I have subscribed my play school profile in just dial for business for one year contract.

I have paid advance payment towards my 1 year subcription.

As per the co's marketing person mr. Mukesh sahani guidance i was told that if people will type play schools in vashi and koparkhairane my add will appear but it is not happening.
I want my money back.
No one is responding at my request.

Despited of complaining and following up with them for 15 days the things don't go right and
Don't know the status on the issue.

Its quite a sorry state of affairs in just dial, when you register a complaint they dont respond even in 3 months. It is a negative approach which may doom the company.

I'm Likith I have an camp site in coorg and I heard just can get me business, I approached just dial in Dec 2019 they sent an advisor named madhusudan to visit my property he pitched about the terms and conditions saying their is an option paid listing in just dial so that you get often guests minimum of 20 enquires per month he promised . Initially first week I got 3 enquires, now it's been two months their has been no enquires, it has happened with many other customers also, just dial is cheating people with fake promises. When I call the customer care of just dial advisor named chethan speak in the way that embarrass customer. I would like to file a fraud and cheating complaint against just dial kindly oblidge

Stop just dial's ecs payments

Hi all,
I am chiranjib krishna dakua and i registered my business on just dial in mid 2019. As per the executive that visited me, i can avail the facility (Get leads) for 3 month on a payment of 6000/-. I took the risk as i was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account. I started getting some fake leads.

Later in 2019, some deduction happened in my bank account. I called just dial customer care and they said it is ecs payment and that i will be charged this amount every month. I informed that i was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ecs service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract i signed.

I went to my bank to stop the ecs service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ecs form telling me that it will be an emi for 3 months and the amount will deduct from 6000/- that i am paying just dial and if i want then i can stop the services by intimating just dial one month before.

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ecs cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ecs charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ecs service provided by just dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

Service provider name altaf, his m.no. [protected], to fit mesh door to our home, work made partial by worker who was approached me by phone call after my request through just l app, now he has not responded to the costumer calls, he got money for the work before..

(Executive told me if i want then i can stop the services by intimating just dial one month before.in case of some reasons e. G business shut down etc.)

On 21st january 2020 i was enquiring on line for tie up with agent jack & ccd

While searching i came accross just dial online portal to submit my details in favour of doing tie up for what i was looking for hence i mentioned my name, email id & contact detail for the same.

Very next day i started receiving 200 calls from property sellers, housing agents, make my trip, mahendra holidays & many institutes that i have enquired online for above mentioned things.

I called twice to register my complaint and delete my name and number from justdial data which has been used falsely/illegally without my concern.
And i was told i shall receive call from the concern department to resolve the issue that i am facing rigorously.

I hope this justdial team will take this mail seriously and delete my enquiries from all the mentioned above things.

If not resolved this on priority i shall take this to an extent level.

Hope just dial team will resolve my issue soon & send me an acknowledgment for the same.

This is to inform our classes is verified with just dial. Your executive mr punnet visited our classes couple of time in the month of december, while getting registered with just dial he had committed following things.

1) every week just dial will share me 6 leads. (Leads shared with us are all use less, when we called the leads shared by you they say we have not inquired anything for classes, some of numbers do not exist, some people are asking for jobs. We have not registered with you for getting this type of leads. We have mentioned our category clearly with you.)

2) we can invite our contacts to rate our classes. (But when i am sending this request to my contact there are not able to do rating, we personally rated from the request it is showing thank you for your rating, but i am not able to see in my page. We have been calling mr punnet from last one week but he is not coming to our classes to clear the issue. He is just saying he would be coming tomorrow from last one months.

3) while finalizing the registration process, mr punnet told we have to pay rs 3000 + gst total amount rs 3540 per month and also we need to give ecs form along with that, which you can make stop payment within a month time if we are not satisfied with the services. So we issued cheque on 21 december 2019 along with ecs form, mr punnet informed us your next ecs will reflect in bank next month of 20 january 2020, and if you want stop ecs you can give a letter to bank to stop ecs. But yesterday 10 january 2020 ecs came to bank and my account got debited. Without any advance intimation from just dial, when i called mr punnet he said he forgot to inform me that 1st ecs will reflect in my account on 10 january 2020, so the ecs got cleared from my bank. He further advised me to continue using service for 1 month since amount is debited and give a letter to bank to stop further ecs which will reflect in my bank between 8 feb - 10 feb. We hereby want to highlight that since the amount has been debited forcefully and without any intimation. Customer care executive told us that we cannot stop ecs payments, if you have got any wrong information kindly contact executive (Mr punnet) who visited you, and ask him for refund because they cannot stop ecs payment neither they can initiate refund.

So we hereby request you to kindly initiate refund for ecs amount debited in our account. And hence forth not to debit any amount further, as we are not at all satisfied with services provided by you till date and also false commitment given by your executives. So we don 't wish to continue with the service further.

After writing 3 mails to just dial there is no response. There executive mr puneet is also not answering call, 15 days back he told you have given payment to just dial not me, so please contact customer care.

I have contacted "justdial.com" for false ceiling contractors and after i updated my name and number i received a message
Of false ceiling (Pop) contractors who might be associated with just dial for their services.
Among all of them i like the quotation of a person named "javed shakil ahamad siddiki" who sounds genuine and whose charges seems fair.
He came to visit my house and we have fixed the money & time to finish the task.
As discussed we need to start the work from monday 16th dec and it will be finished, in same weekend (20th dec).
Next day this person called me asking for money to buy the material required for false ceiling and some advance payment for labors and to show his authenticity he sent his aadhar card and pan card images to me.
I immediately have transferred him online sum amount of 22, 000 because i wanted my work to be done in same week but after receiving money later on that day he didn't answered my calls.
Next day he sent me a voice message by saying his vehicle got accident and he is seriously injured and asked me to wait for few days to start work as he will take rest for 2-3 days, i said okay and asked him to take rest and start working when he is completely fit. After few days i tried calling him on his whatsapp number ([protected]) which he used to send me false ceiling (Pop) images, he didnt receive any of my calls but he used to send me voice messages saying he will resume work in few days and even after that he keeps replying me with only voice msgs by saying that his situation is now improving and he will join soon but refuse to take calls.
Next time i called him from different number and to my surprise he picked up, i felt suspicious and about him and asked him return money or start the work.
Since then he is avoiding my msgs/calls also and sent me a voice message that he cant come but he will
Return my money after a month once he has it to return.

Now i don't believe this guy and wanted to complaint against him.

Kindly suggest.

I have contacted "justdial.com" for false ceiling contractors and after i updated my name and number i received a message
Of false ceiling (Pop) contractors who might be associated with just dial for their services.
Among all of them i like the quotation of a person named "javed shakil ahamad siddiki" who sounds genuine and whose charges seems fair.
He came to visit my house and we have fixed the money & time to finish the task.

Your customer call center/complaint department in pathetic in the business.
First of all the complaint csr will keep you waiting for a longer time and whatever the complaint is they will reply as you will recieve a call from our team on the status of your complaint, and that it you will never receive a call back or support from them for any of your complaints. I dont know if this is their regular behaviour or I am the privileged one.

One more thing:
If "JUST DIAL" is allowing any business on his platform then the business and the person should be authenticated.
and as far as I came to know just dial never does a KYC. Why??

This time I am putting my number, hope to receive a call back atleast.

Jr engineers, in mapusa, goa, is a fraud company, run by one arrogant, sexist, racist, unprofessional man, who has no idea how to repair electronics.
We contacted him via just dial, for fixing our refridgerator and air conditioner. He took alot of advance money, his idea of servicing is to throw water on both the appliances. Unlike a professional, he kept disturbing the women in the house, instead of giving a list of things he will require from the start. He harassed us and was disrespectful to us for being non goans. He said, we can call him anytime before taking an advance, if we have trouble with the electronics. Within a week my refrigerator stopped working, so i called him. He was arrogant and refused to believe that my appliance was really not working. Wouldn't come to check. Stopped receiving my calls. I paid him money to fix something and it's still not fixed.
He also created a mess in our clean house, and then went ahead and told us it was already dirty and refused to clean up the mess that he created. I don't think just dial should list fraud businesses like jayshankar's that are not only unprofessional, but also make women feel unsafe in their presence.. Jr engineers is a fraud company. Don't connect him to women who live alone.

Just dail gave number of train travel agent which was fraud
Same pnr number but ticket was registered by someone else
Agent took 3000rs and gave fraud ticket agent number
I want my cash back
I was very [censored]ing harass by this fraud
I want justice for inconvenience

They have charged me 7100rs to list my business but im getting fake enquiries, i want to cancel my business from justdial. So now they are not cancelling it. The customer care disconects the call, and the agent does not receive calls. I want to cancel it from just dial, just dial is not a genuine company and they dont value their customers. It is so bad

Hello just dial,

For moving house hold goods from delhi to banglore i have taken a number of vendors from you.

The vendor which i have finalize (Kenstar packers and movers) became fraud and kept my household goods from last one month. Not picking my call which is mentioned on the website. My only mistake was i have not seen reviews of this company on other website and trusted just dial.

This is not at all expected from just dial to promote these kind of fraudsters.

My household goods are still not delivered to me i am going to lodge a complaint for this against everyone who is indulge into this act.
