I had taken a lead plan from Just Dial 6000rs in August month 2021, While taking the plan, I was told that I would get 10 to 15 leads in Dealy, It's been 2 months today, I see zero lead, but I haven't received any lead yet. So I cancel my plan and go for refund of payment....

The seller has not recd the payment even after 1 month & consequently i have not recd my consignment.
A complaint lodged thru Twitter & Call centre has not been responded.
This tantamounts to breach of trust & fraud under law.

Please refund my money

I had been taking marketing services of Just dial since 2017. In January 2021, I met with an accident and had fractured my right hand wrist due to which had stopped their services temporarily for two months. The employed people had told us that they will not cut any amount from us for these months. In place of that they deducted our deposit amount for these two months without informing us. Now they are not ready to give any reasonable answer towards this action. Neither are they sharing any phone recording or any proof to justify their action.

My name is listed as a magician without my permission with my address. The number is not my number so I couldnt change it. I reported this several times but there was no response.

I receive a call from just dial ever too often and would like them to stop calling me. I do not want any of their packages and would like this harrassment to stop immediately....

I have just enquired a number on just dial but have not post any query or subscribe it. Since that recieving 2 or 3 calls everyday from various agent saying that they got my number from Justdial. Please direct Justdial to resolve this issue.

with reference to in detailed discussion and complaint raised, by name Mr.Imran who did glass work for my new Company setup is a Big fraud and cheater, his quality of work is very poor as a mutual trust i paid complete amount of agreed to complete work, but now he is absconding and not responding to any of my calls whatsapp messages . attached is the proof . request to refund the amount i paid inr Rs.40000.

I was informed that SMS service for leads will be discontinued but I will keep receiving the emails. Now since quite some time I am not receiving emails nor the Leads page is getting updated. My friend called for my category and my number was listed to her in the what's app, but even after two days the email regarding the said call has not come to me nor the leads page is getting updated and we are missing out on business.
We want to cancel the contract and give us our refund after adjusting the pro-rata days if you have discontinued the email and leads update services.

I was approached by a JD marketing agent for paid listing of my business. I was reluctant to spend on it but he convinced to try for 3 months & later if not happy then service can be stopped. I paid online for one month & allowed for autodebiting for two months. After third month I called customer care & told to stop debiting, .. I opted to stop ECS in JD app also. Even then ECS deboting continued. I gave complaint, wrote a mail, gave hand written letter directly to marketing agent to stop service & stop ECS. Even then again money has been debited from my account.
I want REFUND of total 10620/- rupees which were debited from my account even after 3months said period & after repeated requests to stop ECS.

I have enquired for transport services in Delhi on just dial on Monday 1 November around 3 pm.

One of the transporters claimed as Sharma Transport company approached me with phone number [protected] as Deepak Sharma.

They told me they got my lead from Just dial and agreed to render services for me and asked for a token amount of Rs. 1000 via Paytm.

He shared a Paytm scan code which was registered with The name of Swati Suman on Paytm.

I made the payment and since then this guy blocked me on WhatsApp and all my calls.

I raised this matter to Just dial as they are sharing our information with frauds without the background verifications.

Just dial is not responding here.

I was searching for some spa's around my place. But after registering got many calls/messages from people doing illegal activities.Please block my number so that I won't get any calls in the future

On 16th oct 2021 mr umang maheshwari (+[protected] from just dial in udaipur city visited my office for my website (rideons.in - [protected]) renewal, he told me that me that it will cost total amount of 20060 for life time website renewal and 1 year os SSL for website including GST.
he sent me a link for payment and i made payment from my credit card with EMI option of 20060, after that he said i will configure SSL to your website with in 2-3 days. i asked him after 2-3 days then he said you can also do it with the help of web support.
when i called to web support ([protected]) they said u don't made any payment for current package in which your website is running, they said that mr. umang has activated a new package on your another number [protected], now you have to configure domain on that package and upload product agin, i said i already did on that website from outsource who took around 18000 for that and designed my website, now who will do that again, they you have to do that because of mr. umang did a mistake you have upload each and every product again.
i took website renewal and SSL for Diwali sale
i lost so much business because of misleading and fraud commitment
and i did sell my product through amazon and i amzon charged fee on sale.
now no one is taking responsibility for my loss.

We had ordered TV via justjuldi.com on 2nd Nov21, model VU TV. We received call from [protected] saying model is no more available and we need to pay 4k more for a different model. We asked them refund the money, the guy in the phone refused to refund and said money would be in the credit section. So we asked them to send the tv. He said will reach in three days. This is a dead company and we need to get back the money. Please help

I searched for a spa center in ernakulam, Kerala on 08/10/2021. But by mistake I opened a spa's profile. Now I am getting unwanted calls and messages. and its really disturbing. kindly remove my information and data from the site and make sure I never get called or messaged again regarding this.

Gave very poor quality of services and i paid agreed full amount now he is not responding my calls and messages. Request to blocklist his services in justdail and reimbursement of the amount i paid

We had taken package for Rs.200000/- for tax consultant, i have proof of mail wherein they have confirmed us that we are under ca catogory . But we recently came to know 2 months back that we are not under ca category.Hence we are not getting proper lead .

This is false commitment and we would like to lodge a complaint on the same

Dear Team,

Aakash Arora from Delhi office came to our office to deal with us.

As per the deal we were supposed to pay Rs. 25000 for the package and we opted for Rs. 4671 per month through ECS. This amount was supposed to be deduct as per leads consumption which we have received 5-6 per month in actual. Please find attached herewith the proposal given by you at the time of deal.
You have deducted Rs. 4671 through ECS from February to October 2021. We have paid for 9 months x 4671= 42, 039 instead of 25000. Please return the extra amount immediately which you have charged by mistake or intentionally.
We complained many times but nobody is there to respond, we are very disappointed with your client services.
We would like to discontinue the all services from justdial due to poor customer service, wrong commitments, not responding our calls.
