Dear Justdial,

I cancelled my ticket but my money was not refunded.

I had asked for a bus ticket booking at Justdial on February 23rd. *"Gurunanak Tours and Travels, Chinchwad, [protected]"* call came that day, according to our discussion and trust on justdial. I had sent money through Google Pay for Trimbakeshwar tickets.

The next day, on February 24, I received 4 tickets via email. But the bus was going to reach Trimbakeshwar 2 hours late. So I cancelled all the tickets.

On February 25, the third day, I demanded my money. He says I will book a return ticket. but he's not properly response my phone from February 26.

On February 27, I filed a complaint against him on the justdial. He said a callback would come from the complaint department within twenty-four hours.

On March 2, I inquired about the status of my complaint to justdial.

on march 3rd, received a call from Justdial, connected to call seller but call was interrupted in seconds

Mr.Vijeeth, with Justdial ID card approached us for Business. I told him we are not doing any online business and also promotions are taking care by Marketing. He asked for mail id to share proposal. I had given him visiting card to share the proposal to mail. But he started registering the details in website. I told him to delete the details and he told he cannot delete. Then when i asked him to leave my place, he was refusing to leave and threatening me i will complain.

This is not the right way of approaching a customer for marketing and threatening him.

My email address is [protected]@gmail.com this is the 3rd time this is happening previously also the same lady mamta from just dial called me back to back and told me that I will get guaranteed service from my area only I had paid ₹8000 down payment but I did not even receive a single rupees business from just dial all leads were coming from long distance my business category was for car wash why would someone come from 60kms distance to get his car washed from me all leads were irrelevant though I did not pay ecs but my downpayment was wasted...
This time again the same lady started calling me till 2 months she continued to call me back to back non stop even after me telling no due to the previous bad experience and loss which I made in just dial...
This time again she convinced me and guaranteed that I will get leads I just need to pay downpayment of ₹2000... I paid the downpayment and now she is telling I will have to pay 2000 more if I want to start the service company policy has been changed..I have sufficient recording and proof... I asked her to refund my amount since my service is not started till now I have paid the downpayment 4 days back and at that time she had promised that service will start immediately but till date service has not started... She is not ready to give back my downpayment she is telling it is not possible..

I start a marketing package for my business a one decor, but no calls recd till date and not able to understand the app system, as atul and trisha said you will recd calls, but till date i don't recd a single call.
pls stop ECS, as discussed and recd a mail from justdial. and refund my money

I am a customer of just dial . On 26 Jan 2020 I booked a advertisement to just dial with one time payment of RS 1200 including GST, in which I was promised 1000 leads and free catalogue service. But till date the set is not given. On the contrary on my mail to Kolkata customer team I receive a shabby reply that this service was for B-B cust and not for B-C customer. My question was why the same was not informed when selling the service to me. Further on further questions the team tactfully said they have forwarded to marketing team and it's almot a weeks time no Cally more revert from marketing team so far . An I dealing with a world renowned company or some road side firm . Is this the fashion you deal wiith ur customes .
I am very disappointed ande unhappy.

To add to this I got a call 2 days back from another Kolkata representative about another advertisement I wanted just dial to promote . again this gentleman kept on pushing me to avail the service as the company is giving free catalogue system.

I am not able to understand whether this service actually exist or not .

Request to kindly look into thy matter and revert me .

I was just doing enquiry for transportation service and this particular vender abused me.
I aspects only that justdial take strict action against this vender.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription on call with JustDial since a long time but they just disconnect the call everytime I do so.I am charged 2600Rs every month and the aount is getting auto debited.Help me cancel this subscription and stop the auto debit....

Justdial intrude into my privacy. I opted out from just dial still they pass on my number to the third party. At 3 40 Am i get calls from people saying they got my number from just dial. I had enquired about something. This is not acceptable. I don't want justdial to interrupt and interfere in my life. I just want to block just dial completely from my life. I don't want justdial to pass on my number to the thord party.

Issue, my bank account details changed and I submitted all the required document to Just dial local representative, but still payment debited from my old account resultant ECS Bounces 2 time. then i am trying to reach Customer care to regarding the issue they told me go to cs Department but cs department not respond or connect through toll free, i did 5 time email but not getting single response from just dial, even local just dial representative not picking my call, customer care not sharing compliant escalation matrix, really felt tired with just dial services, now we planning to stop all the services. and never recommend to any colleges to go with just dial services.

as per our request we had strictly asked you, more than three months ago, to stop our services and stop deducting from our account.
how can you still cut from our account charges for which we had long back asked to discontinue.
this is malpractice.
neither you reply to email nor you call and ask about services to be continued or not,
and you misuse our bank mandate.
this will compel to take legal action .
stop our services and dont deduct from our account .

I have buy a business listing annual plan on justdail. They provided wrong information about the plan. Now i lost my all money due wrong info provided by them. after multiple try with them they are not listening.

I got a call from just dail regarding paid promotion. I am getting multiple calls and an executive is arrogant and disrespectful with me over the call. I’ll file a complaint on this at consumer forum for bring disrespectful with me. Here is the number i got a call from[protected] time 10:40 AM 23 feb 2021.

I took ur subscription on 11/08/20 for 1 year supreme package. But, now it is showing expired within 6 months only. According to your representative, there is some fault of your agent regarding payments. But, I have paid the full amount.please look into this asap. Please find attached invoice and contact asap as I m trying contacting since a week but no satisfactory response from your side.

We have called for a plumber on JustDial. The justdial company recommended some plumbers. We called one among them. First Day he came and agreed to do work. Second day he came and gave some estimate around 60, 000 rupees and an advance payment of 30 thousand. He robbed the material and never called back

I am dhiren khawas, I was booking Indigo air ticket from chennai to Bagdogra on 19 Feb 21 in the evening . Ticket could not be booked but an amount of Rs 32045/- was deducted from my SBI account. I had called many timeer to customer care of just dial but amount has not be refunded so far.

I wnat to cancel our subscription plan, but these people are not cancelling from past 6 months. Every time i call their number, they make reasons not to cancel it. It’s a fraud company.
