I ciosed my business on 11/12/2020and sent mail to [protected]@justdial.com Mr Vinotharputharaj visited and noted the contents, Isent request to stop ECS on 11/12/2020.
Hence I REQUEST YOU TO CLOSE LISTING IN THE WEBSITE AND STOP ECS WITHOUT FAIL.

I have visited just dial website through Google account, I was looking for transport for baramati to phaltan I checked details on just dial site, after that I received a message from just dial thanks for visiting us and immediately I got call from 2 no's,

Manish satara, he booked the transport with us taken advance of 5000 rs and later he told that he is unable to take bookings and will return money to us, he shared fake NEFT details and then he stopped receiving calls,

My question is how this fraud person got my no.tbrkugb your link and I need my money from just dial, further because of just dial no other customer should suffer from fraud calls

I need immediate payment I have all evidence with me

I am writing this email to you as I have been defrauded by your employees working at the Delhi branch, Shubham Singh(Certified internet consultant at JD) and Abhishek. I have been involved with just dial for some time now and my company's name is Crystal Dry Cleaners and Dyers. I had signed and provided a cheque worth Rs25000\- on the pretext that all the outlets owned by the company will get the JD configuration downloaded and my staff taught the basics o[censored]sing it as well. Mr. Abhishek failed to do both and only one of the outlets have the said configuration. Not only that, he had promised to deliver the service by 30th December 2020 after which he would submit the cheque on 31st December 2020, however he submitted the cheque on 30th only and did not deliver on his promise. Furthermore, Shubham Singh and Abhishek have been ignoring our calls and refuse to interact at all.

I urge you to look into said matter and take necessary action. These employees have ruined not only the reputation of Just Dial but also the relationship we had with the company as we are no longer interested in doing any business.

We are listed on Justdial for a long. but we are not satisfied with the quality of leads generated by your service. As we are getting fake inquiries we had to listen to many complaints from the customer which harms our reputation. We have got your reply on 22nd December where you have rightly mentioned about the 41 leads generated by your side.

The main purpose of our was to get qualitative leads and to get a boost to our business. Which has not worked for us till now. The main concern is not to get more leads but not to get fake leads. We get leads that are not interested in the type of business we are doing or they have just not inquired for anything. We do not accept any hindrance in our business like this.

We have invested much in Justdial and we haven't got a return yet. We have complained many times and need to get a refund. This issue can be solved without any legal requirement. We hope you will soon look into it.

Khan Salman - He fixed our washing machine with guarantee of 1year. But even after fixing, every month the machine is not working and when we try to connect with him, he doesn't pick his call. This is totally waste of our money and service is poor.

Some fraudsters are using just dial platform to make a fraud, I received a call (so called lead) and while talking to him I can understand that it is fraud call. His no. is [protected]. pl block him and if possible arranage to grab him to save further fraud call to just ial customers his name appear as Sahll.

I'm not getting leads, I was paid 14000 rupees, no earn any single rupees from your JD platform. My money totally garbage.

Ones I was take packege your JD executive not responsible my business or even my phone call,
Your company such a very poor service or take money from innocent vendors and no give lead business even also not refund policy.

I am very disappointed to inform, that I am getting nuisance call's from Just dial regarding Solar system for the past 3-4 months.

I request kindly put my number on DND from your end, do not want to get disturbed anymore now.

I have found that my personal number used by someone named called Mr Ranjeet to contact for query.. I was searching for the best schools in maharastra. Found that given Mr Ranjeet contact number was same as mine. Please reconfirm with Mr Ranjeet and display it in public. Else all thr query will come to me and it will put me in mental trauma.

This website was created without any login credentials from demo sites.I am unable to login or make any editings.So please remove this website from your listing.This company is no more functioning.

I was looking for broadband service providers in my area so i called justdial company on 02/10/2020 to obtain details, soon after that i started receiving calls from broadband providers to inquire about it and all of them stated they do not provide service in my area, i also received call from +91 [protected], that person named Surender Aggarawal claimed to be from MTNL company and informed that they do provide service in my area, therefore i asked him to visit my house location, which he did the same and took Rs. 3000 from me for broadband installation and service, in cash as he said they do not have option to take Paytm or online payment, he also showed him fake details and provided with the fake receipt and the request reference number, also advised that the broadband installation will be done the same day once he will raise request.
I waited for the whole day and called him he eluded, i tried to validate the request number by calling MTNL several times however couldn't get through to anyone there.
I also called Justdial company to raise complaint against the data forgery as they have leaked my personal details to a fraudster, however they didn't take any accountability.

Also i've gone through internet to search for this kind of fraud and i found that Justdail is not keeping customer's data private as this kind of fraud is been happening to other customers as well.

I would like to raise complaint against Justdial for not keeping the customer's data secure and they share details without taking permission from customer moreover they do not validate it the data is being shared with the registered companies or not.

Also i would like the fraudster to be tracked down so future fraud could be prevented.

my contract is active i am getting leads but all my leads are getting wasted because he told that he will come and provide proper training
All my leads are getting wasted and daily giving excuses and not coming for training and doing false promises.
it is not matter of money only but trust which people do on Just Dial
Please take strict action on this.

Mr sahil from kolkata called me and shared me details of the servcie justdial offer and i paid the amount of 7080/- and upon the campaign when it was started it was something else then he commited

I closed down my business and sent gmail to [protected]@just dial.com on11/12/2020 In the website I entered (listing) business has shut down. But my ECS and listing (photon lights)has not been cancelled so for.
I informed about my ECS cancellation to the executive, They informed me to pay 2 months balance.My request is not to say about such as customers are waiting or my statistics of my business should not send to my whatsapp or gmail .Because I closed my business why should you send matters to the customers.Yousimply keep quiet .Without having any business I shall pay my dues( upto 10 months ECS deduction no customer has not bought my product)

Dear Sir / Ma'am,

This is to inform you about a company named Apex Enterprise located in Kondhwa Khurd, Pune.
There 2 different companies with the same brand name that is Apex Enterprises - 'Paint Dealer Shop'(registered on Justdial) & second Apex Enterprise - Manufacturing of FRP Doors (Not on Justdial).
The second company is my father's company which is into manufacturing of FRP doors and contact number of my father and photos of Visiting Card of our Company had been added on profile of 'Apex Enterprises - Paint Dealer Shop'.
Due to my several complaints since 10th of December, 2020 on Justdial to know about the details of 'How was this added, Who added this and When were this added' & to remove these things, Justdial removed the contact number of my father & the photographs of visiting card without giving any details of how, who and when.
This is really a serious issue as a complain have been filed on us that is on 'Apex Enterprise - Manufacturing of FRP Doors' by (complain filed by) 'Apex Enterprises - Paint Dealer Shop' claiming that we (Apex Enterprise- FRP Doors) added these photos without anyone's concern.
Now we here knowing the truth that this wasn't been done by us are trying to know about how was this happened.. if it was by a technical issue of Justdial then there is not a problem but it is necessary to know about the details..
PLS NOTE- that the photos of the visiting card and contact number of my father ([protected]) have been removed from Justdial but still we want to know about how these were added..
For reference, SS of those pics and contact number have been added.

My mobile number [protected], 2-3 times a month get a sms from JUSTdial that i have requested for services like:
1. Sofa cum bed dealers
2. Color coated roof sheet
3. Guns

As a result followed up I get calls from corresponding businesses and i end up wasting a lot of time on attending and telling them i didn't made the inquiry for same

This looks like a spam nexus of justdail to give fake leads to business and charge them with a yearly feee.

I have called up justdial and informed of the situation but they have not done anything yet.

Due to the information given about my mobile number & email many calls a rising to me so, please unsubscribe me in just dial. So please cancel my subscription to justdial i should not get any calls from justdial and i have got all the informations in the justdial i tried many ways to unsubscribe but not able to do so please unsubscribe me or delete my account from just dial

Someone else is faking my identity with just dial due to which i am receiving all the unnecessary emails.
Please look into this as soon as possible.
