On 16th oct 2021 mr umang maheshwari (+[protected] from just dial in udaipur city visited my office for my website (rideons.in - [protected]) renewal, he told me that me that it will cost total amount of 20060 for life time website renewal and 1 year os SSL for website including GST.
he sent me a link for payment and i made payment from my credit card with EMI option of 20060, after that he said i will configure SSL to your website with in 2-3 days. i asked him after 2-3 days then he said you can also do it with the help of web support.
when i called to web support ([protected]) they said u don't made any payment for current package in which your website is running, they said that mr. umang has activated a new package on your another number [protected], now you have to configure domain on that package and upload product agin, i said i already did on that website from outsource who took around 18000 for that and designed my website, now who will do that again, they you have to do that because of mr. umang did a mistake you have upload each and every product again.
i took website renewal and SSL for Diwali sale
i lost so much business because of misleading and fraud commitment
and i did sell my product through amazon and i amzon charged fee on sale.
now no one is taking responsibility for my loss.

We had ordered TV via justjuldi.com on 2nd Nov21, model VU TV. We received call from [protected] saying model is no more available and we need to pay 4k more for a different model. We asked them refund the money, the guy in the phone refused to refund and said money would be in the credit section. So we asked them to send the tv. He said will reach in three days. This is a dead company and we need to get back the money. Please help

I searched for a spa center in ernakulam, Kerala on 08/10/2021. But by mistake I opened a spa's profile. Now I am getting unwanted calls and messages. and its really disturbing. kindly remove my information and data from the site and make sure I never get called or messaged again regarding this.

I called for kitchen service.. Dinesh ([protected]called me for it &came on 20 oct21.. &serviced of chimney.. At 11am..same day at evening.. At evening there is noising come from chimney.. Gave very poor quality of services and i paid agreed full amount now he is not responding my calls and messages. Request to blocklist his services in justdail and reimbursement of the amount i paid

We had taken package for Rs.200000/- for tax consultant, i have proof of mail wherein they have confirmed us that we are under ca catogory . But we recently came to know 2 months back that we are not under ca category.Hence we are not getting proper lead .

This is false commitment and we would like to lodge a complaint on the same

Aakash Arora from Delhi office came to our office to deal with us.

As per the deal we were supposed to pay Rs. 25000 for the package and we opted for Rs. 4671 per month through ECS. This amount was supposed to be deduct as per leads consumption which we have received 5-6 per month in actual. Please find attached herewith the proposal given by you at the time of deal.
You have deducted Rs. 4671 through ECS from February to October 2021. We have paid for 9 months x 4671= 42, 039 instead of 25000. Please return the extra amount immediately which you have charged by mistake or intentionally.
We complained many times but nobody is there to respond, we are very disappointed with your client services.
We would like to discontinue the all services from justdial due to poor customer service, wrong commitments, not responding our calls.

I have registered under your membership in the month of March. This membership has been provided to us by your Sales Officer at my Business location. As per your Sales Officer Payment for this membership has to get paid in 6 EMI's of total amount 9600 (approx)

We have paid all those EMI's from my linked Current Account. These EMI's were supposed to get close in the month of September, but Today I came to know that Still MY Account is getting hit of ECS from Just dial side, If my EMI's close last month than Why my account is getting hit of ECS this month also. Why the wrong commitment given by your Sales Officers ?

I need my refund back to my account for this month and want to discontinue my membership with you. Kindly resolve my issue on priority basis.

We got a call from a Manjunatha G, +[protected] representing Preethi Home Nursing Services when we browsed JD for a home care attendant. He said he can provide a person and wanted the advance to be paid to his personal account. When I did not agree to this and wanted to meet him, he asked me to come to Sri Ashwini Old Age Home where he gave me the receipt from Sri Ashwini Home Nursing Service for the advance payment for a caretaker. It looked like he was working for Ashwini Home Nursing since he used their office and receipt book. Next 2 months, the receipts were from Ashwini and Preethi home care respectively. Of these 3 advance payments, he has paid the caretaker for the first month, not paid yet for the second month while the 3rd month ends in 2 days. He does not pick up my repeated attempts to call him, nor has he responded to my request for call back since he is required to provide replacement. Please block Manjunatha G and Preethi Home Nursing Services from JD.

The subject is- he called several times, I haven't picked his call as I was busy in other work. Then he started bullying in abusive words. I am a owner of a company. Kindly short this out ASAP. Otherwise I will move to court for this behaviour.

After making banner payment, so support from the beginning on editing the banner of our college. It’s been 3 months and there is no support at all

Metro Pan card services didn't give birth certificate despite repeated reminders. Just dial is not able to take of complaint till date.
He gave one week commitment and after 4 week, the work is not done. He is fraud and do not show any evidence of work done.

is baare me, mene just dial co. me last 10 days se lagatar call kar raha hoon, lekin customer care me koy bhi mujhe thik se answer nahi de raha hai...aaj mujhe aisa bola gaya ki, aapaka contract auto renue hua hai...matlab abhi aur paisa do, jab ki pahele hi already jyada paisa le liya hai & service 7% di hai...& co. ko mere pass se cheat karke aur paise chahiye...yah bahot bada scam company kar rahi hai...

Got the number of gujarat delhi samajh from just dial the number was [protected] wanted to book rooms in the lodge and was guided to fill up a form for details and deposit a token amt of 1000 but the transcation done was of 24238

There was 2 just dial employee came to my office . 1 was male and other was female. When i refused there package lady executive told that this person need trial package and we are very big company we don't provide trial package. She said this person don't have money to pay that's why he is refusing. Lady was arguing continuously, To stop conversation i asked male executive that i am not agree with your package and i don't have much time as i am running manufacturing unit please leave my office. Lady employee started telling me loudly why are you asking to leave to female. You took appointment so its your duty to buy our package. They both were arguing loudly. Male employee said ether just dial is not useful for him or he is not useful for just dial. they were arguing continuously and it is not good to sale package.
Please take necessary action against them..

I have given complaints to Justdail about Janata Garage car general service cheated me amount Rs 9000+Rs 2000 (petrol ) amount

Based on Justdail services feedback i had discussed with Janata Garage about my Car General Services .. When i was called Janata Garage about my general Car services is amount RS 3500/- But they have charged around Rs 9000/- and also they used my car petrol around Rs 2000/-

I have proivded negative feedback to Janata Garage through via JustDail and i have got call from Mustafa from Janata Garage that he is threating me to remove negative feedback from Just Dial port

I have given several compliants to Justdial but there is no response Just dial
I am really upset about JustDail services which providing public services with transparent

Ankur Jaiswal, the Proprietor of Vishwa Darshan Tours, Ranjeet Apartment, 1st Floor, Chinar Park, Dashadrone, Sukanta Park, Rajarhat, Kolkata - 700136 (Behind Lila Devi Memorial School), took Rs. 1740/- being advance for making a Birth Certificate of my grand daughter 3 months back. I have send all the documents required to procure the Certificate from KMC, Kolkata. But in vain, he failed to do it and moreover when I asked him to return the sent up documents and paid up fees. On my demand, he refused to return me the same. I come to the conclusion that Ankur Jaiswal, Vishwa Darshan Tours is nothing but a scammer. This rascal opens his company only to deceive innocent and needy people taking the advantage of their simplicity and sanctity. Please take caution and enough care before handling this type of swindler.
