This is request regarding the cancellation of my agreement with just dial
As you know that due to corona virus there is uncertainty in a market we are running a play school due to covid 19 our business is badly affected and we are not able to run the school so we have decided to closed the business.
We requested the just dial delhi team on email/phone several time last month since we are not getting any response from them every time we are getting the reply they will contact us in 24-48 hours
Every month they are hitting ecs in my account 3-4 time in my account.
This is request you kindly help us to closed my account immediately & refund my ecs amount.

One executive from. You company contacted me to promote my art paintings online and offered me 2 months subscription to which i said yes.. However few days later he came to me and made me sign some documents which were in english.. Because of lack of english knowledge i signed it assuming it was for two months. But he kept charging me after 2 months and i want to cancel the subscription.. Till date he has charged me 5400 rs.. I told him to cancel the plan but he doesn't do anything about it..

[protected] got a call from this number. He ask me that if you want to change number for your business. Kindly change. I have given him alternate number. A person generated otp he ask me that number and said that your number is changed. After few minutes i saw in just dial app that whether my number is change or not. But number was not change and he added his number in my business profile. I don't know the intention. Please find out the why this fraud is happen and kindly change my number again which was previously entered

A person call me and said that i am from just dial if you want to change registered mobile number kindly give you alternate number. I have given my alternate number. He said me that to change the number an otp will generate and give it to us we will change. He didn't ask me any other details such as bank etc. If he try to he will caught as fraud. He just ask me mobile no. But now when i saw my number for my agency which is registered for free in just dial app that person added his personal number from which i got call. I am not getting his intention. Please change number immediately. Please find out what is happening

My wife's no [protected] is being displayed for dr. Rupa singh of jamui and i receive calls almost daily due to this fault.
I strongly urge you to change the no and fix this issue as i am facing lot of problems and not to forget the patients who are suffering due to your fault.
Rectify this problem asap

I am manju laguri from chennai. I had registered my makeup business as mehak makeup mantra in dec 2018 in just dial.
I gave the ecs mandate for the deduction of rs 3540 /- and the amount has been deducted from my account 5th of every month. At the time of business registration, it was not told by just dial that ecs will be auto renewed after 1 year. Just dial didn't inform even after one year i. E. On dec'19 about the continuation of ecs payment. It came to my notice in the month of feb 2020 when an another representative of just dial visited my house to pitch for another business model of just dial.

I requested just dial to cancel the ecs immediately on 5th march 2020. I received a return email from ms. Shobana s of just dial stating that representative will call me and resolve the issue. The representative of just dial told that it will take 45 days to stop the ecs since the approval has to come from mumbai office of just dial. Even after confirmation of stoppage of ecs by just dial, the amount is deducted for may 2020. Logically, just dial should not have deducted the money for this month. Again, i requested on 6th may'20 to stop the ecs and in return i received an automated email on 10th may'20 that i will be contacted soon by support team. Till today (16th may), neither i received call from just dial nor i got mail about cancellation of ecs.

I request all the persons who have registered their business - "read between the lines before registering business with just dial". I hereby request the complaint handling team to resolve this issue.

Registered my business with just dial in feb 2020 when i got call from the port to register with them. Marketing executive named - gaurav malhotra completely satisfied me with the package that was initiated on trial basis for 1 month and costed around 3500 for a month. H e committed me for the refund if the services were not up to the mark. I made the payment through cheque and it got cleared on 13th feb 2020 and i started getting leads. It worked well for some 15 days and amount of nearly 1200 & 1700 was deducted in diffrence of 2-3 days and since the amount of ecs package of arrounf 3500 has been deducted several times and the services stoped long back in early march and not single lead has been raised by justdial

Have mailed the comapny to stop ecs but the amount has been deducted continuosly and the service has been stopped the last amount of 3599 was deducted on 15th may 2020

I have applied for star health insurance leed generation purpose in just dial.com through mathiprakash in tuticorin executive. At thattime he told that every month 5 conformed leed came from just dial. He was given a wrong commitment and he didn't attend my call. Still now no leed from just dial but i have paid 2 months advanced payment (Rs. 3540) and 3 months ecs payment (1770*3=5310) also. I am not satisfied for your company service. So immediately stop my ecs payment and repay my advance payment. I am not continue to your company agreement.

I refer to our telecom with ms arti. Despite my request, mr. Kaviraj, who is our relationship manager, he has not contacted me. Ms. Arti was very disrespectful while dealing with me.

First of all, we are very disappointed with your services. Despite taking an expensive package of inr 42, 000/-, we have received very few queries from justdial and even lesser queries during lockdown period.

I have sent so man emails to just for stop the ecs for listing since entire world is suffering from covid pandemic, and our government is also supporting people in all the terms,
But just dial is still making people fool and doing fraud from last 3 month after my mail to stop the ecs and billing.

Please help me with it since we are facing financial crisis and justdial id doing fraud.

Hi all,
I am seema singh and i registered my business on just dial in 2014. For 2 years i have not been receiving any genuine leads or support but amount deducts via ecs mode from my account regularly rs.625 & 4925/- respectively.in this regard, i have told your customer care many times that please discontinue my agreement and stop the ecs but no response nor action is taken.

Lately, i went to my bank to stop the ecs service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ecs cases from just dial. Some have already been the victim of this. One person was getting these ecs charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

Again, i request you to stop ecs with immediate effect and refund my money for 2 years which is almost 1.25 lacks otherwise you will have to face legal action.

I got registered for with just dial few months back. They asked me for a cheque to start website (Ayurhut beauty and wellness) telling me that i only have to pay only rs 3540/and they asked me to sign documents. I was not aware of the ecs process neither did the agent (Mohak) told me about it.. Then all of sudden i found out that every month the same amount of rs3540/- is deducting from my account. After this i called just dial customer care and then i got a call from one of just dial agent named as from delhi... He told me that it is not possible to cancel the contract.. I told him that i didn't signed any contract regarding ecs but he told me that i have to continue this service. When i told him that i am not willing to continue this service he just started giving me lame excuses. Even during lock down they deducted amount from my account. This is how they are looting people. Even though my website is unpublished but still they are deducting money. Please tell me how to stop this was service.

I should get back my money that i already remitted at just dial company. I realized that this is a cheating company. Company staff provided many offers as mis-selling. Until my remittance, this is the way that the company cheated me. After my remittance i tried to contact the company staff many times. But no response. I have submitted some keywords for my institute, but your company staff rejected all my key-words an used his own key-words without inform me. After that your staff didn't meet and didn't called me. As i realized that your service is not valued, i informed your staff and customer care to cancel and payback my money. I sent e-mail also to you as on 19th november 2019.

I have all the voice clips an other evidence relating to my complaint. I remitted rupees 17700. If you don't try to get me that my full money of rupees 17700, i will post in facebook, whatsapp and similar social medias. Also i will move on legally against you. As soon as possible try to refund the amount to the following given bank account.

I had pay your charges in yearly package...
Then why are you cutting amount in our bank account...???
