April 23 I paid amount for just dial banner . That amount debited two times in my account. Already I complaint about it. 7 months delay... Please refund my amount

I told many times to cancel my ecs with justdial today again my amount debited, this happened thrice for me.justdial agents said we can cancel after two months anytime.i said many times still happening the same, u had nearly 10 people known to me has suffered same .

I have been contacted by Just dial employee Mrs Afreen Shaikh to do a paid registration for my proprietor company IT Care.
I paid them Rs 4750/ for the product PACKAGE, when i further checked my profile it was listed under BANNER.

On complaining Just dial thousands of time on emails, phone i am not getting any response and they are not responding to my phone calls, messages, emails or any other medium.

I tried contacting Mrs Afreen Shaikh, Mrs Jayshree Yadav, Mr Sachin Naik, Mr Nadeem Khan, Mr khaja Moinuddin...none of responsible person is replying...

This is fraud and cheat done to me...kindly help at your best possible way...also there should be legal monitoring body by goverment how these organizations works...just dial is playing with many small people hard earned money...

On October 2020 I had already informed by mailed to juststial for stop my ecs payment and discontinue the contract due unfruitfull service as promiced by Just Dial and also loss of tourism bussiness due to COVID 19 income source is zero. once the ESC is has bounced they discontinue the benifits of contarct, But they are denieying to stop ESC and also for discontinueing the contract, they told me on telephonic conversion that the contarct period is of 365 days and you can not discontinue. If you want to cancel the contract you need to pay all outstanding of future ESC.They didnt stopeed my ESC, I paid a October ESC 0f RS 1375 via payment linked share by JD executive, till the ESC hitting at my bank and fine of RS 1500 is on account for already paid ESC. you have not stop my ecs payment. Really very disappointed. Please look this matter on top priority basic. Details: Campaign Budget is Rs.13988 for 365 days Paid Amount is Rs. 14221 for FEB to OCTOBER Awaiting for your urgent response.

On 21 Oct 2020 I am ordered one cake from Merwans. Merwans not getting payment of Rs. 410 from Justdail. So refund Rs. 410 back to my account as soon as possible.

Having tendency to make fool and suck people. Be aware before visit. Will change more than actual...

When we ask for packers and movers. There comes a number with name Prabhakar Reddy. One of the worst guy I have ever seen. He calls immediately to find the details and never sends the vehicle for the client. I ask u to immediately take an action on that ### who made us to wait for a day to get the vehicle and finally he haven’t turned up. I request just dial to please accept the company s who are GENUINE in their work but not the waste people like Prabhakar Reddy which actually makes to lose faith in the GENUINE people. Thanku .

When will you stop ECS. Which is supposed to stop by May 2020. Still you are presenting the ECS. Everytime we call your representatives taking time to resolve the issue. We are losing money.
Every thing is clear from bank side.
Today i.e, 28oct2020, called to JD ECS department, they are asking time to confirm this. Not getting proper answers from the representative.

Not getting leads and tried alot to get solution but no one is ready to give solution.. Also sales manager(Sunil Dube) not receiving call..very bad service I'm suggesting to all don't invest money on justdail.

I have registered my business with JD in Aug till september it was going well but after that on 15th Sep when my ECS date came the amount was not deducted from my account and i got message that ECS has bounced.

I got in touch with customer support regarding my query they told me to wait for next ECS date, because i was not getting leads. On 15th Oct ECS deducted from my account and again i got connect with CS they told me to wait for clearance. On saturday i got 3 leads and after that till now i didn't get any lead. SInce Sunday I'm continuously calling in JD to get solution for this problem but no one ready to provide the solution.

JD has worst customer service, when i call in JD and ask to transfer my call in leads department my call gets disconnected in 3-4 sec then i have to make call again it repeats for 5-6 times then i'm able to talk with CSE.

Today is 5th day when I'm trying to call them continuously. Same thing happening every time.

I'm frustrated because of that.

After connecting my call with leads department I talked with Avdish and told him concern, he said he would clear the concern with seniors and give me a call. Now its 24 hrs has passed and i didn't get any call from his side. Today i talked with Himani also and she said same thing thet she would call me in 30 mins. but she didn't.

Now is there any responsible person who will solve my problem. Or JD has liers in its department.

Worst service from JD. I won't suggest any one to register their business on JD.

Now further i don't want to continue my relation with JD, I want to end up and also want my money back which JD has steal from my account on the name of business.

We contacted Sagar Parge for his nurse and wardboy services. His company is unregistered. He clearly over charges and extorts money from unsuspecting patient's families and takes a heavy daily commision from the staff he sends. When we wanted to discontinue his services, he theatens to come over to see who will work in my elderly parents home. Justdial should ban this person from their database with his unregistered company with no formal contract. No one should liase with him in future.

I enquired any online transporter for Tuljapur from Pune, But after few second there was 6/7 phones on for truck for transport,
in which one of them asked me as do you need truck ;I said no ( No truck ) then was very hyper & abused me lot ; why you enquired on just dial.

Thus Just dial has no system to verify exact need ; Just saling leads to several customers.

Just dial shared details of Pooja Gas services in andheri on 20th October 2020. That guy was extremely over charging for stove repair. So we asked him to only change the gas pipe. He didn’t fit the pipe properly which lead to gas leakage and he also intentionally broke the valve in stove. Which will now cost us extra money. Such a third class service and worst reference given by just dial. I want complete damage cover for this.

We had called up just daily for sending courier to USA. We got few numbers and some one name as Vivek Singh called from pacific courier. He claimed that he will give the best rate and the parcel will reach safely. He cmw and picked the parcel without giving any receipt and I did the google payment to his account [protected]@yb. Is this a genuine lead from your end. How could this guy connected us when we called up just daily.
This means there is something wrong in the system operation. Client data from just daily is been leaked out to frauds for minting money.
I would publish this news about just daily on all social platforms. How ridiculous and irresponsible JD could be.

We has to courier to USA and we got his link from just dail. This fellow picked the stuff which was 15kg and charged Rs 6900. Now this mans phone is switched off and there is no tracking. Can you please help us how to trace this man. Or please help us in reaching this man. He is a mere fraud.

Prett Singh Kotta is a fraud seller from Jaipur Rajasthan. He called informing me that he deals with paper cup raw material and got our contact details from just dial.

After so many conversations through a phone call, He sent me material price details of the material believed him and transferred money through net banking and no response from him until now.

This is regarding my previous mails to just dail there is no revert regarding my request of cancellation of my ecs . Since last seven months during COVID19 PANDEMIC as there was no business at all everything was stopped in this situation also still my ecs payments were debited from my accounts . So I request you to refund my total ecs amount ₹8187×7 Total ₹57309/- for last seven months I had a word with Mr Sourabh he was arrogant please train your staff well how to talk with customers politely i also was asking for nodal officers number he refused to give me. I don't want to continue with just dail services any more I have not given any consent to continue please stop all my ecs payments i wouldn't be interested in future business also with jutdail as we are receiving lots of fake enquiries which are not relevant to my business. I have received text messages & emails from Justdial pvt Ltd which says Justdial is continuing my ecs transaction for my services which I don't want to continue. I have attached the screen shots of text messages & email.

So I request you to discontinue my services & stop my ecs transactions & refund my above mentioned amount.
