Hi,
I am jitendra kumar saluja and i registered my business on just dial at the start of feb 2020. As per the executive that visited me (Named tariq waseem), i can avail the facility (Get leads) for 2 month on a payment of 1770/-. I took the risk as i was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account on 21 feb 2020.

Later on 28 feb, 07 mar, 07 apr, 07 may, 8 june 2020 a deduction of 884/- happened in my bank account. I called justdial executive and they said it is ecs payment and that i will be charged this amount every month. I was informed that i was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ecs service.

The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ecs form telling me that it will be an emi for 2 months and the amount will deduct from 1770/- that i am paying just dial and if i want then i can stop the services.

I talked to a few people regarding this and in the bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ecs cases from just dial. Some have already been victims of this. One person was getting these ecs charges deducted even after their business stopped.

      To remove my listing from Just dial Website

      Iam the owner of M/S Metro Telecare Virar West was signed agreement with JustDial. Without my knowledge they renewed the agreement and debited ECS every month even after my continuous mail regarding to cancel my agreement and stop ECS. But no any action taken from JD. Last year on Sept'19 i was resigned from Samsung and shutdown my business from that location and requested many times to remove posting from your site. But till now no any action...

          Dear sir,

          I had subscribed for a service for my firm - gayathri generators chennai, from just dial for rs 4720 per month for a 12 month period, from feb 2019 to feb 2020.
          This amount of rs 4720 was being charged through ecs mandate which i had signed and given to just dial representative for the 12 month period from feb 2019 to feb 2020.

          Even after completing of these 12 months on feb 2020. The said amount is still being deducted by the just dial each month on 14th or 15th day of each month through the same ecs, which had expired on feb 2020 itself. Again 15th of the month is approaching and again, i fear the unauthorized transaction would be done to deduct my hard earned money from my bank account.

          Please note that due to present situation prevailing in chennai (Continuous lockdown) and in india, we don't have business to pay our monthly ecs

          Kindly take action and cancel these illegal ecs mandates transactions asap. And to maintain our smooth relationship.

            This is to bring to your kind notice, i am mr. Tejesh (Proprietor of jmj power systems) bangalore.
            I am sad to inform you that i had met mr. Shamanth (Marketing representative) of justdial on 10-jan-2020 he had offered me a 1year package with assuring following facilities included in the 1 year package :
            A. 20 leadsenquiry per week
            B. 4years free service will be provided in case of opting this 1year package.

            Considering the above offer i had accepted a 1 year package and paid 11800/- on 11th-jan-2020 but within 2 to 3 weeks i realised that i hardly got 8 enquiries per month and the same was conveyed to mr. Shamanth and i was not satisfied with his explanation.
            Then i made a point to visit your office in cunningham road on 5th of feb 2020, at the office i met mr. Chethan to whom i expressed my concern & he informed that whatever assurity given by mr. Shamanth on 1year package was not relevant and applicable, later mr. Chethan suggested me to opt for booster package by auto closing 1year package from which i will get more enquiries and told me to pay 11800/- for this booster package to avail the service on immediate basis hence i accepted the same and got the confirmation through email.

            As i had made payment for the 1year package in the month of january followed by next month that is in february ecs amount of rs 5000/- was deducted from my account and later in the same month mr. Chethan confirmed me before even opting for booster package my 1year package is auto closed by him and my new package is active, but it is come to my notice that jd team is still submitting the ecs and in this month rs 6000/- has been deducted as ecsretchrg bdjustdial.

            This behaviour from the jd team is not acceptable both your representatives have not given proper information due to which my cibil scores are affected and money has been deducted from my account.

            I had a very good opinion on justdial and also had given reference to my friends and i was ready to continue with the booster package for 1year but the irresponsible behaviour shown by your representative mr. Chethan is not acceptable and disappointed me when i contacted him today he is asking me haven't i send a mail to stop ecs and to discontinue the 1year package which was never mentioned to me rather he had given a assurity saying he himself had cancelled the previous package and activated the booster package.

            Presently i am confused whether i have made an additional payment of rs 11800/- for continuing 1year package or a booster package?

              In may, when i emailed for june skip ecs, they called me and confirmed the june ecs skip, but the june ecs was still deducted. Why is it that such a big company is so mistake? The next time i got a call again i didn't get any positive feedback. I no longer trust just dial service. July is talking to ecs on the phone for this and saying that july was skipped and you have been sent an email but it seems that july did not skip him but it was done by ecs will be processed july.
              At the bottom of your auto email it is written that the call will be made in 48 hours but i have not received any call five days ago yet for good service you advertise a lot but it is completely fake.
              I understand that now.

              I would have logged in to Just Dial if I had this experience to get such a bad service from Just Dial. The lockdown starts on March 22nd and our business is just registered on March 28th. I haven't had a chance to get profit through Just Dial yet.But every time I have to be harassed with ECS skiped. Our computer institute has not yet received permission to open.If you send an email to skip the month of August, you will be told that you will not skip. Email in August. I will skip September.Sir, I do not understand what it is.Sir, how much more harassment I have to be like this.Sir, I request you not to talk to any candidate from Kolkata.

                  We have 2 accounts registered on jd pune.
                  One was for mangesh lele's dancetrak dance studio. We had asked them to stop the ecs in dec 2019 by mail. Their cust executive said that as per their rules it seems they need 3 months notice. So they should have stopped the service by march 2020. We sent them one more mail in march to remind them about stopping the ecs. However they still did not stop the ecs. They kept on deducting the payment from our account. Since i was not keeping well for 2 months, it was not possible for me to follow up. Finally when i called again this month in june to complain, the executive was blaming me that i did not call back in march to stop the ecs and also did not follow up after that so they did not stop the ecs. He also denied receiving any mails from me in march. When i said that i have received a reply from jd on april 02 in response to my reminder mail of march then he said that i should also have called them up. What # is this? And infact if we send them a mail again and again then they automatically start the ecs instead of stopping it. Wow what a convenient system. I asked them for a refund for charging me for all these extra 3 months but they do not give any refund it seems even if it is their fault. Today they have sent a mail saying that they will stop the ecs on 27th july 2020. Which means they will also charge me for the month of july. I. E. 4 extra months charge on top of the 3 months of notice period. This is complete fraud.

                  Inspite of providing zero service in the lockdown period from march end uptil june, where in even we are not able to conduct our business and provide our services, jd has been charging us fraudulently and shamelessly. Zero ethics in their business.

                  For another account that i have by the name of mangesh lele healing, i had asked them in march 2020 by mail to stop the ecs. Again sent them a reminder this month in june to stop it. Instead of stopping it, the cust executive was offering me discounts and ad banners etc. When i dont even want to continue with the service. Wasted my time and finally said that he cannot stop the ecs. I also received a mail after the call today i. E. On 27th june that as per the call, the ecs will continue as it is. This is just disgusting. When i want to stop the ecs and their service, they are not even ready to stop it. What is more fraudulent than this? I will take legal action and i also want refund of all the extra charges that have been deducted immediately.

                            Hi, team justdail this is rajan here from hyderabad.
                            I have taken your justdail monthly package for my firm, but immediately after 9-10 days of signing your package the lockdown was started, now your team in hyderabad is saying my package has been expired.
                            When the whole country was in lockdown your company doesn’t have minimum sense to stop the leads.
                            Even though i have informed your bda and sales team to stop my services till the lockdown ends they didn’t do that.
                            Exactly on the day when lockdown of 1 month period was announced i have informed your sales team to stop the services for my company until the lockdown ends.
                            I have also tried calling justdail support team but only recorded ivr voice message was stating the due to lockdown they have stopped their customer support.
                            So, my only option to contact is your team was through the bda and the sales team, even after informing them to stop the services on call as well as through whatsapp they didn’t do that.
                            Now their sales team is saying that its the mistake of service team. We can’t do anything.
                            What kind of service is this?
                            You people promised me to provide services for 1 month but now only after 11 days you people stopped my services and your team is saying the package has been expired.

                              Anubhab Services, Central Balia, Model Town...providing a servicing and repairing platform for all Home Appliances approached Justdial to strengthen our Customer base firstly through a normal package.We received a good flow of leads through the channel.By the convicing demonstration and good behaviour of your executives Moumita Guin and Arijit Chowdhury we throught of enhancing our package on a ECS based yearly contract of getting a fixed position in few areas and according to your norms of 3months as down payment and 1month Advanced emi on 22nd of Jan we have cleared all of it.After that 3 consecutive ECS have been deducted on date,
                              From March, when the critical situation of Covid-19 comes down lockdown for Pan India, we have tried to reach your customer care services for multiple times regarding our queries, campaign, Ecs, no executives turned up for once neither through phone nor through mail..your office have also been closed all through and executives keep on saying they can't help it out till the office reopens.On that from 23March till 16 June 199 leads came to us of which I guarantee of duplicated leads and out of our area reach for about 100 leads, We would bet Justdial to have a check on it...When Pan India got stopped forcefully then why your clients campaign will not stop, is that what Justdial claims of not giving services, and deduction of ECS only for that...Do have a look how much business it gave till date!!
                              Our Complain is on 25th June 2020, Justdial Executive Renna Nahee called and harassed us of giving all pending ECS along with a bounce charge otherwise her verse is of deactivating the campaign on today only.We asked for a front face meeting with her senior regarding all our queries, firstly she agreed of that and told us of meeting her senior Mr.Ashish Chokhaney, then she (Reena Nagee ) denied the whole thing and swap from arranging so and continued pressuring us for the due payments.Her uncultured behaviour drop down all the good business interactions with Justdial, which is simply not acceptable...we thought of building our venture beleiving Justdial.
                              Therefore we want a front face communication with your executive along with the full clarification of our queries certainly and it's our Earnest request for a negotiation of adjusting our pending ECS from our down payments because the pandemic situation arises for the Pan India...and we got stuck in it...outherwise we couldn't be able to continue with your systems from our side.
                              A mail reply is highly solicited regarding our faced issues.

                                Be careful, there is someone named Sudhir Kumar calling on behalf of just dial
                                Number flashed on my mobile was [protected].
                                This fraudster told me that issue will be resolved and gave me some UPI voucher code.
                                24999AZREFUND.
                                I sensed it something is wrong and this persona calling is not a genuine associate.

                                  I called at 22:51 at 24th jun and ur customer advisor is speaking loudly and didnt respond my problem too.. Just dial have soo cheap persons. If you have recorded the call oleaee check it and whole conversation in gujarati language. So you can check it

                                    In febraury i called just dial to register my work in just dial, and just dial send achin sodhi in my address. I told him achin sodhi to register me for 3 months. The contract is first seen to see how you can do your service. Achin said that if you do not like our services then after 3 months you can call just dial coustmor care and stop the service. Achin sodhi has not told me that he is doing my contract for 1 year.

                                    I said in very clear words to achin sodhi that i do not have to do a 1-year contract. Achin sodhi said he did not contract for a year. Believe me. I trusted him but achin betrayed me.

                                    After clearing everything, sachin sodhi paid online from my mobile and got the plan activated.

                                    I took the contract in fab, but in march it become lockdown, then i put a request in just dial that i am not able to clear ecs this condition in which i can give you the contract or hold the ecs some time.

                                    When i request by mail by telephonics conversation wiith many coustmor care executive. Just dial not stop the the services. Just dial again and again hit ecs in my account. The reason why my account went negative. So far, around 9500rs. Has been posted as a penalty. When i call achin sodhi to talk about this matter, he did not pick up my phone and he put my mobile noumber in the black list.

                                    Achin sodhi, who is a just dial sales executive, has given me a miss guide and got the contract activated by making a false argument.

                                    I request that stop my contract delhi
                                    Signage.
