Subject: Scooter theft/Fraudulent case by Transport Company (Uniway Cargo Packers & Movers listed on Justdial (GSTIN: 07APJPC9848L2Z9 – Chand Dahiya)

I, Tauhid Reza Malik, through your website, I would like to report Fraudulent case against above mentioned person/company and recovery of my scooter.
On 5th Dec. 2020, I had booked a Honda Activa Scooter (Reg. No:DLXXZXXXX) from Delhi to Matigara, Siliguri through Mr. Vicky Dahiya who sent Mr. Abhishek to pick up my scooter from my house in Delhi.
According to our deal, he agreed to provide tracking number to deliver scooter in 5-7 days at doorstep with 2800 for all charges. I paid him Rs. 500 as advance and rest amount at time of delivery. After continuous follow up, he did not provide me any tracking number.
Yesterday night (9th Dec). Upon his insistence, I paid him Rs. 1000 by Google Pay and I asked to give me his driver number or your transport office location so that I can coordinate. He failed to provide anything and in the morning he sent another bill of Rs. 7670 to pay. Then I realized something fishy and suspected fraudulence therefore I told him that I cannot pay anything without seeing my scooter physically at Siliguri. Realising that all list of companies are verified by Justdial before posting. I found his details on Justdial and contacted. I have voice record and whatsapp chat as proof.
Now I am desperately seeking kind assistance to recover my scooter.
Hope Justdial willl verify and take necessary action to recover my scooter. Before necessary action, I am expecting a call from Justdial.

Its been 16 days and yet we haven't received any mail of apology.
I had received a call from Data Department by a person named Mr. Dhananjay who helped me out with the complaint i had posted (JustDial.com Complaint Status Update [ID: 2775262]) and gave me a reason through telecommunication of why and how this had been done and had also assured me by saying that Justdial will reply you on mail with an apology and with proper justification.
Till now I haven't received anything and have been keep on calling to Mr. Dhananjay but he hasn't picked any of my calls nor called me back.
It's a request to Please take this seriously and reply at the earliest.
