Hi all,
I am seema singh and i registered my business on just dial in 2014. For 2 years i have not been receiving any genuine leads or support but amount deducts via ecs mode from my account regularly rs.625 & 4925/- respectively.in this regard, i have told your customer care many times that please discontinue my agreement and stop the ecs but no response nor action is taken.

Lately, i went to my bank to stop the ecs service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ecs cases from just dial. Some have already been the victim of this. One person was getting these ecs charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

Again, i request you to stop ecs with immediate effect and refund my money for 2 years which is almost 1.25 lacks otherwise you will have to face legal action.

Hi, it's been 8 days past but Nothing Good Heard from your side. Instead of Closing our services and return my money, you sent me another Invoice for Services. What a Joke.

I will not pay a single penny to you.

    I got registered for with just dial few months back. They asked me for a cheque to start website (Ayurhut beauty and wellness) telling me that i only have to pay only rs 3540/and they asked me to sign documents. I was not aware of the ecs process neither did the agent (Mohak) told me about it.. Then all of sudden i found out that every month the same amount of rs3540/- is deducting from my account. After this i called just dial customer care and then i got a call from one of just dial agent named as from delhi... He told me that it is not possible to cancel the contract.. I told him that i didn't signed any contract regarding ecs but he told me that i have to continue this service. When i told him that i am not willing to continue this service he just started giving me lame excuses. Even during lock down they deducted amount from my account. This is how they are looting people. Even though my website is unpublished but still they are deducting money. Please tell me how to stop this was service.

      Sir,
      I should get back my money that i already remitted at just dial company. I realized that this is a cheating company. Company staff provided many offers as mis-selling. Until my remittance, this is the way that the company cheated me. After my remittance i tried to contact the company staff many times. But no response. I have submitted some keywords for my institute, but your company staff rejected all my key-words an used his own key-words without inform me. After that your staff didn't meet and didn't called me. As i realized that your service is not valued, i informed your staff and customer care to cancel and payback my money. I sent e-mail also to you as on 19th november 2019.

      I have all the voice clips an other evidence relating to my complaint. I remitted rupees 17700. If you don't try to get me that my full money of rupees 17700, i will post in facebook, whatsapp and similar social medias. Also i will move on legally against you. As soon as possible try to refund the amount to the following given bank account.

            We bring to your kind notice that after being informed you to cancel the subscription for janus self drive cars and adhavan tours and travels.
            You are initiating ecs daily 2 to 3 times and my money kept for other purposes is being taken away by the bank as the transaction is not honoured.
            I this persists we shall move legally and you have to face the proceedings.
            I am following with justdial executive mr. Sampath and mr. Praveen to close my ecs.

                I have renewed my membership with justdial on feb 2020 for mumbai and pune. I paid more than 23000/- rs but despite of so many feedbacks, emails, phone calls, messages i haven't received any leads from pune region yet and very less enquiries from mumbai. Nobody is bothered to solve my problem.
                Jd is saying that "you have selected national listing" and i want to know that what do they mean by saying that.

                Please solve my problem otherwise i have to share my experience on social media. If you cannot solve my issue then refund my full money.

                  I got registered for with just dial few months back. They asked me for a cheque to start website (globalpaintingsservice.com)telling me that I only have to pay only Rs 884 /- and they asked me to sign documents.I was not aware of the ecs process neither did the agent told me about it.. After this I called just dial customer care and then I got a call from one of just dial agent named as Ayush Sharna from Delhi... He told me that it is not possible to cancel the contract.. I told him that I didn't signed any contract regarding ecs but he told me that I have to continue this service. When I told him that I am not willing to continue this service he just started giving me lame excuses.Even during lock down they deducted amount from my account. This is how they are looting people.Even though my website is unpublished but still they are deducting money. Please tell me how to stop this was service.

                        Hi, this is bhavesh sheth, i had registered with justdail with monthly ecs, and before starting it was promised (Officially through mail) to my company that they will stop ecs payment cuts with one month prior notice (Official mail screenshot attached.)

                        The leads were very poor and i gave one month of notice to stop ecs.

                        Surprisingly, there is no followup from company even after automatic mail say will call back within 48 hours. The mail just says it will take atleast 3 months to stop ecs which is totally against we discussed at the time of enrolling the services.

                        Its now more than 2 months and still they are cutting my ecs.
                        Also, justdail employee (Who convinced us for that you can withdraw by 1 month prior ecs notice) is not telling us any thing concrete.

                        This is a pure case of customer harassment, as company like justdail are not following their own rules.

                        I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ecs cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ecs charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

                        I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ecs service provided by just dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

                          Who ever come from Just dial are all money making persons. They don’t do any work, only make money by cheating us. In one or the other way they start cheating us.

                          Just don’t dial it.

                          I have lost almost 20k here. Thanks to my uncle who saved me by falling prey to these people again and again

I have already sent an email regarding this but the ecs of the month of april and may had already been deducted from my account.                                 I am jashwant solanki staying banglore. I joined spartan fitness gym in murugeshpallya. I and my three friends took 6 months subscribtion which is from[protected]. We only went 3 days after that there is lockdown. We are from mumbai and now we are going mumbai. As we don't have money to stay in banglore.

                                As i spoke with gym owner hi told hi is not going to give any refund back and while joining there is nothing statement or return that no refund is given once you join the gym.

                                I request you to please look into it and try provide our money back.

                                    I am lukesh arora from ghaziabad. I have taken 1 month subscription plan on feb 2020 for my local business which ended on march 2020 with all the emi’s paid on time.
                                    Now as my plan has been ended yet another amt has been deducted from my account as emi for the month of april and may. Where as, i have not been taken any further subscription or has given any consideration for continuing the plan

                                    I have been complaining since 4 days and no body has given any response. Their customer support team is also not giving any proper response.

                                    Please revert back as soon as possible and refund my money.

                                      Two marketing agents had came to my office and they take rs. 2360 for listing in just dial. They told us if you will be interested in our service then you may continue otherwise not. They had not told us any plan or contract with just dial. And they have activated the ecs plan, and now they are deducting amount from our account. I contacted to jd team they told us that they will not cancel the contract.

                                      Even customer has not accepted/signed any contract with jd and they are deducting amount.

                                        Now as my plan has been ended yet another amt has been deducted from my account as emi for the month of april and may. Where as, i have not been taken any further subscription or has given any consideration for continuing the plan

                                        I have been complaining since 4 days and no body has given any response

                                        Please revert back as soon as possible and refund my money
