I am running.yoga centre in Salem Tamil Nadu. My centre name is Lotus Yoga Temple. Two years ago I advatised through Just Dial for one year. They detected through ECS till now(More than one year). I called them and asked to stop using my ECS. Till Now they are obeying and detecting my money. Please order Just Dial to use my ECS detection .

I would like to advertise in just dial about my clinic.

I consented for three months listing of my business in just dial & paid for the same but money has been debited for fourth month also without informing or confirming if I wanted to continue the services or not. This is blatant cheating. I want refund for the same.

I was looking for opthalmologist Dr. Atul Seth, Eyemax Super speciality eye clinic at sea woods. just dial has shown me slots of 15 minutes each between 9 am to 8.15 pm. I booked my slot at for 3 pm. But when I reaches the place and contacted the doctor on telephone, he stated that he has no more deal with just dial and just dial is misleading patients by giving wrong appointment.
Due to this irresponsible act of just dial i wasted my time as well as money to reach the place.

I am anuj from delhi, i paid for your supreme package of Rs15300/-+ GST18%=18054/- with invoice no.-DL0821SN10275003 on date[protected]. For my firm “Shree Jee Enterprises”
I am facing many issue with my leads and my catalogue. M not getting relevant leads and there is no option to mark as irrelevant and the details of leads showing wrong like location and their requirements. There is no proper specification that what is the requirement of customer.
It has been totally one week that my catalogue is not get done. I am calling your agent Mr. Gaurav yadav to design my catalogue but he said he didn’t get time nd i called him many times regarding my leads and catalogue but there is no response from him before i paid he used to call me everyday in routine to purchase the package. I told him that i want to opt for monthly package as starting to know about how is the service of just dial. But he said the monthly package is too expensive nd there is 5000/- charge for designing the catalogue. But now there is no response. Worst service i have ever seen that their is no hearing of customer. I am not gonna use your service more.
So please m requesting you to cancel my invoice and initiate my refund as soon as possible. I am totally sucked with your service.

I subsribed the package on just dial for B2B. But there is no work is going on my id. And i call many times to the agent he always said that it will be done by today or tommorrow but there is no hearing. Before, i subsribed the package he used to call me like in routine but after subsribing there is no resposne from him totally waste of money to subscribe on just dial. They don’t listen to your concern and i paid to just dial but they are not working on it…. Worst service of just dial, worst staff totally fraud work. I want refund of my money which i paid to just dial.. Don’t wanna use their service. Totally waste.

We are receiving calls from customer on phone however No notification on msg, email or lead section of just dial page, we have sent multiple emails & calls to customer service however no resolution has received even after 20 days. Need your urgent help to resolve the issue as we are facing business loss from last 20 days.

Hi team, this is regarding the leads which I am receiving on call however I am not receiving any messages or email for the same.no lead is reflection on JD app leads section as well .I have renewed my plan on
17th july .No lead can be seen on leads section till date 18th july .No leads can be seen on lead section till date.please do the needful to remove the glitches which is occurring due to which no leads is visible .Waiting for...

This to mention that Samarth kitchen trolly Dhanori proprietor VINAYAK SALUNKHE has taken 25, 000 from me on 3rd Jul'21 for making modular kitchen (trolly and box) but the work not completed till date (after 1 month), where he has committed to complete it within 10 days.
Now he doesn't pick my phone nor reply on messages for pending work. Also his shop in Dhanori is already closed since long.
I had contacted him via just dial only.. hence the responsibility of just dial lies here that how just dial has allowed such a defaulter on his website who cheat people by using just dial platform. ??
Please arrange to refund my remaining money as he has fixed only trolly where overhead box work has not been done.

I have also made a complaint on NATIONAL CONSUMER FORUM portal against him. If I don't get response from just dial side then I will be forced to make a complaint against just dial as well as I have already registered complain twice with just dial also.

I found this tiffin service on Just Dial, the srvice provider i.e. Neeru Kitchen contacted me an offer me a monthly tiffin service and ask me to pay in advance. As i found this service on JD so i assume that there is nothing fishy or fraud and I pay full payment in advance. But after few day of service they stop the sending tiffins without informing me, and when i asked for my my balance money they ignored my calls and msgs.This Kitchen is also registered with ok credit. I request you to please help me get my money ie 2160 back and block this kitchen from doing such fraud.

Previously my mobile number was registered as queens beauty parlor contact number. It use to belong to the owner of queens beauty parlor .

But I have taken that number five years ago .
When I first got call from justdail about beauty parlor.
I made them clear that it use to belong to beauty parlor.
But I have taken this phone number and it has no connection with any beauty parlor and I don't run a beauty...

I have purchased a package from Justdial representative Mr.Pawan kumar for Rs. 23000/- including GST.
FOR which monthly installment of Rs.4671/- for five months through ECS. They have deducted six installments from my bank amounting to Rs.27982/-. When I raised the concern the team leader Chanchal says that we donot refund money.

I request to please stop ECS and refund the excess money charged.
Due COVID and lockdown situation there no business not getting any response from the Justdial .

Within fifteen minutes of enquiry, Mr. Parikshit Bajaj Cell Phone No.: [protected], of hdwebexperts, Called me and told me that he had received my details from justdail.

He collected 4, 000 in advance through UPI towards the development of Professional dynamic website (as per contract offer given and duly accepted) with and assured me that he will develop and provide it within 2-3 days.

He done nothing with my website and shown me a theme of someone else as my website, I asked for my credentials without any prejudice to move on with any professional developer but for now even after four month he is not providing my credentials (Domain was owned by me only before signing contract with Mr. Bajaj) nor he is providing my money back.
