From last two months, no one is there to help me. Each time your marketing person says that your changes are done but he makes a false statement always. Your services is the worst of all i am taking at present as you have persons just copy pasting a reply to all my mails, without understanding it. I need a complete refund of my package bought.

This mail is in regards to our business registration with justdial that happened on 22nd june, 2020.
We registered our interior design firm under the name of the urban elements studio with just dial in order to receive leads.
We were promised by our executives ; samir and shelva kumar minimum one call per day and maximum 5 ; rounding it upto guaranteed 22 leads a month.
We did a personal meeting with shelva kumar as well and there was a complete assurance on the same, after which we deposited ₹8, 000 for this annual scheme.
1. Forget about one call a day, its been almost 2 months and theres not a single call.
2. There was not a single call to even give us an assurance that the payment is received by you.
3. My partner and me have continuosly been whatsapping, calling and messaging samir and mr. Kumar and apparantly they are way too busy to respond to a single call or text in past two months.
4. Repeatedly been calling on your helpline but all in vain. More than 50 calls were made and every customer care executive promises us a callback and a refund from your leads department but again no response yet.
This is really turning tiresome and very unprofessional from your end.
We have never been associated with such unprofessionalism from any company throughout our careers.
Requesting you to kindly look into this and please initiate a refund of ₹8, 000 right away.
This will be a last initiative from our end to get in touch with your team and if no response is received we will surely have to personally charge a fraud complaint against this matter.

Hi this is anchor and entertainer harsh saxena from gorakhpur uttar pradesh well not writing enough i will just come to the point that its a firm request with the team of just dial that kindly dont waste your precious time and my precious time by calling regularly regarding my contract renewal because my contract is over now and now its totally my wish that whether i should move ahead with renewal of contract or not. I know you all are bound with your duty of giving reminder to customers regarding renewal but its too much for me now right now its covid19 era and i am not in good financial to move ahead with the contract when in future my financial condition will be good i will myself give a call to you guys regarding my renewal till then stay safe stay healthy and please do not call me or force me for renewal i hope you all understand.

I inform just dial on june 2020 to stop my services, i do not want to continue due to lock down my business totally stop income. So i said just dial to stop my ecs from july but still every month it is deducting, kindly request you to stop my ecs.

Sir/Madam, I placed an order on the website thro your url of Nanjunda Dry Fruits, Tumkur. Merchant & made a payment thro Google Pay of ₹ 200 which the merchant says has not been received. Merchant also says the order is not reflecting in yheir records.
Can U pls track where this payment is lodged. The dr of transaction is 29.07.2020. Merchant is a genuine one. This is more a request to track the payment.

On 29/06/20, i called just dial to inquire about washing machine repairing service provider. I called "just cooling repair and service" which had a decent rating on just dial, assuming my problem would be solved. The repairing team of 2 people came and did the work and raised a bill of ₹2, 400/- with 6 months warranty. But only after 10 days the machine was still showing the same issues as it was showing before repairing. We tried calling...

We have a company called euforiaa events that is in thane we have uploaded photos earlier but this issue was not happening but today i have uploaded some pictures of events it's not showing up i mean it's not visible it states that the photo is upload but not visible

Date of incident: 11th july 2020

I booked "vishal cargo packers and movers” for moving my household material from gurgaon to udaipur. (Complete address of packers and movers attached in photos below)

I was promised that the material will be delivered the next day i. E. 12th of july 2020. However, its been almost a month today (8th august 2020), but my material has not been shipped.

I have contacted the packers and movers multiple times but during the first few days he made silly excuses and later on he threatened me that he will not deliver my material and told me that i can't do anything to get my material (I am attaching the telephonic conversation of him threatening me).

He has already taken the complete payment from me in advance. Moreover, he has also blocked my contact number now.

I have contacted just dial more than 10 times for a resolution but every time i was told that my call has been forwarded to the complaint team and they will get back to me shortly but i have not even received a single call back from justdial to my numerous complains.

For any b2c company customer satisfaction is the biggest priority. I hope just dial will take some action against the packers and movers and resolve my issue at the earliest.

I am attaching the invoice along with images of truck driver and truck number in which my material was loaded.

Desirable resolution of my complaint:
I) please deliver my shipment at the earliest,
Ii) block such sellers from your listings on justdial who harass customers. Just dial is a great platform and i have used it multiple times, but service providers like these are diminishing the reputation of the company.

I contacted them for a maid and they took the advance payment of rs 10, 000 but did not provide any services yet

I have signed the contract with just dial last month in the promotional scheme of rs.3000 in which i have being told that i will get leads for 1 month and if i am happy with the services than i can continue this and i have to do ecs by giving cancel cheque and ecs authorisation, while signing the contract i have paid rs.3000 in on online link and the sales person told me that if you are happy with the services then you will have to provide cancel cheque for ecs, but at the time of ecs i denied for ecs and said i can’t give cancel cheque and than he said it’s ok you just give us screen shot of your pass book than i give him. And they said you will get every day 4-5 lead and i just got 4 lead per day only for approx. 5-6 day after that they did not send any lead

And just dial deducted 18000 approx from my account and they did not give any service i want my money back please help me as soon as possible

He has taken the guarantee for our inverter but after taken the amount he is not responding seven blocked our nos plz take strictly step against this person we are unable to track him becoz of he is blocking our each phone numbers

He is just fraud person who has chested us saying I will repair Ur inverter on his responsibility now when he got the amount

He is not picking up the call and not responding our msg even blocked our nos so plz take immediate action against him for such a fraud person

We are just going disturb day by day and lost the amount becoz of him

He is just irisposble person and very cunning also blocking every no to avoid us

How just dial put such a fraud person here for simple customer who are facing such a stupid issues for a small service on just diaii

I have an account with just dial for my business. For opening my business in just dial one of your sales peron contacted me and help me to activate my account in just dial. She offered me a monthly emi option as part of just dial services. All these activities takes place just before covid lock down (First week of march)

My ecs for emi instalment not yet registered with bank due to lock down and i also give instruction to the sales person to withdraw my ecs from registration due to business is down as part of current situation.

For the month of may 2020 i got an sms regarding my ecs got activated with just dial. I informed your executive about this activation which i already instructed her to withdraw my ecs before activation. At last she offered me to take another one time payment around rs 5000 to pay for one year at just dial for blocking or make stop payment of my ecs.

For last couple of days i got message from my bank that just dial payment got bounced from my bank due to fund insufficient. My banker also charges me for the cheque bounces.

I m not happy with your such a service that i already give instruction to not register my ecs during the initial stage. There after i take one time payment also to stop my ecs. But still my repayment got bounced. Now the concern executive is not picking my phone also.

Kindly do the needful to stop my ecs monthly repayment which i already paid for one time payment to just dial.

On 1st aug 2020, my godrej double door fridge suddenly stopped working. I spoke to "chennai 24 hours" contact [protected], chennai - 600061. One mr. Narendran visited and checked told me that overload sensor and relay has gone faulty and replaced it with new one, and collected the spare cost 2900/- + service charges 400/- total 3300/- to my surprise when i checked the actual cost of this product, the high quality itself is 750/- to 1000/- only. But they collected around 2000rs excess from me, and when i spoke to him he said he will give 2 yrs warranty for the product, if the mrp itself is 750 to 1000rs, he cheated me with 2900rs and not ready to give me the refund. This has to be taken up by jd and revert back the feedback.

As i am a senior citizen (Age-63) and completely physically handicapped person bound to a wheelchair and now my professional work is completely stopped, i am not able to pay any installment to you as i have completely out of the income of my music teaching profession.
So sir, please consider my disabilities and stop any ecs from those accounts. Your earliest action will be highly solicited.

Having my business listing with justdial named as "geeta's smile healing touch"

Justdial charged me for whole lockdwn period i.. E march 2020 upto nw july 2020 when while nation was totally stopped.

As v all know pune is badly affected nd still lockdwn is applicable.

Feb 2019 to july 2020 i received approx 700 feedbacks nd paid approx 35000 to justdial.

Nw i want to stop my acnt bt justdial charging me more three months to stop it.

Pls help
