My Story:
I contacted this Jagannath Transport Agency(Contact person: Mitrabhanu Lenka) to ship my bike from Bhubaneswar to Barbil. He charged me 2200 (transportation + packing fee), all in advance.
He handover my bike to other transport agency(Great India roadways) WITHOUT paying any transportation fee.
Now, when I went to receive my bike from Great India roadways godown they asked me to pay 1500 rupees. I told them I already paid 2200 to Jagannath Transport and showed them money receipt but they told this agency fooled you, they didn't paid any transportation fee.
At that time Jagannath Transport Agency didn't pick my call so I have to pay extra 1500 to Great India roadways.
Later, when I contacted Jagannath Transport Agency(Mitrabhanu Lenka) regarding this extra 1500 charge, He told me I will get the refund by next evening. After that neither I got the refund nor he picks up my call anymore.
After few days I added a review in Justdial regarding this fraud. Today I again called him but he didn't pick my call. I found another number in his Justdial account, I called on that number and he picked up the call and when I asked for refund, he told me "You have already added the review in justdial" then cut my call.

Kindly note that i submitted a query for providing a list of web site developers on 01.092021
Within half an hour, mr. Parikshit bajaj, called me and told me that he had received my details from justdail.
He collected 8000 in advance towards the development of web site and assured me that he will develop and provide it within 3 days.
He is neither responding to my numerous calls nor returning my money.

My Money not Refund it of Rs. 1211.00 for me order number 'BPD9D9L6' done on[protected]:35:32 for ClassicComponents has been processd not accept but my money block it please my money refund it

We have called Just Dial so many times to stop the services, And since last 1 month we have been continuously following with them to stop the service. They reverted back with the message stating that ECS will not be deducted for a month. But we asked for stopping it completely Still they are deducting amount on monthly basis. And on contacting them back they are behaving like they are clueless about the previous call conversation. There executives claims that they are the senior most in the hierarchy and not ready to give escalation email id or contact details.
On the contrary they mention that we need to serve notice period of three months, and after three months we again need to call and ask for the same. Since they are not maintaining any call history. How can we assure that they will not come back with the same clueless behavior about our request.
It feels so dishearten to see JustDial is doing forgery with the people to make money.

I am getting repeated calls from HDFC and Bajaj Finance. On further enquiry, I got to know that Justdial is supplying those numbers to them. I registered for DND service. I even raised a complaint against their portals in their websites, yet to no avail. Kindly remove my number from your database as I do not want to receive any such spam or marketing calls.

For example: Today, I received a call from +91 [protected] to opt for HDFC personal loans, pragathinagar, Kukatpally branch, Hyderabad. I spoke to its branch manager Vinod (HDFC Employee ID: R113), who confirmed that Justdial is selling data to them

Before selling The Plan, he said on 1st position you will get 1 Minutes Buffer time, after 1 Minutes lead will be sent to other position holders..
I Am not Getting the 1 Minutes Buffer Time, and the Other position holders are Grabbing the leads..
Now In the Peak Season Time What i Invested in Just Dial for...
Mr Gaurav Said There is no option, There is no buffer time between 1st and 2nd position holder, and all Position holders Will get same Opportunities
So I Am not getting any point Of holding 1st position and wasting my money on it,

My business was registered with justdial as M.S Immigration Consultant, near Prime Tower Jalandhar City. The business has been closed more over than 3 years ago and i have put several complaints to justdial to kindly remove the account from your portal as the contact numbers mentioned on the same are not active/in use anymore also remove the photographs attached as well.
Hence, kindly remove this business listed on your portal ASAP also delete all the photographs attached into the same as it is no longer working.
Would appreciate your swift response on the same.

I dropped a query for website developer on 19 Aug on Just Dial & received various call from many vendors. However also received a call from Mr. Parikshit Bajaj.

I finalised him & paid him initial 2500/- to start work, Now he started giving lame excuses and keep on delaying...

I had purchased a plan from just dial as the representative Mr sonar promised a lot but once ecs started he never showed his face.All the promises were fake nothing like that happened.
With great difficulty I stopped the ECS mandate but after 2 months they have activated the same and money has been deducted without my consent.This is cheating and Fraud from just dial and I want a legal action against the person who did this

I have connected to Justdial for ad. My account was not verified so many days I have been struggled.I have stopped business and O said deactivate my account on Justdial. They didn't deactivate my account every time they are taking my amount in my account.useless services. They give values to customers hopeless service

I started my office in the name of Loan & Financial Center in Ghaziabad.
Just Dial is a fraud company, it will start your contract by taking money from you and will stop it later and will say that your paper is not in accordance with my policy that's why your contract has been closed, I have done this with me for promotion of my company. I had signed a contract with Just Dial and its executive was Rahul Sharma, he said sir, you pay by credit card, your contract will start immediately
I made the online payment, after ten days after that my contract was canceled that the address where your office is on GST should be the same address only then my contract will start. I asked the customer care people that when you already know the policy of the company then why did I start my contract then why did I take money. return my money The customer care person said talk to the person who has taken the money. There is no refund policy in Just Dial.
Service of just dial people is also bad my office is in ghaziabad will send me inquiry of bihar.
Will send the inquiry 50 km away from the area where my office is located, whereas the executive of Just Dial said that you will get the inquiry within 10 km of the office. And if you complain to the customer care people, they will say no, this inquiry is from your area. What is the logic, a man comes to Ghaziabad from Bihar and goes to Bihar immediately after making an inquiry in Just Dial. Most inquiries are not related to work

On 6 th Sept . 2021, Just Dial provided me the tollfree number of IndusInd

Bank - [protected] which turned out to be chargeable . As a result Rs. 16/ - was deducted from my VI phone balance .

On contacting the customer care of Just Dial they admitted the mistake but refused to refund the amount .

I am an astrologer by profession so i wanted to expand my business through advertisement as one of the executive from justdial contacted me anf Misguided me. They promised to give service but after the Payment was made at a time for 1lakhs 7 thousand rupees they are not responding.

We are following up since long now after requesting the removal of the contact numbers which are displayed on the website. The contacts are super personal and we want to get it removed asap. But the customer care does not responds even after multiple calls and more than twice raising a ticket for the same.

Looking a way forward kindly help and get in touch for further details.

Employees are not taking care especially naresh sharma who don't care for clients and only interested in taking sales .. even complain many times but no reply frm there side irrelevant lead's capturing of data 'competitor leads search' I'm planning to stop the ECS

We have taken package of justdial in which there employee fraud is by telling that we will receive daily 7-8 leads regarding our business but in actual it has been nearly 2 months have passed we have not received a single genuine lead regarding the same and employee is not taking our call his superior also not taking our call they are avoiding us and taking our money totally fraud they have committed with us.
