Sir, i had taken a 4 month trial pack of just dial company in november 2019. Just dial's representative vishal bal had activated my 4 month trial pack. I used the service for 4 months. I did not get any benefit from it so i had to stop the service after 4 months. But his representative vishal bal did not respond to my calls and sms in last 5 months. And 3500 ecs from the bank was deducted from just dial every month. I had no other option but to shut down the service. There was a lockdown. If you call just dial, they will tell you that there are less employees and it is taking time for you to provide the service. And i was told by just dial that you will get a call back from us. As i had no choice. Despite repeated calls, they have cut my last 5 months ecs for no reason. Now that the amount has gone down in lockdown for no reason, i had just asked just dial customer care to stop the service and back today rs 3500 has been deducted from my account. Just dial representative vishal bal picked up the call today and said what do you want to do? Do.

Due to the Covid -19 Lock down, the subscription to the above plan could not be continued.
Unfortunately we found that our web content, campus photos, student photos have all been switched to one of the competitors ie., Skyfy institute without our consent . To be precise when Lazzaro Aviation Academy is entered it automatically leads to the competitors site with our web content, campus photos etc.
We definitely believe that whoever behind this dirty tactic would have financially gained by diverting our business, year of reputation to our competitors advantage, and we are not happy about it.

This is not a doubt is an infringement of the advertising policy from a personal search engine like yours, no one expect such kind of malicious foul-play.

I enquires many transport company from just dail. I after 1hours one call came from suraj transport roadway pvt ltd, his name is suraj sant and mobile number is [protected] and he says i am from suraj transport roadway pvt ltd you calling my firm. I said yes. I want truck for shifting...

I am a Professional Makeup Artist & Aestheticiane based in Kedgaon, Pune. I am a beginner in this business. In order to get a publicity I registered my name in Justdial website on free of cost option. Next day (13th January 2020) I got a call from Justdial, saying thst if I take their package for certain period, they will be promoting my business. On the same day they sent their representative Mr. Peaveen (Mobile No. [protected]) to my Salon in Kedgaon. During discussion Mr. Praveen assured 25 leads per month for makeup. Infront of me he created my profile in their website, and I agreed for a 4 months contract with Justdial and Paid Rs.14160 online immediately. Even after 2 weeks I did not receive a single enquiry. I informed my concern to Just dial and their casual reply was 'we will check'. Even in In one month I did not get any genuine enquiry. All the enquiries were irrelevent to my business. Many were fraud, some were job seekers etc. Then I made a detailed complaint to Justdial as below :

"I am a professional makeup artist. On 13/01/2020 i have made a contract with just dial for 4 months and paid 4 months' payment of rs. 14160 online on assurence of min 25 leads per months. Till the date i have not received a sigle genuine enquiry. There are many fake enquiries coming. When i attend the enquiries the number is usually either engaged or switched off, and true caller it identifying the numbers as spam. The name and location of the person is different from what is showing in just dial. And just dial is showing all the fake enquiries as leads. I contacted the just dial representative mr. Praveen several times, but he informed that the contract cannot be cancelled. Even some fraud guys are calling on my number without posting an enquiry in just dial. I dont know how my number has leaked. I am completely disturbed, and i lost my money too. I need my money back, and i do not need further service from just dial. My just dial profile is deepanjali makeovers. Though my business is at kedgaon, the just dial representative has mentioned my location as hadapsar"

What I have stated above is very true. I have not received a single genuine enquiry till the date. Giving you few examples :

1. 31/01/2920 : Enquiry from [protected] - This user is a job seeker
2. 28/01/2020 : 3 enquiries from Swati Dhole - Herself is a makeup artist, trying to promote her business.
3. 27/01/2020 : Enq from Javed Aijaz - Searching a makeup academy for his wife.
4. 26/01/2020 & 25/01/2020 - no response to calls.
5. 24/01/2020 : Enquiry from Sudha Rao - Looking for Karetine treatment, which is irrelevent.
6. 22/01/2920 : Enquiry from [protected] - online fraud. Tried to get my debit card details, but I didnt give. A man was talking in female voice.

From others I did not get any response. Phone either switched off or busy whenever I call, and some of them did not attend my calls, and did not reply to my whatapp messages.

I do not have any more expectation from Just Dial. Several times I contacted the Sales Representative and customer care, but the repeated reply I am gettin is "your contract cannot be cancelled". I do not understand the reason for not cancelling my contract when I am not benifitted out of it.

Based on my sbove given details, my sincere request to Just Dial is to cancel my contract as soon as possible and make my refund of Rs. 14600."

I wanted to cancel the contract, but Justdial was not ready to cancel and make the refund. After a lot of arguments of several days, I got a mail from Justdial that they are ready to cancel the contract, but they will refund only Rs. 9300, that too they will pay only after April 2020. They are deducting Rs. 4860 without giving a single service. I raised objection against this, but they refused to pay full amount. On 8th February they freezed my contract, and agreed to pay my refund 9300 before 31st April 2020. From April I am giving them repeated reminder for the refund, but till the date I have not received anything from Justdial. Every time I sm getting the same reply that they are trying to resolve my issue.

While making my profile, the Justdial Representative mentioned my address in the profile as Pune-Solapur Highway, Hadapsar, giving a reason that Kedgaon(where I am staying) is a remote village, so I will not get any clients from Pune city if we mention the actual address.

I need to claim full amount which is Rs. 14160 complaint fees from Justdial.

Kindly reply whether I will get justice or not.

Hello i sir and madam i am having saloon called sai unisex saloon and spa in chennai i registered in just dial monthly 7000rs afte the i am not able to pay the money i try to contact the costumer care i said i want deactivate my account they said ok they will call u back last month they said and no call to me again i try to call they said the thing only. But my money was debited again and again. I try to call them today again they said the same thing i will attach the screen a hot of my bank details and the phone call list

I have wrongly charged for banner, i want to get leads package.

Balance i need to pay 2360 rs but no one is responding, i already paid 4720rs which is wasting now.

I had enrolled with just dial with a specific reason that i needed the services specifically for my company atharva's financial solutions which is located in shivaji nagar at b-8 aaradhana society 42/2 a shivaji nagar. I was been told that i need to pay for 2 months in advance which i made a payment directly via my credit card on 27/06/2020. I had also been told that this subscription is for the period of 12 months and there would be an emi debited every month which could be anytime between 15-20th of month for the services offered. I was also been told specifically that the first emi would be debited between 15-20 of the preceding month. But now when i am checking my statment i have seen that there has already been a nach deductions right away. As already i have experienced a very unprofessional way of service display i here by like to terminate my agreement on to immediate effect. Please cancel all my services on immediate effect as it has been an unprofessional experience with you guys. Further any nach instructions want be seriously honoured i would be writing directly to axis bank for dishonouring all the nach hitting to my account. Thanks for your unprofessional support

I called in justdial to have my sony bravia 32 inch tv repaired
There technician have taken my tv.
And has not returned my sony tv.
I have called him several time and also messaged on whatsapp but he has not answered any of my phone calls and messages.

I am jitendra kumar saluja and i registered my business on just dial at the start of feb 2020. As per the executive that visited me (Named tariq waseem), i can avail the facility (Get leads) for 2 month on a payment of 1770/-. I took the risk as i was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account on 21 feb 2020.

Later on 28 feb, 07 mar, 07 apr, 07 may, 8 june 2020 a deduction of 884/- happened in my bank account. I called justdial executive and they said it is ecs payment and that i will be charged this amount every month. I was informed that i was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ecs service.

The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ecs form telling me that it will be an emi for 2 months and the amount will deduct from 1770/- that i am paying just dial and if i want then i can stop the services.

I talked to a few people regarding this and in the bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ecs cases from just dial. Some have already been victims of this. One person was getting these ecs charges deducted even after their business stopped.

Iam the owner of M/S Metro Telecare Virar West was signed agreement with JustDial. Without my knowledge they renewed the agreement and debited ECS every month even after my continuous mail regarding to cancel my agreement and stop ECS. But no any action taken from JD. Last year on Sept'19 i was resigned from Samsung and shutdown my business from that location and requested many times to remove posting from your site. But till now no any action...
