide any kind of customer information to this person who is the thief

I have placed the order of power bank on 10th Nov, 21 &the order was prepaid as there was no option for COD.
I called their customer care on 15th Nov, 21 to check the status they informed me that it will be delivered till 17th Nov, 21.
On 17th again i called them there was a very rude women she informed me that power bank is out of stock and we don't have any policy to refund the amount & we will not cancel your product by our end if you wish you can cancel & we can't do anything about this and don't call us again & again and after that she blocked my number.
she was very rude.
I requested her on whatsapp to deliver any other brand's power bank but she didn't reply me.
After that i requested on their site to cancel the product but they refused my cancelation request as well.
They are not replying, not delivering my product and have blocked my number too.

Now my money is blocked.
They are fraud they are making people fool to place the order and after placing they don't fulfill it and block your money.

L How to get rid off stupid calls from Justdial.com customer relationship team. I have been explaining them not to call me for about two years. I still don’t understand why they continuously contact me, though I told them directly that I don’t need their services anymore.

Without my permission how can you update the listing the shop owner is shouting me all time due to this. My business is close and I called you 10 time for removal but no action taken from your end.
Your intention is only to harassing business owner.

I had called JustDial to get the contact details for a specific riding school. Next thing I know, my number is circulated to different art classes in the city and my whatsapp being flooded with messages from different businesses and call logs flooded with calls from these businesses.

It is really scary how my number was shared across in a matter of seconds. This hampers my privacy. And is also against TRAI rules for data privacy.

This is to bring to your notice that Just Dial has been wrongly [ and without my authorisation ] advertising my consultation charges as Rs 800 on its website. The actual consultation charges are Rs 2000.

I have no deal or tie up with Just Dial to either advertise on my behalf or to give appointments to patients at my clinic or to dispense any information regarding the services offered at my clinic [ IRIS EYE CENTRE, Juhu ]

One of my patients was led to believe that my consultation charges are Rs 800 based on what he read on your website. This has lead to a misunderstanding, which is completely unacceptable and entirely due to incorrect representation on Just Dial website. I insist that you immediately stop advertising my consultation charges on you website. Do remember that I do not have any business tie up with Just Dial and therefore you do not have any authority to misrepresent me or my clinics services without fact checking with me.

I expect an immediate withdrawal of the erroneous representation of my consulting charges on your website along with an apology for unauthorised advertising with false claims.
If this is not done, i will be compelled to institute legal action against JUST DIAL for making false claims and misleading my patients

As per just dial Rating was showing 4+ for "Diagram laptop repair shop in lamington road" .
They have cheated me and I had went there after looking at review from just dial.
Now I have Rechecked the reviews in depth so it's fake 4.8 rating by justdial just based on 3 4 comments.

Please stop giving such ratings as it creates high loss of customer's getting cheating and losing their hard earned money.
I have given 0.5 star for the shopkeeper but it is getting deleted again and again and shop person has kept just 3 4 good ratings and deleted remaining 120+ to show overall good ratings.
Kindly resolve on priority and I will be tracking this if it's not resolved then I'll take it legally as there is loss of customer's referencing just dial

I had searcher for party makup artist near my area and I am getting call from the all parts of city.

I downloaded the app Just Dial for my statup business promotion. They ask payment method for promotion, monthly or yearly. I have choosen monthly pack 499. But now i checked it deducted 12000 rs. And there is no mail or any updates about payment. I have message and bank record of deductions. I called many time to just dial complaints office but they do not respond and everytime giving excuses.
