Am a small businesses woman from kolkata.. A couple of few days ago, the marketing came to talk about the continuation of the service and instant issuing of cheque but i didn't wanted as by business is closed due to covid inspire they forcefully made me issue a cheque inspite of requesting them as I didn't had that much amount in my bank account, and they gave the cheque as a result, by check is getting bounced again and again.. Even after I gave the cheque, I was going to the office to collect the cheque but Mr Chandrashekhar Khan threatened me not to go... Everytime I call and request him, he threatened me telling to do what ever I want... Am really very scared and very very disappointed about this act.. If he further threatens me and if my cheque bounced again, I have to issue an Police case against your marketing agency Mr Chandrashekhar Khan, from Kolkata.
I request the whole Justdial team to help to get out of this terrifying situation .. Is this the way you treat you customers during a time of crisis and problem or it is because am a new business woman ??
Kindly help me out of this situation.

I made listing for a service industry on JD, I observed that the company is taking its customers for a ride always and it is high time for all o[censored]s have to bring the matter in front of the media . They never keeps their commitment, they collect order for some and they put the banner at irrelevant position. Its a shear waste of money as I observed from my experience.

Despite regular telephonic conversations and subsequent repeated requests, the name of the organization against contact no.[protected],[protected] has yet not been updated. The name of the organization should be Directorate General of Health Services instead of Director General of Health Services as reflected on your website. Being Central Govt Organization, the department has to get in touch with many foreign Dignitaries for discussion over control mechanism of Covid-19 pandemic in India. However, the department has to face problems in during verification of our organization just due to wrongly abbreviated name of the organization on Justdial website.
Despite many calls no fruitful solution has been received yet rather whenever just dial is called, every time a new timeline has been provided for updation in the name of the organization. Unfortunately no support has been received yet to an eminent Central Govt Ministry/ Department that is directly engaged in Covid-19 pandemic control mechanism.
Therefore, it is once again requested to kindly update the name of the organization on your website as Directorate General of Health Services instead of Director General of Health Services

The agent was fake and provide me fake ticket and it's been I week I have been asking for help in customer service but they just say they'll arrange a call back and nothing is happening so shame on u people such a petty service provided if I don't get any solution from here I'm raising this issue till top because I'm fed up

Just dial new rules and regulations are where bad service is not like it was before now the company is just collecting money no service there search application is very bad and the product listing is very small

My hospital “Dev art ivf & shachi Women’s hospital “ is registered with just dial . But I want to tell “Just dial is the worst company & cheater company, i ever seen” . Till i pay just dial no phone calls are coming on my mobile phone (even though i gave them my hospital landline numbers) ., now I didn’t pay to just dial, every day 15-20 wrong number calls & fake irrelevant calls are coming on my personal mobile number which is [protected] .
Please stop this of calling me on my mobile number, otherwise i have to go to custemer forum .

I have written several email to stop ECS deduction from my account but still there is no confirmation to stop our ECS. Company took contract for marketing my business. Took 3 months down payment as well as 2 EMIs deducted. Receipts shared immediately and mail recieved that contract was activated but Still 2 months later the contract wasn't activated and after repeated follow ups I am not getting a solution. Manager handling the case is totally unaware about the contract and payments done as well as status of leads. And this treatment after doing business with hem since 4 years. Very dissapointing.

i was subscribed to 12 month (organic sarathi ) 12000+gst Plan paid 4720in advance and till jan 2021 the ECS Should have been completed
but still from feb- march deducted 1180 each month and april there was attempt to deduct ecs but it failed due to less fund in account
why extra ecs is dedcuted after Jan 2021 and for April 2021 bank will charge Ecs bounce charges also
i will want complete refund with the bank fine amount

मेने just dial को already contract किया था और 29500 का cheque दिया था. आपने वह चेक समय पर नहीं डाला. जब मेरा बैंक balance कम था तब डालने पर चैक bounce हो गया और मुजे extra चार्जेस लगे, उसके बाद भी मेने आपको ऑनलाइन पेमेंट भेजा 29500 का उसका screenshot भी आपको भेज रहा हू. जब कि मुजे पूरे महीने कोई leads नहीं आयी फिर भी मेरा आज ecs कट होता है. ऐसा क्यु
मुजे मेरा ecs आज के आज रिटर्न चाइये. या फिर मुजे आप मार्केट के Rates के हिसाब से इंट्रेस्ट charges दो. वर्ना मे आपकी official कोर्ट मे complaint करूंगा. मुजे आप किसी भी तरह मेरा ecs रिटर्न करो. मेने भी सामने किसी और को payment cheque दिया हुआ है. पहले भी आपकी लापरवाही की वज़ह से चैक bounce हुआ है और मेरा cibil रिकार्ड खरब हुआ है. आप तुरंत मुजे revert karo.

One of its client Named RICHA promised me that she will give me a tele calling job but she asked for processing fees 500 i paid her 500 rupees after that she told i will be interviewed in within some hours by a mam or sir if i get selected they will provide me a new SIM CARD form thier company and they also asked me for some documents like adhar card, PAN cars, and photo. But unfortunately no interview was taken and then i tried calling her many times and even messaged her (RICH) she answered only few times and told me that she is sick and she told her MAM to take my interview but reply never came from her MAM then i tried calling RICHA again but till today she is not answering my call not even messages. So please let me know the truth of this company is it fake. Please help me get out of this situation.

An year back I signed contract with just dial. Within two months covid19 pandemic started. Our business also closed by that time. Immediately I called to just dial executive and informed the current status. He confirmed that he will stop ecs payment.

And every month am calling for stopping ecs but till now no action was taken.

I don't know how to stop.
