Respected sir,

This is in reference with my justdial invoice no - WB0120RC20025332, i got a call from one of the representative of justdial Kolkata, telling me about how there is a special package offer for anyone who opts for their justdial package on 28th January, 2020. On 30th January, 2020 she sent a relationship manager Mr. Sudip Dey at my place in kolkata on the pretext of clearing my doubts regarding justdial services. When Sudip started forcing me to subscribe and pay for the package, i told him clearly that i have yet to register my business as there is some problem with ROC. Regarding company registration and there are chances of business not running at all. He assured me that everything will be taken care off and justdial will return all my money if i am unable to start my business or if i will not get the service. I paid justdial for the 'Supreme Pack ‘for 5 years contract with 'JD verified' features. But they were completely Silence instead to give the service after the payment since 31st January, 2020 to 10th February, 2020. In those days several times I contacted to their customer care asking for the refund but they were telling that they forwarded the request to the concern department. However, the concern department never contacted me.
Suddenly they send another invoice (WB0220SN[protected] to me on 10th February, 2020 and started the service on 11th February, 2020 but it has been stopped again on 17th February, 2020. In between when I came to know that I won’t be able to start my production because of my partner backing off, i called justdial for full refund. Now they are asking for the document of ROC and not saying anything about refund.
Please note that on 3rd March 2020, the justdial services were not yet activated. I have send them 14 emails to [protected]@justdial.com and one of their manager (Kolkata) Mr.Fahim Javed. He had assured me of refund by mail if I not get the service. Now i am running out of patience as its already more than One month of my complaint and yet there is no word from justdial about my money. I am in dire need of money.
I am shocked that justdial has no mechanism to inform its customer about what is the status of current requests and complaints. I have called them many times and their call executives behave like novices and are not willing to share any details. Justdial has acted like a true conmen and scammed me off my money. This is plain and pure harassment. Kindly get me my refund of Rs 37741 as i have not availed any of your services.

I am owner o[censored]gd tours and travels. And i am feeling too much pain from just dial bad services. On 15th feb, just dial executive - mr. Pranjul came to my office and provide me little details for the product listing for my company when i asked to share me complete details then he said this is the all and took the payment of rs. 3500/- and went. After 7 days just dial stopped marketing by saying documents are not verified and still after many follow-up there is no support from their end. I visited their office two times till now but every time, they said that your paid listing will be active by tomorrow. I wait full day for tomorrow. But nothing done. I caller mr. Pranjul but he never receive my call now. I called to the relationship manage also from there also there is no response. I am not sure how to manage the things because these people are not helpful. Even they're not ready to refund my money if they do not want me to provide services. This is really something more than my patience. From 21st feb and till now, approx 12 days passed but still i have no solutions from them. I am now totally disappointed by just dial services.

Had their rep to my office on 2feb and offered 1 month trail offer for rs 3540. Now they have debited my account twice in same month and upon call customer service they said that they've put me on yearly plan which was never my interest and say this cannot be cancelled. I have no intentions to use their service and want them to stop any further deduction to my account.

Unfortunately after paying first initial amount and booking ECS your services quality has been dropped tremendously and now no one is interested to help,

Surprisingly everyone is finding new reason for non support of business from your end. I have searched on web and people are calling you cheaters and frauds.

It is very disheartening experience overall for the brand whose promotion is done by a no.1 Brand in Hindi Film industry i.e. Mr. AB

Hello, i reached out to just dial to seek help for maid services for my parents. Just like the business flow my number was shared with multiple vendors and i received a call from one of their vendor named ajit who claimed to be manager of pari consultants gurgaon. Post negotiation on the package etc he sent me an online contract to sign and requested for token money of 3000 inr post which the maid will be made available from next day. I have paid money via online upi transfer to his account. I have now been trying to each out to him & he is not contactable.

I have been using the justdail ecs services from past almost 1 year but the issues started with the justdail from past six months.
They are just talking from one person to another and repeat nobody takes the action i have said that i want to stop my ecs services but no one cares about that, not the agent of justdial has shown his face after taking the cheque this is what happened with me.
Now after i completed my one year ecs agreement still they are not cancelling the services no one is ready for the cancellation. Kindly help me out if anything is possible

Complaining against maa seba nurse & aya center, barasat, kolkata. We have got the contact of this aya center from just dial. They promise to provide aya for us in bangalore location and demanded rs, 15000 in advance as they shared details of one aya who was ready to come hence we made the advance payment on 17th jan2020 but till now they have not sent anyone. When we ask for money back they stoped picking our call.

My business is about beauty salon. I have told justDial so many times that please provide correct description of my business and provide best photos of my business but they didn't listen and didn't take any action. They post that our business is about spa but it is not spa salon, It is beauty salon. They posted low class photos on the site, we are facing so many problems from this and low class people call me at night for cheap things. we complaint so many times but they didn't bother about that. My salon is savi's kohinoor beauty parlour. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I have paid advance payment towards my 2 months subscription toward my startup for Graphic design service, Fio's Graphic

as per the co's marketing person guidance, I have paid for 2 month's subscription, he has told me that you have to subscribe for 2 months and if you are satisfied with our service then continue for further subscription through ecs mode of payment.

But I am not getting the call for business instead people are calling for job requirements, which is not serving my purpose.

I requested with the customer care to stop my service, they told customer care cannot stop, I have asked to contact the Co-marketing person if he mails only then service can stop.

I tried contacting the concerned person, he said if his manager mails then your service will stop. After continues follow up Co-marketing person avoiding all the calls.

It is the most frustrating experience I ever had. My money in the account is been cut.

I have requested to stop my service with immediate effect. so please do the needful.

It is quite a sorry state of affairs in Just Dial when you register a complaint they don't respond. It is a negative approach that may doom the company.

Am sandeep from second choice application i rs 7020 on 7.2.20. Marketing manager yogesh ([protected]), pratap and preeti have cheated on me. Do not pick up the phone after making money. They don't give me an proper answer, didn't give the keywords i asked for and top position also.in this regard i am going to complaint with the court, don't be fooled by them. I have been using this mobile number for about 10 years and i am into any business. Often i use to get calls from unknown stating that "vignesh cool bar" and i have asked each people who called me, who gave my number, everyone's reply was justdial. Also, i have raised a complaint regarding this with just dail many times. Still, i am receiving unknown calls. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it!

Caution: irshad k of ik cool service centre listed by justdial.com is clearly not trustworthy.
He deliberately cheated with wrong date: he wrote 1 (Jan) 2019 as the month on cash-memo whereas it was actually 12 (Dec) 2019 to avoid accountability for guarantee of 6 months. (Date & content of call recordings prove this) now that his repair failed in less than 3 months, he wont take our calls after we regd our complaint with him.
Does justdial do no background checks??

Dear sir, till the month of august i had been using the services of just dial under the plan of rs.1000 per month. Ever since september when i upgraded my plan to rs.3500 per month i had received a commitment that my lead generation would increase but instead my lead generation has fallen down by 90%. Every month i complain to them yet they are taking no action towards it. They have even stopped responding to my calls and in-spite of repeatedly asking them to stop my monthly ecs of 3500 they have not done the same and also have said me that they will not stop the ecs regardless of providing me extremely low quality leads (I have call recorded for the proof of the above said statement). Last month when i filed the complaint they sent a marketing agent who assured me on upgrading pack the issue will be resolved for which i foolishly agreed and upgraded my pack to rs.4500 yet the issue persists. There by i would like a little help on the matter before i file a complaint in the chennai consumer court against just dial making them liable to not only pay me the amount deducted from my bank but also penalty for the deficiency of services provided by them. I, worked as Assistant Engineer in MSEDCL, my contact number is updated in justdial contact list and therefore frequent call are there from customers which are not related to my work which hampers my work. I have just received a message from my bank that the payment if 2, 000 has made to just dial . I don't have any business or subscription from just dial . So can you please explain fir what product I have charged for 2, 000. Kindly help me to understand the issue.i don't know how can the payment has done without my consent.

After opening a veterinary clinic, i uploaded ad on just dial. Within few days a rep from just dial appeared on doorstep explaining about all the offer and charges to promote the clinic. They used to show so many people visited the site got your number but barely few people called. After * months my business did not run as expected and i wanted to take down paid ad. I called just dial to stop sending ecs mandate to my bank. Raised request but they keep transferring my call from one department to other. It has been over six months now, i have not been confirmed about my stoppage of ecs mandate. Bank is still charging me.

While starting business with just dial ms. Karishma shastri mobile number : [protected] has confirmed us that we will get business from whole of navi mumbai, and upto chembur area.

Now my two ecs are deducted and about 90% leads i an getting from other area than given. And she even said me if they dont deliver, gave her call to update so she can work accordingly, i called her many times she didn't attend my call nor a call back, even dropped her whataap messages but she didn't bothered to revert.
