Jr engineers, in mapusa, goa, is a fraud company, run by one arrogant, sexist, racist, unprofessional man, who has no idea how to repair electronics.
We contacted him via just dial, for fixing our refridgerator and air conditioner. He took alot of advance money, his idea of servicing is to throw water on both the appliances. Unlike a professional, he kept disturbing the women in the house, instead of giving a list of things he will require from the start. He harassed us and was disrespectful to us for being non goans. He said, we can call him anytime before taking an advance, if we have trouble with the electronics. Within a week my refrigerator stopped working, so i called him. He was arrogant and refused to believe that my appliance was really not working. Wouldn't come to check. Stopped receiving my calls. I paid him money to fix something and it's still not fixed.
He also created a mess in our clean house, and then went ahead and told us it was already dirty and refused to clean up the mess that he created. I don't think just dial should list fraud businesses like jayshankar's that are not only unprofessional, but also make women feel unsafe in their presence.. Jr engineers is a fraud company. Don't connect him to women who live alone.

I am registered client of justdial.com since 6years. I have platinum/diamond package. But i am getting leads only from 5km radius. I have been complaining since 17th january. But no one is bothered to listen to me. I feel cheated by this. I will tell all my doctor friends about this issue so that don't fall in trap. My registered mobile number is [protected]. They have charged me 7100rs to list my business but im getting fake enquiries, i want to cancel my business from justdial. So now they are not cancelling it. The customer care disconects the call, and the agent does not receive calls. I want to cancel it from just dial, just dial is not a genuine company and they dont value their customers. It is so bad

For moving house hold goods from delhi to banglore i have taken a number of vendors from you.

The vendor which i have finalize (Kenstar packers and movers) became fraud and kept my household goods from last one month. Not picking my call which is mentioned on the website. My only mistake was i have not seen reviews of this company on other website and trusted just dial.

This is not at all expected from just dial to promote these kind of fraudsters.

My household goods are still not delivered to me i am going to lodge a complaint for this against everyone who is indulge into this act.

Some body has used my number in just dial app this is third time iam facing this problem with in a week. Irritation off calls from the company. With out myy permission how the unknown person is using my number and how you accept it. Company persons are irritating they are not aware of the situation or problem. So kindly solve this issue. Please let me now the person mail i'd.

I have paid the amount in dec 2019 itself, but still my add is not yet live in jd.
When i asked the activation department, they are not giving proper reason.

Can some one look into this urgently and resolve.

I am a professional makeup artist. On 13/01/2020 i have made a contract with just dial for 4 months and paid 4 months' payment of rs. 14160 online on assurence of min 25 leads per months. Till the date i have not received a sigle genuine enquiry. There are many fake enquiries coming. When i attend the enquiries the number is usually either engaged or switched off, and true caller it identifying the numbers as spam. The name and location of the person is different from what is showing in just dial. And just dial is showing all the fake enquiries as leads. I contacted the just dial representative mr. Praveen several times, but he informed that the contract cannot be cancelled. Even some fraud guys are calling on my number without posting an enquiry in just dial. I dont know how my number has leaked. I am completely disturbed, and i lost my money too. I need my money back, and i do not need further service from just dial. My just dial profile is deepanjali makeovers. Though my business is at kedgaon, the just dial representative has mentioned my location as hadapsar.

I get one service for one month but when it continue for three month but this is now still continue what i do just dial is swine and liar. My amount is deducting i will sure go to fir against just dial for fraud case. I was looking for transport vehicle in just dial and called company named shree all india transport company they did not accept the call after that transport based company named mehta interstate transport corporation had called me through just dial information and i booked a vehicle through them... They take 50% advance on behalf of transportation and did not send vehicle also did not refund the payment of 20000rs... This is a fraud company listed in just dial.

Gati movers & packers are jd verified, i had selected to carry my car & house hold goods from mumbai to kolkata. On 14.12.2019 they took delivery of my car and house hold goods. I paid rs.61000.00.. After repeated request they delivered house hold goods in jan. Some furniture were broken and car not yet deliverd. Stopped responding tomy calls. Help me.

I had registered my clinic for platinum for my location as it was confirmed by justdial executive that i am getting platinum position for my location. But after getting registered on 14th january its showing silver/gold position. To my surprise i asked the executive to resolve my issue but he said settle down on that position. I am really feeling cheated. I have only opted for platinum position but i haven't got that, so i kindly request you to stop this service and refund my money back. And take action against that executive who can lie to any extent to get the deal.

I have been calling just dial on a compliant raised for more than week back, but i don't see any update or follow-up response on the the same. Everyday when i call and explain the issue i am informed that concerned team is busy and they will reachout to me, but no one contacted. Its really frustrating and annoying to see such response from just dial.
Below is the issue and look forward a positive resolution
• called justdial for geyser repair on 9th jan from mobile # [protected]. And we were directed to vendor (Mobile # [protected]), one lady coordinated and sent the technician by taking our location.
• technical kumar ([protected]) visited and repaired the geyser, he replaced coil and thermometer and charged rs.2000 + service charge of rs 300.
• geyser was not working from next day and we tried calling technician and able to get him on 12th jan, he was trouble shooting through phone and we insisted him to come directly and look into the issue. But he did not turn up nor he is picking the phone.
• his manager mahesh ([protected]) called me and i explained the issue and he agreed the mistake and said he will be sending the technician next day but no one came and even mahesh is not picking the phone now.
Above issue i have been explaining to just dial team but i don't see its been treated seriously. The complaint was raised through mobile# [protected], kindly check your database and do the needful. I can't express my concern beyond this.

I am getting so many unnessary calls causing neuzen e to me. I am proceed ing to legal action in this regard. It is final note for your information.

I do faith in just dial due to shri amitabh ji. I want to use just dial pay for on-line transaction. I made a profile on it. Bt not able to upload my pic on profile when i dial [protected] and ask them about them. They answered me like a child as why u want to upload pics. And many times, what is your business as i told them clearly i m a non business person just use it's payment funtion as i used paytm, gpay. And surprising they don't have any my registered no.in my life, i never felt such shameful condition from the day i m in internet world. So shameful guys. They don't have any knowledge. It has been third day ie since 14th of january,
I suddenly start recieving many message at my mobile number [protected], for several enquries.

Those message are coming from justdial. Those enquries are like website requirment, home cleaning, english speaking etc.

Problem is that after each message from justdial, i am recieving many calls from service providers.

I am not using justdial for a long time. I am not making any enquries for myself. Someone is trying to harass me with those calls, may be an ex-employee.

So my complaint to justdail about not sending my number to anyone without mobile verification.

Please stop making inquiries at my number immediately.

Unwanted calls are distracting me from my work.

The services are not available as described and promised and keep on changing money.

Hi, i have found pratik packers and movers from justdail and contacted them for shifting my luggage from kolkata to bhuvaneswar. They misplaced my luggage. I waited patiently for 4 mnths. Now, wwhile asking for refund they are not responding and even blocked my number. Kindly let other users of just dail not get fooled by these fraud people and please do change the justdail review!

I searched about repairing a device in just dial which is used in my office today in the morning. After sometime I got a call from [protected] and after I picked it up it ends automatically. So I didn't bother about it that much. But in the afternoon I received a call from the same number, this time it was a lady who was speaking and she was enquiring about my device which have to be repaired. After talking for 2 minutes I understood that this lady doesn't mone that much about the device and she is just talking about it. And she told me that she is calling from some company (I dont remember the name exactly). But the way of her talking was not that much professional. After 3 to 4 minutes I heard a kid laughing in the background and immediately I think she just muted me and make the kid go away and she unmuted the call. I found it suspicious so I enquired about the device's repairing and she was not able to give me a clear answer. I felt like she loss her confidence and after some seconds she hanged my call.
I don't know whether they have my personnel details or something. I don't know who she is. It is clearly a spam call and I'm worried about it now.
Didn't expect a fake call from a company which I used to think its a trust worthy one. It was such a bad experience. Nobody wants to risk their personnel information.
I would like to have a solution for this problem in which my personnel data is at risk.
