1) I am working as a professional HYPNOHERAPIST and PSYCHOLOGIST. And also providing my services as a CRIME DETECTOR to Gujarat Police Department since last two decade.
2) I am your client since 2015. I have purchased your NATIONAL LISTING services for my business named INDIAN HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE for LIFE TIME by paying Rs. 60, 000/- (Sixty Thousand Only) on Dt. 31 – 08 – 2018 for my professional development.
3) At the time of registration / payment you were promised me to provide your services (life time) across all cities of India without any barrier (As per my earlier experience).
4) Initially, I was happy with your services till April 2019. Because I was getting 100 to 170 leads in a day (As per your promise). But gradually number of leads reduced to 10 to 20 in a day! And from last 2 month it is reduced to 0 to 3 in a day! All this is shocking for me.
5) I am having 100 + categories and as per your word you are showing my brand in 1200+ cities of India. Then how it is logically possible that there is NO LEAD in a day / week !
6) I have all proof that you have deliberately reduced my visibility and searchability in your system. And that's why only I am facing the above-mentioned problem.
7) Since last 2 years, I am complaining regarding this lead issue. But till today you have not resolved it. Even i have sent an email with all above points along with video proof, but you have not replied any point till today ! This all is your unlawful action. Now, I feel cheated by you.
8) It is my humble request to REMOVE ALL RESTRICTIONS and restart my services as per the promise you gave me at the time of payment I made for the LIFETIME NATIONAL LISTING. So i can get the leads as before. OR follow my legal notice (sent via an email)
