They furnished wrong information and fraudently deducting money through ecs even after i complaint about deactivating my account bt it is still going on and there is no response from the company and no one answers on the phone and i have sent the emails also

Even after multiple reminder not deactivating plan and deducting money for providing fake service, no from sale is ans calls

I have taken the service from Justdial 1 and half months back, one representative of Justdial Mr.Shimil came for a meeting in our office space in Kochi, where he convinced us by saying that he and his team will provide Ratings, a Free verified badge, Skip the EMI for the month of April, also the advance amount of 8260/- INR was given by cheque were I have already informed Mr.Shimil that your team have to notify me before taking up the EMI as we have to arrange the amount in Account, Mr.Shimil and team did not inform me about this and the EMI got bounced with charges which I have to pay, and after this incident, as they said they would skip the EMI for the month of April 2023 without notice the again tried for taking the EMI and it got bounced for 4times as I have informed them the EMI is being bounced and the bouncing charges are being added in my bank account after that the team freeze my account for more than one month I regularly call them and speak about the incident they would tell they will sent the representative to our office in 1 hour and we have to wait till night and the represetative would not come ie: Mr.Shimil is the representative he would tell he will be there within 5 and some timing even when he is not even in duty and make us wait until night, also our Justdial account got freezed so we are not getting any leads no business and no revenue, we are paying our staff too, all the deatils are shared to Mr.Rafeek the Distritc head of Justdial and there were no actions taken and to one Mr.Ranjith were no actions were taken they would tell everyday before 11 am our service will be started and nothing happed, Me and my company got a loss of 7.5lakhs as this was the peak point of our business and the jusdial team is saying that they would refund the amount which i have paid and it would take around 21 days to get refunded, and who will comensate our loss, We need all the comensation for our loss and cheating activity from Justdial

I didn't search for anything but getting calls from tours and travel agencies for holiday trips.

I asked to close my ECS but they are not stop my ECS proces
And they wantedly producing 4 times in a month without my permission

In 2018 we have paid a huge sum as 10 years subscription after few of their executives visited us often and assured us of their continued services.

now for the past one year, we are not getting any leads. our repeated calls to them have not solved the issue.

we were told that after Reliance take over, they are not honoring any old commitments. this just cannot be true.

I have registered for position plan on just dial now 2 months passed but yet not any single business lead got converted. I am really fed up .Without getting any business I am paying 1475/ ..per month.The customer whose number he searches takes the cake from him only.

Due to the information given about my mobile number & email many calls a rising to me so, please unsubscribe me in just dial. So please cancel my subscription to justdial i should not get any calls from justdial and i have got all the informations in the justdial i tried many ways to unsubscribe but not able to do so please unsubscribe me or delete my account from just dial. I am Abhishek from Mumbai and I registered my business (Abhishek Tempo Service from Bhayandar)on just dial in last month (22nd March 2023). As executive visited my home, told that if you register your business as paid subscriber you will start getting the leads for 2 month and will get benefit from business and he told to make payment of Rs 7080/- for 2-month advance payment. I already inform that I want to do with Justdial for 2 month only...

Neha Sharma visited my office in Jaipur and she promised me on these points-
1. The plan has to be continued for minimum 4 months. Two months of charge 7080/- would be deducted via cheque then the next monthly charge 3450/- will deduct automatically from account.
2. You will get 3 leads per day (only B2B)
3. I asked her to not submit my cheque for clearance without informing me but she did this.
When I called customer care to report this they told me that the contract has to be continue for atleast one year. There is no guarantee of 3 leads per day.
It means I was charged on the basis of false information.
I want all of my money 7080/- back.

I want to register a complaint against JUST DIAL. JUST DIAL sales person sold me a package giving me half information.
1. I asked for a 3 month package. He told me that he will stop it after 3 months. For this he charged me around 10000 rupees. 2 months advance and one month ECS.
Logically if I am buying a package for 3 months, I should be charged only for 3 months.
2. Regardless of paying 2 months advance and 1 month...

I registered my unit with just Dial in January 2023. at that time wrong keywords were updated and till now, nobody is trying to rectify it.
after lots of follow-up, team is asking for more money to update the exact keywords.

All the contact numbers are starting with 79 and no where connected with that organization

Hi there I am Dr Dileep Singh Thakur practising in Jabalpur.Justdial has made a profile of mine without my permission and is giving misinformation about my clinic address and timings.My patient are facing problems because of this misinformation . Please cacel my account otherwise I will have to take a legal course.Thanks

Initially i had payed for the justdial services in march for the amount of 2395 & 4720 which is first emi and downpayment for a yearly plan on a discounted rate given by the advisor.
But i havent received any information or update about anything yet its been 30 days now and i feel my money is being wasted or stolen and just dial has no kind of customer service, no body to reply or answer the questions. Just took my money and vanished.
My id is still not activated and money is just being deducted
extremely disappointed.
Need refund as soon as possible for the sum of 9438/-
i no longer need any of the service since nobody from just dial is even bothered to look after the customer.
Money is just being taken from my account and no service is being provided no agent is responding or informing things

I have pay 1770 amount. But i get invoice of rs. @169. I have complain it but didn't receive anything

Dear Sirs,
This refers to our several phone conversations had with your customer service over the last 18 months, regarding your auto debit of Rs750.00. The owner of the business my wife expired since last 2 years. The business is closed since then, as I am 73 years old senior citizen, but you have not stopped the auto debit despite several requests. Your phone associates have made several promises over these months but the auto debit continues. My bank a/c is almost empty now.
I request you to immediately return Rs13500.00 deducted by you over the last 18 months, and stop the auto debit immediately.
I googled your auto debit system and found 1000”s of complaints against you. This seems to be a big scam perpetrated by you, where you take some signatures from the shop owners, under some pretext and keep charging them for their life time.
Finally if you do not re-imburse me the above amount immediately and stop the auto debit, within one week, I will mark a copy of this mail to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and to the Office of The Prime Minister with a request to investigate how many business people you are scamming for years with this trick. Meanwhile I am posting this mail on every available complaint forum on the internet.

One of the marketing person came to me i have registered the services with just dial. I have told marketing person o i will use the service account for two months.

He did not told me about the contract and activated the ECS. I wanted to close my business Account from JD. When I am trying reach him he is not responding .

I wanted to delete my business service account .I contacted JD customer care .
I faced worst experience with customer service persons. I mailed them many times.to delete my service account. They simply lifting calls and telling the stories .

I wanted to close my service account they are not closing business account and my ECS deducting.

I wanted Stop my ECS right now and close my account. Iam not using it.

I just registered my number with Justdial and getting to much calls, please delete my number from Justdial

Had placed order on 7th April but product yet not delivered
