Updated by Nandi.P. I ALREADY called your numbers today after my review was BLOCKED on Just Dial since 14th.
REFER to COMPLAINT NO.S : 421148 & 1840059 DATED TODAY, the 17.2.20, which should inform you of OUR CONTACT NUMBER.

Further PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY:

1. Your staff Arti blatantly avoided accountability by refusing to share her full name citing some JD policy? Please CONFIRM if JD has such policies? IF yes, how do u explain a policy that is in clear violation of consumer rights? IF not how is she on your pay roll?

2. Afreen Khan, her senior tried to cover up for her?

3 Priyanka Kyadari of your complaints deptt took MORE THAN half hour (total nearly 45 mins long cal) to try and discourage us from raising complaints ? (Though eventually we managed to persist and lodge them)

4. Why does your JD reviews-page not allow numericals?

5 Also your system "review guidelines does NOT say it does not allow numericals and also allows you to post them and wait for 48 hours for approval?

6. Nor does your system/staff notify you via any means that your review has NOT been posted and why ( we had to wonder and then ask on call today after way more than 48 hours were wasted. And finally Priyanka admitted so.

7 : Priyanka of JD ADMITTED that you have UNVERIFIED listers on JustDial. Basically, you are ALLOWING CHEATERS to USE the BRAND JUST DIAL to EARN out of them and encourage this RACKET. How are you therefore not to be see as a part of this CHEATING RACKET??

8. PLEASE explain why all of the above that is clearly SUSPECT should not be seen as JD has DELIBERATELY DESIGNED its systems to cheat those who trust its brand name?

9. How is this particular cheating party IK COOL SERVICE / IRSHAD on your STILL even after this? Could it be because JD gets some income by keeping them on the list? This after Priyanka put him on CON-CALL and he CHOSE to remain silent and also LIE ( AGAIN) on the date of the bill with guarantee ( today he claimed it was 2017 when we have evidence proving it was 2019 DEC with 6 months guarantee.
