I have requested for an advertisement as "aadith interiors" for enquiries related to interiors and committed for a monthly payment of 2500 from oct 2020, unfortunately, I have been deducted twice in a month and more than the committed amount also .kindly cancel this order as well as reimburse the extra deducted. Though I have informed on your toll-free repeatedly from my number [protected] no action or acceptance responded. hence I request you to kindly close this and resolve.

I had contacted to the customer care and told about I’m not getting any business so I need to stop my paid partnership with justdail..!
Some of the representatives called me from just dail and they told me that they will stop giving business once if I ready to take another partnership any time I can call but after they told that they had stopped everything but what’s the reason to presenting cheque’s n doing that bounced ..!
My cibil got damaged ..!
When they can’t give business y I should pay ..!
On October 2020 one of their executive called n told that everything is cancelled on your concern ..!
Why they are presenting cheque’s after cancellation of paid partnership...!

I took "Grab your Leads" from Justdial . When making the payment of 25000/- the executive Elakkiya and Eswar said that the leads will have a option "Grab your leads" and you can select your customers and cash will be deducted for that. Now the leads are automatically grabbed and they are deducting the cash for the customer to who I have not spoken. I have several mails but no response or action taken. I need a resolution and my cash should be refunded.

Justdial Payment ECS Stop Fraud/Scam

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Anil Choudhary.I started my services with Justdial a year back and I continued for a complete as I was getting bussiness but in month of January 2020 I wanted to close bussiness with Justdial as I am was not getting enough of what I was paying the conversion rate of leads were also too low so I decided to close business and I called customer service of Justdial and requested to close this service. I was informed that my request I noted they'll close my business ASAP but even the next month I was charged with my monthly bill and again contacted them they asked told me the payment was billed because of ECS. So I requested to close ECS.
Now it's been 6 months they charge with every month I have called them thousands of times and also mailed them but they do nothing just making fool of me. I cannot afford to pay them any more. Now they are becoming abusive on call and telling me some rules which I was never informed about. Please help me with this problem.
This is right now the biggest fraud going in in india. Justdial is Scaming innocent people like me.

I am pappu pasi, I search detactive agency ar raipur from Justdial and forund best rated detactive name R S detactive from ur site.
After calling them I gave my case to him and paid money Rs19000/- for my case, he told me I'll give report within 15 to 20 days. But after 20-30 days he is not responding and his number is out of coverage area. This agency is doing fraud from people by taking money for cases and not responding to them.
Please help.
This type of agency are playing with imotions of people.

I am a member of just dial from October month, January will the 4th month. I want to terminate my membership as my business is closed I have mailed just dial on 30 December 2020 and request them to cancel my membership as my business is closed, I also mentioned that my website and google listing is closed also. they called me and ask me to wait for 72 hours as the team will verify everything and terminate my business. Company Justdial doesn't give any intimation about overtime in their interviews when i asked up-frontly they said whenever there will be over time it will be announced on floor

Dear Madam / Sir. I am working with Reliance JIO at Kayamkulam, Kerala office as a warehouse in charge. I have been getting many calls from customers to my official number since 2019 onwards. The customers are getting my number from JUSTDIAL site. Kindly note, for any kind of customer complaint, the customer need to call 198 which is company's official CC number. The number appearing in JUSTDIAL site is my official number which is not at all a customer care number. Kindly delete my number [protected] from your site so that we can avoid such unwanted calls. I have made position contract with just dial bathinda . I was assured 4 th position, for which I have been charged 11, 328/- approx, but my position is given to some one else . And when I complained abt this the head mr Mukesh spoke rudely and even after my repeated reminders no one have visited to resolve my complaint. Also when ever I call the person mr Jaspreet or Mr Happy OR THEIR HEAD MR. Mukesh they say we will come in evening to resolve the matter . This is hampering my business and also my trust for JUST DIAL . And Mr Mukesh says do complain at customer care number don’t call us . Also all employees speak rudely.

This is for my business in lonavala After making full payment I have received service from just dial only in the beginning for 2-3days after which till today I have not received even a single enquiry... And it's been above 3 days I'm just complaining and there is no result.
These people just know how to take money and after that no service and no response..

I already requested to delete the existing number on my business listing "Darshan Medical Store" and add new one I. E. [protected] but it's still not processed. In fact I aslo emailed the same from my registered email id I. e. saurabhgoklaney.[protected]@gmail.com to [protected]@justdial.com

Justdial.com is a fraud. My business is registered with them for the new leads and for that they charge payment through ECS. I've asked them to stop the ECS in July, 2020 as my business was not running properly because of the lockdown. I mentioned clearly that don't start the ECS without my permission in future. But then also they started the ECS in the month of November, 2020 without my concern. I called their ECS department to check that why they have started the ECS without my concern. I asked them normally to close my ECS and return the amount which is deducted from my account without my concern and the justdial staff said that we can't return your money but you can use the leads which are getting generated. My concern still remains the same WHO GAVE YOU THE PERMISSION TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. And she had no answer for this.

Hi, My name is Srinivas I have approached just dial for the job opportunities. I have received multiple numbers and names of the consultancies when I have called them no response and no answer from them.

I have received a wattsup message from a number with the name OUR CONSULTANCY and MS FATIMA had texted the information with the processing fee Rs 500 and registration charges of Rs2500. I have paid for it. After making the payment no proper response from her and her subordinate say she is not in the office when. They see my number and don't lift the call. If they lift the call there will be no response.

I SEE THIS IS A FRAUD CONSULTANCY AND NO PROPER GUIDANCE HAD PROVIDED TO ME AFTER TAKING Rs 3000 FROM ME.
When I am calling no response they are not giving any proper correct information.

I am writing this email to you as I have been defrauded by your employees working at the Delhi branch, Shubham Singh(Certified internet consultant at JD) and Abhishek. I have been involved with just dial for some time now and my company's name is Crystal Dry Cleaners and Dyers. I had signed and provided a cheque worth Rs25000\- on the pretext that all the outlets owned by the company will get the JD configuration downloaded and my staff taught the basics o[censored]sing it as well. Mr. Abhishek failed to do both and only one of the outlets have the said configuration. Not only that, he had promised to deliver the service by 30th December 2020 after which he would submit the cheque on 31st December 2020, however he submitted the cheque on 30th only and did not deliver on his promise. Furthermore, Shubham Singh and Abhishek have been ignoring our calls and refuse to interact at all.

I urge you to look into said matter and take necessary action. These employees have ruined not only the reputation of Just Dial but also the relationship we had with the company as we are no longer interested in doing any business.
